~Chapter 25; The Aftermath~
Everyone in the room stared in shock as Asuka shot upright and took in a sharp intake of breath. Tsunade smiled one last time and fell to the floor dead. A nurse gently laid a blanket over her body. “What happened?” Asuka asked. Then she remembered Orochimaru and decided not to say anything yet. There wasn’t a dry eye in the place as everyone mourned over Tsunade’s death.
Jiraiya looked up at Naruto who was taking it the worst. Even Gaara shed a few tears the old lady really was kind. He turned to try to hide it. “Naruto.” Naruto looked up helplessly. He wasn’t sure what to do. Hinata quietly slipped her hand in his and it seemed to steady him a little. “There was something Tsunade wanted me to tell you.”
“What is it?” He tried to sound a little tougher but his voice ended up cracking since he was crying. (NOT PUBERTY!)
He took a deep breath. He wasn’t to sure how he would react and frankly he was kinda scarred. “Your dream is finally coming true. She wanted me to name you as the 6th Hokage. Congratulations.” He smiled slightly. Seconds later he was in the same place as Miharu; passed out on the floor.
“Well that wasn’t too bad.” Jiraiya said proudly.

Sakura and Ino were sitting in their dorm trying to figure out what to do about Asuka and Sasuke. “Well, got any ideas Ino?” Sakura asked.
Ino sighed. She’d been thinking this over for a while now. “Look Sakura… don’t you think we’re a little old for this?” She said quietly.
“A little old for what?” Sakura asked cluelessly.
“You know,”
“… No… I don’t.”
Ino sighed. “We’re a little old to be chacing after Sasuke like this don’t you think? I mean we’re 20 years old and we’re chasing after a guy like we were 12 again.”
“What are you trying to say?” Sakura said angrily.
“It’s childish! Think about it, Sakura! If he really felt the same way about one of us, don’t you think he would’ve done something about it?! Like, oh I don’t know, try to actually hang out with us?! He doesn’t even like talking to us let alone hand out with us!” Ino yelled. Sakura didn’t really know what to do. “C’mon Sakura… wake up…” Ino shook her head and walked out of the dorm.
Sakura was speechless. ‘Maybe Ino-pig has a point…’ She thought sadly. ‘If he really cared, something would’ve happened by now… maybe I should try to go after someone that actually cares for me…’

“Sorry for the interuption, but would Sakura Haruno, Ino Yamanaka, Hinata Hyuuga, Miharu Nakamura, Asuka Nakamura, Gaara Sabuko, Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, Kiba Inuzuka, Shino Aburame, Kankuro Sabuko, Rock Lee, Neji Hyuuga, Tenten, and Chouji Akamichi please come down to the main office?” A lady announced over the loudspeaker. She thought it was off then sneezed. “Oh, Excuse me! *sneeze* Excuse me! *sneeze* Excuse me! *sneeze* EXCUSE ME DAMN IT!! (Person in distance) YOU’RE EXCUSED!!”

Minutes later everyone arrived in the office. Jiraiya led them into an empty room. “Now, for those of you who don’t know, Tsunade died yesterday saving the life of one of you. Now she wanted me to name Naruto as the 6th Hokage. That means we’re are going to have to leave to go back to Konoha. Gaara, Kankuro, Asuka, and Miharu, you will be dropped off at your respective villages.” Everyone nodded sadly. They were not only upset about Tsunade’s death but also the fact that they had to leave. They were enjoying college. “We leave in the morning so get your stuff together.”
