AN: Okay so here we go. We are now going to sorta go save Gaara…well you know what happens and you know Gaara will still be captured by the end of this chapter. The air and sand thing I got off an episode of smash lab and I think I got the concept right.

“Are you going with them, sis?” Ebizou asked stepping into the puppet corps storage room. He saw Chiyo grab two scrolls before turning to him.

 

“Of course I'm going. I'm giving my grandson one last hug before I die.” Chiyo said with a smile.

 

“And you're taking those?”

 

“Well if the hug don't kill him I want something extra, just in case.” Chiyo said in her usual carefree manner.

“Right about here.” Pakkun said pointing at the map Kakashi had unrolled. “Can't say if that's the hideout, but they've had Gaara in there awhile.”

 

“I see…” Kakashi said with a nod. “Pakkun I need to ask you another favor…”

 

“Mmm…that's nice Naruto. Just like…BWAH!!!” Hinata fell out of bed and was snapped awake by the experience. “Huh? What? Kakashi sensei why are you in my bedroom?” She looked around and the past few days came back to her. “Oh, right. Not my room.” She said climbing into bad with a still sound asleep Naruto.

 

“Gotcha. See ya Hinata. And by the way you talk in your sleep…kinda disturbing when you hear what you're saying.” With that the little pug shot out of the room.

 

“It's not disturbing. It's a beautiful, natural…use of a…strapon…” Hinata sighed and was back asleep.

 

`What is this girl dreaming about?' Kakashi thought before rolling up the map. “Hey wake up.” Kakashi said shaking the couple. Hinata rolled over and Naruto just laid there. “Hinata, Naruto, wakey wakey. Earth to idiot and nympho, do you read?” Kakashi sighed and grabbed their blanket. “One, two…” He ripped it off of them and Hinata opened one eye.

 

“Something I van help you with?” She yawned.

 

“Yeah, wake Naruto up we're off to save Gaara” Kakashi said walking out of the room.

 

“Make Naruto get a sex slave for Gaara, I'll get right on it.” She said and in a half asleep daze fell back to the bed. “Wait what?” She sat up but Kakashi was long gone. “Naruto wake up.” She said shaking him gently. “Naruto.” She said a little louder. “Ahem…OH MY GOD SAKURA'S TRYING TO RAPE ME!!!!!”

 

“Really?” Naruto asked sitting up with a goofy grin on his face.

 

Hinata bonked him on the head and stood up. “Come on pervert we're going to save Gaara.”

Kakashi sprinted to the room Sasuke and Sakura had been given and ran in…rather ran into Sasuke. Sasuke had been on his way out to check and see if they had gotten any news. He took this as a sign that they had. Well he did after they both hit the ground. “Ah! Kakashi what the hell?!”

 

“What do you mean Kakashi?! It's your fault for being up this early!” Kakashi said disentangling himself from the boy.

 

“You're up this early too! If you had knocked this wouldn't have happened!” Sasuke sighed and jumped back up.

 

“Will you boys shut up?!” Sakura screamed sitting bolt upright in bed.

 

“Yes ma'am.” Kakashi said backing away. “Uh…oh yeah. We found Gaara. I need you two to be ready as soon as possible.”

 

“Why didn't you say something sooner you grey haired idiot!” Sakura said jumping out of bed and grabbing her clothes. “Out!” She said shoving him out of the room and slamming the door in his face.

 

`Not a morning person, is she?' Kakashi sighed and preceded to get ready.

Team Kakashi met outside and prepared to leave. “Hold on.” Called a strangely familiar voice from above them. They all looked up and saw Chiyo on top of the hospital.

 

“WTF?!” Was the general reaction of the leaf shinobi.

 

“Clear the runway I'm-a-comin in for a landing!” The grey haired women leapt from the building in a swan dive.

 

“HOLY SHIT!” The…what's five people…duo plus trio screamed.

 

“I got her!” Naruto said diving under the elderly woman. “I got her! I got her! I got her! I got her! I got her! I got her! I got her! I got her! I got her! I got her! I got her! I got her! I don't got h…” Chiyo landed right on Naruto and buried his head a good six inches into the sand. He looked like an ostrich.

 

“I thought since you're in different territory you might need a guide and everyone else is watching the border incase another village tries to take advantage of our un-Kazekageness.” Chiyo said completely ignoring Naruto's body flopping around trying to free his head.

 

“Et nee ouff!!! Et nee ouf!!! ET NEE OUF!!!!! (get me out)” The blonde was flopping around at angles that would snap a normal persons neck. “Aerf nan gup aye gose! (There's sand up my nose)” He began running around in a circle trying to loose his head.

 

“What happened to him?” Chiyo asked spinning around. The leaf shinobi all face planted. “Don't worry I've dealt with this before.”

 

“You have?!” Hinata, Sakura, and Kakashi asked. Sasuke couldn't speak, he was laughing so hard.

 

“One of you hold his legs.” Chiyo said. Hinata walked up and grabbed them. “Okay lift them up and spread them.” Hinata did as she was told. “See the idea is to get air released under the sand, this causes the particles to move around freely.”

 

“So if we pump air around his head he'll just pop out?” Hinata asked raising an eyebrow.

 

“That's the idea. Now start pulling while I get ready.” Hinata did so as the old women made a hand sign. “HYAGH!!!!!” Chiyo leapt forward and punched Naruto in the groin.

 

“WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” ; Naruto screamed as his head popped out of the sand. Sasuke was now at the point where he was laughing so hard he stopped making sound, and was worried he would suffocate.

 

“Naruto are you alright?!” Hinata said worried that her favorite part of his anatomy had been demolished.

 

“No.” Naruto said in a very high pitched voice. “I think I just lost my ability to pass on the Uzumaki name.”

 

“Oh, quit your blubbering. I haven't done any permanent damage.” Chiyo said dismissively.

 

“No permanent damage. My voice is higher than Hinata's.” Naruto whined. Sasuke who had nearly regained his composure fell back to the ground in a fit of giggles.

 

“Uh…Gaara's still in danger people.” Kakashi said gaping at his team.

 

“Oh, right. And so we are off to save Gaara! Believe it!” Naruto squeaked and began a bow legged shuffle out of the village. This did it for Sasuke, he laughed so hard he stopped breathing and passed out.

 

“I'll carry him.” Sakura said scooping him up.

 

“Okay…let's go then.” Kakashi said shaking his head.

Pakkun appeared running beside Asuma. “Asuma.” Asuma looked around for the source of the voice. “Asuma down here.” Asuma stared directly down, nothing. “Forget it.” Pakkun jumped onto his head.

 

“Oh, Pakkun. Hi.” Asuma said looking up.

 

“Yeah change of plan. I found the Akatsuki and they're in the land of rivers.” Pakkun said making himslef comfortable.

 

“No!” Shikamaru caught up to his sensei and started shaking his head. “Not happening. After I see Temari I'll fight these guys. Till then Naruto's team can do it themselves.”

 

“Shikamaru you know you don't mean that.” Asuma said with a smile at his student.

 

“No but I was hoping from there you'd agree with me and I could convince myself it was your idea. What a drag.” Shikamaru sighed. “Okay lead the way wonder dog.”

 

“By the way on my way out of the village Temari said some things…I won't go into detail…but she want's to see you soon.” Pakkun said giving a shudder as the memories came back to him.

 

“Yeah I imagine. Well, let's get this over with quick then.” Shikamaru said with a grin.

Zetsu cleared his throat suddenly. “We have two Konoha squads moving in. One lead by Asuma Sarutobi.”

 

“He the cigarette guy?” Kismae asked with a grin.

 

“Looks that way.”

 

“We gonna use that technique, then?”

 

“Yeah, I'll take that as you volunteering then.” Pein said looking to that shark like ninja.

 

“Yeah, I'd like another go at him.” Kisame said with a grin.

 

“The technique really suites you best, you have the most chakra out of everyone here.” Pein said not wanting to reveal anymore Akatsuki to the leaf village. Especially that annoying strategist.

 

“And the other team?” Itachi asked already knowing the answer.

 

“Kakashi's squad.” Zetsu said simply.

 

“Then I will go too.” Itachi said simply.

 

“Really have a thing for your brother don't you?” Kisame asked with a chuckle.

 

Itachi closed his eyes and when he opened them he and Kisame were outside the cave. “You could say that.”
