Mindfreak- Heheh… I'm not gonna say anything on that subject anymore -nudgenudge.- You'll find out as the story goes on how much I love violent scenes, and people getting shot 8D. I must be psycho or something… anyway, thanks again for reviewing!
Shane arrived home at around six o'clock, still in a rather bummed mood and was also in need of a shower. He was surprised he hadn't shit himself when he heard the gun go off and saw the blood, definitely not expected. He let out a sigh as he walked into the living room, the only thing he could think of that would bring his spirits up was a nice long nap. Or an adorable brunette hotty stretched out on his couch; he smiled at Jason who hadn't yet noticed him.
“Hey Cupcake, what you watching?” He leaned over the back of the couch and looked down at the boy, eyes scanning his body. Jason saw Shane looking him over from the corner of his eye and stretched before answering, he wanted to look as sexy as possible. Shane definitely caught it too; he could hardly keep his hands to himself.
“Just some drama on ABC, Raj took everyone else out to see a movie but I had a head ache earlier,” Jason sat up, throwing the pillows to one side of the couch and leaving room beside him, hoping Shane would sit close to him.
“Aww, is it gone now?” Shane came around the front of the couch and leaned over Jason, putting his hand on his forehead.
“Yeah it's gone, I didn't have a fever. It must have been from all the drinking I did yesterday,” He said. Shane's face was awfully close to his; it would've been the perfect time to kiss him. But Jason was getting ahead of himself; he couldn't rush things, what if he scared Shane away?
“Mmm,” Shane sat on the couch, making sure to get as close to Jason as possible without violation his personal space. “Sorry about what I said this morning…” He wasn't finished, but he was cut off.
“It's all right, I understand,” Jason nodded, taking a drink of mountain dew from a can. He was making sure to stay clear of any alcohol for a while, especially now that he knew he was sexually attracted to another man.
“So, how'd it go with Tony and everything?” Jason asked. Shane sighed and slouched in his seat.
“I'd rather not talk about it,” He twiddled his thumbs. Jason looked down at his warm, sweaty hands as he rubbed them together. Shane didn't seem very happy, maybe something bad had happened. Maybe it wasn't the best time to go and confess his love? “So it's just you and me here eh?” Shane smirked. “Wanna get a pizza?” He suggested.
“No, I'm not hungry, let's just talk,” Jason turned himself on the couch so that he was facing Shane, sitting cross legged in his blue jeans and bear feet. Shane looked at his feet for a moment, they looked so small and cute, he wanted to touch them, hell he would even enjoy licking them. Feet had always been one of his favorite parts of foreplay, that is provided that they didn't smell. But Jason's feet looked smooth and delicious Shane was becoming a bit hard just thinking about feet. What the hell was wrong with him? He shook the thought from his head, he shouldn't have been thinking about those types of things, sex, not with Jason. But yet after he told himself this he didn't stop imagining it.
“All right, what should we talk about?” Shane asked finally. “I mean, I don't really talk to guys that much, Mark and Tony are more the type to shove food in their mouths twenty-four seven, and with everyone else I meet we just…” He paused; eye's scanning over Jason's face and then locking with the others. “…Make out,” He said. Jason blushed and smiled, looking away and biting his lip so Shane couldn't see. Making out sounded good, very good.
“Well,” Jason began. “Who was your first boyfriend?” He asked, just to begin a conversation.
“Hmm,” Shane stared across the room thoughtfully. “Chase, his name was Chase Carlos,” He said. “I met him in seventh grade, he was a hot little son of a bitch, left me for a chick though,” Shane said ashamed.
“How'd you meet him?” Jason asked, changing positions so that he was on his knees.
“Well, whenever I found out any nice lookin' boy was bisexual or gay the first thing I did was try and get to know him,” Shane began. “He'd just come out of the shower, and I was in the locker room waiting for him, everyone else was gone. He had a white towel wrapped around his waist and his upper half was bare. I basically just couldn't resist so I went up and started flirting with him. By about three minutes he must've known what I was up to and had be basically on my knees with teasing, I wasn't as much of a player then, or a slut,” Shane winced, Jason probably already thought him a slut, as everyone else did, but he didn't want to leave that impression, not anymore. “Anyway we made out in the locker room eventually,” Shane shrugged. “And then only about a month later he dumped me in the hallway with his arms around some redheaded girl,” He finished. Jason tilted his head, he looked like he was suddenly in deep remorse or something. Jason hadn't meant to bring back bad memories; still he couldn't help but ask.
“Did you love him?”
Shane sat up straighter and changed the expression on his face, he'd zoned out for a moment. “No, I didn't love him. He was a damn good kisser though, maybe even better than me,” Shane chuckled to himself. Jason laughed a bit as well as the words ran though his head over and over again, he couldn't shut that annoying voice up, it kept telling him to kiss him kiss him kiss him! Chanting it in his brain as if it were someone shouting out loud.
“Show me how you kiss,” He said, holding his breath as he awaited a reply.
“Okay,” Shane said, he didn't want to make Jason feel like he'd said the wrong thing, so he decided to take the road that may have made an idiot of himself. “What should I show you on,” Shane turned his head back to Jason. He froze at how close they were, how he could stare straight into Jason's eyes and see nothing else around them. Jason didn't answer his question, he just leaned forward, tilting his head to the side and brushed his lips over Shane's. Shane didn't hesitate, once he got a taste he absolutely had to have more.
Within seconds Shane had all but devoured Jason's mouth in his own, savoring every last inch of the beautiful lips. He slowly inclined forward, placing hand on Jason's forehead and pushing him back for more access. Jason moaned as his back it the couch and he felt the warm tongue slip into his mouth. At that moment he told himself that if this was wrong, he didn't want to be right.
And at that moment Shane pulled away, parting their lips but staring into Jason's innocent eyes. Jason looked frightened, and suddenly Shane felt ashamed. Jason was scared in a way, but he was more excited, and that easily overcame the fear. Shane didn't realize this however, and decided to sit up and apologize. He was about to say he was sorry as he slowly pushed himself off of the younger boy, but a desperate hand grabbed his shoulder and pulled him back to meet those same beautiful eyes. Shane immediately took that as an invitation and crushed their lips together once more.
Somehow the two managed to stop and get off each other, which actually made Shane impressed with himself that he hadn't gone too far. They ended up ordering a pizza anyway, and for a half hour basically ate and laughed, drinking soda and watching TV as if nothing had happened.
“So Shane,” Jason said in a suddenly serious tone. “Does this mean we're dating… I mean that we just like… you know…” He began stuttering, for some reason he couldn't bring himself to say the words.
“What? When I demonstrated my kissing methods on you?” Shane chuckled, taking a drink of soda.
“So we're not dating?” Jason sounded discouraged, he didn't like displaying love in such ways if it wasn't really love, he knew he was in love.
“Honestly, Cupcake,” Shane lay a hand on his thigh. Jason was actually beginning to like that nickname. “If I had any chance in the world to go out with you I'd take it. So if you're asking me out right now, better make it clear and official,” He smirked. He always did like it better when boys asked him out rather than him asking them out himself.
“All right,” Jason cleared his throat. “Shane,” He paused and turned, making sure his eyes were locked on his friend's. “Will you…” He swallowed nervously “…be my boyfriend,” He finished with a shrug.
“I told you that you were gay,” Shane chuckled and winked. “Yes I sure as hell will,” He kissed Jason shortly on the lips and put the tip of a single slice of pizza into his mouth. Jason just looked at him, he was cute, he was nice, he was fun and could make you laugh with just a look on his face. It was everything he'd always wanted in a girl, only this was a boy, and somehow with that final detail, it all pointed to perfection. He reached out a hand and removed the pizza from Shane's hand, setting it down on a plate. Shane's mouth hung open in question, but it also gave Jason the perfect opportunity to get his tongue into that warm mouth. He pinned Shane against the couch and shoved his tongue in. Feeling his boyfriend kiss back he wondered to himself why he hadn't given into this feeling long ago.
“Jason,” Shane breathed his name after a few minutes and they stopped kissing.
“Call me Jase,” Jason moved a few strands of hair out of Shane's eyes. “Or Cupcake if you like,” He chuckled.
“Jase,” Shane corrected himself with a grin. “When did Raj say he'd be back?” His eyes were shut and he ran his tongue over his lips. Jason rolled up his sleeve and looked at his watch.
“About an hour, maybe later,” He replied. As far as he knew they'd gone to get dinner first and then went to the theatre. He was confident that Raj would keep the others gone as long as he could. “He's going to call me on his way home, why?” He finally asked.
“Cupcake,” Shane placed a passionate kiss on Jason's forehead. “I want to have sex,” He requested, gently rubbing the younger boy's shoulder blades and upper back. Jason frowned and swallowed, he could hardly bring himself to say no, but he had to.
“I'm sorry, Shane,” He sat up into a less vulnerable position. “I can't, I'm just not ready,” He admitted.
“But you're not a virgin,” Shane argued, he liked Jason a lot, and he wanted the kid in his bed sooner or later.
“I don't even remember that night Shane, I just remember the before and the aftermath, everything else is blank, I'm not ready,” He stood up off the couch, Shane holding onto his hand until he was too far away and their fingers slipped apart. Jason went into the kitchen and picked up an apple, turning the water on to rinse it.
“Will I ever get to?” Shane said as he walked into the kitchen as well. “I mean, will I ever get to have you?” He asked, leaning against the refrigerator.
“I don't know…” Jason sighed. Shane frowned and dropped his head, there went that idea. “So, do you still want to go out with me?” Jason asked shyly. He didn't want Shane if Shane only wanted him in bed, and this was his best method of finding out.
“What?” Shane looked up. “Of course I do, I'm not like that,” He stepped closer and cupped Jason's soft cheek in his hand. “Look, I know you think I'm just a man whore, but I—,”
“I don't think you're a man whore,” Jason cut him off. “If you were a man whore I wouldn't have asked you out,” He shrugged. Shane smiled and leaned down, kissing Jason's neck.
“Don't, it'll leave marks,” Jason pulled his head back.
“But I want to,” Shane dipped his head back down and took a stretch of skin gently in between his teeth.
“Shane…” Jason tilted his head to the side to allow better access as Shane bit, kissed, and sucked on his neck and collarbone. He was unable to protest as he moaned and placed his hands on Shane's waist. He melted when Shane pushed their bodies together, rocking them back and forth slowly as a boat would in calm water. And all Jason could do was roll back his eyes and enjoy it.
“Shane! Marty said he wants us both back there first thing…” Tony was talking as he walked into the kitchen, but the two lovers were too zoned out to cover up what they'd been doing. Tony froze in his footsteps when he walked in on such a site. The strictly straight boy, almost day dreaming as the other man pleasured him. And not long after two pairs of surprised wide eyes turned toward him in full alert.
“Tony…” Shane stayed in the same position all though Jason had removed his hands, it was too late if Jason had intended for no one else to know, Tony had seen them. Beside that Shane could hardly bare to keep things from Tony. Tony stared at them with his bottom jaw hanging open; this was one of the last things he expected to walk in on. Shane was a little unsure about this, Tony had come to tolerate Jason, but it was obvious they still didn't like each other much. It was very unlikely that Tony would end up approving of any of this
“Okay, can I just say you two make a really good couple,” Tony finally made his comment. Both Shane and Jason had the same reaction, smiling in embarrassment and turning at least three different shades of red. “So he finally gave into your sexy charm did he?” Tony went around them and opened the fridge to get a beer.
“Well actually, he asked me out,” Shane chuckled and grabbed a bottle out of the fridge for himself. “None for you Cupcake,” He shut the fridge and put an arm around his boyfriend.
“All right, I understand, I don't want any anyway,” He crossed his arms. “Anyway, Tony you can't tell anyone about us, I don't want the world knowing I'm gay just yet if you don't mind,” Jason asked.
“No problem short stuff,” Tony smirked. Standing next to Shane, who was rather tall, Jason really did look shorter than he should've. Then again, he was generally short.
“Hey no insulting future Fulmers,” Shane said chuckling.
“Aww, gay marriage, that'll be the day,” Tony laughed. “Of course you always did used to refer to him as your future husband,” He shrugged. “Maybe he'll grow a bit by the time you get hitched eh?”
“Hey,” Shane kissed Jason's temple. “Don't talk like he's not here, It's rude,”
“I'm rude, haven't you figured that out yet?”
Nathan had run upstairs and cried his eyes out when he saw that man get shot, shot by Randy. He'd always looked up to Randy like a father, loved him like family, but he'd never watched Randy kill a man before. The blood on the scissors had dried and the cuts across his upper arms were healed, but the tears still fell. He'd put on a long sleeve shirt, Randy had hit him and scolded him the last time he'd done it, warned him about hurting himself, but he was depressed and confused now, and didn't care to take the medication.
“Nate?” Paine peaked inside the room to see the young boy's dark clothes curled up on the bed, somewhere in the bed of black cloth was a boy. Nathan didn't reply, he just made sniffle noises and wiped his tears as he had been for the past hour or more.
Paine came into the room slowly and sat down on the edge of the bed, placing a hand on Nathan's shoulder.
“Randy's worried about you, he's afraid you're angry with him,” He whispered.
“Well at least he got the message then,” Nate buried his head in the pillow and tightened his hug around himself.
“So you are angry with him?” Paine asked, removing the hand he'd lay upon the boy's shoulder. “He did what he had to do Nate, he can be a bad person sometimes but you can't just walk out on him,” Paine advised in a soft, understanding voice.
“I hate him,” Nathan murmured as another tear rolled down his cheek.
“It would break whatever left of a heart he has to hear you say that, he cares about you,” Paine said. “I'm not going to lie, my brother isn't a nice man, but if you don't stay with him then you'll end up on his list of enemies, that's not a place you want to be,” Paine said, listening to his own words carefully. He was speaking words that he'd always told himself every time he got the urge to stab his brother in the back.
“I'm not scared of him like you Paine,” Nate sat up and looked him in the eye. Paine felt a shiver run down his spine and a chill spread over his body, Paine? Afraid? Never. “I'm not going to respect him out of fear, and I made a mistake trusting him,” Nathan turned away and stood up, walking toward his two drawer dresser and pulling the top drawer out. He tugged a large suitcase over beside him and started throwing the clothes in it.
“What are you doing?” Paine asked, as if he didn't know.
“I'm leaving,” Nathan replied. “I'm going to Marty's, with Tony,” And he wouldn't shed another tear on Randy's behalf, or for anything he'd done.
“You like Tony,” Paine was stating it, after all it was obvious. “Tony is a clown, he's a joke, a loser with absolutely no backbone,” He protested. “And on top of that he's straight, guys aren't his thing,” He added.
“Is Randy what you might use as an example of a guy with a backbone?” Nate chuckled. “Tch, I don't care. And I don't care if he's straight either, I'd be out of here whether he was with Marty or not,” He said. “Tony's just a bonus and possibility. I do like him, and I don't like Randy anymore,” Nathan moved on and started knocking everything off the dresser and into the suitcase, trying to it everything into it.
“He'll kill you,” Paine said. “If Marty doesn't kill you to leave your severed head on Randy's doorstep Randy'll skin you alive himself. This is stupid, Nate,” Paine warned. Nathan shut the suitcase and sighed.
“Honestly, I've attempted suicide twice, I've been diagnosed with a major case of depression, my life is shit. I'm not afraid to die, I'm not afraid of pain, and I can't stay here any longer,” He stood up. “I'm leaving tomorrow, please don't tell Randy about me,” He lay down on his bed and pulled the covers over his body. “Don't pretend you don't want to do the same thing,” He said, reaching up to turn off the light. Paine stayed silent for a moment, he'd wanted to leave for so long, and he knew Nate was right, fear was the only thing keeping him around at this point.
“I won't tell Randy,” Paine whispered as he left the room, shutting the door behind him.
“Marty, buddy, guess who this is,” Randy said cheerfully into the phone as he bit the tip off a carrot. Marty was alone in his room, the lights off and the blinds shut, complete darkness.
“I have caller ID,” Marty replied. “You know I think you were doing good there for a while. This is the first time you've killed someone for absolutely nothing in what, a year?” Marty let the smoke flow over his lips, the glow of his cigarette becoming the only source of light.
“I killed him for you Marty,” Randy said. “Because I know you got a heart, unlike me. Otherwise we're practically twins, you know?” He fell into a chair and flipped on the TV. “But you know there's only room for one me in this world, sooner or later you gotta die little cousin,” Randy smirked. Marty chuckled under his breath and brought the cigarette to his lips once more.
“I'm nothing like you,” He said plainly.
“Sure,” Randy laughed at him. “If Paine got all up in your face like Tom did you would've done the same thing, don't deny it,” He said. “Besides, you don't seem to care too much about Tom anyway, you sound pretty cheerful,” He shrugged. “How's his wife taking it?”
Marty was silent for a moment, he knew he couldn't let Randy know he was getting to him. This was the beginning of a war, he knew it, and all thought he would never have admitted it, he was afraid to die.
“She slapped me,” Marty replied. “Other than that I don't know,” He said. “Let's get some things straight though, the next time I see one of your guys, I'm gonna kill him, the next time I see you, I'm gonna kill you, the next time I get the chance I am going to fuck you up, so you better make these last few days of yours meaningful,” Marty said in a very, cheerful voice, almost as if he were joking, though they both knew he was serious.
“Likewise,” Randy grinned. “See you at your funeral,” he made the sound of a kiss into the phone and hung up. So that was that, they were officially mortal enemies, and Marty was on the edge of falling apart, while Randy was on top of the world, right where he belonged.
“You know, he really wasn't that bad of a guy until he decided he wanted to wear my pants,” Randy said to Paine, watching an old comedy on TV.
“We all knew this was coming,” Paine replied. “Congratulations on starting the war, we got first blood,” Paine gave him a half-hearted smile.
“Yup,” Randy nodded.
“Yup,” Paine was sweating himself dry. Things would surely not end well.
A/N- Yep yep, I hurry with this announcement because I have to go to bed in about five minutes. This is the chapter where it all starts, the big bad beginning of the big bad battles. I had a lot of endings thought out for this and I've finally chosen which I'm going to use x3. -Claps- Randy is an asshole ;_;.
I've been thinking out an idea for another story, one I promised I wouldn't start until after this chapter came in. Of course my main focus is going to be this story, but I'll probably have that one on MM sooner or later.
Also I'm going to Canada for a week from July 8- July 15, so you won't see any updates during that time, sorry :/. I'll try to get as many as I can in before I have to leave though. I've been in a writing mood lately :3.
