Chapter IV: Newcomers & Revelations

Rei let out as small gasp as she came to her climax on top of her lover. Shinji let loose a small groan. She collapsed on top of him, and rolled onto her side. Shinji pulled her close to him.

=I have been waiting to do that for the past 2 centuries. = (The Goa'uld can live over a millennia if not killed or if it finds a host repeatedly.)

She put a finger to his lips. =Shhhh. Let me savor this. =

He pulled her closer to him. =How long has it been? =

=Hmm? =

=Since we last saw each other, I mean. =

She curled up against him. =I'd rather not think about it. =

=It's funny. =

She looked at him, confused. =Hmm? =

=I've searching my host's memories, and he cares for your host dearly. =

=As does she. =

They stayed that way for a couple of minutes, until an alarm ring. Begrudgingly, they left each other to redress in their uniforms. 5 minutes later, they emerged from Bakuub/Shinji's quarters and made their way to the command room. Along the way, Toji met with them.

"Bakuub."

"Lar'nix'va."

Not more was said.

When they got there, a vast majority of the Jaffa were there already. A few nods went Bakuub's way, but nothing was said. A minute later, Horus strode in, helmet in place. Immediately, everyone in the room dropped to their knee, including one newcomer.

"Ai'emain." =Rise. =

As they stood, a robed figure came in, obviously feminine, the hood covering her face. She stood beside Horus silently.

"Weiafei di dis'tra." =Welcome your mistress. =

He pointed to the newcomer. "Anck'su!"

The newcomer deactivated her helmet, revealing Asuka. "Ti'u?"

=You shall serve my mate. =

"Tal mal'tiak mal we'ia." =I am honored. =

He pointed to Bakuub. =Take Lar'nix'va and Nefertiri to find more Jaffa. =

"Ti'u." All three of them left.

Outside the Ha'tak vessel (the name of the ship), 3 jet-like objects flew out, spreading their wings (Death Gliders!). They flew toward the city, but one left the group and dropped something on the ground. Then it rejoined them.

"Sir?"

"Onscreen."

Maya activated a screen. The ball-like object shimmered, then a stream of light shot upwards. The light formed into a 10 meter tall hologram.

One of Horus.

The hologram looked around, then spoke. "Di'bro, weiafei di doo'wa!"

Another figure appeared in the hologram, the hooded figure. She removed her hood, revealing…

"MISATO!?!" Ritsuko didn't mean to yell, it just came out. Misato was wearing a gold headband with a hawk head on it. She stood beside Horus, and translated his message.

"People, welcome your gods!"

The hologram disappeared, and everyone in NERV had sad looks on their faces.

"Okay, we're screwed."

Shigeru Aoba snorted. "Screwed? We're fucked."
