Anyway, before I start this chapter, I will let you know is that Rini is indeed Serena’s and Darien’s daughter in this story and she was just born in an unusual way. However, as I said before, Darien/Tuxedo Mask/Prince Endymon is dead and he isn’t going to be revived, but his ‘spirit’, in a way, lives on in Naruto as you saw in previous chapters. You must have been surprised that I brought back the Crimson Dragon and made Davis a Signer, right? Well, Davis isn’t an ordinary Signer and not just because that he is a Digidestined and reincarnated alien prince in my story, but you are going to have to read and find out, everyone!

Chapter 8: The Real and Virtual Battlefields

Right now, Davis Motomiya is sitting down and organizing his cards including a group of Synchro Monsters including Stardust Dragon (2500/2000), Shooting Star Dragon (3300/2500), Red Dragon Archfiend (3000/2500), Ancient Fairy Dragon (2100/3000), Black Rose Dragon (2400/2000), Black-Winged Dragon (2800/1600), Power Tool Dragon (2300/2500), and Life Stream Dragon (2900/2400), but there is another blank Synchro Monster card with Red Dragon Archfiend.

Davis thinks in his mind, “These are the most awesome cards that I ever had, but I didn’t know how awesome until the day that I got them. Just after I won the tournament and won these cards, the Crimson Dragon came to me and I learned about it as well as its connection to Yusei and his friends. I learned about the Signers and then the big dude lead me to a stone tablet which had Shooting Star Dragon in it. I had a clue about all this, but the big dude is telling me to stop her… Stop Sailor Moon before she goes into the dark completely.”

Veemon is with Davis and he asks, “What are you thinking about?”

Davis responds, “How much of a pain in the ass is going to be to fight Sailor Moon, Veemon.”

Veemon asks Davis, “Do you really have to fight her?”

Davis responds, “I have to buddy. That card… Ancient Pixie, I can tell you are making sure that she is a few cards short of a deck buddy.”

Veemon says, with a smile, “Well, if those awesome cards that you used against that Sayer jerk, you can do it.”

Davis responds, “Shooting Star is really cool, buddy!”

Just then a familiar female voice says, “No kidding, Davis.” Davis and Veemon then look to see Kari and Gatomon coming over.

Davis asks Kari, “Hey, Kari, what’s up?”

Kari responds, “What’s up? Can’t a girl check up on her boyfriend after an intense duel with a power mad Psychic Duelist?”

Davis says, with a smile, “I don’t see why not.”

Kari sits down by Davis and Kari says, “I didn’t know that you won the same Synchro Monsters that Team Five-Ds used in their duels.”

Davis says, “Yep. From what I know, they were kept in a secret vault or something and they were ‘back-up cards’ for the ones that they had. They had been recently found them and for some reason, they decided to give them as a prize in a big tournament.”

Kari tells Davis, “Tai told me about it. It happened shortly after most of us got back from ‘over there’.”

Davis says, with a smile, “Yeah, I need to have a bit of fun after all of the madness that we are experiencing.”

Kari asks, curiously, “Dai-kun, is that when that whole business with that dragon started?”

Davis says, with a nod, “After I won the tournament, the Crimson Dragon appeared, showed me the what and what with it, and led me to the tablet with this guy.” Davis displays his Shooting Star Dragon (3300/2500) Synchro Monster card.

Gatomon asks, “A tablet with that dragon inside?”

Veemon says, with a nod, “Yep, but it was blank until Davis performed Accel Synchro Summon for the first time in his duel with Sayer.”

Gatomon asks, “Wait! That was the first time using the card?”

Davis says, “Yep. I got Formula Synchron at the same time with Shooting Star, but I didn’t use them until now. Actually, I never brought out Shooting Star until now. They showed me how Yusei-san did it, but I only practiced it a bit. Accel Synchro Summoning is not really is. You can’t have any doubts or fears clouding you or you can’t do it.”

Kari asks, “So, you need to be ultra-focused?”

Davis says, with a nod, “Yep. I just don’t get how Moon girl, in her condition, could do it.”

Kari says, “She is fighting for people that she cares about and more.”

Davis says, with a nod, “Got a good point, Kari-chan.”

Gatomon tells Davis, “And you have got to take her on next.”

Davis says, drolly, “Don’t remind me. It is going to be the toughest duel ever.”

Kari tells Davis, “I believe in you, Davis.”

Davis says, with a weak smile, “Thanks, Kari.” Davis says, with a sigh, “Personally, in the old days, I would be ready to go and kick ass, but these days…”

Kari tells Davis, “Dai-kun.” Kari then kisses Davis on the lips and he returns the kiss, but he becomes wide-eyed when Kari’s kiss becomes more intense and passionate and she puts her body on top of Davis’ body.

When they release from the kiss, Davis asks, surprised, “Kari?”

Kari becomes wide-eyed and she replies, “I’m sorry, Davis. It is just… this is the first time… that we kissed in the real world… it just feels so real… the warmth of your body…” Kari says, with tears in her eyes, “Even though it has been two months, I’m so afraid… afraid that this isn’t real… many nights… I dream… that I’m still stuck in SAO…”

Davis hugs Kari and he says, “This is real, Kari.” Davis kisses Kari, again, and she kisses him back in which tears fall from her eyes and she embraces Davis back causing Veemon and Gatomon to smile warmly about this. On the meanwhile, we join Naruto, Sailor Star, and Sailor Moon as they confront the Leaf ninja with Sailor Star holding Rini protectively in her arms.

Minato tells Naruto, “Naruto…”

Jiraiya tells Naruto, “Come on, gaki. You can’t mean that.”

Naruto responds, “Do I look like I’m kidding, Pervy Sage?”

Tsunade says, “Naruto, you aren’t yourself. You lost a lot of your memories.”

Naruto replies, with a serious tone with a darken visage, “I remember enough. I know how those assholes in the Leaf spat on the grave of my dad and my mom after all they have done for that worthless piece of dirt that dare to say that they honor the beliefs of the First Hokage. Personally, I still a bit pissed off at my dad for putting Kurama in me, but then again, he didn’t do it for the Leaf, he did it for the world. Even though he didn’t know that ass wasn’t Madara Uchiha, he knew that he was a worldwide threat and he didn’t know the full details of the threat, he put Kurama in me to keep it from him and find a way to stop him. He had the safety of the good people of our world in mind.” Naruto says, with a glare, “However, personally, I don’t think that the majority of that fucking mud pit called the Leaf qualifies as ‘good people’.”

The Leaf ninja winch from that and Udon whispers, “Boss isn’t in a good mood.”

Moegi whispers back, “Well, I would be to if a place denied me a childhood for what I contain and not who I truly am.”

Jiraiya tells Naruto, “Whoa, Naruto! Easy there!”

Naruto says, with a glare, “And they also tried to wipe out the history of my clan! The Uzumaki clan! I have a few memories of my time in the Academy and they didn’t mention the Uzumaki clan one bit!”

Minato says, “That’s changed, Naruto! The person that did it was punished and the Uzumaki clan is now a top requirement in the Academy now!”

Naruto says, rolling his eyes, “Well, big whoop, believe it! Personally, it makes me wonder if the Teme didn’t have a good point about the Leaf!”

There are multiple gasps and Tenten asks, shocked, “You don’t mean that?!”

Naruto says, with a darkening sneer, “Believe it, girl! Hinata-chan told me plenty about those asshole that just lost their power and yet, they are just yelling and screaming because they lost what never belonged to them in the first place in which plenty of them want to use me to get their precious power back! Or put in the Clan Restoration Act and using me as a ‘breeding stud’ to create a ‘slave army’ for them!”

There are surprised gasps and Lee asks, “Is this true?”

Tsunade says, with a sigh, “Yes, it is.” Tsunade thinks in her mind, angrily, “Fucking assholes! They are still messing us up with Naruto!”

Naruto says, with a snort, “They haven’t changed one damn bit, believe it! They are self-centered, power hungry assholes that would do anything for their selfish gains! After all I have done and after pounding and screaming it into their heads that world can’t go to peace this way, they don’t fucking care if the world is destroyed as long as it benefits them! I’m not saying that there isn’t good people in the Leaf, but they are mainly below scum in that place!”

Ino yells out, “Come on, Ino! You just can’t see the whole picture!”

Naruto says, with a glare, “Maybe, but I see enough. They aren’t nothing like the heroes that I have seen even though I don’t remember them. I remember an old guy that looks like a drunk constructing a bridge to save his nation from a rotten midget that used his money to hire crooks to terrorize his home. I can’t remember his name or his story, but I know that he is a great guy and a true hero.”

Sailor Star says, with a dark plain tone, “I think that Naruto-kun has a point about the Leaf.”

There are gasps of shock and Kiba says, “Hinata!”

Sailor Star says, with a serious tone and dark glare not seen in Hinata before, “Don’t Hinata me, Kiba! My clan hasn’t changed one bit! Even with the war, Naruto’s words, and more, the elders plot and scheme in which they want to use me to seduce Naruto to control him!”

There are gasps of surprise and Hanabi says, with a solemn tone, “It’s true, but our father managed to stop that.”

Sailor Star says, “My current father, Hiashi, proved to be better than most of the clan, but the clan hasn’t changed despite Naruto-kun showing the truth that the way our world is doesn’t work at all. They are still worrying about their own power and they keep our clan split by keeping half of them enslaved.”

Neji tells Sailor Star, “Hinata-sama… Hinata, you are right, but you can change it.”

Sailor Star says, with a dark scoff that isn’t like her, “As long as those elders remain in command, they won’t allow anything and they will make sure that not even the Hokage can interfere by using ‘clan business’ as an excuse.” Neji can’t respond to that as Sailor Star has a point and Sailor Star says, “And Sailor Moon… Serenity is my family. And knowing them, they will try to use them too. I won’t have it. I am also a Sailor Soldier, a protector of the universe, and my powers are never to be used for personal gain, but the elders would try to find a way to do so. I will remain with Naruto and I will remain with Serenity.” Sailor Star gently rocks Rini and she says, “And I will protect my niece as well.”

Hanabi asks, surprised, “Your niece?”

Kakashi says, “I remember them talking about her. Her name is Rini and she was supposed to be her future daughter with the man that was her boyfriend.”

Sai asks, “The one that died using his power to stop Kaguya’s Infinite Tsukuyomi?”

Sailor Moon says, with a darkening glare, “His name was Darien Shield, reincarnation of Prince Endymon, heir to the throne of Earth, and the hero known as Tuxedo Mask!”

The ninja flinch from the glare that’s totally out of character for our Moon Princess and Kiba tells Sai, with a glare, “Hey, pal, don’t piss off the girl that can bring the power of the universe down on us!”

Tsunade says, “And that’s the reason that you needed the special serum that I developed for pregnant kunoichi to speed up their pregnancy.”

Tenten asks, “Lady Tsunade?”

Tsunade quickly explained about the ‘pregnancy potion’ and when she is done, Ino yells out, “Holy shit! And you are still alive?!”

Tsunade says, “It was as I thought. All those that died were suffering from some kind of trauma that left them in an emotional and mental weakened state. You should be no different.”

Sailor Moon says, with a serious tone, “Expect I refused to die for my daughter’s sake and for the universe’s sake as well as the sake of the promise that I made to my beloved. I promised to protect his planet which is only my home.”

Tsunade says, “That give you immense emotional and mental fortitude and will to survive through I have to say that it must have left you weak.”

Sailor Star says, “It did, but remember, she has the power of the Shinju inside of her like Naruto-kun.”

Shizune asks, “She does?”

Minato says, “From my son. Remember, he gained the power of the Sage from both the Sage himself in its Yang form, took a part of the Yin energy from when Sasuke transferred the Yin seal into the Star Saber, and he also gained the chakra of Sage’s brother, the ancestor of the Hyuga and Kaguya clans.”

Sailor Star says, “In which the elders are highly interested to wonder if any member of the clan has dormant genes from Hamura-dono and Kaguya.” Neji and Hanabi can only solemnly sigh at this.

Jiraiya says, “The power of Asura and Indra gave Madara the power of the Sage. Thus basically, if combine the Sage’s and his brother’s chakra, you get the power from their mother.”

Naruto says, with a glare, “Don’t compare my Shinju power with that power of that bitch, Pervy Sage.”

Minato tells Naruto, “Easy, Naruto. He isn’t.”

Jiraiya says, nervously, “No joke!”

Shino says, “It means that she may have powers and bloodlines from our world.”

Naruto says, with a plain tone, “Hinata-chan told me about people showing a ‘certain interest’ in Moon-chan… namely in the Leaf!”

Tsunade tells Naruto, “They won’t dare try anything against one of the saviors of the universe, Naruto.”

Naruto says, rolling his eyes, “Yeah, right!”

Sailor Star says, plainly, “I’ll let you know that she does have the Byakugan just like me, but if anyone dares to think of harming Serenity-onee-chan, I won’t hesitate to strike them down.”

Neji says, “Hinata-sama…”

Hanabi says, “Hinata-onee-chan…”

Jiraiya says, “Whoa! Easy! No one is threatening her!”

Naruto says, with a plain tone, “None of you are, but you can’t speak for the Leaf, believe it.”

There are nervous looks with the Leaf group and then a familiar female voice calls out, “Isn’t this quite the reunion?” Everyone then looks to see Sailor Sun land behind Naruto, Sailor Moon, and Sailor Star.

Ino says, “Sakura.”

Naruto says, looking at Sakura, “So, it is you, Sakura.”

Sailor Sun responds, “As I have told them, Sakura Haruno is dead. She died two years ago saving you and my Meatball Head of a Moon Princess cousin from your deaths using the power of the phoenix.”

Naruto says, “If you believe that, then I’m going to sell you my mother’s home nation.”

Sailor Sun says, “Cute. You lost a huge chunk of memories, but not your sense of humor? Well, believe what you want to believe, Sakura Haruno is a part of who am I, but I’m not her.”

Naruto yells out, “That’s a load of bull and you know it! Hinata-chan told me about this and you have to be the Sakura Haruno deep down! I have a few memories, but you are still going after Sasuke…!!” Naruto then yelps as a blast of solar energy hits in front of his feet and he is shocked to see Sailor Sun’s eyes narrow.

Sailor Sun retorts, in a threatening tone, “Don’t you fucking dare reminding me of my past self’s complete fan girl stupidity, you got that you baka?!”

Sailor Sun glows with a golden chakra aura and her aura starts to crack the ground around her, much to plenty of the other’s nervousness, and Ino thinks in her mind, “That’s Forehead’s tempter! Not Sakura Haruno my ass!”

Sailor Moon gives off a strong aura and in an uncharacteristic strong tone, “Don’t you ever threaten Naruto again!”

Sailor Star says, also giving off a strong aura and giving off a deadly glare that’s not like the Hyuga heiress, “That goes double for me, Sakura!” Rini then starts to cry again and Sailor Star becomes concerned and gently rocks her in which she hands her over to Sailor Moon in which she eases her daughter.

Sailor Moon says, in a motherly tone, “I’m sorry, sweetie. Mommy was mad, but she’s okay.”

Sailor Sun says, “I’m sorry about scaring the baby, but I won’t be reminded of that fan girl stupidity that my past self undertook and I undertook with Indra.” Sailor Sun says, with tears of anger and sadness in her eyes, “You don’t know anything. I was once the heiress to the throne of the Sun Kingdom and I was their greatest warrior as well as the greatest protector of the Silver Millennium. I let my heart go astray once and it cost me everything! My kingdom… my people… all of it gone! I was their future and their Sailor Guardian! It was my duty as ruler to protect them! A ruler’s one true duty is the protection and welfare of their people! And I failed at that and my crime is doubly as great since I was the greatest Sailor Soldier in the Silver Millennium! The guardian of my kingdom! And I let Indra lead me astray!”

Naruto says, with a plain tone, “I know. When Hinata-chan told me about what you said, I regained a memory that I had as Asura.”

Sailor Sun says, “Then you know that Sasuke is no different from his ‘previous incarnation’ and while I swear guilt in his crimes, I intend to make sure that he doesn’t commit anymore.”

Naruto says, with a snort, “Sounds like plain old payback to me, just like what Sasuke…!!” But then Naruto shut his mouth as Sailor Sun unleashes powerful KI right at him.

Sailor Sun yells out, with a powerful aura, “Don’t you dare even compare me to that worthless piece of ass that broke my heart and help destroy my kingdom in my first life, do you hear me, baka?!” Sailor Sun unleashes a powerful shockwave from her aura that shakes the aura and cracks the ground and walls in which some shattered glass is heard in which Rini starts to cry.

Sailor Moon unleashes a strong aura and she yells out, “Cut that out right now, Sailor Sun! You are scaring my baby!”

Sailor Sun’s aura lowers down and Sailor Sun says, with a plain tone, “Fine, sorry.” Sailor Moon lowers her aura and focuses on calming her child down in which Sailor Moon unleashes a ‘soothing aura’ in which baby Rini calms down and starts to giggle. Sailor Sun says, plainly, “This isn’t about any stupid revenge, baka. This is about protecting the future and Sasuke is a force of chaos, anarchy, and destruction.”

Naruto says, with a plain tone, “For once, I can agree with you.” There are plenty of surprised looks and Naruto says, “The Teme is a major asshole and self-centered prick in which he can’t see the multiple possibilities in front of him. In fact, his stupid plan reminds of someone else. I can’t seem to remember him. He had the Rinnegan and he was a puppet for Madara and his puppet.”

Jiraiya says, “Nagato. He was a member of your clan and Madara transplanted his Rinnegan into him. He planned to use the Biju to create a destructive jutsu to make people stop fighting for at least a short time and when fighting starts again, he would use the jutsu again most likely destroying a lot of people and a constant cycle of destruction and forced peace.”

Sailor Sun says, “Okay, that’s all levels of stupid.”

Sailor Moon says, with a nod, “I agree. That’s horrible. Genocide leads nothing to death and destruction until nothing is left. That’s not peace, that’s grand scale destruction and mass murder!”

Tsunade says, pointing to Naruto, “That’s what the gaki did when he beat Nagato who went by the name, Pain.”
Naruto asks, “I did?” Just then Naruto’s battle with Pain flashes before his eyes and he says, holding his head, “Yeah… Yeah, I did…” Naruto says, looking at Sailor Star, “And you…”

Sailor Star says, with a nod, “Yes, I did. Like I said on that day, I love you, Naruto-kun.”

Sailor Moon smiles warmly and Sailor Sun says, “While I respect, it doesn’t mean that I feel that love is driving you into the same darkness as Naruto and my Meatball Head cousin. And I’m not letting you go through with your plans.”

Sailor Moon responds, “Oh, what is our plan?”

Sailor Sun says, displaying Moonlight Rose Dragon (2400/1800) Synchro Monster card, “Don’t play dumb with me, Sailor Moon. It is the revival of Queen Serenity.”

There are gasps and Kakashi asks, “Wait! Is that…?!”

Sailor Star says, “Serenity’s and my ‘royal mother’ from our previous life as Moon Princesses.”

Sailor Sun says, with a serious tone, “And I know that your father wishes to use Ultimaya Tzolk'in in order to do so.”

Ino asks, “Who or what is that?”

Sailor Sun responds, “The chaotic entity that these dragons were meant to seal.”

Sailor Moon asks, “Oh, you mean these dragons?” Sailor Moon takes out her Duel Dragon and Ancient Pixie Dragon (2100/3000) appears behind her in which both Sailor Star and Naruto take out a pair of Synchro Monster cards in which Stardust Spark Dragon (2500/2000) appears behind Naruto and another dragon, Blackfeather Darkrage Dragon (2800/1600), a monster that looks like Black-Winged Dragon only somewhat darker, appears behind Sailor Star.

There are multiple gasps and Choji asks, “More of them?!”

Tsunade says, “Naruto, not you too…”

Naruto says, with a darken visage, “Yes, me. I don’t have many memories and the majority are just real pisses off. All I have… the only real home is with Hinata-chan and Moon-chan and I intend to protect them and Rini. I made a promise to Darien, my good friend in two lifetimes, that I would protect her and his world and that’s a promise I intend to keep, believe it.”

Sailor Star says, with a nod, “And I intend to fight by Naruto-kun’s side and no longer be a burden to anyone as well as I intend to protect my family, both of my families, despite one of them not approving of my actions.” Just then light ‘dark auras’ comes from the two Duel Dragons that Naruto and Hinata gained.

Neji says, stunned and concerned, “Hinata…”

Sailor Sun says, “Tzolk’in’s power is too dangerous!”

Sailor Moon says, “My father isn’t an evil man.”

Sailor Sun responds, “No, Uncle Geminios isn’t stupid… He has just a major hole in his head if he thinks that he can control that creature and revive Aunt Serenity.”

Sailor Moon says, with a glare, “Watch it!”

Sailor Sun retorts, with a serious tone, “What are you going to do, Meatball Head? Wail on me? Can’t you see that something is wrong with him? That he isn’t himself! He may be ‘dark’, but he isn’t blind! And if you are going to continue this nonsense and let the darkness take hold, I will stop you!”

Sailor Star asks, “Is that a threat?”

Sailor Sun responds, “I don’t make threats… I make promises, Sailor Star!”

Naruto says, “Don’t make promise that you can’t keep Sakura! Unlike you, I always keep my promises!”

Sailor Sun replies, with a nod, “You always do, Naruto.” Sailor Sun says, with her eyes narrowing, “However, when I make such a promise, I don’t intend not to keep it. Aunt Serenity has already been through enough, it is time to allow her to rest and I will protect even if it is from her own children.” Sailor Sun glares at Sailor Moon, Sailor Star, and Naruto in which they glare back causing things to look they are going into a showdown.

Choji says, nervously, “Oh, boy.”

Tenten asks Neji, “What shall we do?”
Neji says, “Great ready for a showdown, Tenten.”

Sailor Sun says, “Not today, Neji. I won’t do especially not with a baby’s life.”

Sailor Moon, holding her baby girl in her arms in tight and protective hold, says, “Especially not with my baby, but if you intend to fight me, I won’t hesitate when Rini is out of danger.”

Sailor Sun says, “Same here, Meatball Head.”

Ino says, “Whew! That was relief!”

Shikamaru says, “Troublesome, Ino. They are going to fight another day and it is going to be a drag.” Ino glares at Shikamaru, but then Renamon makes an appearance by her partner.

Renamon tells Sailor Sun, “Sakura, there is a major alert from Data Squad headquarters. There is a major attack on Etajima!”

There are multiple gasps and Sailor Sun asks, stunned, “What, Renamon?! Are you sure?!”

Renamon says, “News reports are already talking about it, partner. Commander Sampson says to prepare to head out right away!” Just then there is a massive explosion and shakes the area.

Sailor Star asks, “What was that explosion?”

Just then there is a beeping heard and Sailor Sun takes out a device in which she activates it causing a voice to say, “A bomb! A large bomb just exploded outside of the park and… Digimon! Digimon attack!”

Sailor Sun says, with a serious tone, “Forget that Renamon! We are under attack right now! Let’s go!” Sailor Sun then takes off with Renamon following quickly behind her in which Naruto, Sailor Star, and Sailor Moon look at each other in which Rini is crying again.

Sailor Moon tells Naruto and Sailor Star, “I’ll bring Rini home and calm her down! I’ll join you as soon as I can!” Naruto and Sailor Star nod their heads in unison as Sailor Moon teleports away with Rini in tow.

Naruto says, “Let’s go, Hinata-chan!”

Sailor Star responds, with a nod, “Right, Naruto-kun!” Naruto and Sailor Star leap up to the top of a nearby building and take off to the grounds of the park and surrounding city area to help out leaving the Leaf group behind.

Choji asks, “Now, what?”

Ino retorts, sarcastic tone in her voice, “What do you think Choji?”

Shikamaru says, “I knew that this would be a drag.” Soon enough, the Leaf ninja take off to help in anyway and right now, we find an injured police officer is about to be attacked by a Frigimon.

“Fire Rocket!”

Flamedramon then rams himself into the Frigimon and Frigimon roars as he turns into data particles in which Davis runs over to the officer.

Davis asks, “Are you all right?”

The officer responds, pointing to his leg, “My leg… but it is only a flesh wound…” However, when the officer see something, he yells out, “To your right!” Davis twists around to see an 18 year old male, dressed like a street gangster, running towards him with a knife in his hands.

“Die!” The young man yells out as he lungs at Davis, but our Digidestined of Miracles and Life easily grabs the knife welding arm, judo flips into him to the ground, breaks his arm to force him to drop the knife, and one kick to the face knocks him out.

Flamedramon says, “Nice work, Davis!”

Davis says, looking at one area, “Behind Flamedramon!” Flamedramon spins around and uses his claws to impale a Meramon in the chest who grunts out before turning into data particles. But then a Flymon comes through the air and unleashes its stingers at Flamedramon, but the armored Digimon leaps out of the way with ease, however, the Digimon turns its attack to Davis and wounded officer.

Flamedramon says, “Davis, watch out!”

“Fox-Tail Inferno!”

Just then nine blue flames attack the Flymon and the instinct Digimon yelp out in pain as it is covered in blue flames before it turns into data particles in which Davis and Flamedramon look to see Sailor Sun and a large four legged white and yellow fox Digimon with a yin-yang symbol on her forehead and nine yellow tails with white tips coming out of her tailbone area appear.

Digimon Analyzer (Flamedramon’s voice)

“Kyuubimon is Renamon’s Champion form, a powerful mystical fox kitsune Digimon, she is no joke with her Fox-Tail Inferno and Dragon Wheel attack, she can bring about a fiery death to all those that piss her off!”

Sailor Sun and the newly identified Kyuubimon, Renamon’s Champion form, arrive on the scene, Sailor Sun asks, “What’s the situation?”

Davis says, “Well, S-Sailor Sun, there was a big ass bomb that was set off nearby! We fucking don’t know how many are dead or wounded and now, these insane Digimon and their human partners are coming out of the wood work! They just seem bent on killing!”
Kyuubimon says, “We can see that, Davis.”

Flamedramon says, “We aren’t sure of their numbers! They seem to be everywhere! The police are already smashed up! They came in hard and fast and we have to take over!”

Sailor Sun says, taking out a group of cards, “No joke that we have to take over!”

“Sun Shining Mirror Change, Make-up: Army of One!”

After Sailor Sun puts the cards into her broach, shinning its mirror on herself, she pushes the button on top, and after the light that envelops her fades away, Sailor Sun is in a brand new form with her crow on her scalp gone, replaced by a military style helmet with the chin strap tight around her chin, she has a military style bullet proof vest over her armored fuku, her armored boots are replaced by military combat boots, the wings on her back are also gone with a military style pack attached to her back including what looks like M16 style assault rifle, and military style pouches attached to her waist.

Davis and Flamedramon are surprised and Davis asks, “When did you get that?”
Sailor Sun says, taking out medical kits, “Explain later! Get going! This is a crisis!”

Flamedramon says, with a nod, “She’s right!”

Davis says, “I’ll check on Kari and the others!” Davis then notices a strange tattoo on the left arm of the person that he just knocked out in which it looks like a black coffin that’s slightly open to reveal a skeletal hand and a cartoon laughing face on the top of the coffin which gives Davis a bad feeling. Flamedramon, Sailor Sun, and Kyuubimon see it as well and Flamedramon and Davis take off while Sailor Sun takes out medical equipment to tend to the wounded officer with Kyuubimon making sure that they aren’t sneak attacked.

The officer says, “Thank you.”

Sailor Sun says, “Just doing my job, officer.” Elsewhere, Kazuto, Suguha, Keiko, Rika, Tsuboi, Asuna, and Andrew are assembled together as chaos is in the park.

Tsuboi asks, “Now, what?”

Kazuto asks, “Is everyone okay?”

Asuna says, “We’re okay, Kirito-kun.”

Just then a voice shouts out, “Not for long!” Everyone looks to see a young woman of 18-20 years of age with long red dyed hair, brown eyes, and dressed like a female street punk with an insane look in her eyes is charging at them with a samurai sword and a Blossomon behind her.

Kirito steps forward to face her and Rika yells out, “What are you doing?”

Suguha says, concerned, “No, big brother!”

But before the insane woman can get too close to Kazuto, Naruto’s voice booms, “Hey, bitch!” The woman turns only to get Naruto’s foot in her face and knocking her to the ground in which the Blossomon stops in surprise only to get turned into data particles from several energy stars shot into her chest.

Rika says, “Hey, it’s that guy!”

Kazuto says, “Naruto…” Rika can’t help to blush a bit since Naruto looks pretty handsome in his current attire in her eyes.

The woman yells out, seeing the destruction of Blossomon, “No, Blossomon!” The woman turns to Naruto and she swipes at him with her sword, but Naruto easily dodges and then breaks her arm welding the sword causing her to yelp out as she drops the sword with one slap to the face causing her to get knocked out.

Naruto says, with a sigh, “I really don’t like fighting women, but I’m no sexist pervert.”

Sailor Star lands nearby and she says, with a smile, “I know, Naruto-kun.”

Suguha asks, amazed, “A new Sailor Scout?”

Sailor Star says, with a nod, “I’m Sailor Star. Nice to meet you.”

Asuna asks, amazed, “Sailor Star?” Just then Kari, Ken, Cody, Yolei, and their Digimon, in Champion forms, arrive on the scene.

Cody asks, “Are all of you okay?”

Keiko says, “We’re okay.”

Rika says, “Just freaked out!”

Stingmon says, “There is a big Dark Digidestined attack in this area. We need to get you out of here.”

Yolei asks, “Why are they doing this?”

Kazuto then notices something and he says, “Oh no.”

Kazuto goes over to the woman that Naruto knocked out and Keiko asks, concerned, “What’s wrong, Kirito?” Kazuto then rolls up the sleeve of the woman’s left arm and gasps to see the same ‘cartoon coffin’ tattoo that Davis saw on the person that he knocked out on the young lady’s lower arm.

Ken asks, “What’s wrong?”

Kazuto says, showing the tattoo to everyone else, “This.”

There are gasps in shock and Yolei yells out, “What’s that woman doing with mark of Laughing Coffin?”

Asuna asks, “Kirito-kun, this can’t mean… can it?”

Kazuto says, his eyes narrowing dangerously, “Yeah, I think it does.”

Just then a dark male voice says, “I see that you have figured it out, you beater bastard.” Everyone then looks to see a tall male figure wearing a dark colored cloak and hood that covers his face other than his mouth and nose.

Ken says, stunned, “It can’t be…”

Kazuto says, with a sneer, “You!”

The cloaked figure says, with an evil smile, “So, we finally meet in the real world, beater boy.”

Kazuto yells out, angrily, “So, killing people in SAO wasn’t enough for you?! Now, you have to murder people in cold blood in the real world?!”

The cloaked figure says, “Plants die, animals die, and we die. It is just a matter of when. I just ‘quicken’ the process.”

Naruto says, “That’s just sick!”

The cloaked figure says, “That’s just a matter of opinion.”

Just then a female voice shouts out, “It isn’t, jerk! It’s plain simple! That’s murder and you are a murderer!” Everyone then looks to see Sailor Moon, in her ‘Black Swordsman form’, walking up.

Sailor Star says, “Sailor Moon!”

The cloaked figure says, with an evil smile, “The world famous Sailor Moon, huh? It is an honor. I’m PoH, leader of Laughing Coffin.”

Kazuto yells out, strongly, “He is a sick murderer! He killed a lot of players in SAO and causing their deaths in the real world knowing full well that death in SAO meant death in the real world!”

Sailor Star says, narrowing her eyes, “That’s horrible.”

Sailor Moon says, narrowing her eyes, “I’ll say. You played that nutjob’s death game.”

The cloaked figure, PoH, responds, with an evil smile, “I find it quite interesting when people come at each other with the intent to kill. I originally had no quall with you, but you had to come here looking like that beater bastard, so, I will make sure that you pay for that insult.” PoH then whips out what looks like a square meat cleaver and charges at Sailor Moon.

Sailor Moon yells out, “Aincard Duel Equip! Elucidator and Dark Repulser!” The swords immediately appear on Sailor Moon’s back and she draws them both in which she easily blocks the attack from PoH’s meat cleaver in which she kicks him in the face really hard causing him to get skidding back, but then it is revealed that his ‘skin’ has torn off to reveal a robotic chin in which sparks come out.

Yolei asks, stunned, “His face?!”

Ken says, “He’s not real! He’s a robot!”

PoH or the android that looks like him retorts, “It looks like my secret is out, so, I can go all out to kill you!” The android drops its weapon and its arms then transform into giant blades and the android attacks Sailor Moon again in which she blocks with her blades.

Sailor Moon asks, “Geez, why do I get all of the weirdoes?”

Naruto yells out, concerned, “Moon-chan!”

Sailor Moon responds, “I’m all right, Naruto! I’ve got this!” Sailor Moon’s swords clash with the robot’s blade and she then manages to cut off the arms of the robot in which she then bisects the robot and spins around to cut off the head of the robot in which clatters to the ground in which the whole broken robot body causing oil to pool all over with sparks coming out of the cut wiring causing Keiko to greatly flinch.

Naruto says, amazed, “Whoa! Way to go, Moon-chan!”

Sailor Moon says, “Thank you, Naruto.”

The robot’s head then says, “Ooh, you destroyed… my toy… you are going to… pay for that… too bad… everyone won’t… see it…!!” Naruto then crunches the robot’s head into pieces.

Keiko says, “That was scary.”

Tsuboi asks, “What did that tin can mean by that?” Just then the ground behind the four Digidestined and Digimon burst open causing them to tumble to the ground and everyone to stumble away in which a Drimogemon comes out of the ground with a roar in which a young man with spiky punk style brown hair, dark eyes, and wearing a dark brown cloak with an insane look on the face burst out of the hole made by the Digimon and drawing two knives.

“Fire Rocket!”

Just then Flamedramon, covered in flames, slams into Drimogemon, gets knocked to the ground, and the insane young man is shocked in which he doesn’t see Davis until his fist connects with his face, knocking him to the ground and forcing him to drop his two knives.

“Spiking Strike!”

Stingmon impales the Drimogemon and he roars as he turns into data particles while the young man with him charges at Davis in which Davis knocks out with a one-two punch.

When he is done, Davis asks Kari, “Kari, are all of you okay?”

Kari responds, with a nod, “We’re okay, Dai-kun.” The Digidestined and Digimon other than Stingmon and Flamedramon get to their feet in which Davis notices something and he bends over to the guy that he knocked out causing Kari to ask, “What’s wrong, Davis?”

Davis says, “This, Kari.” Davis then rolls up the sleeve and shows the same tattoo on the arms of the other two that Davis and Naruto knocked out earlier.

Kazuto says, with a plain tone, “I knew it.”

Yolei says, disgusted, “Oh, great. It is Laughing Coffin.”

Davis asks, “Laughing Coffin?”

Ken tells Davis, “It is a Player Killer guild from SAO. We told you about them.” Ken then quickly explains about Laughing Coffin and its history on SAO.

When he is done, Davis says, annoyed, “Damn it! It looks like this ass has started a brand new band of killers here in the real world.”

Flamedramon says, “A Dark Digidestined criminal gang.”

Tsuboi says, “Damn it! I thought that we had stopped this insanity when we wiped out Laughing Coffin on SAO!”

Kazuto says, “Remember, PoH was never found when we attacked their base on that day, Klein. He escaped and it looks like that he was one of the survivors that escaped Sword Art Online.” Kazuto slams his right fist into his left hand and he says, “Damn it! That madman!”

Suguha says, concerned, “Big brother…”

Asuna takes one of Kazuto’s hand and she says, “Kirito…” Kazuto looks at Asuna and he sees her weak smile in which he nods.

Sailor Moon says, “Sailor Star! Naruto! Let’s go!”

Naruto says, with a nod, “Right, Moon-chan!”

Sailor Moon says, “Aincard Equip! Star Saber!” Just then the Star Saber in its sheath comes out and Sailor Moon throws it to Naruto in which she says, “This belongs to you, Naruto.”

Naruto says, with a smile, “Thanks.” Naruto then straps the Star Saber to his back while Lekismon appears.

Lekismon says, “I managed to help as many civilians escape as I can, but this whole area is in pure chaos.”

Sailor Moon says, “Then let’s bring some order to it.”

Lekismon says, with a nod, “I’m with you, partner.” Sailor Moon, Naruto, Sailor Star, and Lekismon race off at top speed to the battle before anyone could say or do anything.

Just then a male voice calls out, “Davis!” Everyone looks to see Matt, riding on Garurumon and wearing a military style helmet, body armor, armored kneepads and elbow made of the same material as the military style body armor, and black combat boots on his feet, comes up and tosses him a huge pack in which he managed to catch.

Davis tells Matt, “What’s up?!”

Matt says, “It’s pure chaos, Davis! We’ve managed to get most of the civilians out of here! There are large group of police officers wounded! There might a few dead!” There are gasps of shock and Matt says, “We might have also suffered two deaths, but it isn’t confirmed yet.” More gasps come out especially from the group in which Davis gives a snarl, but then loud automatic weapons fire.

Rika asks, “What was that?”

Matt says, “That would our Sailor Sun leading a group of Data Squad and officers on a counterattack. I think we’re facing a few hundred of these insane nutjobs with their Digimon partners!”

Davis says, drolly, “Wonderful.” Davis says, taking out a communicator and activating it, “Attention, this is Davis Motomiya, second in command for Japan’s Data Squad! Lethal force is authorized on both humans and Digimon opponents! Repeat! I am authorizing the use of lethal force on both Digimon and their human partners! No if, ands, or buts! I want as many people alive!”

When he turns off the communicator, Yolei yells out, “Whoa!”

Davis tells Yolei, “This is life or death, Yolei! Just like the battle of Hiroshima!”

Matt says, “I have to agree with Davis. It is destroy them or let them keep murdering people.”

Davis says, “Lock and load, Matt. I’ll join as soon as I’m able.”

Matt nods his head and he tells his partner, “Let’s go, Garurumon.”

Garurumon says, with a nod, “Right, Matt.” Matt and Garurumon race off into the distance while Davis takes out a military style helmet, body armor, armored elbow and kneepads made of the same material as the body armor, and a pair of combat boots in which he puts on quickly. Davis then takes out three combat knifes in their sheaths, he spins them around his hands like an expert before he attached two of them to his combat boots while he attached another one to his right side.

Davis tells Kari, “Kari, you and the others need to Kazuto, girlfriend, and friends out of here. The others are going to need me in the front lines.”

Kari wanted to say something else, but she says, “Be careful, Dai-kun.”

Davis tells Kari, “You, too.” Davis kisses Kari on the forehead as he zips up the large military style pack and puts it on his back in which he takes out some cuffs and he tells Ken, throwing them to him, “Better cuff those nutjobs up.”

Ken says, with a nod, “Good idea, Davis.”

Kazuto says, “It seems like the real world has become like SAO.”

Davis says, with a nod, “Yeah. While you and the others were trapped in that fucking ‘death game’, the ‘real world’ turned into a nightmare. While you were fighting for survival, we were fighting a war that’s getting worse and worse all the time.” Davis tells Flamedramon, “Let’s go buddy.”

Flamedramon responds, “Right, Davis.” Flamedramon de-digivolves back into Veemon and Davis brings out the Digi-Egg of Friendship from his D-Terminal and D-3.

Armor Digivolution

“Veemon Armor Digivolve to… Raidramon, the Storm of Friendship!”

End Armor Digivolution

With Raidramon ready to go, Davis leaps onto his partner and takes off into the distance with a determined look on his face in which the Digidestined/Data Squad, covered in military style helmets and body armor, with SWAT style police officers are fighting in the streets with Sailor Sun leading the medical efforts, Sailor Moon, Lekismon, and Sailor Star helping whenever they can, the Sailor Scouts, in Scout forms, are also assisting in the fight, and Naruto and the Leaf ninja attacking the mad Dark Digidestined gang in the shadows. Right now, in the area outside of the park, it is basically a war zone and a fight for survival.

(Elsewhere; on the meanwhile)

Rejoining Sasuke, his sword arm and hand have completely regenerated is with a Black Spider ninja clan member as he reads papers.

Sasuke asks, “Are you sure about this?”

The Black Spider clan ninja responds, “It is true.”

Sasuke says, “The bloodline of Madara survives, huh? He has Uchiha blood and very cursed Uchiha blood as a matter of fact.”

The Black Spider clan ninja replies, “With his Dragon Ninja blood, he could become very powerful.”

Sasuke responds, “I don’t care about that. I care that he has Madara’s blood in him.” The Black Spider member is surprised and Sasuke says, “As long as that cursed bloodline lives, the curse of hatred may continue once again. I can’t let that happen.” Sasuke uses his Amaterasu to burn the papers into nothingness in which a picture of Davis’ face is seen.

(Four days later on; within another part of Japan)

Inside of the city of Etajima, the headquarters of the Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Forces and the headquarters of its naval school, there is signs of destruction everywhere as smoke is coming from several areas and reaching high into the air. In the streets, there are members of the Japanese Ground Self-Defense Forces, members of the United States Armed Forces station in nearby bases, and members of the various Data Squads from all over the world, mainly Japanese, which total 20,000 Data Squad members and their 20,000 Digimon partners. The Data Squad members are dressed in military version of their outfits with military style helmets, body armor, boots, and those members that are 18 years and over, welding military style weapons.

Right now, we find Sakura working on a pretty stubborn US Army Soldier and he says, in Japanese, “I can say that I just got a flesh wound.”

Sakura yells out, sternly, “It’s through and through, pal! Now, let me work on you or do I have to apply my ‘special knock out gas’, buster?!” Sakura then smashes a nearby table to bits causing the soldier to become wide-eyed at that.

US soldier responds, nervously, “No, ma’am. There is no need for that.”

Sakura says, with a nod, “Good.” Sakura starts to work on treating the soldier and Matt, sporting a nasty gash on his right cheeks which is bandaged up, comes over.

Matt tells the soldier, “Don’t blame you, buddy.” Nearby, Tai is with Izzy and Sora and Tai throws his helmet right to the floor.

Tai yells out, very irritated tone in his voice, “Damn it! This is just insane!”

Sora says, “I know, Tai. I can’t believe how many attacked this place.”

Izzy says, “Based on my estimates, the numbers range from three to five thousand Dark Digidestined and add their Digimon partners and it is ten thousand strong attack force.”

Sora asks, “What was the point of this attack?”

Izzy says, “Remember, Data Squad Japan has a special underwater training facility for members that have aqua Digimon partners not to mention that this is where we keep our high-security storage unit for the confiscated units that we have taken which has expanded more since we are a ‘cyber crimes’ unit now.”

Tai says, “I know. It is a big fat target, but we have top security here as well as a top level base.”

Izzy says, with a nod, “True, but like the general said, even though our base is like Fort Knox, it doesn’t mean that there isn’t someone stupid enough to try. Remember, the American Data Squad fought a battle at Fort Knox where they attempted to steal the nation’s gold.”

Sora says, with a nod, “Good point, Izzy.”

Tai says, “Even with the Sailor Scouts and those ninja from another world, it was a hard fight.”

Izzy says, “But it would have been harder without their help with them keeping into the shadows and using their abilities, which we would consider ‘super human powers’, against this force.”

Tai says, with a nod, “Yeah.”

Sora asks, “Speaking of the Sailor Scouts, where are they?”

Izzy says, “They are mainly helping in rescue operations for civilians caught in the crossfire.”

Tai says, “However, Sailor Moon is with that Sailor Star, who is that Hinata Hyuga girl, and Naruto in which they are still on the front lines.”

Sora asks, “Wait a minute! Sailor Moon still fighting?”

Tai says, “Yeah, you wouldn’t think that she would do that, but you have got to remember that she is suffering from memory loss and something ‘dark’ has gotten into her causing her to think the way that she would ‘normally’ think.”

Izzy says, with a nod, “She has become obsessed with protecting Naruto and fulfills that promise to her dead boyfriend to protect this planet, but it doesn’t mean that it is a good thing for her or for all of us.” Within the city itself, Sailor Moon, Lekismon, Sailor Star, and Naruto in which Sailor Moon and Sailor Star are wearing military style helmets on their heads with Sailor Moon’s helmet having a golden crescent moon with Sailor Star’s helmet having the Hyuga clan crest, the golden crescent moon sigil, and the star sigil on it, military style armored vests over their fukus, combat boots on their feet, and their wings are gone, replaced by large military style packs attached to their packs with more military pouches attached to the sides of their skirts.

Sailor Moon says, “This stuff feels so weird.”

Sailor Star says, “I understand how you feel, sister.”

Sailor Moon says, “Oh, yeah. You went to war.”

Sailor Star says, “The Fourth Great Ninja War, yes. I fought it to protect Naruto through instead it was Naruto who saved me and the world.”

Naruto says, with a smirk, “Just doing my job.” Naruto, along with his current ‘outfit’, is also wearing a military style helmet and military style body armor in which he says, “Man! This stuff doesn’t feel any heavier than the vests worn by Chunin and Jonin back at home.”

Sailor Star says, with a smile, “But a lot safer since these things are made to handle projectile weapons around here, Naruto-kun, which is what your new outfit is made of.”

Naruto says, with a nod, “Yeah, but he said that I couldn’t take a high-level bullet with a trauma plates.” All of them are going through a building in which Sailor Star is using her Byakugan to search all around while Sailor Moon is doing the same, but something is causing their Byakugan to be able to see.

Sailor Moon says, “I can’t see anything with your clan power, Sailor Star.”

Sailor Star responds, “I don’t understand. My Byakugan isn’t working.”

Naruto asks, confused, “But how?” Naruto then senses something and he yells out, pushing Sailor Star out of the way, “Look out!” Naruto yelp as he gets a bullet through the shoulder.

Sailor Star and Sailor Moon shout out in unison, horrified, “Naruto/Naruto-kun!” Just then the floor bursts open, throwing everyone to the floor, and a Bakemon comes out.

Bakemon says, “Peek-a-boo!”

Lekismon yells out, “I’ve got you!” Lekismon then tackles the Bakemon through into another room, but the shooter, a young man, wearing a pitch black cloak, runs into the room and aiming his gun at Naruto.

The man says, “You are dead, brat!”

Sailor Moon and Sailor Star gasp in horror and Sailor Moon yells out, “No, leave him alone!” Just then a third appears on Sailor Moon’s forehead, a Shinju eye, and it unleashes a bright light on the shooter and he gasps as his eyes become Rinnegan-like, his jaw drops, and he drops the gun, which thankfully doesn’t go off, as he stands motionless.

Naruto and Sailor Star are shocked and Naruto asks, “What… What just happened?”

Sailor Star says, “I… I’m not sure, but I think that Serenity just used Infinite Tsukuyomi or at least part of it on your attacker.” As Naruto’s regeneration heals his wound and ‘spitting’ the bullet out of the wound, they look at Sailor Moon as her forehead returns to normal and she holds her mouth in horror.

Sailor Moon says, with tears in her eyes, “I… I… What’s… What’s happening to me?” Naruto and Sailor Star quickly embrace the stunned and horrified Sailor Moon.

Sailor Star tells Sailor Moon, “Don’t worry, Serenity. We’re here.”

Naruto tells Sailor Moon, “It’s okay, Moon-chan. We’ll here for you.” Sailor Moon nods her head as Naruto and Sailor Star help her to her feet while Lekismon reenters the room and immediately becomes concerned for her partner, but Naruto and Sailor Star managed to calm her and Sailor Moon down for the moment.

(During that same day; elsewhere)

Within a hotel in Juuban, the former Signers are meeting together inside of Leo’s and Luna’s hotel room with Leo and Luna sitting on their beds and all of them are watching television reports about Etajima.

Luna says, “This is horrible.”

Akiza asks, “Why are these people attacking a major military base?”

Crow says, “Shows how dumb that they are.”

Yusei says, “Not exactly, Crow. I heard that the Data Squad keeps a large storage area of stuff that they have confiscated over the years in there. Plus, the military has all of the high-tech stuff, so…”

Jack says, “To get the best stuff, go to the military.”

Akiza asks, “What happened at the fairgrounds?”

Yusei says, “They are going to postpone the tournament and the fair until they find a ‘safer place’ that they can hold it.”

Crow says, “With all this going on, I’m not sure that you can find a ‘safer place’.”

Jack says, “I would like to know how they are, so, I can pound them into the dirt.”

Yusei says, “I didn’t hear much, but I heard that they were a new criminal group called ‘Laughing Coffin’.”

Leo and Luna yell out in unison, shocked, “Laughing Coffin?!”

The other former Signers look at Leo and Luna and Akiza asks, surprised, “You know about them?”

Leo says, “That was the name of a criminal guild in SAO! A PK guild!”

Yusei asks, “PK? You mean Player Killer?”

Luna says, with a nod, “They were among the worst, Yusei. They had killed hundreds of people in SAO and you know what happened if you died there.” Leo and Luna then explain about the PK guild, Laughing Coffin, and its history in SAO.

When they were done, Crow says, “It sounds like their leader chickened out and like you, guys, he managed to escape from that ‘death game’.”

Jack says, with a sneer, “And he has started a new ‘murder incorporated’ here in the ‘real world’.”

Akiza says, “This is just horrible.”

Yusei says, “And I think that was among the point of all this, Akiza. He attacked the fair and tournament that honored the SAO survivors. He wanted to scar them even more by reminding them about people like him.”

Crow says, with a sneer, “That’s just sick!”

Yusei says, “And it is best that we be careful about him.” Yusei says, looking at Leo and Luna, “And he may come after you, two.”
Leo says, nervously, “Oh, yeah! I was part of the group that helped take them out led by the Knights of Blood and Divine Dragon Alliance.”

Jack says, “That means that we need to be on extra guard.”

Crow asks Yusei, “Anyway, are you okay, Yusei?”

Yusei says, with a nod, “By the looks of it, other than what happened to Akiza when she got attacked by Sakura-san’s Duel Dragon, I’m no worse for wear.”

Akiza asks, concerned, “Are you okay, Yusei?”

Yusei says, with a smile, “I’ll be all right, Akiza.”

Jack says, “That vision that you told us about. Sailor Sun and Sailor Moon battling out have got you disturbed.”

Yusei says, with a plain tone, “Yeah, it does. Based on what I saw, if those fight, they will cause incredible destruction and damage.”

Akiza asks, “But what can we do?”

Leo says, “Yeah, we’re not Signers anymore.”

Jack says, “It doesn’t matter that we aren’t Signers anymore and this kid, Daisuke Motomiya, is one of the new Signers. It wasn’t being Signers that made us powerful. It was because we were powerful united as one that we were made to be Signers.”

Yusei says, with a nod, “Jack is right on that point. We were Signers because we were strong individually and united as one, but we have to remember that this might be something that dueling may not solve despite it involving Duel Monsters.”

Crow asks, “So, all we can do is wait and watch?”

Yusei says, “For now, Crow.”

(Much later on; returning to Etajima)

Within Etajima, there is a Data Squad group of two men and two women with their Digimon partners, including a black PawnChessmon and Tankmon, who are manning a large howitzer in which they are planning in line with the ground and the four of them are badly wounded.

Tankmon yells out, “We can’t hold this position!”

One of the male Data Squad shouts out, “Get out of here, partner!”

The Tankmon responds, “I’m not leaving you, partner!” Just then the Data Squad unit and their Digimon partner yelp out as explosion hit all around them and covering them in smoke in which when the smoke clears, the Data Squad men and women are barely standing with multiple bleeding wounds with their Digimon partners also wounded with Tankmon showing major cracks in its armor.

One of the female Data Squad members yell out, “I can’t see!”

Tankmon shouts out, “Here they come! My nose is busted! I can’t fire!”

“Fire Rocket!”

Just then a firestorm of flames flies overhead of them and slams right in front of the attacking group and driving them off in which Davis, with his military style armor on, Flamedramon, and a group of military medics and other Data Squad members garbed in military style gear with their Digimon partners.

Davis yells out, “Get them out of here! I’ll hold them off! Don’t argue now!” Immediately, the Data Squad and military medics immediately get the injured crew and their Digimon partners out of the area as fast as they can while Davis goes to the cannon, loads a shell and the powder, and fires it at the enemy at point blank range causing a huge explosion just yards away. Davis gets out an assault rifle, but then Flamedramon sees a grenade.

Flamedramon yells out, “Duck now!” But the grenade explodes, however, while they aren’t hit by the blast pressure, two pieces of shrapnel cut into Davis’ face causing Flamedramon to shout out, shocked, “Davis!”

Davis shouts out, “I’m fine! Hold them back!” Davis fires the assault rifle while Flamedramon fires his flame attacks to hold back their enemy until they are sure that the group is far enough away to safety in which Davis throws a pack of explosion with remote controlled detonator that lands near a group of still live howitzer shells causing Davis to shout out, “Run now!” Flamedramon grabs Davis and with Davis under his arms, Flamedramon leaps far away until Davis is sure that they are safe and he uses a remote controlled to ignite the explosion that ignites the shells causing a massive explosion to destroy the howitzer.

When they land, medics come over and Davis says, with a serious tone, “I’m okay! I’m okay! Tend to those worse off now!”

When they medics do so, Flamedramon says, “This is a nightmare!”

Davis says, “No joke, buddy!” Elsewhere, in another part of the city, Catzi, Bertie, Prizma, and Avery, the former ‘Black Moon’/Specter Sisters, are being attacked by Black Zetsu in which he has them wrapped in black tentacles and they are crying out in pain.

Catzi yells out, “Let us go!”

Prizma roars out, “What the fuck you want with us, you freak?!”

The four sisters cry out in pain and Black Zetsu responds, “You have something that my mother’s wants. The ‘dark energy’ from when you were part of the Negamoon!”

Avery yells out, “How do you know about that? And we’ve been purified by Sailor Moon!”

Black Zetsu shouts out, “While your minds and hearts are free from the control of the dark energy, your bodies are another story! You were born and until you came to this time, it was a part of your being and a ‘stain’ that you can never take away!” All four sisters cry out in pain as dark violet sparks come out of their bodies and then the black upside down crescent moon flickers on their forehead.

A familiar female voice shouts out, “Leave them alone, you piece of filth!” Soon after, a blur buzzes through Black Zetsu and his tentacles are cut off causing the four sisters to get dropped to the ground in which Black Zetsu snarls as he sees that the ‘blur’ was none other than Sailor Moon, in her Black Swordsman’s form, right in front of him.

Black Zetsu yells out, angrily, “You!”

“Rasengan!”

Black Zetsu turns to the source of the voice only to get blasted by Naruto and his sphere of chakra, but while Black Zetsu breaks apart, he manages to reform himself in which when Naruto draws the Star Saber, Black Zetsu takes off into the sewers.

Naruto says, with a sneer, “Coward.”

Sailor Moon goes over to the sisters and she asks, “Catzi! Bertie! Avery! Prizma!”

The four sisters look up and Catzi says, weakly, “Sailor Moon…” She falls unconscious as they see the black upside crescent moon sigil on their foreheads.

Sailor Star says, “Something is wrong with their auras.”

Sailor Moon says, “That freak must have tried to draw out the dark powers of the Negamoon from their bodies…” Sailor Moon holds her head and she says, “I… I remember… they were born on Nemesis… and I had used my Silver Crystal to purify them…”

Naruto asks, “Wait! If you purified them, then why are they showing that now?”

Sailor Star responds, “Maybe it is because they were born and lived on that planet and were exposed to those energies until they came to this time and were purified by Sailor Moon.”

Sailor Moon says, “Well, whatever it is, it is hurting them. We need to get them back to dad right away.” Naruto nods his head as he, Sailor Star, and Sailor Moon lift the sisters up in which they teleport away soon after.

(Two days later on; Back in Tokyo)

Returning to the city of Tokyo, we find ourselves within the headquarters of Data Squad and inside of the meeting room in which Commander Sampson and Kudomon are sitting down with Kazuto, Asuna, Keiko, Rika, Tsuboi, and Andrew are with a man with short black hair, octagon glasses in front of his dark brown eyes, and wearing a dark green business suit with a blue tie.

Commander Sampson says, with a serious tone, “Minister, I must protest! These people have been through enough already…!!”

The man in the business suit responds, “I know that too well, Commander Sampson. However, if they have possible information on the attackers on Juuban, we need to know what we are dealing with here. Thankfully, there were no civilian deaths by this attack, but there were ten police officers killed and close to thirty wounded with two Data Squad officers dead and their Digimon partners as well with ten more Data Squad agents wounded with their Digimon partners making that count twenty!” There are gasps of shock from Kazuto and his group and he says, in a calm manner, “Forgive my manners on that one, everyone. My name is Seijirou Kikuoka, I am part of the ministry that commands Data Squad through my department may not last much longer since Data Squad is officially being turned into a new division of the Self-Defense Forces.”

There are more gasps and Kudomon asks, “Are you sure, minister?”

The man in the suit, Seijirou, responds, “Yes, Kudomon. The government believes that we must follow nations like the United States and China who are already fighting wars and make Data Squad a military and police division with the members that are eighteen and over being formally inducted into the military.”

Commander Sampson says, “They are using what happened at Etajima as a good example.”

Seijirou responds, “And they may have a point, Sampson. This is war and Data Squad is holding the front so far, but while they have proven their ‘stuff’, many are feeling that this is war and it should be fought like a war. We have given up war as our right long ago and for good reason, but we haven’t given up our right to defend ourselves and the United States agrees with that sentiment. It will be official soon and Data Squad will be a fourth division in the Self-Defense Forces. They are going to call it Japanese Self-Defense Force Special Division.”

Kudomon says, “That’s very vague.”

Kazuto asks, plainly, “So, you are going to turn them into soldiers, huh?”

Kazuto’s friends are nervous and Seijirou says, “I understand what you are saying and I know that Sampson and a lot of Data Squad would agree with that sentiment with the whole ‘tools of the government’ stuff, but as I said before, this is war.” Seijirou says, “Anyway, I can understand where you and your friends are coming from. I’m a former Beta tester for Sword Art Online myself.”

There are gasps from Kazuto and the others in which Tsuboi asks, “You… You are a former Beta tester?!”

Commander Sampson says, with a nod, “That’s right, Tsuboi-san. In fact, for that reason, he was made head investigator in the Sword Art Online Case Victims Rescue Force during the whole time of the SAO incident.”

Seijirou says, “I was just lucky that I didn’t end up a victim like the rest of you. You see, I didn’t transfer to the full version because I felt that the Full-Dive technology had infinite possibilities and I went to discuss this with government officials in which I was shocked to hear about the whole incident. It rocked me to the core since I knew that I could have been one of the ten thousand people trapped in the game.”

Rika says, “Well, you got lucky.”

Kazuto asks, curiously, “What kind of ‘possibilities’ that are you talking about?”

Kazuto’s friends look at him and Seijirou responds, “I’m working with the military, so, it is classified, but I can assure that it will be nothing like Sugou’s research.” Seijirou says, “In which I hope that data was completely destroyed.”

Kudomon responds, with a nod, “Completely, sir.”

Seijirou says, creating a holographic screen, “Based on the reports that I have gotten, the attack on Juuban and the SAO Memorial Tournament was a group of Dark Digidestined who sported a tattoo like this.” On the holographic screen, the ‘logo’ of Laughing Coffin is displayed and Seijirou says, “Based on what was gathered, some SAO survivors mentioned a PK guild known as Laughing Coffin and they said without hesitation that was their symbol which is always tattoo on their left arms which was what we found on the attackers’ left arms.”

Andrew says, “No use in keeping it a secret. If he has reformed that nightmare in this world, a lot of people are going to get killed if we let this go on.”

Tsuboi says, “Yeah, you’re right.”

Seijirou says, “I, thank you, for your cooperation. I know that this must be tough on all of you. For most of you, it has been only over two months since you came out of SAO and one of you didn’t wake up until you were freed from Sugou’s prison.”

Kazuto says, with a plain tone, “I believe that this is the right thing to do. If that monster has reformed his guild into a gang, here, a lot of people are going to suffer and we need to make sure that doesn’t happen.” The others nod their heads in agreement and they begin to discuss about Laughing Coffin through Kazuto can only wonder why they have been called in and not Kari, Ken, Cody, and Yolei since they were trapped in SAO like them, but they are a part of Data Squad through they are ‘off-duty’ for the time being. Speaking of Kari, she is with Davis, who is sporting a pair of band aids across his cut cheek, in which they are relaxing on the roof and looking out on the clear sunny day.

Kari tells Davis, “You are a real baka for making me worry like that.”

Davis responds, “Sorry, Kari. A guy has got to do what a guy has got to do.”

Kari tells Davis, “I know, Davis, but I lost someone precious to me thanks to SAO and I don’t know what I would do if I lost you.”

Davis tells Kari, “You won’t lose me, Kari. I promise.”

Kari tells Davis, “You better, Dai-kun.” Kari and Davis share another passionate and loving kiss, but after a minute, the kiss is interrupted when they see a bright light behind them in which Davis and Kari look to see a bright light, however, they have no time to say or do anything as they yell and scream as they are sucked into the bright light while Gatomon and Veemon, who just arrived on the scene, see what happened and the portal, the ‘bright light’, vanish as soon as Davis and Kari are sucked in.

Gatomon shouts out, shocked, “Kari!”

Veemon says, stunned, “Davis!”

Gatomon tells Veemon, “We need to tell the others now!”

Veemon responds, with a nod, “Right!”

(In another world; shortly thereafter)

Davis groans as he slowly wakes up and he shakes his head as he gets the grogginess out of his system.

“What happened to me?” Davis asks. He then remembers what happened, but his eyes widen when he sees himself in the flame designed version of Madara’s armor when he was last in Data Squad’s virtual matrix and he asks, “What’s going on here?”

Just then Kari’s voice calls out, “Davis?” Davis whips around and he gasps to see Kari dressed in her SAO outfit which looks like Asuna’s Knight of Blood outfit expect all of the parts that are white on Asuna’s outfit are pink on Kari’s outfit and instead of crosses on the outfit, there are Crests of Light in silver on it in which there is a samurai style sword with a pink and black handle and silver blade with a dragon design on it attached to the left side of her skirt.

Davis asks, surprised, “Kari?” Davis goes over to Kari and when she regains her senses, she is surprised to see Davis’ current attire.

Kari asks, “Davis, why are you wearing that?”

Davis tells Kari, “You should look at yourself, Kari-chan.”

Kari gasps when she sees what she is wearing and she yells out, “Why do I have my outfit when I was trapped on Sword Art Online?”

Davis looks up in the sky, his eyes widen, and he responds, “I don’t know, but I think that has something to do with it, Kari.” When Kari looks at where Davis is looking, she gasps to see a familiar huge floating castle that looks like a small oval/egg-shaped world.

Kari says, stunned, “That… That’s Aincard!”

Davis says, “Based on the designs from the box, I would say so, Kari.”

Kari asks, a bit fearful, “Are… Are we back on SAO?” Kari says, shaking her head, “No, we aren’t. If we were, we would be on Aincard, not looking up at it.”

Davis says, with a nod, “No joke.” Davis and Kari look around at the jungle all around them and Davis says, “But I’ve got a feeling that we are in a virtual world right now, Kari.”

Kari asks, “How did we get in? And… how are we going to get out?”

Davis says, shaking his head, “I have no idea, Kari, but we are going to get out, trust me.”
Kari says, “I do trust you, Davis. But I remember. We were sucked into some kind of light.”
Davis thinks in his mind, “Did we go through something like a Digi-Port?” Davis says, “Anyway, we should find a place for shelter until we figure out what the fuck just happened to us, Kari.”

Kari says, with a nod, “Good idea, Davis.” Davis and Kari then start to move out in which Davis then looks over to his right while narrowing his eyes causing Kari to ask, “Dai-kun, what’s wrong?”

Davis responds, shaking his head, “Nothing, Kari. I thought that I sensed something.” Davis then brings Kari close to her and he whispers, “But stay close, okay?” Kari nods her head and they stay close together in which Kari has a feeling that they have been dumped onto another virtual battlefield while a figure is watching them deep within the depths of this jungle.

And that’s the chapter, everyone! Plenty of you are wondering: When did Davis and Kari become girlfriend and boyfriend in this story series? You probably have some idea of it, but it will be explained a bit later on and also Davis/Kari is a confirmed couple in which I WILL NOT be changing it at all. And before you say anything, I have no trouble with TK and I’m not a TK-hater, what happened to TK in this story was to form a ‘scar’ in Davis’ heart that forms the ‘drama’ of Davis overcoming the guilt of TK’s death and by the way, this is a slight spoiler alert.
