Original Stories Fan Fiction ❯ Bunny Miles ❯ Vol 2: Chap 9: Night School Chaos ( Chapter 9 )
Once inside, Bunny set aside the other mail and took the brown envelope to her room. The woman opened it quickly. This is what the letter said:
Miles-sama
Congratulations, you have been accepted for our night classes. Our classes begin on 8/12/03.
Ujinobu Ai
Headmistress of K.U.
"CLINT!!!" she yelled as she ran down the hall to him. The woman found him in his study room. "CLINT!!!" she yelled as she flung open the door. Clint was startled. "What?" he asked. Bunny ran in and hugged the priest. "What is it?" Clint asked. "I made it!!!!" Bunny yelled. The priest was lost. "What did you make?" he asked. His lady pulled out the letter. Clint took it and read it. Suspicion filled him quickly. "Since when does KU take entries for night classes this late?" the priest thought. "Is something wrong?" Bunny asked him. Clint jerked his head up. Bunny's eyes were sparkling. How could he ruin her joy now? He couldn't do it. This was her time of glory.
So Clint just smiled and said: "That's great, Bunny." Joy filled his lady friend even more. "Arigato Clint!!!!" she yelled. Bunny hugged him tight. Clint kept a smile but decided to have Bunny closely watched.
Clint was at ease until August twelfth rolled around. Bunny was really excited to go. "Now Bunny," Clint began before she headed out the door. "Always carry a cell phone, here is some pepper spray, always call before you come home, and…." "Clint!" Bunny spoke up. "I'll be fine!" "I guess you're right." said he. Bunny smiled. "Sayonara sweetie." said she. Then she kissed him on the cheek and ran off. Clint stood still. "She must be the one to save me." He thought. The priest decided to keep this tenshi safe.
Clint's spy was a friend of his grandmother's. Her name was Hirashi Katsue and she was Bunny's sensei for her classes. Hirasi-san was well trusted.
She waited in the door until she caught sight of Bunny. "Konbawa Miles-sama." Hirashi-san greeted her. "Konbawa san." Bunny said as she bowed. Hirasi-san bowed back. Then she showed Bunny inside the school.
But in the bushes of the night, trouble lurked. A slave hunter had set up the night class as a trap and was preparing to watch the show. "This will be easy!" she thought. The hunter watched with intent.
Hirashi-san took to the front of the classroom. Bunny sat down in one of the desks in the front. "Well," the sensei began. "Shall we begin?" "Uh-huh." Bunny said. Hirashi-san cleared her throat. Bunny quickly saw her error. "Hai san." she said. "Much better." the sensei said. The student smiled and the lesson began.
The slave hunter waited patiently. "As soon as the sensei leaves," she thought. "I move in and take the slave for my own." The hunter couldn't wait.
Soon after a few minutes, Hirashi-san left the classroom. Time for the hunter's plan to play into action. So she crawled out the bushes and crept to the door. "This is too easy!!!" the hunter thought.
But, Hirashi-san had plans of her own. To save an object, one must play the enemy's game. And play the game she was. Hirashi had watched the hunter from the window and knew her plan. "The game has begun!" she thought. It was time to play!
The slave hunter made it to the door. Hirashi-san secretly called the sheriff but the trap was her own doing. The hunter pressed the call button.
"Moshi-Moshi." the operator answered.
"I'm looking for someone." the hunter answered.
"Who?"
"A student."
"I.D., dozo."
The slave hunter pulled out her card and put it in the slot. She waited for a few minutes. The light came out red. So she tried again. Same results came up each time. The slave hunter began losing her patience. She was ready to blast the machine when the light came up green. "You may now enter" the operator said. Then the gate opened. "Bout time!" the hunter thought as she walked through. The gates shut behind her.
Phase one of the game was complete. "Only two more to go!" Hirashi thought.
But with every plan, comes its own problems. A good example, the hunter knew this school too well. From every hall to every campus, it was nothing new. Hirashi-san saw this quickly. "She didn't go to the directory board!!!" she thought. "That must mean…." Then an idea hit the sensei. Hirashi-san shut all the lights off except for classroom and the main office. "This should fix her right now!" she thought with a grin.
The hunter was walking quickly when the lights went out. "Shit! Now what?" she thought. Then she remembered, she still knew her way in the dark. "Ha!" the hunter thought. "Really Kawaii!" Then she walked on.
Hirashi-san started to get nervous. "It's not working!!!" she thought. The sensei began looking around. "Think quickly." she thought. Nothing was coming. Then….
"I've gotten it!" Hirashi-san thought. So she went over to the control panel. "This will be easy!!!" the sensei thought. She began playing with controls.
The hunter was well until she noticed the power flickering. "Now what?" she thought. She tried to continue, but it was so distracting. The hunter was growing pissed. "Grrr……WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!?" she yelled.
The power show caught the attention of the police. They rushed right on over to K.U. The hunter was unaware until they caught her. She had nai choice but to surrender.
While all that was going on, Bunny was taking a quiz. She was unaware about what was happening. Hirashi-san came back in the room calmly. Bunny put her pencil down. "Finished?" the sensei asked. "Hai san!" the student exclaimed. "Place your quiz on the desk before you leave." Hirashi-san said. Bunny complied and headed out the door.
That evening, Bunny found Clint reading one of his letters. "Hi Clint!!!" she exclaimed. The startled priest looked up to see his lady friend all in a glow. "Bunny! You scared me!" he exclaimed. The woman kept smiling. "So hw was class?" the priest asked once he had clamed down. "Great!" Bunny chirped. "Just great!!!" "That's good to hear!" Clint said. Bunny kept grinning hard.
