Jun wiped his body off with a towel and started downstairs. He'd nearly forgotten that Anna was even there, so he didn't bother with a shirt. Tossing the towel over his shoulder, he went down to the kitchen to fix himself a snack. There was nothing like a late night snack after a long work out to make you feel slightly better about yourself.

"So your parents are out of the house again and you're all alone?"

"Yeah," Anna said in a low voice.

"Do you have your pig?"

"Yes."

"Remember those nights we spent together when..."

"Brandon, I'm at a boy's house."

Brandon was quiet for a moment. "Are you joking?"

"No. I'm sleeping in his room," she said. It wasn't technically a lie. It was Jun's house so it was like his room.

"Send me a picture," he said in a dark voice.

"I'm not sending you a picture."

"Then I don't believe you."

Jun heard her talking as he passed by her room. It was only then that he remembered what he'd foolishly agreed to. Going closer to he room, he figured it wasn't considered eaves dropping if he couldn't understand what they were saying. He wasn't able to pick out but a few words, but one of those words was Brandon. Knocking on her door, he poked his head inside.

"Everything okay?" he mouthed.

Anna moved her phone down and looked over at Jun. His shirt was off. She put the phone back to her ear. "You want proof?"

"You don't have any."

Anna stood and took her shirt off. She pulled the straps down off her bra to make her look topless. Walking over to Jun she took a deep breath. "I'm really sorry. Consider this payment," she said and pushed her lips against him. Bringing the phone up, she took the picture and stepped away from Jun. She was breathless and blushing madly. She looked at the picture on the phone and it indeed looked like she was completely topless since it was taken everything above the shoulders. She pulled her straps up and set the picture. She put the phone back up to her ear. "Don't call me again, Brandon. I don't love you anymore," she said whispering the last part.

She turned her back to Jun and started putting her shirt back on.

Jun's eyes widened as she took off her shirt and moved her bra straps. What was she doing? His cheeks turned red as she kissed him and took a picture. Once she pulled away, he just watched her as she sent the picture and then began to get dressed again. He tried his best to compose himself, but was finding it extremely hard. "So um...I mean...he won't bug again now. Right?" His cheeks were still red, and he was sincerely wishing that he had just stayed upstairs.

Anna looked over her shoulder at him. "I don't think so. Though...he might call to say a few words to me...call me a few names." She shrugged and fixed her shirt. "I'm...sorry I used you. I never intended to ask for payment for helping you. Maybe me staying is a bad idea."

Jun shook his head. "No, it's alright," he told her. He wanted to tell her that he didn't exactly mind the kiss. "I owed you for helping me. It was the least I could do. Besides, it's not like you have anywhere else to go tonight."

"I have a home," she said. "It's just...empty."

Jun smirked. "Believe me, I know the feeling."

She looked at him and played with her hair. Now that she was looking him in the eyes, she couldn't help but feel butterflies in her stomach. "Jun..." she started. She wrinkled her eye brows. She forgot what she was going to say. How...blond of her.

Jun looked at her with a curious expression. It only seemed to occur to him then that he wasn't wearing a shirt. "I'd better go put something on," he said slowly, almost as if he didn't want to leave. "My room is just upstairs if you need me." With that he turned to leave. It was only as he turned that she was able to see the long scar which ran from the bottom of his right shoulder blade down to the small of his back.

Anna said nothing as she stared at the scar. When he shut the door behind him, she sat on the bed. Looking down at her phone, she already had a voice message from Brandon. There was no doubt in her mind that he had called her a bitch.

The next morning came, and Jun groaned as his alarm went off. It was Sunday, and normally on Sunday he would get to sleep in till noon. With Anna here, he wanted to get up early so that he could fix them breakfast. He didn't know what time she woke up; and he didn't want her to feel uncomfortable while he slept. Throwing on a shirt and some jeans, he stifled a yawn as he went downstairs to start breakfast.
Turning on the television, he listened to the high school drama episode which was on. He hadn't seen this one yet.

Anna already had breakfast on the table when Jun came down. She smiled nervously at him. Her dreams were plagued with her memory of their short, sudden kiss. She blushed. "Pancakes...I don't know if you have ever had them, but I made blueberry and chocolate chip."

Jun stopped and looked at the meal before them. "Wow," he whispered. Running a hand through his hair he looked at her. She didn't look like she'd slept much last night. "What...are they exactly?" He poked at the pancake with a fork. When he realized he was probably being rude, he quickly added. "I mean, they look good."

She laughed. Cutting a piece with her fork and dipping it in syrup, she brought it to his lips. "Just try it. If you don't like it, I'll make you something else."

He sighed. Opening up he took the bite of the pancakes. After chewing it for a bit, his eyes widened. "They're...good," he admitted. Obviously surprised that something that looked like that could taste good.

"Thanks," she smiled. "It's a common American breakfast dish."

"Really?" He couldn't believe that there was anything common about it. Following her example, he cut it before eating it. "Well, it's very good. Um...thank you for cooking this."

Anna shrugged. "I owe you." They ate and she cleaned the dishes then pulled out her books. Once again, she sat close to him to watch over his shoulder and correct him when he wrote something wrong.

She laughed when they started on his English and at times, blushed when he said certain words that sounded more like other words that were a little inappropriate. The day went on like that for hours.

Jun groaned. Taking a deep breath he tried his English once more. "I wanted to french you breakfast," he said, looking at her to see if he had the correct usage.

Anna laughed. "No," she said. "I wanted to fix you breakfast," she said in English. She closed their book. "It's ok, I think we are done for today," she said in Japanese. "I'll see you Monday, ok?"

She put her books back in her bag and stood. "I'll walk home, it's not far."

Jun rubbed his head. English was hard! "No, I'll take you," he told her. "Japan isn't the safest place to be walking around if you don't know where you're going."

Smiling, Anna nodded and walked to the room she used to get her things. She met him in the car and he took her home. Anna looked at her house as he pulled up in her drive way. "Thanks again for letting me stay."

"You're welcome." Waving to her, he pulled away and drove back. That girl was very confusing.

Anna walked into her empty home and set her things down. She walked upstairs and sat on her bed. What would she do now?

Monday couldn't have come any faster. Anna was dying for company and school was the best place for that. She met Rei and told her how things went, though she left out the fact that she stayed over at Jun's house and that they kissed. She did, however, say that Brandon wouldn't call her anymore.

As class started, she was surprised to see Jun actually paying attention and even writing down notes. She smiled to herself. He was trying, that was good.

Jun took notes in class. Once he actually understood the basics of what they were doing, it wasn't so hard to keep up, but he still found himself lagging in certain areas. He just couldn't understand it the way the teacher described it.

At lunch, Reisha waved Anna over to come sit by her. Jun always skipped out on lunch; and she never knew where he went, but at least they could hang. "So, Mr. Moto was boring again today," she said with a laugh. "But I take it that your and Jun's study lesson went well. He was actually working in class today."

"Yeah," Anna said as she sat. "I was hoping he would be here so I could go over his notes with him and help him understand better so he could do his homework. I think I'll give him my number that way he can call if he has any questions about it. I'm just happy he's applying himself now." She traded lunches with Reisha like always. Her American lunch for Reisha's Japanese. "Ok...what is this?" she said poking her lunch with chopsticks. She nearly screamed. "I think it's looking at me!"

Reisha just laughed at Anna. "Trust me, it's better if you don't know," she assured her. As they sat there eating, she heard a couple of students begin to snicker. Looking up, she saw that they were looking in their direction. What was so funny?

Suddenly Reisha's cell began to vibrate. Opening up, she looked at what she had got. It was a picture message. Her mouth fell open slightly as she looked at Anna. "Just...what did you say you and Jun did when I left?" Her voice was slightly shaky.

"We studied, Rei," Anna said looking at her confusedly. "Why?"

Reisha held out her phone for Anna to see. On it was the picture she had taken for Brandon. The picture that showed her and Jun kissing.

Anna shot up, food went everywhere. "No! That's not suppose..." She glanced around. Everyone was staring. Some looked pissed, most likely the girls who liked him, and others looked like they were about to burst into laughter. "How could this happen!? Brandon doesn't know anyone in Japan!"

Reisha shook her head. "Come on," she said, taking Anna down one of the hallways so the other kids couldn't hear what they were saying. "You're saying you sent this to, Brandon? So, this was just a fake picture. I mean nothing really happened between you two, right?"

"No!" Anna yelled. She never cared what people thought of her. She never cared what they said behind her back. But she did care that there was a photo of her half naked being sent to everyone in school. To top it off, more than half of the girls in the school looked like they wanted to scratch Anna's eyes out for taking it with Jun. "I don't know how this got out. I didn't send it to anyone but Brandon. Jun is going to be so mad at me!"

Reisha sighed. Looking at her phone, she looked through the list to see who had sent it to her. From there she looked to see where it originated from. "I can guess how everyone saw it." Dragging Anna to the computer lab, she turned on one of the computers and went to the school's homepage. From there she went to one of the forums. As soon as she pulled it up there was a post from Anonymous with the picture.

"He didn't have to know anyone," she told her. "He just had to know our school..."

Anna's phone beeped. She opened it. It was from Brandon.

"Like my present, Anna?"

Anna closed her phone. "I have to fine Jun before he gets the picture." She froze. "What...will happen if his father finds out?"

Reisha stopped what she was doing as she heard this. She hadn't even considered.... "Let's hope he doesn't," she said. Turning off the computer she grabbed Anna's hand and pulled her down the hallway. They didn't have long before their next class began hopefully they could find Jun before someone else did.

Anna tried to keep up with Reisha. They ran down each hall until they came to the gym. Reisha swung open the doors and there was Jun, looking as someone's phone while a group of kids crowded around him. Anna paled. Her heart was beating fast and her body began to shake. "Oh, no..."
