Letting out a long sigh he tossed his motorcycle keys onto the counter next to his car's. Things had been going great all that day, but he was tired from all of the running around he'd been doing. He slipped his leather jacket off his arms and tossed it onto a hook as he headed toward the bathroom to brush his teeth. He pulled a shirt off of the star railing as he walked by and pulled it over his head just as he entered the restroom. He pasted his tooth brush, turned on the water and began brushing, after all, a celebrity's teeth had to be pearl white.

“Derek! Is that you?” He heard a female voice call from most likely the kitchen. Derek spit the paste into the sink and watched the blood go down with it.

“Yeah, what's up?” He yelled back to her, the toothbrush hanging out of his mouth still. There was no answer, only the sound of chair wheels rolling, and he continued cleaning his teeth. The sound of footsteps was followed by the appearance of a worried, and irritated face standing in the doorway.

“I hoped not. Kraws said he would have been back two hours ago, you never know with him, he may have earned himself a conversation with another cop for speeding,” She said. Derek carelessly looked in the mirror and gave himself a handsome toothy smile, and winked. Lily rolled her eyes at his self-absorbed actions and planted her hands on her hips.

“Don't worry doll,” He through a towel over his shoulder and walked straight up to her. “He can take care of himself,” He put his hands on her waist and leaned forward, speaking straight into her ear, soft breath flowing over her skin. “Why don't you take a shower with me, sweetheart,” He smirked. Lily punched him in the stomach and backed out of his grasp.
“In your dreams bike boy,” She murmured and continued down the hallway toward the stares. Before she made it the front door slung open and in came the storm as he lit up a cigarette, kicking the door shut. He ignored Lily completely, as well as Derek who was gagging against the doorway in the bathroom and headed into the kitchen.

“So much for a half-hour trip to the grocery store, Lily's gonna have your head,” Tom said to the man, leaning against the sink with his arms crossed. “I thought you quit smoking?” He asked.

“I stopped by Randy's to discuss some things,” He coughed into his hands. “And I'm on the verge of quitting, just not very good at it,” He pulled a loaf of bread out of the cupboard above his head and headed for the fridge. Randy, being his cousin was usually understanding about most things, but being also his somewhat rival, was not about to lend him any money.

“Marty!” Derek shouted from the bathroom after he'd turned the water on. Marty looked back calmly at the half-naked man come stomping into the kitchen with his pants unzipped and his hands covered in shampoo. “How many times have we asked you to screw the cap onto the bottle completely?” He growled. Marty simply shrugged, tossing a piece of baloney onto his bread.

“How many times have I replied to that request?” He asked carelessly. Derek groaned and turned around to head back toward the bathroom to clean up the mess.

“So anyway,” Tom put his hands on Marty's shoulders and began massaging them. “The little prick should be back soon,” He stated over Marty's sigh of pleasure, a massage was exactly what he needed, and Tom was a professional.

“Yeah, well,” Marty leaned into the skilled hands against his cramp neck. “As annoying as he is we could use him back here, help scoop poop. Of course that is if he hasn't been shot by the Germans yet,” he replied. Tom smiled as Marty let his hands fall and just stood still, enjoying the wonderful job he was doing. Tom knew Marty was bisexual, and all though he was straight; he never had any thoughts of being taken advantage of. That's what Marty liked about him the most too, the only man who wasn't afraid to treat him like an actual friend, if only Marty had any heart to return the favor.

“You and Lily are leaving when Tony gets back though, aren't you?” Marty's voice fell, and his mouth dried up, how greatly he didn't want Tom to go.

“Yeah,” Tom said with guilt, hearing the sorrow that had come over his friend. He didn't really want to leave either, but Lily's mind was fixed on it, and they were engaged, he had to go with her. He was a little sick of the secretiveness and dishonesty, but Marty was already running short on men.

“I guess we're finally dying out then,” Marty pulled away from Tom's hands. “Tony's probably going to leave when he grows out of this, Derek's going to Hollywood, and Don doesn't know left from right. Fuck it though, I know how to take care of myself,” He took a bite out of his sandwich and started chewing. If worst came to worst he'd have to join up with Randy, something he really didn't want to do, it would only show his weakness.

“I know you do,” Tom patted him on the back and turned to go, figuring it was best he be let alone.

“Tom!” Marty called back to him. Tom stopped immediately and turned back to answer.

“Do that kneading thing again would you, it feels good,” He sang, almost pleading it. Tom rolled his eyes, wearing a smile as he willingly walked back and continued rubbing Marty's aching shoulders.

“When was the last time you got laid?” He asked, just to start a conversation.

“Oh hell,” Marty groaned. “I don't know…”

Lily wrapped her arms around him from behind as he ran a comb through his hair.

“Evening, beautiful,” He smiled and placed his hands on hers against his lower stomach. Lily rested her head on his shoulder and just looked at him with a sweet smile, as he got ready for bed. Tom kept his eyes on her image in the mirror as well, taking his taking his tie off and tossing it on the sink counter.

“Almost ready, baby?” Lily began swaying back and forth, carrying Tom with her as she rocked slowly, trying to set some kind of mood.

“Almost,” Tom took her by the wrist and swung her around him front of him in his arms; setting her on the table he gave her a short kiss on the lips. “You love me?” He asked, smiling and giving her another kiss.

“I love you,” She giggled and leaned here forehead against his, their noses touching.

“Me too,” He pressed their lips together once more, but this time they stayed that way. He put his hands under her thighs and lifted her off the counter, heading out of the bathroom and toward the bed. She inched her tongue between his lips and raked her thin fingers threw his hair; ruining anything he'd already brushed into place.

“Hey you to, no blood-stained sheets okay? Or any other sticky stuff that usually shows up during unsafe sexual activity,” Derek threw a condom into the room, hitting Tom straight on the head. Tom looked back at him with a scowl, breaking the kiss immediately. Derek waved with a smirk and winked before shutting the door.

“I hate that man,” He whispered, followed by another kiss to continue what they'd started.

“Mhm,” Lily said it into his lips, not wanting to break apart again.

After nearly an hour of writing non-stop, Natalie's fingers were sore, and her wrist no longer seemed to want to move with the pen. As her handwriting became sloppy she decided it was time to stop and take a break for a while. Ever since her brother had failed to show up back at home she'd been keeping herself in the house most of the time, filled with worry, waiting, fearing the call that would say she would never see him again. She could've gotten along without him, with all the money her father had so generously given them before leaving, but that didn't mean she wanted to. Remembering the note that had said for her to take good care of her big, hopeless brother, she could only think that she, like her father, had failed.

She tossed the pen to the side and leaned back in her chair, turning to the clock to find that it was already almost midnight. Realization of the late time triggered realization of how very tired she was, and she yawned. She was almost finished with the report after all, and it wasn't due until Monday, she could complete it the next morning. She crossed her arms in her chair, just stopping for a moment to think about what she would do if Shane never came back. She had a job now, and she still had money left over from her father, she could make it until graduation if she sold the house. Shane had a good amount of money in his bank account too, but she didn't want to think about touching it until she was sure he was gone.

Shane had always been the best brother to her, and if he'd been killed, she wouldn't have anyone. After all aside from her four good friends, he was all she really had, losing him forever, she'd never be the same.

Holding onto the hope that he was alive, and just being a little slow, she crawled into bed, her brother's cat Leach following her immediately. She turned on her radio, the volume down low only to lull her to sleep, “The Graduation Song” played softly through the darkness in an almost spooky way. Leach curled up by her feet, his eyes falling shut almost immediately, purring and causing the blanket to vibrate. Eyes falling shut as Natalie gazed at the stars through her window, sleep eventually took her.

She awoke late in the morning with a fat ball of fur sleeping on her face, why she wasn't surprised was the affect of the strange cat doing that almost every night. She pushed him off with a groan and sat up tiredly, rubbing her eyes. When she looked, the clock read 11:30, oddly she didn't very much want to get up yet, and fell back onto the pillow. She had to leave for work at noon, and on top of that she had to take a shower and eat a decent breakfast, but she was apparently feeling lazier than usual.

Only five minutes later she forced herself out of bed, throwing the blankets off her body and heading straight into the bathroom that was across the hall. Leach followed her to the door happily only to have it slammed in his face, nearly crushing his nose so he scampered off.

As usual, the warm water felt great against her awakening skin as it jetted out of the faucet and ran down her body. She washed up at a steady, leisure pace, her eyes shut almost the entire time, only opening them to soap her hands.

It was ten to twelve by the time she had herself ready as far as appearance, and decided to grab an apple for breakfast and eat on the way to save time. Leach stood by the door, watching her walk away through the screen as she headed down the driveway and continued along the sidewalk.

“Good morning Ms. Fulmer,” Her boss greeted her politely as she came through the door of the small corner store that she worked at as a cashier. She nodded and smiled politely back at him, continuing to her post to take over the messy young woman that worked mornings. Her name was Brianna, and she wasn't the brightest bulb on the tree, constantly flirting with customers and hardly ever giving the right change. If Natalie hadn't refused to take over the morning and afternoon shifts, Brianna most likely would have been fired.

Things went moderately smooth that day, no trouble with checks or charges or just the customers in general. She was usually more social with the customers that went through her line, smiling and conversing as she hurried carefully along so they could get on the road again. But this time, although she was able to keep her mind on work, she wasn't in the mood to be the ideal, friendly shop clerk that most storeowners would hope for.

When Todd, the boy who worked nights showed up she was all but relieved. As much as she needed to work on her report, she didn't want to go back to the loneliness of an empty house. Still Todd needed a paycheck too, and she'd have to go home sometime, so she simply greeted him, gathered her purse together and headed out. As he always did her boss waved good-bye with a friendly smile. She had a good job; best she could have asked for, good friends, her life away from home was still perfect.

As usual the first thing she had to do when she got home was feed the cat, and then herself, life had become a routine. With the food in her hand she walked into the kitchen only to find that the bowl was already full. She was clueless at first, but finding a strip of ham spread over the top of the cat's food her eyes lit up immediately.

“Shane!” She shouted, heading toward the stairs happily, hoping it was what it seemed. Before she was half way up a small black blur rushed between her feet and continued down the stairs. Natalie was alarmed, Leach was black, but the animal had been much to thin to be that fat cat, and a bit larger too. Before the situation had even registered Tony, of all people, jumped from the top of the staircase, all the way to the bottom. Folding the rug with his feet as he turned the corner he paid no attention to her.

“What…?” She didn't get another word out before Shane came next, skipping steps on the way now.

“Hey Nat,” He said shortly, seeming very busy at the moment as he followed Tony along the same route. “Did you get him!” He shouted, only barely following a loud crash and a burst of laughter.

When Natalie made it down the stairs she found Shane against the wall, laughing so hard he didn't seem to be breathing, and Tony lying on the ground with his foot wrapped up in the welcome rug by the front door, also laughing aloud. But perhaps the only peculiar part was the scared little sticking its head out from under the couch, wide eyes and shaking.
“You should have seen yourself! One minute you're running and then you just went flying!” Shane laughed and did a reenactment of Tony's rug ride with his hands. Noticing Natalie's confused expression, and also that she was far from amused, Shane settled down and cleared his throat.

“Sorry,” He shrugged, helping Tony to his feet. “I would have called you but I wanted it to be a surprise, guess it's a little more of a surprise than I first intended,” He began straightening the rug with his foot.

“Sure,” Natalie shrugged. “Why is Tony here, shouldn't he be getting back to his own family?” She shrugged. She knew Tony quite well in that he was almost always over at her house. He invited her to all his parties and vise versa, in short they were pretty much considerably good friends.
“I'm waiting for Trisha to call me back, I don't have a key,” Tony sighed, straightening his shirt and dusting himself off.

“And what is that, under the couch?” Natalie pointed. Shane bent over and looked at the fox with a smile as it licked its lips.

“That,” He grabbed Tony by the arm. “Would be Emo, my new best friend,” He held up Tony's hand where there was blood streaming from his palm and down his arm. Tony gave him a fake envious nudge in the stomach. “Second best,” Shane corrected himself, nudging Tony back. “A biter, as you can see, but I can break him,” He dropped Tony's arm.

“Oh, well anyway, I guess it's your call now that you're back, it's really good to see you by the way. I was getting kind of worried when you didn't show up in June,” Natalie kept her eyes on the fox, which had moved into a laying position, a little calmer but still staring with wide eyes.

“I ran into a rode block, yeah, but I'm home, and it's great to see you too, Nat,” Shane wrapped has arms around her and pulled her into a hug, kissing her neck and holding her close. Natalie tried her best not to cry as she hugged back, and if any tears fell, they would be, without a doubt, tears of joy.

“How touching,” Tony crossed his arms. “Except if you haven't noticed, I'm still here,” He scoffed. Shane dropped his arms and stepped back from her, messing up her hair with his hand she laughed.

“Anyway,” He sighed and turned back to Tony. “What you want a hug too?” He smirked.

“Maybe,” Tony replied.

Shane had promised to wait up with Tony for Trisha to call, but he was becoming quite tired as it was past midnight. Leach was curled up on Shane's lap, Emo was laying on a chair, Natalie asleep with her head on the arm of the couch, and Tony resting his head on Shane's shoulder eyes wide open, staring at the television screen in worry.

“Do you think she's all right?” He asked rather suddenly, not realizing that Shane's eyes were half shut.

“Hm?” Shane shifted positions and rubbed his eyes, trying to keep himself awake. “Yeah, I'm sure she's fine, maybe she didn't get the message,” Shane stroked Tony's shoulder sub-consciously. Tony let out a long sigh and put a fisted hand on his friend's shoulder, noticing that Shane was getting tired of waiting. “I'll drive you over there if you'd like, If she's not home you know I got plenty of guest rooms,” Shane suggested. Tony thought a bit and then nodded, he really wanted to see her.

Arriving at her house Tony noticed that there were too cars in the driveway, one was hers, and the other was unfamiliar, a large truck. That was his first hint of suspicion as Shane pulled into the driveway and shut off the headlights.

“I'll wait out here, give me a holler if she answers and I'll head on home,” Shane said as Tony left the car. He nodded and shut the door, jogging up the front porch quickly, looking at the windows to find only one light on, her bedroom. He knocked twice, but there was no answer, her car was in the driveway, she should have been home. Becoming even more suspicious he grabbed the doorknob, turning it to find it unlocked. He froze for a moment, wondering if it was right to just walk in, but it was his house, so why not. He stepped inside slowly, making the decision not to call her name. As untrusting as it sounded he felt that if she had something to hide he didn't want to give her time to cover it up.

He jogged up the stairs at a normal pace, and sure enough her room light was on and her door shut. He heard voices, definitely a male voice, and that set him off immediately. He'd been fearing this even before they'd gotten back, after all it was five years, how would he know if she was being loyal all this time. Hoping he was just being paranoid Tony stomped straight over to the door and pushed it open violently. He found the arms of a muscular blond man wrapped around his beloved, her jaw hanging open at him, completely dumbstruck.

“Well,” Tony shrugged, backing out of the room and trying to contain himself. “You look nice,” He turned to leave slowly, but sped up when he heard the whispers.

“Who is that,” asked the male voice.

“Nobody,”

Tony rushed down the stairs as fast as possible, he may have done some unfair cheating on her as well, but he planned to tell her everything and promised himself he'd never do it again. And now this was what he was getting in return? He felt like he was going to throw up as he burst out of the house and headed back down to Shane who was still waiting for him in the driveway. He left her front door hanging open and yanked open the car door climbing in and slamming it shut.

“Are you okay?” Shane asked in full alert, noticing clearly that Tony wasn't in the best of moods all of the sudden.

“Just drive, take me home!” Tony demanded. By home Shane assumed he meant his own house, so he headed there.

“I guess I should have expected this,” Tony let out a heavy sigh. “Being gone so long, but she didn't even…” He stopped himself, he didn't want to complain or vent, he didn't want to think about it at all.
The two sat in the living room on the couch after Natalie had gone up to bed. They were surrounded by darkness, neither had bothered to turn on a light, so only the moon illuminated their forms in the night.

Shane rubbed Tony's upper back and shoulders for comfort, just making sure he made it clear that he was listening to everything Tony said. “I think I really loved her,” He concluded. Shane slowly leaned forward, placing an innocent, friendly kiss on Tony's cheek, or perhaps meant to be more. Tony felt the warm lips against his skin and turned immediately in question. Their eyes locked together and by that time, neither could look away.

As Shane moved closer Tony stayed still, he felt he shouldn't even though he wanted it so bad, but after all, why not? He was in fact single now. His tongue brushed over his dry lips realizing while in thought Shane had eliminated any space that had formerly been between them. Shane's lips were parted, and his eyes half-shut, just waiting there for Tony to respond, knowing eventually he would. Ignoring possible regrets, Tony did; and when he did he crushed his lips against the other's, throwing an arm around Shane's neck and holding him close. His tongue flicked against Shane's lips, demanding entrance, which he soon received. Shane simply let his friend overcome his body, knowing it would be better for him as far as his ego, and Tony didn't hesitate to accept the invitation.

A rough hand pressed against Shane's shoulder, fingernails digging into his smooth skin. Slowly he was pushed back onto his back, his attention centered on mostly the wonderful warm muscle that was thrusting in and out of him, memorizing every inch as if it hadn't already. Tony felt two gentle hands rest upon his waist, squeezing him ever so slightly in a rhythm that went side by side with the kiss. Tony was throbbing to be touched behind his pants; he could feel the hardening flesh pressing against the fabric, begging to breath. Lost in the excitement he ripped Shane's shirt over his head without a word and went straight for on of the erect nub with his tongue.

Shane gasped as his bare chest was suddenly revealed, gripping onto the sides of Tony's shirt, trying not to lose control. His hardened nipple was taken into a warm mouth and softly caressed by the talented tongue, swirling around it almost desperately. His own erection was growing impatient, heating up between his legs. He arched his own into Tony's and two moans of different tones were released.

Tony was no longer controlling his actions and reached for the buttons on the other's pants, fingers fumbling at the zipper, only in a hell of a hurry to get them off. Shane mewed when his pants were yanked down to his knees, and not long after his boxers followed. He gasped looking down at his own exposed arousal as Tony licked his dry lips. He wrapped a hand around Shane's length, squeezing ever so gently as he began to pump. Shane moaned and arched into his touch immediately as Tony caught his lips in another deep kiss as he continued to pleasure his friend. He was as well aching with need, but knowing he'd get his soon, he ignored it.

Tony watched his hand at work, Shane's eyes sealed shut, running his tongue over his lips as he reached his climax. With one last rough stroke of Tony's hand Shane cried out as he spurted the white liquid all over Tony's clothes and the couch. Shane breathed heavily reaching a hand down and scooping up some of the cum with his finger and bringing it to his mouth, he licked it clean. He reached his hand back down again, taking the other by the wrist and pulling the hand, which was covered in his own cum, to his lips. Tony's breath hitched as he watched his own two fingers pulled into the other's mouth. The tongue flicked against them, lapping up all he could, and then sucking gently, his eyes all the while focused on Tony's. After a few moments they fell shut again and he released Tony's hand.

“There's lubricant and condoms upstairs in my dresser,” He whispered. “Top drawer.” Shane sighed, breathing as softly as possible, how long he'd waited for this night.

Tony got up almost immediately, he was already rock hard and had to clench a fist just to keep from touching himself. Arriving in the room he yanked the drawer open urgently, pulling the first tube of lubricant he saw and a condom out of the box. He hurried down the stairs and back to the couch to find Shane with his legs both propped up, waiting for him. He stopped for a moment, just to take in the scene before him, Shane really was attractive, even to him. Remembering suddenly his own aching need he rushed over to the couch setting the supplies on the table in front of it before yanking his pants down without regard for the button or zipper. He pulled his boxers with them and reached for the condom first, Shane watching all the while.

“I'll put the stuff on the condom,” Tony said. Shane nodded, watching him, wondering if Tony even realized that this was the first time they'd seen each other, and that he was staring. Tony wasn't as long as Shane was, but he was very, very thick, and long enough for certain.

The condom was rolled on quickly and then a good amount of lubricant spread over it even faster. Shane held his breath as Tony crawled back onto the couch quickly, lining himself up with the whole. He looked to his friend for the okay to make entrance, and once he got the nod of approval, he thrusted in. Shane cried out as silently as possible, knowing that his younger sister was sleeping above them.

Tony moaned in pleasure, watching himself move in and out of his friend's backside at a slow, and steady pace, cherishing the feeling of each thrust. A cloud of heat surrounded the two as they're hot, heavy breath was released. Tony stared at Shane's face the entire time, lost in the pleasure as well as his own thought. Something between them was certain now, Shane was his friend, his best friend, and that was the only way Tony ever wanted to love him now.

Shane fell asleep almost as soon as Tony exited him, letting his legs fall to a more casual position. It hadn't taken long for the tight hole to make Tony cum into a soaked condom. He pulled out slowly and removed the rubber from himself, sitting up only to put it into the trash can beside the couch and the window.

Tony sat above the other boy, staring down at his sleeping, naked friend's form stretched out over the couch. Something between them was certain now, Shane was his friend, his best friend, and that was the only way Tony ever wanted to love him now. He wrapped his arms around Shane's body, kissing him one last time on the lips before fading off to sleep.

A/N: So, Four more characters introduced here, one of which is actually over all the second main character in line. This is pretty much the chapter that starts everything, if you think things have been hectic before, just wait, especially for Shane, poor him X3. For future reference, this novel is very far from over, so don't expect an ending anytime soon.
