Hey, starting now I'll post one chapter per week. I may post faster, but only if you review! Also this one will be 10 pages long and action is only waiting for you to read!

 

-No one of them got kill in all a week. What are you waiting for?!

-I…I won't kill them.

-But you said the opposite. Don't you remember?

 

Ashuri's hand started to hurt.

 

-Even if you make me remember what I said, I won't kill them.

-You will. I know it.

 

Ashuri got out of her bedroom and walked to school when she saw a letter in her mailbox.

 

She looked at it and saw that the letter was for her. She opened it and read it:

 

A MEMO TO OUR LOST FRIEND

 

Joan was a friend of almost all people in school. Everybody liked her and wanted to see her get older. But the destiny wanted something else.

Joan was a blond haired girl with blue eyes and a wonderful smile. She had red glasses and she was a fully energetic girl.

No one knows how she really died, but everybody'll keep good memories of her.

Rest in Peace Joan.

 

Hikaru

 

A tear got down from the Nogetsu high school's student. Everything was her fault and she knew it.

 

-Don't be so sad, little green haired girl. Daketsu said as she appeared.

-It's my entire fault. I killed her! Ashuri said as she started to cry.

-Well actually, it's not YOUR fault. It's because of the pois…

-You're true. It's not my fault. It's all because of you!

 

So Ashuri rushed on Daketsu as fast as she could but she got the wind and she fell on the ground.

 

Ashuri got up but Daketsu wasn't there.

 

-Where are you?!

-You'll find me when you'll be calm.

 

It was the only thing Ashuri had time to hear before she punched in the neck and fell. Then all turned to black and she fell unconscious.

 

When she woke up she was in the hospital.

 

-W…where am I?

-In the hospital. I found you on the ground, unconscious. A stranger said.

-Who are you exactly?

-Oh, sorry. I'm Simon Morelos. I'm one of your neighbourhoods.

-Ok. Thanks for saving me. Ashuri said as she blushed.

 

Then the doctor came and told Simon to leave.

 

-Hello Mrs. Himakiwa. How are you?

-I'm a bit confused. But please call me Ashuri.

-Ok then. Well I have good news. Tomorrow you'll be able to leave the hospital. Oh, and you have some people that are waiting to talk to you.

 

Then all her friends entered.

 

-Ashu-chan! We're happy to see that you're ok!

-Hey gang! What if we go see a movie tomorrow?

-No problems with me, Maxwell answered.

-Sorry me and Sekai are going to a party, Nekio said.

-I don't have anything to do tomorrow so I can join, Hikaru said.

-So we'll be three, Maxwell said. Since you're on the way of the theatre, I can come and pick you.

-I'll be glad of, Ashuri said as she blushed.

 

Finally, she got home without any incident.

 

The next day, Ashuri was getting ready in her bedroom when she heard a noise from behind her. She turned up to 180º and saw Daketsu, standing right in front of her.

 

-Had a good day yesterday? Daketsu said.

 

Ashuri didn't say anything.

 

-Still angry?

 

No answer.

 

-Ok then, I'll leave you alone.

 

Then she disappeared, leaving Ashuri alone.

 

She finished preparing as Maxwell came.

 

-Wow, Ashu-chan. You're…beautiful, Maxwell said, surprised.

-You're not bad too, Ashuri with a smile said.

 

So they walked together, talking and making jokes. When they got in front of the theatre, they waited for Hikaru. 30 minutes passed and Ashuri said:

 

-Maybe we should call her to know why she's not there.

 

Maxwell called her.

 

-Hello, Hikaru? You're sick?! That's bad. Well see you tomorrow at school.

-She's sick?

-Yeah, but it doesn't mean that we can't have fun together.

-True.

 

So they got inside and saw the movie. After that, they decided to go eat an ice cream.

 

-What do you want to do after that, Maxwell?

-I don't know, maybe we could go at my house.

-That sounds great. I always wanted to see your home.

-What do you mean?

-Oh, nothing, Ashuri said as she blushed.

 

So they got at Maxwell's home.

 

Ashuri looked at the inside of the home and saw that a silver hammer was on the wall.

 

-Why is it there?

-Because it's the only thing that my father, who haves the same name as mine, left to me.

-So you're name is Maxwell junior.

-Yeah but call me Maxwell, or Max.

-Ok, Max. Ashuri said as she smiled.

-Want to play music? I have a guitar, a microphone and a drum in my basement.

-Why not? Ashuri answered.

 

So they played for about an hour and they recorded themselves.

 

-Sorry but I got to go. Ashuri said as she watched the clock. Thanks for the CD of our records.

-No problems. See you tomorrow.

 

When she got home, she got in her bedroom and listened to the records. After an hour, Daketsu appeared.

 

-Looks like today was the best day of your life, my beautiful one.

-Hi Dake-chan. Yes and I think I'm in love!

-Well I'm always happy to see you happy!

 

So she passed the rest of the day happily, thinking of Maxwell junior.

 

The next day at school, she saw all her friends, except Maxwell.

 

-Here's the big girl! Sekai said.

-How was it with Maxwell? Hikaru said.

-Weren't you there, Hikaru? Nekio said.

-No I was sick.

-So you were alone with him? Sekai said, excited.

-Oh, it's sure promising! Hikaru said.

-Tell us quickly. Nekio added.

-I will if you let me talk! Ashuri answered, frustrated

-Ok we'll shut up.

-It really was the best of my life. We watched “Walk on the beach” at the theatres, after we ate an ice cream and we got into his home and…

-Into his home?! Sekai said, more excited than ever. What did you do?

-Oh, it sure is exciting! Hikaru said.

-We made music and recorded it and after I had to go home. But I think I still have the CD of our records in my bag.

-I can smell that the love is in the air, Nekio said with her ordinary calm voice. Would you allow us to borrow your CD?

-Sure, here you go, said Ashuri as she gave them the CD.

 

Then they got into class and Ashuri saw Maxwell talking with two other girls.

 

-Hey Max, Ashuri said as she got closer.

-Get away, little girl, said one of the two girls. I won't let you get closer to OUR Maxwell.

-YOUR Maxwell? I don't see your name on him.

 

The other girl answered quickly.

 

-Shut up, you little bit…

-Rose! Valerie! Maxwell said. Calm down. It's my friend and I can see her as much as I want so leave her alone.

 

The two girls stopped and said:

 

-We're sorry Max; we didn't want to offend you.

-Well get away now.

-We won't let you steal our Max, Valerie whispered to Ashuri before she left.

-I'm sorry about those girls. I think they're my groupies.

-No problem. How are you anyway?

-Fine and yourself?

-Really good. I wanted to thank you about yesterday.

-You don't need to; I had a lot of fun. We should do this again sometimes.

 

Then the bell rang, announcing the beginning of classes.

 

After the school, Ashuri and Maxwell walked together home, talking about everything.

 

-You seem to be thinking of something, Ashu-chan.

-Well, it's true. I was thinking that we could go to your home to record other songs.

-I wouldn't say no to this proposition.

 

So they got to Maxwell's home and recorded other song.

 

-Max I want to tell you something.

-What is it exactly?

-I…I love you.

 

There was a time of silence then Maxwell started to climb upstairs.

 

-What are you doing? Ashuri asked.

-Follow me.

 

He stopped right in front of the door of his bedroom and said nothing.

 

-I don't underst…

 

He turned back and started to kiss her, and she didn't do anything to stop him. So they kissed for about 10 minutes and then Maxwell opened the door that was leading to his bedroom. They got in and they kissed again. Then they fell on the bed and Maxwell was about to caress her but she pushed him fast.

 

-I'm not ready for this Max.

-Sorry I didn't want to…

-No it's ok. Anyway I got to go home.

-Goodbye then.

 

They kissed a last time and she got out of the house.

 

When she got home she headed up into her bedroom. Then she tough about what happened in Maxwell's home.

 

-You look confused, my little green haired girl, said Daketsu as she appeared.

-He touched me. Should I give my body to him or should I wait?

-Life is complex, my dear. I can't tell you right now but you shouldn't let him do something with you that you don't want to.

-But I love him and I don't want him to see other girls, so should I let him touch me? Should I?

 

Then she got blind by a light that got out from nowhere.

 

She woke up in her bed, like the first time she talked to Daketsu. Then she looked at the clock. Once again it showed midnight. It was now Saturday. She fell asleep when it was about 12:30 am. She woke up at 9:00 am and watched TV for about an hour. Her mother was at work and she had no brothers or sisters, so she was alone. She was most of the time alone because her mother could leave up to a week because of her work. Daketsu appeared as she was going to the washroom.

 

-Good morning, green haired girl. How are you today?

-Not that bad. I think I should forgive Max about what happened yesterday.

-Make everything you want, I'm not here to judge you.

 

At 10:30 am she called Max to know if he would like to go out to the park.

 

-You're not angry about me, Ashu-chan?

-No I'm not. Anyway will you come with me?

-Sure. Let me come and pick you. I'll be there at 11 o'clock.

 

So they got out in the park and walked in this fresh Saturday of September. They were waking along when they heard somebody.

 

-Where do you think you're going little bitch?

 

Ashuri would recognize this voice from anywhere. She turned back as she saw Valerie.

 

-I'm just walking in the park with Max. Ashuri calmly said.

-Do you have a problem with that Valerie? Maxwell said.

-Yes. My problem is that this fucking bitch is walking in the park with MY Max.

-How did you call me? Ashuri said, frustrated.

-You should clean your ears sometimes. I said that you were a fucking bitch!

-I won't let you insult my girlfriend like that. Maxwell said as he tried to defend Ashuri.

-You're… girlfriend? I…I though that you… loved me. Valerie said as she started to cry. You'll pay me that Ashuri! You're just a fucking bitch!

 

Valerie ran away, crying.

 

The next Monday at school, Ashuri was about to open her locker when she heard the voices of Rose and Valerie, saying a lot of bad things about her. Then Valerie came and pushed her on the locker, making her angry.

 

-You'll see what it cost to steal our Max, Ashuri.

 

Valerie was about to knock Ashuri's head on the locker when she punch Valerie in the stomach, making her fall. Then a teacher came.

 

-What's going on here?

-She tried to kill me, mister Risotto.

-Well get in class now. I'll take care of her.

 

Rose was already away, wishing to avoid something bad. Ashuri got in class safely and told her friends about Valerie's attack.

 

-Are you serious? Hikaru said. She really tried to kill you? Why? You didn't make anything to make her angry, don't you?

-Well there's something I did.

-Even if you did something, Sekai said, it wasn't a reason to kill you!

-What a mad girl, Nekio said with her soft voice.

-Where's Maxwell anyway? Ashuri asked

-He's in gym class, so we shouldn't see him for about an hour.

 

The day passed normally without any other murder tentative. When she got home, Ashuri called Maxwell to know if he would like to see her.

 

-I could go to your home again Max. So see you later.

 

Daketsu appeared like as every time she was talking on the telephone.

 

-Looks like you'll have to fight for your Maxwell. Valerie won't stop trying to kill you.

-I think I could end this without violence.

-Do what you want! Daketsu said as she disappeared.

 

Then Ashuri got to Maxwell's home.

 

-Hi my dear, Ashuri said as she kissed her boyfriend.

-My mother's out to the restaurant for the night, so we shouldn't get disturbed.

 

They got in the basement and played music, recording romantic songs. Then they got on the balcony.

 

-I love you so much Max.

-Me too I love you.

 

They started to kiss each other with passion, on this beautiful night fulfilled with a full moon and a lot of stars.

 

After that, Ashuri explained to Maxwell that she got to go home before 11 o'clock, so she left to her house.

 

When she came home, Ashuri got in her bedroom. She got the phone and watched how many call she missed. There was only one and it was from Hikaru, so she decided to call her back.

 

-Hello Hikaru? It's Ashuri. You called me?

-Yeah. I wanted to know if you would like to go out with me tomorrow after the school.

-Sure, why not?

-Ok, so good night.

-Bye.

 

She put the phone on the table and got in her bed. That night, Ashuri dreamed about the knife, which was in a box on her desk, that has been use to kill her father.

 

The next day at school, Ashuri asked where was Valerie and her friends told her that she has been transferred to another school because she tried to kill her. The day passed normally and Ashuri and Hikaru got to the theatres after the school. When the movie finished, they talked in the park.

 

-Hey Ashuri, can I ask you something?

-What is it exactly?

-Why do you go so often in Maxwell's house?

-Well it's supposed to be a secret.

-Listen, I'm your best friend and I think I can keep a secret, so tell me please.

-Actually, he's my boyfriend.

-What? Why didn't you tell me that before?

-Because I didn't want everybody know it. You know that many girls love him. And that's also the reason why Valerie tried to kill me yesterday.

-Well you can love him, and nobody can prevent you for being his girlfriend

-You're probably true. Anyway, what do you want to do now?

-I don't know. Maybe we could go at the restaurant. You know, a girl supper.

-Maybe, but I still have a lot of homework to do.

-So it'll be for another day. Why don't start our homework right here in the park?

-Ok.

 

Ashuri searched in her schoolbag for her math homework when she saw that the box that holds the knife was in her schoolbag.

 

-How did it get there?

-What are you talking about?

-That box. I tough I left it in my home but it somehow got put in my bag.

-What's inside the box?

-Oh, nothing important.

-If it's not important you'll let me see it.

-I don't want to.

-Oh, come on!

 

Ashuri was about to say no when she was pushed violently in the back by a masked stranger. She fell on the ground and the box got away from her hands.

 

-Hey why did you do this? Hikaru said.

-I'm going to kill her! The stranger said.

-I won't let you do this. Hikaru answered.

 

Then the stranger rushed on Ashuri, but she got blocked by Hikaru.

 

-Let me kill this fucking bitch!

-Valerie?! Ashuri said as she stands up.

-I'm going to kill you!

 

Valerie knocked Hikaru down and rushed on Ashuri. Ashuri just had time to open the box before she got punched in the stomach. She fell on the ground another time and got kick in the ribs. Then she tried to take the knife but Valerie was too fast and got the knife first. She was about to stab Ashuri in the stomach but Hikaru kicked her in the back, making her fall and looses the knife.

 

-For the last time, leave my friend alone!

-Not before she dies!

 

Ashuri got up and took the knife, preparing to stab Valerie, but the brown haired girl got up and pushed Hikaru on the ground, making her loose consciousness.

 

-Looks like its only you and me now, said Valerie.

 

Valerie rushed on her opponent when she got stab in the arm, making her bleed a lot. She screamed for a moment, and then she got stab in the stomach. She was bleeding so much that she got very pale. She fell on the ground, unanimated. Ashuri was staring at the dead girl, hardly breathing. She fell on the knees and started to laugh with her crazy laugh. After a moment, she stopped laughing and Hikaru woke up. Ashuri's best friend looked at the corpse, shocked.

 

-You… killed her. In your box… a knife… you killed Valerie. Oh… my… god. You killed Valerie!

-I… I know. I killed her with the same knife that has been used to kill my dad.

-Are you telling me that YOU killed your father?

-No, but the killer used the knife I'm holding to kill him.

 

Then the two girls heard the sirens of the police cars.

 

-Someone probably saw us fighting and called the police, Hikaru said. Run away, I'll face the cops.

-But what will you tell them?

-I'll say that you left when I woke up. Run away and we'll talk about that later.

 

So Ashuri ran away, leaving her best friend with the police.

 

When she arrived home, Ashuri walked straight up to her bedroom, the knife in its box.

Daketsu appeared, laughing.

 

-Hey, little girl, how are you?

-I just killed someone and you ask me how I am?

-Well, yes.

-Well… not that bad, Ashuri said, surprised. I feel like I lost control of myself, but I feel relaxed.

-So you see that it's not that bad to kill someone.

-In fact, yes. The feeling of domination when I was stabbing her is… great.

-Looks like you may do it again someday.

-Yeah but how people would see me when they'll know that I killed someone?

-I have no idea. But you shouldn't tell Max about it.

-I shouldn't and I won't.

-Well don't be proud of yourself. There are a lot of people that would try to kill you or to steal your Max, so be aware.

 

Later in the night, Hikaru called her friend.

 

-Hey Ashuri. I wanted to tell you that I'll keep the secret about what happened today.

-Thank you a lot Hikaru. You're a real friend.

 

The next 2 days passed normally, even if the 2 girls were a bit stressed.

It was now Friday and there was no school, so Ashuri called Maxwell

 

-I'll be at your home at 10:30. Bye Max.

 

She arrived at Maxwell's home at eleven o'clock.

 

-You're late Ashu-chan.

-Sorry I've got to do something for my mother.

-It's ok. My mother's not there because of her work so we should be alone.

 

They played music until 5:30 pm.

 

-Want to eat supper? Maxwell asked.

-I tough you'd never ask.

 

So they ate supper and after they got in the bedroom, kissing each other. They fell on the bed and Maxwell started to move his hand on her breast, but she quickly got away.

 

-Maxwell, I love you.

 

So they restarted kissing and this time she didn't stop Maxwell's hand.
