Inuyasha sat cross-legged in the branches of the Goshinbokou, his back resting against the trunk of the tree. "I hope Kagome is ok. Kaede didn't say what was wrong with her." Inuyasha shook his head and collected his thoughts. "Kagome is out cold in Kaede's hut and I'm here sitting in a tree!" He jumped down and landed silently on the ground and took of at a run to words the village.

When he got there Miroku was sitting underneath a tall tree with Shippou on his lap. Kirara was lying next to the lecherous monk sleeping soundly. Miroku looked up at Inuyasha and raised his hand in greeting. "Inuyasha! Back from sitting up in that tree already?" he chuckled to himself then stood up throwing Shippou onto the ground, dusted off his robes and then went to stand by the hanyou.

"How's Kagome?"

"She woke up not to long ago, but felt faint and went to lie down again."

"But she's OK?" Inuyasha felt a wave of relief wash over him.

"Yeah, still I wonder what made her pass out. Also what was going through her mind at that point." Miroku his hand to his chin and took on a look of deep concentration.

Sango emerged from behind the straw door and smiled at Inuyasha.

"She's Ok Inuyasha so you don't have to worry."

"Keh. I wasn't worried!" He crossed his arms and looked in the opposite direction of Sango. Shippou shook his head and walked into the hut to be with Kagome.

Kagome was lying in the far corner of the room with a wet cloth on her forehead. Shippou walked over to her and sat down. "Are you feeling any better Kagome?" He put his small hands on the covers.

"I'm fine Shippou-Chan. Just a little tired that's all." She smiled.

"I'm glad! We were all worried about you! Even Inuyasha was, even though he won't admit it! He's such a Baka!" Kagome laughed lightly at what Shippou said.

"Your right but he's a good guy."

"Yeah good and stubborn!" Shippou snorted.

"But he does have his good qualities."

"You're right Kagome. So are you feeling well enough to come outside?" Shippou looked eagerly at her with his big blue eyes.

"Well I don't think I can sleep anymore so I guess I will." She stood up slowly "What a relief I didn't get all dizzy this time. Maybe I'm well enough to continue traveling now!"

"I feel much better Shippou!" She smoothed back her hair and fallowed the little Kitsune outside.

Sango looked up when she heard the door of the hut open. Her hand was just inches form slapping Miroku. "You're up? Kagome-Chan! You should be resting!" Sango left Miroku and went over to her best friend. Miroku silently thanked Kagome for her impeccable timing. " It took you long enough to get up wench!" Inuyasha was jumped down from the tree next to the hut and stood next to Miroku. "Baka! Owsari!" Kagome shouted and Inuyasha slammed into the ground. He mumbled incoherently.

"Kagome can you tell me what happened when you passed out?" Miroku walked up to the two girls. "Should I tell them what happened to me? No I don't think I should it would just worry them."

"Nothing happened I just passed out I don't think I was drinking enough water or something." Kagome looked innocently at Miroku.

"Ah, I see. Well now that you are feeling better do you think you're ready to go hunt for some more jewel shards?"

"I'm pretty sure that I can continue." She turned her gaze at Inuyasha who was just getting over the initial shock of being planted into the ground. "You ready to go Inuyasha?"

"OF COURSE I AM!" He growled at her, fixing her with an extremely nasty look. Kagome then gave Inuyasha her best glare. "You don't need to give me any of your attitude!"

The group then bid their farewells to Kaede and walked down the same path to wards the mountains. It was about midday when they decided to stop for lunch, Kagome made some Ramen for the group and then sat down to enjoy their food.

A small tornado could be seen rising over the hill and turned to head to wards the group.

Koga made it a point to run over Inuyasha before stopping in front of Kagome. "Kagome dear." He whispered as he held both her hands in his.

Kagome looked at Koga and gave him a false smile. "Poor guy I feel sorry for him! He has completely fallen for me and the feelings aren't mutual!"

"Koga! Get your hands off of Kagome this instance you Stupid WOLF!" Inuyasha was fuming, his fist was raised and he looked dangerous.

"What's it to you Mutt?" Koga stood up and stared at Inuyasha. Kagome scooted over to Sango and Miroku, who were gulping up their lunch just incase they had to break up a fight.

"Just don't touch her!" Inuyasha screamed.

"I have a verbal claim on her you Bakaro!" Koga smiled when the color of Inuyasha's face turned to that of rage.

"Verbal claim my ass!" Inuyasha snapped as he unsheathed his Tessiaga. "I'm sick of you bothering Kagome!" Koga took up a battle pose and stood still waiting for Inuyasha to make the first move.

Sesshomaru watched the little battle with some amusement. "My but doesn't Inuyasha have a quick temper when it comes to that Girl Kagome"

"Yes he does Sesshomaru-Samma, but what do you need her for?" Jaken stood next to his master and watched with some amusement as well.

"She would be the perfect lure to finally rid me of my abomination of a brother!"

"You plan to kidnap her, my lord?"

"Precisely, Jaken"

"Are you sure that it is wise to do so now?"

"It's the perfect moment, Inuyasha is busy with the Wolf youkai, and all I need is something to distract the Demon Hunter and the Monk." He gazed down at Jaken, who sweat dropped.

"You don't mean me my lord surely!" Jaken squeaked.

"You'd be the perfect distraction." Sesshomaru Kicked Jaken to wards Sango and Miroku.

"Why does it have to be me?" Jaken muttered under his breath. "Oh well." He climbed up into a tree above Miroku and jumped down bringing his staff down hard on the monks head.

"Argh!" Miroku brought both hands to the top of his head. Jaken then whacked Sango in the shin, before running off a bit.

"Come back here you stupid imp!" Miroku hissed as he swung his staff at Jaken who barely dodged it. Jaken ducked just in time as Hiraikotsu sailed over his head. "Sesshomaru-Samma better appreciate what I'm doing for him!" Jaken thought as Miroku's Buddhist staff swished down beside his head.

"Die you damn wolf!" Inuyasha shouted as he brought Tessiaga down on Koga who blocked it with his own sword.

"Now's my chance." Sesshomaru ran to wards Kagome and swooped her up in his arms then slashed at Miroku and Sango before grabbing up Jaken and rising into the air on his cloud of Miasma. Kagome screamed as they began to fly away from her friends.

"KAGOME!" Inuyasha screamed forgetting all about Koga for a second, "Sesshomaru you ass whole! Bring back Kagome!" he then rounded on Koga. "This is all your fault!"

"My fault?! You shouldn't have started a fight with me you damn dog!"

"Are you blaming me for this?! If you weren't trying to jump on Kagome every time I look away for a second this wouldn't have happened!"

"Will both of you stop your useless fighting so we can go save Kagome!" Sango shouted and threw Hiraikotsu in between the two of them. "We're all to blame for this, so why don't you two form an alliance for now so we can save Kagome! Gods Know what Sesshomaru wants with her!" Sango shouted clenching her fists with frustration.
