[ X - Adult: No readers under 18. Contains Graphic Adult Themes/Extreme violence. ]

Spirit- x] I actually do regret using that cliché-ish way of letting out. I can say it relates to Shane's character, as he is very proud of his gayness xD. But every time I look back and read that bit I feel so much like it was rushed, in the second draft I'll probably switch things around a bit, and remove a few characters all together x]. Thanks so much for reading and reviewing, I can't help but love seeing reviews, definite encouragement to keep going. Hope you like this chapter more than I do xD.

Tinkle Time Kelly- Thanks so much for reading it, and I look forward to more reviews :].

Dark_Angel- :D So glad you're keeping with it, and thank you, your compliments help a lot. This chapter I can't say I'm proud of, but there were a few kinks I wanted to work out here, some decisions to make. Thanks a lot!

“I don't want to know what you were doing up there but—,” Derek paused, remembering who was in Tony's room with him. “…On second thought, maybe I do,” Derek winked and nudged Tony with his elbow, wearing a cocky grin. Tony rolled his eyes and nodded his head back and forth.

“Not in your wildest dreams, so what were you going to say?” He asked on a more serious note. Derek frowned at his answer, glancing up the stairs now wishing he could know.

“Marty's in the living room with our other two roomies, wants to make something clear to us so he's having this whole meeting shit. I feel like I'm in a god damn company office,” Derek pouted. “Straighten your tie and fix your hair we're going to get an im-fucking-portant announcement from Mr. Sore ass know-it-all, I swear to god…”

“Are you finished?” Tony finally cut in, the rambling and insulting was getting on his nerves, Derek was very good at that though, all he needed was a mouth and a subject to put you through hell if he was in the right mood. Lucky for him all his sex toys only here him moaning over the few hours they're with him or he'd be out of business. Derek just looked at him with a sneer and pushed around him heading toward the family room.

“Let's get this over with,” He murmured. Tony didn't understand why Derek was in such disagreement with making one simple important announcement. Then again, announcements usually meant something was wrong, and when everything isn't completely peachy up in Marty's head, trouble is on its way.

Tony followed Derek into the room to meet Shane's questioning eyes; Tony hardly spared him a glance before he sat down on the opposite side of the couch. Derek plopped his seat right next to Shane and whispered something in his ear as Tony watched suspiciously. Derek was laughing silently, apparently he thought what he'd said was funny, but Shane just looked worried and annoyed, so Derek shut up.

“Oh good he finally decided to show up, where the hell were you Tony?” Marty looked away from the television to see Tony sitting with the group on the couch.

“I was in the shower,” He shrugged. Marty nodded and turned the TV off, standing up slowly and having a seat on a side table as all the decent seats in the center of the room had been filled. As soon as he opened his mouth Derek stuck his tongue out and made a fart-noise, his arms crossed and a completely blank expression on his face. All eyes moved to him, Don added it to his mental list of `reasons to kill Derek.' With everyone staring at him in askance Derek couldn't help but start laughing, or giggling more like.

“What, are you drunk?” Marty finally asked. Derek stopped his laughing and frowned.

“What, are you done?” He mocked. No one seemed to understand why he was being such an ass, and most of them wished he would just shut up so they could all get this registered and over with. “I don't know what the hell has been stuck up your ass lately, but I'll gladly take it out and fill it with something else,” Derek made a gun cocking sound with his mouth and cupped his hand over his crotch. Tony put a hand over his eyes, Derek and Marty didn't ever get along, but this was just ridiculous.

“Could you shut up?” Shane finally decided to say something. He wasn't in the mood to listen to bull shit, apparently Tony was angry with him, he knew why but he hardly knew how to fix it easily. Derek frowned at him but listened, maybe for once he realized he was just being a dick and needed to close his mouth.

“Thanks, Shane,” Marty let out a sigh, suddenly not in a talking mood. “Basically,” he began. “Randy Gilroy is an asshole, and the only reason I want any of you girls going near him, or any of his little mental patients, is to kill them. That includes Jimmy Hauke, no matter whom he says he is, and the new blond kid, Paine, Jade, and whatever that little whore's name is,” He said. Tony's eyes widened and he gritted his teeth, Nate was not a whore, he was nothing like Shane.

“Nathan,” Tony said plainly. Marty gave him a funny look, he hadn't really cared what the kid's name was, but either way it didn't matter.

“Whatever,” He shrugged. “There's three reasons for this, one: they practically work for a complete shit head, and live with him, two: chances are they're probably out to kill you too, and three: They shot Tom,” Marty concluded. “And if I see…”

“Wait, Randy shot Tom,” Tony cut in. “Jade didn't, Nate didn't, it was Randy, the others didn't have anything to do with it. Jade wasn't even there…”

“Fuck you Tony, if you want to get your ass blown off by own of your little friends over there I'll send you over to do it, otherwise keep your fat mouth shut and quit pointing out the obvious,” Marty snapped. Tony slouched in his seat and leaned his head on his hand; it had been worth a shot.

“If I see anything that looks like any of you getting all buddy-buddy with any of them,” He paused. “Well, I'll make that decision when I see it happen, let's hope I don't,” He seemed to be finished. Tony shot up angrily from his seat, he already knew this was how it was going to be, but true or not it pissed him off. If anything, he was going to spend the whole night in his room playing as much “buddy-buddy” with one of the enemies as he wanted. Marty watched him go with a suspicious glare but was cut off by a moronic question.

“So does this mean we never got the loan,” Don asked, he'd been quiet before, as usual, but when he did speak he said things that were as obvious or meaningless as hell.

“Oh, shut up,” Marty growled, rubbing the back of his neck. Shane bolted up after a few seconds that Tony was out of site and went after him; he really needed to settle this.

Tony came back into his room, slamming the door behind him and falling against it. He hated fucking with Marty, but had an important reason to be doing so; at least it was to him. Nathan was sitting at the head of the bed, crunched up in a ball, hugging his knees. He'd just gotten finished eliminating every trace of the tears.

“Are you okay?” He said slowly. Tony looked slightly upset as well, Nate couldn't help but wonder if it had anything to do with him. Tony forced a smile and came away from the wall, stepping over to the bed.

“I'm okay, I just…” He heard a knock on the door and stopped, eyes widening, could it have been Marty?

“Who is it?” He said quickly. Nate had already gotten in a running position in case he would end up needing to hide.

“Shane, I need to talk to you,” Shane replied, a little nervous even, he was anxious to get home, but nothing would work there with the knowledge that Tony was angry with him.

“Come in,” Tony sighed in relief, giving Nate a shrug as he crunched back up into the same position and Tony sat on the bed. Shane opened the door slowly and stepped in with a confused expression. Tony just looked at him for a bit, after all he was the one who said they needed to talk. Shane felt uncomfortable with two pairs of eyes on him and rubbed the back of his neck.

“So,” He swallowed. “I heard it's not so great having your best friend a man whore,” He shrugged, quoting Tony's remark on the stairs. “I get what you mean, all right, and I can try, I really, I have been trying, but it's not…”

“No, it's all right, this really isn't about me,” Tony cut him off. “Jason's a good kid, and I never thought in a million years you'd pick him up, I just think you're being stupid when you mess around with other guys, I know you'd hate to lose him,” He didn't sound forgiving, but he was right. Shane rubbed his hands over each other.

“I guess I'm just weak in that area,” He fiddled with his fingers, picking at his nails here and there and cracking his knuckles. It would have been okay for him if it was just Tony talking to him, but Nate was listening to every word too.

“I've noticed,” Tony chuckled. “I'm not really mad at you for it, but in the most respectful way possible, what I said earlier still stands. It does kind of blow to have the most important person in your life be…” Tony paused, not sure how offensive it would be to actually say the words.

“A whore, I know,” Shane sighed and sat on the bed. “Most important person in your life?” He smiled, teasingly.

“Well not to kill your moment of joy but as of now you're the only person in the world I give a shit about, so by default, yes,” Tony shrugged. Shane caught a disappointed expression coming over Nathan from the corner of his eye.

“You sure about that?” Shane smirked. Tony raised an eyebrow, Shane had that mischievous look about him, he must have been up to something, or knew something Tony didn't.

“About what?” Tony asked bluntly, crossing his arms.

“That I'm the only one you give a shit about?” He winked. Tony glanced at Nathan and then away from both of them, biting his lip. Shane chuckled at stood up, deciding not to try squeezing an answer to the question, just giving Tony something to think about. Shane went around the opposite side of the bed and gave Nathan a short friendly kiss on the temple.

“Well I'm on my way out,” He announced. “And for the record, I swear to god you are the most adorable kid I've ever seen,” He gave Nate a pat on the shoulder. Nathan blushed and buried his head in his knees so no one could see.

“Good luck with keeping him hidden up here Tony, I'll be back later tomorrow, but right now I got someone waiting on me,” He smiled as he headed toward the door. Tony nodded in thanks and then Shane shut the door again.

“Was he your boyfriend?” Nathan asked suddenly, after all they seemed pretty close.

“Best friend,” Tony smiled to himself, he liked the sound of those words for some reason. “Forever,” He added with a shrug just for the hell of it.

The house seemed pretty empty when he opened the door, as it did before he had four other people staying with him. He made note to keep his eyes open for Clark, after what Marty said about him. Shane wasn't really sure what he was going to do with Clark, he figured he'd leave it be until he got a decent idea on how to deal with the problem.

Of all the people he could've run into first, he made eye contact with Teresa as she threw together a bowl of cereal. She wanted to glare at him, insult him or something, but all she could do was look away before she blushed. He was giving her a sympathetic look, as if he wanted to say something but he didn't know what to say, or how to put it. She waited silently, pouring the milk into the bowl, not certain if she really wanted him to say anything or not. Shane ended up walking past the kitchen and toward the stairs, he didn't know what he would have said, apologize maybe, but for what? He'd have to say something to her eventually otherwise she might end up leaving, and that could've meant losing Jason too.

Shane was headed for the room Jason was staying in, but he decided to stop by his own to check the mirror and make sure he looked okay. To his surprise there were three things on his bed when he walked in, a bag of chips, a book, and his startled looking boyfriend. Jason just stared at him, he'd come in simply to take a shower because Raj had been in the other one, but he got caught up reading when he found a book he'd been interested in sitting on the shelf.

“What are you doing in here?” Shane tried to sound somewhat upset, but in truth he was perfectly fine with that adorable kid in his bed.

“Sorry, I'll go somewhere else,” Jason shut the book quickly and picked up the bag of chips. He wasn't too sure about the outcome of the two of them being in one bedroom together.

“No, it's fine, I was just wondering,” Shane shrugged. Jason paused, but sat back down, it seemed he was somewhat stuck now, though he didn't mind that so much. “That's a good book,” Shane stepped in front of the doorknob, clicked the door shut and locked it with a smirk. Jason swallowed when he heard the sound of the door locking, not completely certain of Shane's intentions.

“Yeah…” Jason kept the book shut and tapped his fingers on it as Shane approached the bed. “Why'd you lock the door?” He stuttered, leaning back as Shane put his hands on the bed and started crawling toward him. Shane tossed the book onto the carpet and moved closer, forcing Jason to lean back onto the pillows.

“So no one can get in,” He pushed the bag of chips off of the bed. “Or out…” He grinned. Jason was a little startled by this manner, but forced himself to wrap an arm around the other's neck to suit the mood. Shane slowly let their bodies touch as he leaned down for a kiss, hoping Jason wouldn't protest against his choice of make-out position. Jason cringed and almost arched his hips when he felt Shane's pants rub against him. He was beginning to think that this abstinence wasn't going to last very long.

Shane erased all his thoughts when he brushed his lips over the other's. Jason reacted immediately, parting his lips to gladly let Shane's tongue slip inside. He squeezed his lover into a hug and pushed his head down, wanting that amazing tongue to reach deeper inside him. His hand crept down Shane's back, gripping a hand around one side of his ass tightly as if he'd never let go. Shane smiled and quickened the pace of the kiss, pushing Jason's head back for better access. He moaned when Jason dug his fingernails into his ass, Jason was hardly aware of what he was doing, he just needed something to hold on to.

Finally Shane left the younger boy's lips and trailed kisses along his chin until he reach his ear, taking the lobe into his mouth. Lifting his hips in pleasure Jason pressed his clothed cock against Shane's as much as he could, pressing and grinding himself, he was long past turned on. Shane ended up being the one to put a stopper in what they were headed for. He wanted it, he'd wanted it for a long time, but it wasn't quite time yet.

“So,” He pulled away, breathing heavily. He'd hardly had time to breath when they were kissing, barely any breaks, not at all short of wonderful. “Where do you like to eat?” He asked. Jason smiled widely and gave Shane another peck on the lips before answering.

“Mexican Resturaunts have always been my favorite,” He shrugged, running his fingers threw Shane's hair.

“Whatever you like, Cupcake,” Shane sat up on Jason's waist, running his hands up his boyfriend's chest. “It's hardly dinner time though, we could stop by for a movie or something?” He suggested. Jason pushed himself up on his elbows so that they were face to face.

“Mmm I wanted to see the new Oceans movie,” He shrugged.

“Oceans it is,” Shane smiled and kissed him again, wearing a satisfied smile as their lips met. “You're too good for me,” He mumbled between kisses.

“You're right I am,” Jason chuckled. “But I'm keeping you anyway, any objections?” He winked. Shane grinned and pressed their lips together once more.

“None,” He replied. Jason smirked and wrapped his arms around Shane, rolling both their bodies over so that he was on top.

“We should get going, check showings and everything,” Shane stretched his arms up, titling his head on the pillow. Jason simply stared down at him, playing with the collar on his shirt.

“Mmm,” He said idly, he was hardly ready to leave.

“Jase?” Shane nudged him. “C'mon,” He said. Jason groaned and rolled off of him.

“I think being on top of you is a once in a life time experience for me,” He laughed to himself, throwing an arm over his eyes.

“Probably, Mr. Submissive,” Shane sat up and pinched Jason's big toe on his right foot, he just had to touch them. Jason pulled his foot back suddenly and curled his toes.

“What the hell, Shane,” He punched Shane in the shoulder with a chuckle and sat up as well, pulling his feet up under him.

“Someday I'm going to have your feet, and do whatever I want to `em,” Shane smiled. “They're sexy as hell,”

“Oh, so it's my feet you like me for?” Jason pulled a foot out from under him and wiggled his toes. “I feel so loved,” He chuckled. Shane leaned in and gave him a big hug, squeezing him tightly around the waist.

“You should,” He nuzzled Jason's stomach and sighed. “Remember when we met?” He said randomly. “You looked so damn good in those army clothes,” he rested his head on Jason's thigh and looked up at him.

“You were such a pervert,” Jason laughed, he remembered when they'd met like his worst nightmare. “I hated you so much,” He joked. Shane frowned and gave a pouting look, sticking out his bottom lip.

“I'm kidding, you saved my life,” He stroked his fingers through Shane's hair, leaning his head on his shoulder, there was a short pause. “Well, whatever happened to leaving for that movie anyway?” He tugged Shane's ear lobe.

“Owe,” Shane sat up suddenly and put his hand on his ear. “Don't do that, my ears are really sensitive,” Jason frowned and gave him the most apologetic look he could.

“I'm sorry,” He said quickly. “Are they really that sensitive?” He put a hand on Shane's shoulder.

“Well it didn't hurt that bad but yes, and it's okay, just be careful next time,” Shane replied, rubbing the area where his ear connected to his head.

“Only to pain?” Jason meant his words to be completely innocent.

“What do you mean,” Shane turned back and grinned at him. “Like, sensitive to pleasure, sure,” He winked. Jason swallowed and looked down at his hands in his lap.

“Don't get all skittish on me again, c'mon,” Shane picked up his hand and stood up off the bed. Jason sighed, nodding as he did the same. The things Shane said to him didn't make him afraid or skittish, they got him excited and at the same time nervous, knowing that he wasn't going to be in control of his body forever. The thought he didn't mind all that much, but the fact that it seemed like the time was going to be soon did bother him.

They were silent as they hopped down the stairs, holding hands and smiling to themselves, both just happy to know they were with somebody.

Clark came through the door, making sure that his shirt covered the bruise his father had left him when he was pushed into a water cooler. It was his own fault of course, he'd been disrespectful, but he was ashamed and didn't want anyone else to see it. Making plans to change into a long sleeve shirt he pushed his hair in front of his face to hide a possible beginning of a black eye where his dad had also punched his face. He ended up turning down the job he'd originally offered to take, at first he thought it would be only profit, but when he heard about the charges and the punishment, he knew he didn't want to be the cause of any of Shane's friend's deaths. He'd never be able to bare having his crush hate him.

He didn't see anyone and thought maybe he'd make it up the stairs without being questioned. But as soon as he walked into the hall a pair came happily plodding down the stairs. It was Shane and Jason, looking like they were ready to go somewhere. He almost smiled in greeting, almost said hello before he noticed that they were holding hands, friends don't usually hold hands, not like that. He glared at Jason, some kind of friend he was, maybe Clark could just eliminate the competition, then again, he wasn't a killer. Shane didn't look happy to see him at all, in fact he looked mad, which wasn't a good sign. But at the moment Clark could've cared less due to his own anger, and they both passed each other without a word, Shane pulling Jason behind him.

“Hey, Jason,” Clark called back just before they were out of site. Jason looked back alertly in question, tugging Shane's arm back as well. “Have a good time tonight,” He nodded and then headed up the stairs. “…Just in case you don't wake up in the morning,” He grumbled quietly to himself as he trudged up.

Jason was a little bit curious of the remark, it was without sincerity, without a smile, and in a way a bit suspicious. But he was in a good mood and he couldn't think of anything that would have dampened it.

A/N: Well… here we go :[. I don't like this chapter all that much, not at all impressed with the quality of my own writing this time around, I must've rewritten certain scenes three times over again, and they're still not completely to my liking, we'll see what you guys think :] Please keep in mind that reviews are one of the happiest things in my life -loser- and I want you all to leave many many many thoughts xD……………………. Please?
