[ X - Adult: No readers under 18. Contains Graphic Adult Themes/Extreme violence. ]
Holy crap! I’ve neglected this fic faarr too long. I’m so sorry guys. I re-read it, and I’m slightly unhappy with the first five chapters, they’re a bit choppy and not all that great. Hopefully, I’ll be able to improve the next few.
Over the next few days I plan a mass revision to improve all of them. =]

Chapter 7
Hinata slowly surfaced into the realm of reality. Not that she wanted to. She was currently wrapped up in a soothing warmth. She sighed and snuggled further into it. She clutched at a bundle of cloth and tugged it to her, for some reason she wanted whatever it was closer to her. She needed it. She felt it oblige her and the warmth tightened. She floated precariously between oblivion and happiness.
Naruto didn’t know what to do, he’d fallen asleep with an angel in his arms and now he was trapped. He’d woken up about an hour ago and tried to move away, but after scooting back less than an inch, Hinata had started to whimper and murmur in her sleep. It had been so cute and endearing he’d been unable to move. But he really needed to go now. Her family would be back shortly he was sure, and he needed to pee so bad it was starting to hurt.
He looked down into her face for the one-hundredth time in the last hour. A tiny smile pulled at the corners of her lips. Her little hand was clutching his shirt again. He grinned, the picture was too adorable for words. She seemed to have a habit of doing that whenever he was near her like this.
He grabbed her fisted palm in his own and tugged on it, she released his cloths and weaved her fingers between his.
The intimate move caused his heart to contract. No one ever wanted to touch him… He ran his thumb over her knuckles in a delicate caress. The urge to bring it to his lips was overwhelming and without a second thought he was laying a small, chaste kiss across them.
He heard a small intake of air from the girl, unwilling to lose such a precious moment he refused to look at her as he continued to hold her hand.
A silence ensued, but it wasn’t awkward, there was a feeling of quiet waiting. Slowly he turned soft azure eyes onto her face. She was staring at him, waiting, waiting for what he didn’t know. And he’d never find out.
Naruto heard the sound of voices approaching the door, quickly he dropped her hand and gracefully jumped out of bed. He was smoothing over the covers when they entered. He stepped back allowing Hyuuga Neji and Hinata’s father, Hyuuga Hiashi to surround her bed.
Hinata’s whole world was zeroed in on Naruto, only aware of him, his movements, her family’s presence unwanted. She was sitting up in her bed, her hands folded in her lap. She was staring at nothing but everything at once.
“This young man sent me a message. I know the whole story. This mission didn’t seem very hard. Why are you so injured Hinata?” His voice echoed with authority.
Hinata’s usually soft eyes, hardened. Years of putdowns were starting to build up in her. “I was caught unawares.”
“Unaware? With the Hyuuga eyes? Oh, I think not.”
Lavender clashed brilliantly with lavender. The elder Hyuuga seemed surprised by this. Hinata had never looked her father dead in the eye. The contact didn’t last long. It was brief, merely a lapse in time. “Do not let it happen again.”
She nodded obediently. She looked past her father as he spoke at her and spared Naruto a longing glance. Her eyes open doors to her soul.
Naruto was at a loss, he just gazed back at her apologetically, falling into her eyes.
The moment lasted three seconds, three minutes, three hours. It conveyed a thousand words but said nothing. Naruto closed his eyes, effectively ending the moment, and quietly slipped from the room.

Sai waited with his infinite amount of patience against a tree. His serene look made Sakura want to punch him.
The current training she was enduring was brutal. She was learning how to turn her chakra into a weapon. Manifesting it and then trying to create a technique that would allow her to cripple her opponent.
It wasn’t going very smoothly. And Tsunade was a tough bitch to please.
“Again, Sakura! You can do better than this!” Tsunade boomed from the sidelines.
Sakura concentrated at her core, she was a master at manipulating and rationing her chakra. She formed it into a small needle-like projectiles and thrust them threw her hands. They flew out of her hands but they lacked any true technique, all this was doing was draining her supplies. She fell to her knees, weak and shaking. The dust from the ground clung to her everywhere. She was filthy, tired, hungry and frustrated. She got up and it again. And again. And again. Her target coming back at her again and again, making her revert to the defense.
Dots were invading her vision. Her body so tired her sense of reality was slipping, she felt the earth below her waver. She steadied herself and prepared to do it again.
“Sakura. That’s enough. You can stop now.” Tsunade’s voice grew soft as she looked at the young girl’s weary stance.
Sakura ignored her. She’d get this down or she’d pass out. Whichever came first. She did it again. She put malice into her thrust, she wanted the person she used this against to be immobile, to lose control of their chakra. To be defenseless. The shards of chakra embedded themselves into the replicated human dummy. The clay mold was meant to mock a human, built with it’s own mock chakra system. It’s movements became lethargic and it seemed unable to retaliate.
Tsunade stuck her hand on her hip. A smirk gracing the elderly women’s lips. She saw a little bit of Naruto in Sakura sometimes, the boy’s influence was far reaching.

Sasuke walked out of the hidden fort, stepping onto fresh earth. Orochimaru was dead, the fool had attempted to absorb him, to kill him and parade around in his form. Tried to use him before he’d ended his fight.
He felt an insignificant part of Orochimaru fester within him, mixing his chakra with his own. Becoming a small part of him. Sasuke smirked, the user became the used. Whatever was left of the pathetic sannin would only help him in his quest.
What he needed to do now was to find his brother and annihilate him. The bastard would meet his maker by facing his destroyer and he’d finally avenger his parents. Sasuke wrapped his black cloak around himself, heading towards one of his families secret supply units located close to this fort.
He needed to recover from Orochimaru’s fight and he needed to formulate a plan that would end his brother’s life.
Over the next few days I plan a mass revision to improve all of them. =]
