Renaz Chronicles

Disclaimer: 1- I do not own `Naruto' nor will I claim to. 2- I however do own Renaz and the other original characters you will see. 3- if you don't like reading fanfics with oc char then to bad, so sad don't read it. 4- this is my first fanfic, you flame and you die. 5- I started watching this anime in English so all of the jutsu's names and the likes are in English, if you don't like its your problem. 6- this fanfic takes place some time after the coronation of the fifth Hokage. 7- this fanfic is neither about Naruto nor any of his friends but about my oc char however I will but using the p.o.v. of several character where appropriate.

Simple, now lets get on with this fanfic.

Chapter 2: Wires and Reunions.

Tsunade what startled by this, “What do you mean, explain yourself.” It was all that the Hokage could say.

“About thirty minuets ago” The Anbu member started. “The sedated prisoner that was rescued the other day awoke and apparently took where he was the wrong way and broke out of the hospital injuring a few doctors in the process.”

“I see, take three other Anbu black ops with you and find him” The fifth Hokage ordered.

The Anbu nodded and left then Kakashi spoke up. “Lady Tsunade I request that Gai and myself with our teams should also head out to track him down sense we know him better than the others most likely will.”

Tsunade thought about it for a second and saw the truth in his words. “As you wish take your teams and go immediately.”

Both Gai and Kakashi spoke together in union “Yes Lady Hokage.”

Later as both teams were bounding through the trees Gai spoke to Kakashi “So Kakashi where do you think we will find him?”

Kakashi looked over to his `Rival' and said. “Well after leaving the hospital he has probably knows he's not a prisoner any more.” Gai agreed with him on that and Kakashi went on. “My guess would be the `Hero's Monument' to see if any of his friends names are on it which reminds me.” With that he looked over at Sasuke. “Sasuke I wont you to refrain from using your Sharingan, the same goes for you and your Byakugan Neji.” Sasuke and Neji were both about to complain but Kakashi silenced their objections with a glare.

Ten minutes later they arrived at the Hero's Monument and found the young man that they rescued the other day wearing assorted mismatched clothing. As they approached, Kakashi motioned for the others to remain behind.

As Kakashi neared young man, the young man spoke seemingly unconcerned for the fact that the copy ninja was within ten yards of him. “You know Kakashi this list has grown quite a lot sense my last visit here and although it sad to see it, it is also reassuring to see none of my close friends on it, that is except for Sarutobi I'll miss him greatly.” The young man the turned around to face Kakashi and everyone could indeed see his eyes reflecting the light off of them. “It's good to see you again Kakashi you to Gai.”

Kakashi just smiled in agreement at Renaz. “It is indeed, you missed a lot while you've been gone.” The silver-eyed man smiled back at the silver-haired man. “I look forward to telling you all about once we get back.”

“And I look forward to hearing it.” Renaz quickly agreed and closed his eyes as if he where thinking of what next to say to him, then he smiled and opened his eyes. “But before we go to reminiscing there is something I have to see.”

Kakashi just looked slightly confused about that. “Sure what is it?”

Renaz smile grew broader at that and he took up a fighting stance. “I want to see if my skills have dropped during my imprisonment and I want to see how your skills have come along.”

At this was said both Naruto and Sasuke took up positions beside Kakashi. “Sorry but your picking a fight with the wrong people.” Naruto spoke up.

While Sasuke laughed at this “for once your right we can take care of this no problem.” Saying this Sasuke closed his eyes preparing for the Sharingan. Renaz narrowed his eyes at this and Kakashi also saw this and looked at Sasuke. “Sharin-” But Sasuke never got to finish this as Kakashi grabbed him and placed his hand over his eyes.

“Sasuke what did I tell you!” Kakashi shouted at Sasuke and everyone flinched. Sasuke started with the usual `buts' but was silenced before he could get started.

“Well seeing as they are going to help you out I guess I should get started.” Renaz spoke and clasped his hands together. While Kakashi grabbed Sasuke and Gai grabbing Naruto they both appeared by the others while he flashed through hand signs but stopped halfway. “Damn” Renaz cursed dropping his hands to his sides. “It looks like this will have to wait.” Kakashi was confused at this statement and Renaz just point toward the village. “Four Anbu level ninja will be here in a few seconds.”

Sasuke still a little miffed about his reprimand could not understand this. “Ya and how would you know that?”

The silver-eyed young man smiled and Kakashi spoke. “Its because he is a Chakra master.” Everyone looked on with ignorant look that is all except Gai and Sakura.

“May I explain Kakashi-sensei?” Sakura asked politely to which Kakashi nodded his approval and she turned to the others. “A chakra master is one who has mastered the flow and control of his chakra to such a degree that not only is none wasted when he uses jutsu, but he can sense chakra in others very acutely.”

Kakashi smiled his approval the girl and she beamed. “Renaz however takes it to another level he can tell you went someone is building up chakra and how much chakra that person has.” All eyes grew wide at that but it was clear that he wasn't done explaining. “Also he can tell if someone has a blood-line trait and his sense are so acutely tuned to chakra that he can even see it.” Now before any reactions could be made four Anbu black ops showed up.

The one with the lizard mask that reported to them at the tower spoke then. “I see you have found him Kakashi good work we will take it from here.” He congratulated the copy ninja then turned to the man in front of the monument. “Renaz, we are here by to escort you to the Hokage's tower at once.”

Renaz just stood there for a second debating on what to do before finally “Fine whatever, lets see what old windbag got the job after Sarutobi.” Naruto who could not stand how close this guy had gotten the truth burst out laughing which caused Renaz to look at him with those eyes of his but didn't stop him from laugh out load, smiling at Naruto Renaz spoke. “Now I have to see who it is if Naruto thinks it's that funny.” And with that he disappeared off toward where the Hokage was residing.

That last statement however was the one that caused Naruto to stop laughing. `How did he know his name?' Naruto thought `was it because he fought with the Nine-tailed fox and remembers the sealing?'

Tsunade waited patiently. Know now what she did about this `Renaz' character it was obvious that he was capable jounin level ninja but if he were to try harming the villagers then he would be hard to defeat given his trait. “Shizune in your opinion how much damage do you think Renaz could do?”

Shizune just looked at her “I honestly don't know lady Tsunade.”

“Tsunade's the Hokage!” with that explanation came a burst of laughter. “It's just too much.”

Both Shizune and Tsunade jumped to their feet in surprise never even sensing the man enter. “Name yourself at once.” Tsunade shouted.

The young man trying to get his laughter in check responded to the distraught Hokage. “I-I'm the guy y-your worried about ca-causing damage.” Seeing them still up in arms as he regained his composure. “I'm fine now… sorry about sneaking up one you but the Anbu said you wanted to see me.”

Although Tsunade lowered her guard Shizune didn't. “And where are the Anbu that told you this now.”

Renaz just smiled “Wait for it… wait for it…” he said holding up his hand and after a second four Anbu as well as both Kakashi's and Gai's squads showed up in smoke.

“Lady Hokage, Renaz is on his… oh he's here already.” The lizard Anbu said seeing that the target beat them here already and it weren't for the mask embarrassment would be showing through.

“They are all here, so what do you want from me?” Renaz spoke in a neutral voice but there was no mistaking the slight note of sarcasm in it.

This was not lost on Tsunade, who was confused on where it was coming from, deciding it was probably part of his personality continued. “I was concerned for the safety of the village as was as the well being of one of it's ninja.” After Tsunade said this Renaz could be seen trying to stifle a laugh. She was about to ask what he thought was so funny if not for a man with long white hair bursting into the room. “Jiraiya what do you want?”

Jiraiya spoke quickly “I have some information on the lab you raided the other day.” This caught everyone's attention and the Hokage urged him to tell her all of what he found out. “It turns out the place was supported by none other then Orochimaru, figures when you think about what they were researching there.” By now though the silver-eyed ninja was laughing so hard he was trying to with a mighty effort to get any breath into his lungs. “What is with him, is he alright.”

Tsunade shrugged her shoulders “He has been like that all the while that he has been here.” The medical specialist stood waiting for the young man to get a grip on himself. When he finally did she asked him what the problem was.

“The `Problem' Tsunade is that both you and Jiraiya acting like you care about anything but your habits.” The two sannin when shocked by this outburst but did stop his berating. “At least Orochimaru had enough courtesy to be himself and not pretending to something he is not like you two.”

Shizune spoke up on behalf of her speechless mentor. “Lady Tsunade is nothing like that monster how dare you say those things to her!”

Renaz laughed at that “Then I'm sure you don't know the real Jiraiya or Tsunade of the legendary sannin.”

Jiraiya who by far had enough of this prepare to halt this before it escalated and began to build his chakra but as soon as he had started Renaz's left hand shot out and he was slammed against the wall. Tsunade seeing this tried to help her old friend only to find herself unable to move.

Kakashi have seen the wall pressed Jiraiya and the frozen Tsunade figure out what had transpired. “Stop nobody move, if you move you are likely to die before you can lift a hand.” Kakashi looked to Renaz then at Tsunade and Jiraiya. “Renaz retract the wires, I now what your thinking but what's done is done.”

Jiraiya from his pinned position against the wall looked at Kakashi. “What are you talking about Kakashi I've done nothing to him.” Kakashi shook his at the old man.

Renaz left hand twitched and several cuts appeared on the male sannin's clothing and skin. “I didn't expect any of the sannin to remember someone like me, after all who wants to remember, and I quote, `a plague'.” Renaz's eyes were shining fiercely in the light in the tower. “Here why don't I remind the almighty sannin why they are no better than the creatures they summon.”

Seventeen years ago:

“We have to find someone to take him but the villagers are afraid that he carries some kind of disease or plague I mean look at his eyes.” With that both of the head members at the orphanage looked at the four-year-old boy with the silver eyes dressed in rags. “Well I don't want him here, if you can't find someone who will take him then leave him in the woods we don't want a riot at our door.” The other man just nodded. “Take him once more around the village and if no one takes him this time you know what to do.”

All around the village one by one people refused to take `a plague barring boy', a no here, a no there, some even though various objects at us. Finally a tavern was the last place to visit. Inside the man that was taking me around the village spotted three individuals. “Ah look at that boy those three are the sannin the most powerful and noble of all ninja I have no doubt that one of them will take you.” I felt hope surge through me I will finally have a home.

The man from the orphanage told the story about me how I showed up out of the blue and that nobody so far wanted me. “Sorry but I'm to busy with my research to adopt a kid.” You yourself said Jiraiya. However at seeing two others my hope hadn't expired. “No way I don't want no brat following me around.” Tsunade said with a slur to her voice. My home was fading before my eyes but there was still one more of the noble ninja left. “Sorry I don't baby sit children.” The man with the snake eyes said. The man with me bowed respectfully and we left the company of the noble sannin.

Outside the tavern it had started to rain. The man pulled the hood of his jacket over his head to shield it from the rain, which in turn hid his face from view. “Come on boy we have one last stop to go, before you are home.” I knew however that there was no home waiting for me.

Finally about an hour or so inside the woods, the rain had turned into a downpour. “Well kid, I'm sorry that this is your fate, but those plague-baring eyes of yours scare people and we can't have the village in am uproar.” And with that the man hit me in the back of the head and everything went dark.

Back at the Hokage's tower present day.

“The most noble and strongest ninja of the village, it really is a joke.” Renaz finished after recounting a part of his past. Everyone present just stood there as if they could not believe what he was saying. Tsunade however was looking very ashamed at the moment and Jiraiya could not ever look the young man in the eyes. “How does it feel to know you helped abandon a child to a death in the woods or does it help ease your conscience to know that I survived.”

“That's enough Renaz.” Kakashi who had been on the sidelines of this entire conversation decided that he needed to step in at last. “What's done is done you can't change it and this wont help.” Seeing that Renaz wasn't letting them go pulled up his headband revealing his sharingan eye. “Please put them down if you down I will have to defend the Hokage from harm.”

The man with the silver eyes saw the uncovered eye of the copy ninja. He turned back to the white-haired sannin. “Your lucky that it was Kakashi that asked if not you and the Hokage would be a pile of scrapes right now.” With that both of the sannin were released from the holed that he had on them. “I only hope that you hadn't treated Naruto like this, for if I found out that you had I swear you will need all of the Anbu black ops to slow me down enough to escape alive.” With that he disappeared.

The Anbu were about to pursue him when the Hokage spoke. “Leave him alone, just leave him alone.” Tsunade spoke holding back tears that were in her eyes there was obvious protest for the Anbu but they stomped into the ground by they Hokage's order.

Jiraiya who was still looking over the cuts he had obtained during the incident walked over to Kakashi. “Kakashi what jutsu's did he use to hold me against the wall and cut me with as well as paralyze Tsunade?”

Kakashi looked over at the sannin with the many cuts and tears. “Well Jiraiya all that was caused by only one jutsu.”

Jiraiya stopped his self-inspection to stare at the jounin but Sasuke spoke up first. “Kakashi-sensei how can one jutsu do all that?”

Kakashi sighed this was going to be difficult to explain. “Bear with me for a second while I try to explain it, although I have copied It, Renaz is the only one who could make it work. To the fullest.” Everyone was waiting expectedly for his explanation. “Renaz creates chakra threads that extend from his fingertips that he can manipulate as if they were a part of himself.” Jiraiya then made a point of pointing at his cuts. “Well I'm not sure on how he does it, only that he somehow makes the threads vibrate at an extremely fast rate.”

“Kakashi-sensei does that really work?” Sakura chimed in seemingly stumped on how that would work.

Gai spoke to the kunoichi. “It does indeed Sakura, I myself have seen him cut through trees and people as if they weren't there with equal ease.” Sakura just stood there while Jiraiya's mouth just hung open. “Renaz could have easily went through on his boost and what makes it worst is that is only one of the things he can do with those wires.”

Kakashi nodded his agreement at everything that Gai had said. “Yes that's why it is properly named.” Gai agreed.

“Well Kakashi what is it's name?” Jiraiya ever still curious about this jutsu asked.

“It is called the `Magic Wire Jutsu'.” Kakashi exclaimed.

“The `Magic Wire Jutsu!' but I thought that the only one who could use that was the `Blood Hunter' in the bingo book.” Jiraiya said with shock all over his face.

Gai smiled and spoke with the flair that only he could muster. “Well Jiraiya who do you think that was?”

“No way that kid is to young to be the `blood hunter' the blood hunter has been around for eleven years!” Jiraiya said not willing to believe what he was told. “He wold have to have be around twelve when that title was given.”

“Actually Jiraiya.” Kakashi spoke with some hesitation rubbing the back of his head. “He received that title when he was ten years old two years after he became a chunin.” Seeing that the perverted sannin didn't believe him. “Shizune could you give the report on Renaz to Jiraiya.” Shizune responded quickly retrieving the report and handing it to Jiraiya.

The Toad sage took the report and read over it his eyes widening at the report that he was reading. “I had heard stories that the `blood hunter' was one of the worst people that an enemy ninja could come across but to see that it was a ten year old boy that had it, its just…” Jiraiya didn't have the words so describe what he was feeling.

“He may have been ten when he got it Jiraiya but he is now twenty-one and if it were not for the eight years he was missing I would have not doubt that he would be sitting where Tsunade is right now.” Kakashi spoke without any hesitation on this matter.

End of Chapter 2

Well, how was my introduction of the main character of the story? More on how Renaz is connected to Naruto in the following chapters. Also I wanted to portray a little into the personality of what I feel to be what the sannin were like in the past. Again I have only seen Naruto in English up to episode 110 or something. More to come on the reasons behind why Renaz let them go and his other friends

Well how did everybody like the so far, people who liked this will be blessed by any and all things that like me… if only I could remember what or who they were. Those who flame me, well who cares about you anyway. Well, R & R or punishment will come quick.
