Dawn was on the horizon as Ura was dressed from slaves owned by the growing Sound army. The shinobi that had brought her back to life was known as Genji, and the one who was pulling a lot of the strings for the army. He had shown Ura to the army that was located in the country of Sound and sent word out to the other outposts of her new leadership. Many were wary of her being their leader, but most of them were proud and felt confident in their victory. Genji was most pleased at this reaction, but he could see the true Ura coming out from her dazed state. She began to deny the new techniques that she wasn't familiar with, which Genji found annoying due to the fact she was using Suna's techniques. Ura would lose her temper with someone and beat them until they were almost dead, but Genji found out that she did kill a few of the slaves and an officer in the army.

Genji knew it was time to put a leash on Ura's behavior of life now that she was no longer in a zombie-state. He went to Ura as she was training on her own in a secluded part of the hideout. She was still using the umbrellas and hari, though told not to. Ura was a great ninjutsu and Genji noticed she excelled in hand-to-hand combat when she was without her weapons. He approached her silently as he crossed his arms, "You're getting stronger and stronger. Soon enough you'll be in total control of this army, but there are a few precautions I have to do before you are our leader."

"I have no desire to be under your control," Ura stated as she paused when she threw her umbrellas up.

"It's for your own good," Genji lifted a hand to his mask hiding his gaping hole.

Ura spun around, but he caught her wrist and yanked her closer to him. With his other hand, Genji moved her head to where the mark on her collar bone was in plane sight. In one swift move, Genji placed the gaping hole on the mark and spewed tainted chakra into the mark. The pain was horribly unbearible, Ura's eyes were wide as she screamed for death to take her before anything happened next. She wanted to tear her skin off where the mark was, to just stab her skin with her hari and carve the mark out completely.

Genji slowly removed himself from Ura and dropped her on the ground carelessly. He took a step back as a red circle formed around Ura, her chakra was no longer just her own. Ura's once tanned eyes went crimson red as she gazed up at Genji in horror, her body shook from terror as she felt a familiar presense...it was not around her, but within her. Sweat beaded off of her brow and down her face as she felt an old enemy take full control of her body again. Genji merely chuckled at the fear in her eyes, how the once powerful kunoichi succombed to pure terror, "Funny... I'm surprised he'd choose a female to be his host. He was lucky with his body before, but transfering to a female was gutsy."

"Who...who are you talking about!?" Ura managed to demand from Genji.

"The one inside you now has been alive for many centuries, mastering the technique to use different people as his host to live longer. I believe you'd know him as Kabutome," Genji's eyes squinted in delight.

Even Genji just saying that name out of casualness made Ura's spine cringe at the horrible memories. Though her inner organs weren't alive, she still felt sick to her stomach at that name. Tears formed in her eyes at how helpless she was now, she was just a mere puppet. Genji squated on his knees as he lifted her chin, "You will be using his powers in this army, but if you do anything to betray us...he'll torture you in ways you can't even imagine."

"No."

"You don't have the option, my dear," Genji pushed a strand of hair away from her face, "He's apart of you now, awakened and ready to fight with you."

"I can't let him win, not again," Ura's new chakra strengthened to a new level as she pushed Genji off of her.

Genji leaped back as Ura stood up slowly, he was impressed on how she was able to fight him off with such ease. Ura put her hands in the air as the umbrellas fell into her hands, then she aimed them at Genji, "I must get rid of you first."

"Try me, princess," Genji taunted as he stood up in his fighting stance.

Ura spun one umbrella, and as she predicted, Genji leaped away on the left side. What he didn't expect was an attack behind him, which thousands upon thousands of hari imbedded in his back brought him to his end. Ura had expected Genji to have an ace up his sleeve though she didn't expect him to reawaken Kabutome. She dropped her umbrellas and felt the mark on her collar bone. As soon as her skin fibers felt the mark, a flashs of Kabutome's murderous eyes flashed in her mind. Her unneeded breath fell short as she saw him again, how evil he appeared in her mind. He cannot control her again, not when she had a second chance at full life again.

She pulled out an empty scroll and carefully drew a sealing jutsu, it would take an immense chakra usage, but she would dive into Kabutome's chakra if she couldn't use her own. It took her awhile to go from memory how to make a sealing scroll, but Ura managed to make one as best as she could. She made the handsigns on cue and then placed her palms into the middle of the sealing circle. A wave of confinement went through her as she felt Kabutome's spirit within her seal in the back of her spirit chamber. Ura let out a long sigh from relief, at least she was able to control him from that point on.

After picking up her hari and umbrellas, Ura went into the underground hideout to claim her spot as the leader of the entire Sound army. She went to the main office and signed a few papers and sent out word to everyone in every outpost. Ura then went to her private room where she dawned on her new uniform. It was a cloth dress made from silk with the color of pale gray with small purple beeds encircling her waist to give her a figure. The dress had a v-neck that went down to between her breasts, and the dress was cut short at high thigh. Ura put on some mini shorts for battle usage, so no one got the wrong idea. She wore regular flat shoes for better movement, ninja shoes were too heavy for her.

Once she was fully dressed, Ura gazed at herself in the full-length mirror. Ura glanced down at her ring finger and noticed the wedding ring still on there in perfect condition. She held the ring close to her as she closed her eyes, how could Gaara replace her so freely? Had he truly not realized her full love for him? A part of her forgave him and wanted to go to him, but another part of her hated him for remarrying and gave Osamu another mother. That was right, Ura's eyes bulged open, she hadn't seen her son in so long. She needed to see him, to see her son one last time to make sure no one hurt him. Osamu was her only son, even if something happened to Gaara, she still had Osamu to love unconditionally.

Then...Ura saw her crimson eyes, how would Osamu and Gaara see her like this? As a Sound leader? Not only was she failing Gaara, she was failing Osamu as a good mother and not going to them instantly. The knock on the door startled Ura as a messenger walked in, "M'lady, word has been recieved that several shinobi are on their way to this location, it's in our best interests to leave. But...if you want us to be rid of them, that is also a good idea."

"Where are they from?" Ura turned to face the messenger.

"Suna and Konoha."

"No, we shall leave immediately," Ura stated as she turned away from the messenger.

"As you wish," the messenger disappeared.

Ura had to face them, she had no choice but to put her foot down and tell them her new choice. How dare they forget about her? She was the one who sacrificed her life for Suna, did anyone forget that? Ura left the room and hideout only to start walking towards the presenses of the few shinobi. She knew Gaara was one of them, but the rest were fuzzy to her memory of recognizing their chakra. Ura didn't know if she was ready to see them, or ready to see Gaara.

She didn't have time to prepare herself because now she could see him...she saw Gaara. After many years of death and walking in the spirit realm to wait for Gaara, he was there in front of her. He stopped only twenty feet away from her where he just gazed at her in disbelief. Ura wanted to fall to her knees, to cry out in dispair, to yell at him for remarrying, and to just ask him if he still remembered the love she has for him. In her heart, she still loved Gaara, but his actions lead her to believe that he didn't feel the same for her at all.

"Oh my god!" Naruto covered his mouth with his hand when he stood next to Gaara, "Holy...fucking...shit..."

"Ura!" Lee screamed as he pointed at her, the fear in his eyes wasn't hard to tell.

Even Sakura, the last of the pursuing shinobi, was in a state of fear and terror at the living dead. Ura wanted to change back to her old clothing and change her eye color so she could go into Gaara's arms. Gaara was the first to approach her, but as soon as he was in arms length, Ura took a step back, "Gaara."

Gaara's pale blue eyes widened as his breath hitched, hearing her voice felt like a miracle. Knowing she was right there in front of him to have again meant a better life for him, "You have no idea how long i've waited for you to speak."

Ura fought the tears back behind her eyes, she would cry later when the army was safe at a distance. She wanted to run to him and kiss him, and she was about to until she saw the actual final kunoichi appear in the distance. Her eyes scanned the female as she came closer, she had the sign of Suna and even the looks of a regular Suna kunoichi. The kunoichi came up and stood close to Gaara, "Who is she?"

"This...this is my wife, Ura," Gaara didn't tear his eyes off Ura.

"I'm your wife," the female stated angrily as she glared at Ura, "And this is my husband."

"Do not say that!" Lee growled as he yanked Amane away from Gaara, then he went to Ura, "Ura..."

"I know you remarried after I died, how long did you wait? Two days? Five hours?" Ura's eyes narrowed in growing rage.

"Years, I couldn't take living with you and Osamu needed a consistant mother figure," Gaara tried to explain, but he saw it was doing no good.

Ura looked away from Gaara in pure disgust, but it wasn't as if he remarried someone out of spite towards her. It was natural for some people to remarry and move on with their lives. The only thing that bugged Ura was...why did Gaara move on? She didn't want him to die along with her, or else she wouldn't have died in the first place. But...knowing that he was married to another woman just made her feel more alone than ever.

The woman took a step in front of Gaara, "You have no right to expect to think he's going back to you."

In a split second, Ura was mere millimeters from her with a hari to her neck, "You are not as formidible as I am, child. Unlike myself, you cannot face down Gaara in any battle, but I can. You may be a kunoichi, but you don't have any qualities that I have."

"That you had. You're dead," the woman spat angrily as she glared up at Ura.

Ura watched as Lee grabbed the woman and pushed her aside, "Ura, do not listen to her. Please, leave Sound with us and you can start over now. You have another chance in this world with us."

With all her courage, she looked towards Gaara as her eyes softened. How she loved him. She gave up her life to save him and the village. There was nothing in the world that would make her happier than to join her family again. But she couldn't, she was only alive by the chakra that was inside of her. Their eyes were connected as Gaara and Ura remained gazing at each other, in a sense they were reaching out to each other. Gaara shoved Lee to the side lightly as he took Ura's forearms and kissed her tenderly. To feel his lips pressed against hers felt like heaven. She slowly touched his hips, then gripped the clothing on him as she pulled him closer. Those several years of waiting for him all caught up to her as she felt the massive lonliness.

Feeling Gaara against her, feeling his breaths on her skin, and knowing he was right in front of her meant so much to her. Ura wouldn't give anything away that meant losing Gaara again. Sacrificing herself was one thing, but she wouldn't allow herself to be mad at Gaara. The woman he married was nothing like her, so maybe Gaara did it as a way to make the villagers happy.

They all leaped to the sky as a bomb exploded beneath them. Ura broke the kiss first as Gaara embraced her tightly against him, she turned to see a few Sound-nin in the trees behind her. They were waiting for her to leave, and they were getting impatient. As much as Ura wanted to return to her former life, she had to be rid of the Sound army first so no one will get hurt because of them. Ura turned back to Gaara as she moved her hand to his cheek, "Forgive me, but I must stay here for awhile. Go take care of her, i'll be home soon."

"No, not again," Gaara landed as he gripped Ura harder, "I'm not losing you."

"You're not losing me, i'm going into hiding for awhile so the army doesn't track me down," Ura pulled herself away from Gaara, "Just go home before things get ugly."

"No," Gaara stepped towards her, but Ura pulled out an umbrella, "Put that away."

"I said leave," Ura urged him and the others.

"What are you doing!?" Sakura yelled as she ran over to Ura, "How are you going to tell him to go home when he lost you for seven years!? Are you that cold? Have you no heart anymore!?"

As much as Ura was pained to make her love and friends leave, she had to get them out of harms way. Ura put her umbrella away, but with her hand behind her back, she pulled out a rag dipped in chloroform and held it behind her back. She went towards Gaara and tilted her head to gaze up at him, "I'll always love you, but you cannot find me for awhile. I'm sorry..."

She gripped his wrist tightly as she forced the rag to his mouth and nose, Gaara passed out within seconds of inhaling the scent. Ura caught Gaara with staggering feet as Sakura held the rest of Gaara's weight. Though they weren't exactly friends, Ura took Sakura's wrist as they held Gaara, "I can trust you to look after my son and Gaara, please do this for me."

"I have my own life to live," Sakura growled as Gaara was passed to Naruto and Lee.

"Sakura, i've never asked you to do anything for me in my previous life. Just this once, can't you just watch them from afar?" Ura pleaded, she didn't want anything to happen to her family, and Sakura was the only one she knew that would initially stop Gaara outside her own family.

Sakura hesitated for a few moments and then bit her lip, "Fine...but you better leave this fucking army soon or else i'll put you back in your grave myself."

"Fine," Ura nodded, then took one last look at Gaara, "Tell my son... I'm coming home soon."

With a slight nod, Sakura turned away from Ura and went towards the group. Naruto and Lee then came to Ura, Lee was the first to beg Ura to return. Ura hugged them both and promised them she would be back in Suna in no time. She watched them leave with Gaara then she turned herself around and followed the Sound army.

Traitorous. But she was alive. A deep breath exhaled from Sasuke's pale lips as he watched his friends and former lover leave Ura to return to the army. How could they let her leave? Did they not understand that she was in grave danger if she stayed? Sasuke couldn't watch Ura be sent to her grave again, and he couldn't idle by and watch her make the same mistakes again. This time, Sasuke would have Ura make the right choice with him.
