CHAPTER ONE:EXPOSED

Kenshin channeled chakra into his sword ONIMARU (life drinker) and parried Aoshi's kodachi. Whenever Kenshin did that his sword starts glowing with a red colour and can melt metal. It was the final of the chuunin exam of the mist village. Kenshin was the only one of Hiko-sensei's team to qualify, the others being Kaoru and Sanosuke. Presently Aoshi had started his Ososugi de Ugoki moving around Kenshin at varying speeds. When he was sure that Kenshin was disoriented enough he switched to kaiten kenbu(Revolving Sword Dance) and slashed Kenshin three times across the chest. Kenshin raised his scabbard just in time to block the deadly slashes. The kodachi had slashed through the scabbard to his chest. The attack had come quickly so that even Aoshi didn't know that he didn't get the desired result. It was at that moment that Kenshin's sharingan evolved to three tomoes. Aoshi got impatient and got out his second kodachi to finish his opponent quickly as he was running low on chakra. He started the Ososugi de Ugoki only to find out that Kenshin was doing the same thing. It had taken him years to learn and perfect the technique and here was Kenshin doing it. How had he learned it that quickly? So far he had controlled the battle by controlling Kenshin's range and now he couldn't even see Kenshin to hit. While Kenshin was doing Aoshi's technique he figured out the weakness of his kaiten. Whenever Aoshi had to attack he had to switch from being on the defensive to offensive and when he did he would be left defenseless for about one second. Kenshin chose to strike in that one second and stopped doing the Ososugi de Ugoki. Aoshi thinking kenshin was chakra depleted chose to strike at that moment. But he had barely started his kaiten kenbu rokuren (Six Revolving Sword Dances) when Kenshin stabbed at his shoulders with his fast nidanzuki technique. Aoshi screamed out in pain from the hot sword and passed out. Kenshin had won the match.

Kenshin was tired as his teammates started to rejoice. Even Hiko-sensei was pleased but worried. Kenshin was just ten years old and had just displayed the Uchiha advanced bloodline limit of Konoha. He knew that most jounins were already thinking along the same lines as he was. If he didn't do anything quickly, Kenshin could be in trouble because people from the village hated advanced blood lines. “Team 7” he called. “We are going to celebrate this victory”. But as they were about to leave, Saitou, Aoshi's sensei called out “Hiko, you can't just leave like that, the exams have not finished”. “It has for my team” Hiko replied and walked out with his team. The mizukage Shishio Makato started suspecting Kenshin of having some tricks under his sleeves and he was going to find out. He called his assistant Soujirou and told him to keep track of team 7.

Meanwhile Hiko and his team were walking and he started to talk.” Congratulations bakadeshi you have just help me to silence that stupid wolf but how did you copy Aoshi's best defensive technique like that”?” I don't know “replied Kenshin. It had been very confusing for him too cause he just started to see through Aoshi's technique. “Well in view of this development, you have to leave the village asap” said Hiko.
