Love Through Strings
Raja was back in Tokyo. Was he really going to follow his niece and
stepson? Sure. He was on a mission after all. A mission to play
cupid. He pulled out his phone.
“Hello?” Tomoe asked.
“Hey darling,” Raja said. “I'm checking in.”
“How are you?” she asked.
“Great,” Raja said. “How have you been? Did you sleep well?”
“Uh-huh.”
“What are you up to today?”
“Not much. How about you?”
“Not much. Just check in with the office. I might have lunch with
you this weekend.”
“Oh! I'd love that.”
“Okay. I'm going to let you go now.”
“Alright. I love you.”
“I love you too. Bye.” Raja hung up the phone. He smiled to
himself. Time to get to work.

Another matchmaking meeting would be at noon. For now, Raja could
get to the office. He pulled out his phone.
“Hello? I will be coming by,” he said. “I will see you in ten
minutes.” The business man hung up his phone and stuffed it in his
pocket.
Meanwhile, the woman checked into the hotel Lady Dragon were going
to be. She needed to get closer to Mai for this next part. She
looked easier to talk to. The woman straightened up her hair and
make-up. Right now, the girls were at Tokyo Dome City Hall. They
were setting up their set. The woman would approach her as a fan.
Good thing she had listened to Lady Dragon's music.
“Here is your keycard, miss,” the receptionist said.
“Thank you,” the woman said. The women bowed before the guest went
to her room.

-Noon-
Raja sat at his desk and picked up his phone.
“How's it going?” he asked.
“We're getting started,” the matchmaker said. “My niece will make
contact with yours this evening.” Raja grinned.
“Excellent,” he said. “I will send you the money soon.”
“Thank you,” the other man said. “You won't hear from us for a
while.”
“I understand,” the business man said. “I wish you luck.” Raja hung
up his phone. Suddenly, there was a knock on his door. He sat up
straight and cleared his throat.
“Enter,” he said. The door slowly creaked open.
“I'm coming in,” a man in his twenties said.
“Ah yes,” Raja said. “Come in. What can I do for you?” He was
smiling the whole time.
