Summery: Naruto caught Sasuke cheating his love on Sakura! But when Sasuke runs over the road to chase Naruto, a car is speeding towards Sasuke! What can happen!?

Chapter 2: I don't want to believe…

 

 

Tsunade growled as she hung up Naruto to a few machines and a drip. The boy's heartbeat is not even thumping and the big breasted woman is trying to revive the faintest trace of a pulse.

 

Who would be alive after being knocked by a speeding car, pushed and sandwiched between a pole and the stupid machine…and almost burnt by an explosion!? Konoha Hospital was appearing and they quickly stepped on the brakes.

 

Haruno Sakura, one of her gaki's friends, called the hospital emergency and Tsunade was mortified to hear that Sasuke cheated on Naruto, and now they are in accident now. Apparently, Sakura had followed Sasuke like a lost puppy and saw the horrifying accident too. And Sakura dare say that she caused `her' Sasuke-kun

 

I won't blame you for bluffing me

Angel should cover up their wings in the mortal world

`Gaki…you always strive to be best and won't die easily! Please…stay alive…'

 

Meanwhile, Sasuke was in another ambulance, and his scraped arm and bleeding leg was bandaged up. He was still sedated, but inside his mind was a whirl of turmoil and all he could think was of Naruto.

 

WARNING: Bad explanation of bloody operation and gore. Don't like, pls skip.]

 

Once Naruto was safely in the emergency room, Tsunade and Shizune with other medic people then quickly snapped on their rubber gloves and switched on the machines. Tsunade's hazel eyes narrowed at the wounds of Naruto before snapping her fingers for a knife.

 

The glinting metal touched Naruto's almost pale skin, and Tsunade immediately started on the workings of his punctured lungs. Shizune had connected the tube to his throat and started to pump in air while some other medics used the machine to take over the pumping of his heart.

 

How can I let you get hurt just because of me?

Although this wasn't the first injury Tsunade had done, and this wasn't the first time she had seen so many blood, the sight of Naruto's crushed body made her wanna puke in the toilet bowl till no ends.

 

Tsunade growled again as the blood leaked out more. She screamed to some nurses and they ran out of the room to take more blood bags. She turned to Naruto and sighed. His left lung needed to be amputated, and be replaced by a new one. His leg needed to be stitched up.

 

His right arm has to be in a cast and the veins in his right brain needed to be operated on. Meanwhile, Naruto is still suffering from a blood lost. Tsunade wanted to punch the Uchiha and Haruno out of the living daylights now.

 

The nurses returned with a ton of blood and Shizune started to connect some tubes to Naruto's vein. Tsunade stitched the last of the 25 stitches in Naruto's leg and 13 in Naruto's arm before turning to the head nurse of the hospital.

 

“Yukiru, is there any patients with a blood B+ type that is dead by a few hours ago?” The said lady turned to check on the list and nodded. “Is that dead person's left lung available?”

 

I saw that my dream is just in front…

There was a confirm nod and Tsunade immediately summoned her to extract the lung from that person. Uzumaki Naruto, no matter what is going to stay alive. Blood now splattered the white sheets and gloves, and one could notice that it made a perfect comparison.

OoOoOoOoO THE OoOoOoOoO

 

 

Sasuke's eyes snapped open suddenly and something pink suddenly clutched onto him. His vision was blurred and everything seemed fogged up, the last of him memories started to catch up on him and Sasuke slowly became to the world.

 

Naruto saw him…He chased Naruto…Naruto got knocked by a car…

 

His mind snapped suddenly but Sakura's high pitched voice suddenly caught him off guard. “Sasuke-kun, how are you? You have been out for one hour! (A/N: I know that it is not possible) Do you want me to do anything for you?”

 

“I want to you to climb up Kakashi and drop down to hell to suffer for eternity! Now piss off!” Sasuke shoved her aside and stalked out to the A&E. Sakura whimpered on the floor and curled up into a ball, crying while wrapping her hands around her.

 

“I am so sorry…Sasuke-kun, Naruto-kun…I just want someone to love me, I can't take up the loneliness anymore…That…”

Meanwhile, Sasuke stormed off to Operation room Emergency 001. He shoved at any thing that went past his way, punch at every girl that asked if they could do anything for him. Reaching the room, he saw that the operation light is still switched on.

 

So, Naruto wasn't out yet. As Sasuke was about to barge in, the whole story suddenly felt like it was thundering. The raven immediately turned around and his jaw dropped. There, the whole avenue at Konoha discreet ran towards the room.

 

Umino Iruka, the nice man that sells tomato downstairs and the man that Naruto acknowledged as a father, is leading the mob. This is followed by Kakashi, Rock Lee, Gai, Shikamaru, Ino, a whole mob of girls that he presumed to be fan girls, and Neji, Kiba, Tenten, Jiraiya, Hinata, Chouji,

 

Sasuke tried to look around for a way to escape to, but Iruka caught him before he could take a step. “Sasuke, what happened to Naruto!? Why is he in a accident?” Before he could answer, another was up…and the silence of the hospital was crushed.

 

Shizune stuck her head out of the door angrily and shushing them. “Quiet you all! Tsunade-sama is trying to do a transplant to Naruto!” And then she screamed throughout the hospital again. “GET ME MORE BLOOD BAGS!”

 

OoOoOoOoO PROMISE OoOoOoOoO

 

The door swung open for a while and Sasuke saw blood. A lot of them, which contrasted with the pale walls and the floor. Iruka sighed and paced up and down. Kakashi naturally followed Iruka pacing up and down like some kind of an idiot and got a smack over the head.

 

Some of the many people Naruto had dragged into his charm were not here, and Sasuke was kinda relieved. Neji was currently sending his death glare to him, but it did not affect the Uchiha. Ino was biting her fingernails while slapping Shikamaru for saying troublesome.

Iruka turned to Sasuke again and asked in an `I-AM-THE-TEACHER-YOU-DON'T-LISTEN-YOU-DIE' voice, “What happened to Naruto!?”

 

Sasuke choked on his spit and was about to answer in a meek voice which the Uchiha never used, Sakura interrupted him. “It was my fault. I caused Naruto-kun to be in this state.”

 

All eyes were on her now, and Sakura stepped out of the shadows. “I wanted someone to love me wholeheartedly, and I could not take it when Naruto-kun got together with Sasuke-kun. I forced Sasuke to make love with me, until Naruto-kun came in.”

 

At this time, more than half of the crowd gasped. “I feel guilt, but I couldn't help it. I just want to feel alive!” A slap reached Sakura's face almost immediately, and it was Ino who did that.

 

“Don't give yourself any excuses to live! Sakura, I thought that the big forehead is used for your smart brain, but I was wrong. Can't you look around you!? There are people that care for you! Like Lee! Like me…”

 

Pink bangs covered Sakura's eyes, and Ino seethed with fury. “To think that I let you into my heart as a friend! You left me aside for your Sasuke-kun and yet now you used it as an excuse! Sakura, can you think properly now!?”

Shikamaru had to pull his girlfriend back his lap and muttered troublesome. Sakura only held her hands over her ears and squatted down. No one made a move, until Iruka squatted at the same height as Sakura.

 

“Do you think that it was right to that? Is that really your reason?” The soft voice made her look up to the scarred dolphin and those brown eyes stared back at her jaded ones. Sakura did not reply.

 

OoOoOoOoO BACK OoOoOoOoO

 

Iruka tried again, “Even so, you know the answer in your heart, don't you? You can't have all the options in the world; you have to learn to - Ugh!” The sentence was cut off as Iruka was being pushed backwards and would have knocked his head onto the wall if not for Kakashi.

 

“What the fuck are you doing, Sakura!? He was trying to help you!” Kakashi exclaimed angrily while holding Iruka up. The pink haired girl only smirked while her hair covered her eyes.

 

The once high pitched voice now turned to cold and all flinched. “Trying to help? I don't need help. Once I was the naïve little girl, but now I am not. Naruto can die all he can and…Sasuke will become mine, no matter what…”

 

Hinata suddenly appeared next to Sakura and give a kick to the stomach. “Don't you dare say all this fake words, bitch! You being naïve were enough to make anyone puke! You are damn downright a slut!”

 

Sakura only laughed while sliding down the floor. “So what? I am a bitch, a slut. But, you are damn a sucker! You are just little young mistress that all talk and no action- Urg!”

 

A punch cut Sakura's speech and her jaw cracked. All eyes looked at the Uchiha, especially Neji's. Damn, he wanted burn this damn bitching forehead girl for saying that to his cousin!

 

If it wasn't you that appear

I thought that life revolves only around the night

 

“Sakura, get away from here. I don't want to hear you talking, and be near me and Naruto within a mile. You disgust me and I hate you. Go before I rip you're fucking intestines and strangle you!”

 

The pink haired girl did not even flinch at his hard words, “You will come to me, Sasuke. And I'll ensure that!” And she left. At that moment, Tsunade came out while sighing and shaking her head.

 

Sasuke immediately snapped out of it and asked the big blonde how is Naruto. Tsunade placed a hand on Sasuke's shoulder, and shoved him. “You dare ask me how is he, you damn mother fucker! You don't even deserve to call Naruto's name! Fuck off!”

 

OoOoOoOoO TO OoOoOoOoO

 

Jiraiya placed his hands on Tsunade's shoulders and tried to keep her calm. Iruka pleaded to her that Sasuke did not want the incident to happen and asked her how is Naruto. Tsunade sighed again. “I did my best. Although Naruto's body parts are still there, from his waist down, he is temporarily paralyzed, or worse, forever.”

 

“However, his vocal box is crushed and I had patched it up. Though he would not be able to talk, until he recovers. And that will take a long time to recover including his patched legs and cast arms.”

 

Part of Sasuke was feeling relieved, another part of him was feeling regret and guilt. He would not be hearing Naruto's bubbly and soothing voice for a while now, he could not hear the affection that only the blonde would say his name with.

Iruka sighed, but he winced when Naruto was pushed out. The blonde looked quite in a state. His arms are bandaged up and his leg was in a cast. His neck was covered up in a thick stiff transparent container and his skin seemed to be pale.

 

But even when he was in such dire consequences, Naruto looked peaceful while sleeping. Too peaceful until one might think that he had passed away happily.

 

The operation room's door was open, and blood splattered everywhere on the machines, the bed and the wall.

 

Naruto…
