Chapter 9: Into an All New World of Adventure

Rejoining Naruto, Hinata, and Serena, they are assembled together in which Serena is breast feeding baby Rini, but they aren’t alone as Catzi, Bertie, Prizma, and Avery, all of them looking like they did when they were part of the Negamoon, however, this time, the upside down crescent moon sigils on their forehead are dark violet, like Serena’s upside down crescent moon, instead of black in color.

Bertie says, with a smile, “She is just so cute!”

Catzi says, “Hey, give the girl some space!”

Avery says, “Man! I’m remembering when we were chasing her or at least the ‘her’ that came from Crystal Tokyo around here.”

Serena says, narrowing her eyes, “Don’t remind me.”

Prizma says, “Way to go, Avery.”

Serena asks Prizma, “Anyway, are you and your sisters okay, Prizma?”

Bertie says, with a smile, “Better than ever, thanks to you!”

Avery says, “It felt like we were getting ripped apart. That blob was trying to forcefully drag out the dormant energies of the Negamoon out of us. You managed to purify us, but remnants of it remain since we were born and raised on Nemesis until we came back to this time.”

Bertie says, “It caused our bodies to become unstable and we would have been torn apart.”

Serena says, “I just hope that the girls don’t think that you are bad again.”

Catzi says, with a grin, “Look, you had to do what you had to do.”

Prizma says, with a smile, “And I never felt any better. I felt much stronger than when we were working for us asshole Rubeus.”
Catzi retorts, with a snort, “Don’t remind me of that manipulative jerk, Prizma.”

Bertie says, with a giggle, “Since all we are part of this true Black Moon, maybe we can be sisters.”

Avery asks Bertie, “Seriously, Bertie?”

Bertie asks Serena, “What do you say, my princess?”

Serena tells Bertie, “Bertie, you are my friend, not my servant!”

Catzi asks Serena, “Really?”

Serena asks, “How can you ask that Catzi?” Serena then puts the sleeping baby Rini inside of a crib and she says, “Of course, you are my friends! I couldn’t let you die like that!”

Prizma says, “Thank you, Serena.”

Catzi asks Serena, “Are you regaining more of your memories now?”

Serena says, with a sigh, “Here and there. When you said that my name is Serena Tsukino, I knew that you weren’t lying and you were wrong. And the real names for Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Jupiter are Ami Mizuno, Mina Aino, Raye Hino, and Lita Kino, I remember that those are their names, but all I remember is their names. I mean, who is Serena Tsukino? And who are Ami, Mina, Raye, and Lita? I don’t know who I am in this life or my friends and guardians in this life.”

Avery says, “Sorry, but we have no idea. We only know about you starting from our battles. I mean, we kept in touch after the Doom Phantom was beaten, but that’s about it.”

Catzi says, “Raye did tell me about four other scouts, but we never got down to names.”

Bertie says, with a smile, “From what she said about them, one of them wouldn’t be too friendly knowing that they are still in touch with former enemies.”

Serena says, with a smile, “Well, you have been a great help.”

Prizma asks, “But what about the future?”

Avery says, “With your boyfriend…”

Serena says, with a solemn tone, “There is no Crystal Tokyo, not anymore, but I’m starting to think that it wasn’t the ‘second Silver Millennium’ that it seemed to be.”

Catzi asks, “Huh? What are you talking about?”

Avery says, “Of course it was! I mean, people live long healthy lives and the Earth was the center of trade, culture…”

Serena asks, with a serious tone, “Then what was the factor that caused the Earth to be frozen in the first place?”

The sisters are surprised by this and Catzi says, “That’s actually a good question.”

Serena says, “From what I’m starting to see, I’m a lovely queen that leads the planet with her gorgeous husband king from a lofty crystal throne in a crystal place and I remember something that Queen Serenity taught me when I was Princess Serenity: A ruler’s supreme deity is to his or her people. They can’t truly lead from a throne far away from the people. They must rule with their people and from their heart.”

Catzi says, “Geez, Serena, you sound like you become a tyrant in the future! Far from it!”

Bertie says, with a smile, “Yeah! We may have been your enemies at the time, but thanks to you purifying us now, we can go back and see that you or should I say Neo-Queen Serenity is nowhere close to some uncaring stuck up queen.”

Serena says, with a smile, “Yeah, you’re right. I’m sorry, Bertie. I just… I don’t really know myself anymore.”

Naruto tells Serena, “I’m in the same club as you are, Serena-chan, believe it.”

Serena says, “Thanks, Naruto.”

Hinata tells Naruto, with a warm loving smile, “I’ll do whatever I can help you and Serenity, Naruto-kun.”

Naruto tells Hinata, with a warm smile, “Thank you, Hinata-chan.”

Bertie says, with a smile, “Anyway, your Silver Millennium dad is loaded!”

Avery says, with a nod, “Yeah, I never knew that he was such a top level executive to such a company.”

Just then King Geminios enters the room and he says, “Which helps when one wants to find a precious child of yours.”

Serena says, “Hi, dad.”

Geminios says, “Serenity, I hear that you have remembered your name in this life.”

Serena responds, with a nod, “Serena Tsukino.”

Geminios says, with a smile, “Calm of the Moon, huh? It is perfect for you, my princess.”

Serena says, with a smile, “Geez, dad.”

Geminios asks, “So, you know your name in this life?”

Serena says, nodding her head, “And that house where I got my duel deck… It had the name Tsukino on the name plate. It must be where I lived in this life.”

Naruto says, “I remember that you had parents and a sibling too, Serena-chan.”

Serena says, “I… I know that you are right… I remember a woman… crying… for me… Like I told her that I was going to my death… I think… she is my mother in this life.”

Hinata asks, “Did you remember something?”

Serena says, “A little Hinata. However, I really have no idea on who Serena Tsukino really is.”

Avery says, with a smile, “Well, other than she is a kind, caring, and also ‘silly’ kind of girl, we can’t exactly tell you, Serena.”

Serena says, with a smile, “Thanks, Avery.”

Geminios says, with a plain tone, “Anyway, from the information gathered, it seems like the attack at the tournament was done by a group known as Laughing Coffin.”

Hinata asks, “Laughing Coffin?”

Naruto asks Hinata, “Do you know anything about it?”

Hinata responds, “Yes, I think so. Lita and Mina mentioned something about a PK group during their time in SAO.”

Naruto asks, confused, “PK?”

Serena responds, solemnly, “Player Killer.”

Catzi says, “It is a term in MMO games where one player kills another player. In typical MMO games, it doesn’t mean real death. In electronic MMO games, if you die, you get revived in one form or another.”

Geminios says, “For Sword Art Online, it was different. Death there meant that you were going to die for good since the NervGear would have killed you the instant that you avatar was deleted from the game.”

There are gasps and Naruto yells out, “You mean despite it actually was real, some people actually killed fellow players of that sick game?!”

Hinata says, with a solemn nod, “Yes, Naruto-kun.”

Geminios says, “It seems like certain members managed to escape the game and the law, but then again, the majority of the information was kept out of the public eye when it concerned this ‘SAO incident’.
Naruto says, angrily, “That’s just wrong! That Teme, Kayaba, might have been at fault, but it doesn’t give them the right to take other people’s lives! They are accessories to murder!”

Geminios says, “Life isn’t fair or easy, my friend. If it was, I would be with my Serenity.”

Naruto asks Geminios, “Anyway, is the chamber ready?”

Geminios says, with a nod, “The Hyperbolic Time Chamber is ready to go.”

Naruto says, “That’s great, believe it!”

Hinata says, “While your bodies didn’t become any weaker due to the special properties of the healing chamber, it also means that you might not have gained any strength.”

Serena asks, “Might?”

Geminios says, “I know that you don’t want to hear this, but remember, Naruto did give you some of his chakra and he had gained his version of the Shinju’s chakra. You have the Byakugan same as your sister, you already know that, but both you and Naruto may have a few of ‘her’ powers.”

Serena says, drolly, “Don’t remind me, dad.”

Geminios tells Serena, “You may have ‘her’ energy, but you and Naruto ARE NOT AND NEVER WILL BE Kaguya, do you understand?”

Serena says, with a nod, “Yes, I know, dad.”

Geminios says, “Anyway, there is something else.” He creates a holographic screen and none other than Eudial, one of the Witches 5 of the Heart Snatchers, appears on the screen.

Serena asks, stunned, “Eudial?”

Geminios says, “It seems like your former enemy manage to survive her comrade’s attempt on her life. She has taken refuge in our company.”

Serena says, seriously, “I’ll take care of her.”

Geminios tells Serena, “No, Serenity, you need to wait.”

Serena yells out, with a serious tone, “But dad, waiting for enemies to appear is just asking for trouble and doing it before causing nothing, but pain and misery to others!”
Geminios responds, “And if you attack her now, how many people will get caught in the crossfire?” Serena’s eyes widen and she lowers her head in which Geminios says, “I know about how you feel, Serenity. How waiting around just ended your guardians hurt and… I really don’t want to go there.”

Serena says, with a nod, “I understand what you are saying. I… I just don’t want anyone else to suffer what I lost and Naruto and I thought that we made a difference, but now, seeing the world in this condition….”

Geminios tells Serena, “You and Naruto did make a difference, Serenity. You saved two worlds from enslavement and the whole universe as well, but it was just a prelude to the final battle and the battle that will decide the path to the future. You and Naruto need to be ready.”

Hinata tells Serena and Naruto, “And I will help you however I can. You are the people that I cared about and I won’t let you down.”

Naruto says, with a warm smile, “Thank you, Hinata-chan.”

Catzi asks, pointing to the image of Eudial, “What about her?”

Geminios says, “Sometimes waiting and being patient is a wise choice. We need to capture her where there won’t be any innocent people in the crossfire.”

Naruto says, with a plain tone, “I still don’t like it, believe it. If it is one of Serena-chan’s enemies, I don’t like waiting around.”

Geminios says, “Sometimes it is the best choice to keep the most good and innocent people safe, Naruto. Anyway, right now, there is something more important.”

Serena asks, “More important?”

Geminios says, “Just recently, there has been a breach in space-time.”

Naruto asks, “Huh?”

Prizma says, “It means that a gateway has opened up, Naruto.”

Serena asks, “A gateway? Where?”

Geminios says, “At Data Squad headquarters, but it wasn’t any of their gateways to the Digital World.”

Hinata asks, “Then what was it?”

Geminios says, “That’s a good question, Hinata-san.”

(Later on; Inside of Data Squad headquarters)

Within Data Squad headquarters, Ken, Cody, Yolei, the ‘older’ Odiaba Digidestined, and their Digimon partners are assembled in the main commander center and discussing about what happened to Etajima.

Yolei says, solemnly, “This is horrible.”

Matt says, with a nod, “Yeah. There is chaos and destruction everywhere.”

Izzy says, “We managed to drive the survivors out of the city and into the mountains.”

Tai says, “Through it might be possible that there are pockets of resistance since Izzy thinks that the attack was made up of a small army of three to five thousand Dark Digidestined and an equal or larger number of Digimon.”

Yolei asks, stunned, “More Digimon than humans?”

Cody says, “Could they have recruited Digimon? It is possible since they have found ways to bring Digimon to their side.”

Ken asks, “What about the Digital World, Izzy?”

Izzy says, “I just talk with Gennai and there are several attacks on important areas in Digital World too.”

Gabumon says, “Things are really getting bad.”

Matt says, “No joke, Gabumon. This new ‘Laughing Coffin’ group is another shocker. They just didn’t seem to care.”

Tai says, “They were just plain nuts, Matt. They were out there to kill people.”

Yolei says, “Well, PoH, their leader had brainwashed his group so much that what they were Tai. There was no rhyme or reasoning with them at all.”

Ken says, “It got really bad and the death toll went into the hundreds. The ‘clearers’, the elite players that went out to clear the game, organized a raiding party used for bosses in order to take them out. Kirito and Asuna were part of the group.”

Cody says, “By the look of things, PoH has managed to escape and he is out to kill more people.”

Yolei says, with a snarl, “Just perfect.”

Ken says, “And it wouldn’t too hard to say that he might be out for revenge too against those of the party that destroyed Laughing Coffin just for stopping his and his group’s killing spree.”

Just then Kudomon’s voice is heard saying, “That’s a good theory, Ken.” Everyone then looks to see Commander Sampson, Kudomon, Seijirou, and Kazuto, Asuna, and their friends come into the room.

Tai asks, “Huh? Is that…?”

Seijirou says, with a nod, “We only met briefly, but I’m Seijirou Kikuoka, from the ministry that heads Data Squad. I haven’t gotten time to congratulate you and your team on your excellent work during the SAO incident.”

Mimi says, with a kind smile, “Well, we had precious friends involved.”

Seijirou says, “True, but your work also advanced the field of science by virtualization technology and your effort assisted those trapped in that ‘death game’.”

Tai says, “Based on what we are learning, our efforts may not have been as good as we thought, sir.”

Seijirou says, “Members of the government don’t think so, Mister Kamiya. And as such, I am pleased to inform you that for your work above and beyond the duties of Data Squad at the time and help redefining and establishing a ‘cyber defense force’ in the form of Data Squad, all of the Odiaba Digidestined, minus those originally trapped in SAO, are going to be awarded some of our nation’s highest awards for bravery above and beyond the call of duty.”

There are gasps and Mia yells out, stunned, “Whoa!”

Seijirou says, “And the government insists that you take the awards…” Seijirou says, with a plain tone, “And when the government means all, they mean all. Takeru Takashi is also to be decorated for… giving the ‘ultimate sacrifice’.”

There are plenty of solemn looks around the room and Matt says, with a nod, “Thank you, sir.”

Agumon asks, “By the way, Tai, where are Kari and Davis?”

Tai responds, “We’ve had a full day and Kari…”

Tai gives a grunt and Matt tells Tai, with a smirk, “Kari isn’t going to be your little sister forever, Tai.”

Mimi says, “She did kind of spend two years fighting for life because of a madman.”

Tai says, a bit annoyed, “Please don’t remind me, Mimi.”

Mimi says, nervously, “Oops, sorry.”

Palmon says, “Mimi didn’t mean anything by it.”

Tai says, “I know, Palmon. Digidestined of Sincerity and all.”

Gabumon tells Matt, “Well, I think that all of you had a long day.”

Seijirou says, “I’m just getting the reports, but it must have been bad.”

Izzy says, “Real bad, Seijirou-dono.”

Tai says, “We know how the United States felt when it went into Iraq and Afghanistan, sir.”

Seijirou says, “I see that you’ve had a long day, but…” However, Veemon and Gatomon burst into the room.

Veemon yells out, “Kari and Davis have vanished!”

There are multiple gasps and Tai shouts out, “What?!”

Gatomon responds, “They got sucked into a strange portal that appeared on the roof!”

Kudomon asks, “On the roof?”

Izzy says, “An alarm should have triggered!”

Commander Sampson shouts out, “Get me last images from the roof now!”

Kena says, with a nod, “Right, commander!” Immediately, a holographic screen and a video of what happened to Kari and Davis on the roof appears.

Rika asks, “What the heck was that?”

Kudomon asks, “How come the alarm didn’t sound?”

Mia says, “We’re not sure commander!”

Izzy says, “It is possible that the portal unleashed an energy that scrambled the sensors, Kudomon.”

Commander Sampson says, “Start examining the data, Izzy.”

Izzy says, with a nod, “Right away, commander.”

Tai says, drolly, “Wonderful. What a wonderful end to the day.”

Matt tells Tai, “Easy, Tai. We’ll find them.”

Agumon says, “Plus, Davis and Kari are strong. Both of them have faced tough fights before and survived.”

Tai says, “I know, Agumon. But frankly, I feel that we are getting pushed to our limits.”

Kudomon says, “Understandable, Tai. We were created to maintain a peaceful relation between the real and Digital Worlds and protect the balance of both, but now, we are fighting a war. Hundreds of our comrades are dead and wounded with plenty of them scarred physically, mentally, emotionally, or all of the above.”

Seijirou says, “Well, it shows that Digimon are truly intelligent and emotional living beings despite being made of data instead of flesh and blood and having strength and abilities that other living beings don’t… at least most of them.”

Matt tells Seijirou, “Well, forgive us for saying that we didn’t want war to show that fact.”

Yolei asks Kazuto, “What are you doing here, Kirito-Kazuto-san?”

Kudomon says, “The minister wanted to ask about Laughing Coffin.”

There are plenty of wide-eyes and Ken says, “I see, Kudomon.”

Cody says, “If the leader of Laughing Coffin created a new one, here, we need to figure out how to stop him.”

Wormmon asks, “But how did he get his hands on that robot?”

Ken says, “That’s actually a good question, Wormmon. That android was advanced technology.”

Seijirou says, “It was. And we are examining it now. Since the SAO incident was our ‘case’, this matter falls into our hands and we are to start an investigation immediately especially if this madman is targeting SAO survivors, but there may be another person that he will target now.”

Matt says, his eyes widen, “Sailor Moon.”

Seijirou says, taking out a remote, “Correct, Matt Ishida-san.” When he pushes a button, a holographic screen showing Sailor Moon and he says, “This madman seems to be the kind of person to have a ‘grudge’ against people for ruining their plans, but remain cool and calculating. He may be a murderous freak, but he is no fool.”

Kazuto says, “That’s what makes him dangerous. PoH is always calm and calculating. He plays things smart.”

Seijirou says, “It shows when he went the robot instead of coming himself. A murderous madman that’s intelligence, cold, and calculating. One of the most dangerous kind of person. I doubt that he will be enraged at Sailor Moon’s interference. He will want to take revenge against her just as an excuse to just kill her.” Seijirou says, “However, concerning Sailor Moon, she is a Data Squad ‘problem’ since she holds a D-3 digivice, but thanks to her ‘public stunt’ and her heroic actions in previous days, the government has ordered that no action to be taken against Sailor Moon at all and the matter of what happened some time ago is to be dropped immediately.”

Kudomon says, with a sigh, “We figured that would be the case, sir.”

Seijirou says, with a smile, “However, you aren’t allowed to take any action AGAINST Sailor Moon, but if her safety was at stake and the safety of the peace of both worlds were at stake…”

Commander Sampson says, with a nod, “Understood, sir.”

Tai thinks in her mind, “Meaning that we are allowed to pursue and if necessary, capture her as long as it looks like it is for her own good and the good of both worlds.”

Commander Sampson says, “However, right now, we need to focus on finding and getting our comrades back.” Seijirou nods his head as Izzy starts to get to work on the data from the recording of what happened to Davis and Kari on the roof in which Ken comes over to assist Izzy in any way that he can determined to make sure that his best friend and both of his fellow Digidestined back home alive and safe.

(Elsewhere; on the meanwhile)

Right now, the Leaf ninja that have been or have come to this world are assembled together and they are discussing quite a few things in which one of them involves a certain blond haired savior and heir of the Six Path Sage.

Konohamaru says, “Man! Boss is missing a lot of his memories! I mean, he doesn’t remember G-I mean Lady Tsunade!”

Tsunade glares at Konohamaru and Moegi says, bopping him on the head, “Baka, Lady Tsunade is young again!”

Kakashi says, “Anyway, Naruto has lost many of his memories and the memories that he does have, like Lady Serena, aren’t ‘pleasant’ and that’s saying the least.”

Shino says, “Leaving them vulnerable to ‘outside influence’ which seems to including Lady Serena’s father when she was Princess Serenity.”

Kiba yells out, “What I can’t believe is Hinata is an actual princess!”

Shino says, “In her past life as a Princess of the Moon Kingdom, Kiba.”

Tsunade asks Shino, “Did she mention anything about Lady Serena?”

Hanabi says, “Hinata-onee-chan always mention that always felt some kind of connection with Lady Serena like she does with father and myself. A ‘connection’ that she didn’t understand.”

Minato says, “Until now.”

Jiraiya says, “It seems like that ‘sisterly bond’ that she shares combined with her love for the gaki that brought her to side of her ‘royal father’.”

Kiba yells out, “He has to have done something to her!”

Yamato asks, “Knowing that he could harm her physically or mentally?”

Tsunade says, “I doubt that this Geminios guy would do it knowing it willingly.”

Hana asks, “How can we be sure that Trista-dono knows him so well?”

Minato tells Hana, “You are arguing with a person that has watched over the universe for millennia, Hana?”

Hana says, with a nod, “Good point, Fourth Hokage-sama.”

Shizune asks, “So, we can assume that he is also under the control of the same ‘force’ that’s manipulating Hinata, Lady Serena, and Naruto?”

Tsunade says, “Yes, but also by the looks of it, it might be ‘subtle manipulation’. It could be manipulating his desire for his family and through him, Lady Serena, Hinata, and Naruto.”

Minato says, “And based on what we know, it is focused on this powerful entity that these Duel Dragons are supposed to seal.”

Jiraiya says, “He wants to use it to revive his lover and the mother of his children: Queen Serenity.”

Shizune asks, “Couldn’t he just use the power of the Rinnegan that Naruto has gained?”

Minato says, “He won’t risk my son’s life and remember, Naruto had awoken his great power in a hard battle situation and his memories are fragmented.”

Jiraiya says, “The gaki might not remember how he did it and he also awoken it when he used Six Path ASTRAL Sage Mode which is an upgrade from his Six Path Cosmos Sage Mode which is combination of the Biju chakra, Senjutsu, and cosmic powers of Lady Serena’s guardians to allow them to harness the power of the Cosmos Crystal.”

Yamato says, “So, it is possible that Naruto can only access his ultimate dojutsu via his strongest Sage Mode.”

Jiraiya says, “We can’t be absolutely certain since he has his own version of Kaguya’s chakra, Yamato.”

Minato says, “And there is also a possibility that both Lady Serena and Naruto have trace amounts of the cosmic energy of Lady Serena’s guardians or the fact that they could possibly access the Cosmos Crystal by themselves.”

Neji says, “Fourth Hokage-sama has a point.”

Shino says, “There is also something else or should I say, someone else.”

Ino says, “Sakura.”

Yamato says, “She has been completely revived and it looks like that she is one of the Sailor Senshi, but she is more like Lady Serena based on what Trista-dono informed us about her. Sai says, “Not to mention that a powerful ‘phoenix spirit’ is also a part of her in which Kaguya wants to revive herself.”

Minato says, “It seems like also Sakura’s ‘past life’ is also intersected with my son and Sasuke, in the forms of Asura and Indra, in which Indra seem to made ‘dark deal’ with the force that destroyed the advanced civilizations that were around this solar system during the time of the Sage.”

Jiraiya says, “Based on her testimony, Indra lured her away on purpose allowing the Negaverse a ‘freer hand’ to destroy the Silver Millennium and event that she hasn’t exactly forgiven Indra or herself. From the emotions that she gave, she found out in the most horrible way possible. It seems like the battle between Indra and Asura started out with three people with Sailor Sun against Indra. It seems like the universe wants the constant battles between Asura and Indra to end, but it seems like it won’t end unless ‘the third player’ is ‘in the game’.”

Kakashi says, “Sakura.”

Minato says, “It seems like that the universe drew them together in order to settle a ‘final question’ between the children of the Sage and Sakura has a major role to play in it.”

Tsunade says, “With knowing the Uchiha, he will think of her as a threat to ‘his peace’ and destroy her. He did attempt to use Amaterasu on her.” Remembering how Sakura died over two years ago, Ino clenches her right hand into a fist and she inward swore that she will never let Sasuke do it even if it cost her life.

Shikamaru and Choji see this and Shikamaru thinks in his mind, “Oh, boy. This is going to be a major drag.”

Kakashi says, “And let’s not add to the fact that Trista-dono warned us if Lady Serena and Sakura clash with each other, they could cause the whole universe to go into chaos due to their crystals and the ‘nature’ as Sailor Sun and Sailor Moon. They are like yin and yang and having those forces clash with each other isn’t a good thing.”

Neji says, “However, based on what Trista-dono had said, it might be possible that we can’t stop them from clashing, Fourth Hokage-sama.”

Jiraiya says, “We had better hope that we can. However, speaking of Sasuke, there is the matter of the ‘third savior’.”

Tenten says, “You mean Davis-san and him and his sister being the grandchildren of Madara Uchiha? I still can’t believe that he had a child!”

Tsunade says, “He had and now, he has put a big target on Davis’ and Jun’s back.”

Sai says, “In Sasuke’s mind since they are the grandchildren of Madara and coming from a ‘cursed bloodline’ in which he may feel that they are a danger in restarting the ‘curse of hatred’, he will kill them for that biased reason alone.”

Jiraiya says, “And that’s why Naruto is the one chosen to change our world. The Uchiha brat might have had a point of our world needed change, but the way that he wanted to do that is much like Nagato’s original plan to use the Biju to create a ‘super jutsu’ that cause mass genocide on a scale to scare people to stop fighting. In his mind, there are only absolutions and nothing that can be compromised while Naruto’s way has infinite possibilities. And finally, Sasuke is trying to ‘serve the past’ which is a huge mistake.”

Minato says, “The past form the building blocks of what comes after. It is the reason that we saw ‘the past is carved in stone’. We learn from the past in order to change the present to make a better future and my son’s way, following the way of the Sage, is the right away.”

Yamato says, “However, Sasuke must have mastered the power of the Rinnegan by now and like it or not, there are only two people that can stop him and they are not in the ‘best condition’ right now.”

Shino says, “Naruto and Lady Serena. However, if you count Sakura, it would make three. The level of power that she produce shown that she has regained the ability to use chakra and with the power enhanced by her Sailor Soldier powers, which are at a whole new level, I believe that even with the few memories that she has, Sakura might have remembered how to use her chakra.”

Ino says, “That wouldn’t be surprising for Forehead.” Ino then asks, “But why? Why does she consider herself two different people now?”

Tsunade says, with a sigh, “It could be plenty of reasons, but I think that what she said before tells the whole story.”

Tenten says, remembering what happened over a week ago, “Ah, forging her own ninja legend!”

Neji says, “Sakura was a member of Team Seven, but she lived in the shadows of her teammates, Naruto and Sasuke, in which that shadow grew even into the war with their incredible levels of power, being the reincarnation of the Sage’s children, gaining the Sage’s power with Naruto going WAY beyond the Sage, and probably the fact that Naruto is part of a ninja clan. Sakura had ninja parents, but both were civilian born. Sakura, despite becoming a powerful ninja in her own right, feels that she will most likely be seen as ‘Tsunade’s apprentice’ or something in that regard. She desires to make her own name separate from her famous or infamous, mainly in Sasuke’s case, teammates and peers.”

Shizune tells Tsunade, “But that’s not true! You have taught Sakura, but she proved herself a great medical ninja in her own right!”

Tsunade tells Shizune, “The question is: Does Sakura think so Shizune?”

Shizune’s eyes widen and Shikamaru says, “Troublesome. I think that’s part of the problem and what happened with Naruto and Sasuke is another part. Her history with Team Seven, with Naruto and Sasuke, and more makes her desire to gain a ‘new identity’. She wants to forge her ‘own identity’ that shines herself and not trapped under the shadow of others. Remember, she has a trouble history and she has TWO life-times worth of that. And that’s another reason that she wants to kill Sasuke. She lives with the guilt of the destruction of her kingdom as the Sun Princess and her history with Sasuke, as who he is today and as Indra, is a part of that guilt and inner turmoil. She most likely feels that to get rid of the ‘crime’ is to kill Sasuke to ensure that he doesn’t cause another ‘end of the Silver Millennium’. She has no desire for revenge and she isn’t doing this out of anger and fury, mainly. She is doing out of a feeling of duty. A duty as a Sailor Senshi… a Sailor Warrior.”

Kakashi says, with a nod, “I believe that Shikamaru is right. Sasuke feels that he needs to kill Sakura to achieve what he feels is peace for our world and Sakura is doing the same, but also desires to achieve her own ‘inner peace’ and ‘clear’ her of the ‘crimes’ of her past life.”

Choji says, “This is getting ugly.”

Shikamaru says, “It will get uglier once Sasuke and Sakura meet again and don’t even think about adding Naruto into the mix.”

Sai says, “With her memories fragmented too and her in such ‘emotional turmoil’, she could be a danger to herself and many others in which she will never gain her full potential.”

Yamato says, “I have to admit it that Sai has a point. As long as she bares such guilt including the unnecessary guilt, she won’t be able to move on and achieve her greatest potential and it could prove lethal to her and more since it might be possible that with Davis, the future of the universe might be in her hands.”

Jiraiya says, “Remember, Davis and Sakura may be only two of the ‘factors’ with Naruto and Lady Serena that may prove to be the destruction or salvation of both worlds, Yamato.”

Tenten asks, “So, what do we do?”

Minato says, “Despite what we think about him due to his lineage, I think that we need for Davis and his sister to learn to use the power of chakra from their mother’s side of the family.”

Kakashi asks Minato, “Are you sure about this Minato?”

Minato says, “Davis and Jun aren’t like their grandfather and in fact, Davis is more of a kindred spirit to Naruto.”

Ino says, with a nod, “Yeah, Davis-san is a lot like Naruto.”

Minato says, “If he is the one that must step up to aid Naruto and Lady Serena to protect everyone, then he needs the strength to so. He has the strength of heart, but he needs the ‘physical power’ to match his heart. And he may be the greatest ‘key’ to getting back my son and Lady Serena back from the darkness.”

Hanabi asks, “As well as Hinata-onee-chan?”

Jiraiya says, “Girl, your sister and Naruto have a bond that transcends life-times, if one comes back from the dark, the other will too.”

Minato thinks in his mind, “I hope so, Jiraiya-sensei.”

(The following day; Inside of Data Squad headquarters)

Late in the day, the Odiaba Digidestined, minus Davis and Kari, and their Digimon partners are assembled together in the commander center at Data Squad headquarters as Izzy explain about the portal.

When he is done, Tai asks, curiously, “What do you mean that they aren’t in the Digi-World?”

Izzy says, “While the gateway is similar to a Digi-Port, I don’t think that Davis and Kari are in the Digi-World.”

Matt asks, “If they aren’t in the Digital World, where are they?”

Izzy says, “Based on my scans, they are somewhere in-between.”

There are surprised looks and Mimi asks, “Say what, Izzy?”

Izzy says, “I had to enhance the signal from their D-3 digivices and the signal seems to be coming from a new ‘realm’ that seems to be a mixture of Digital and Real Worlds.”

There are multiple gasps and Tai asks, “Wait! A place that’s like a mix of the Digi-World and the Real World?”

Matt says, “That shouldn’t be possible!”

Ken says, “Not exactly, Matt. Remember, the Dark Ocean? It was another world connected to the Digital World.”

Cody says, “And there was that world of dreams that we got transported to when MaloMyotismon used those kids infected with the Dark Spore to get to the Digital World.”

Izzy says, “Ken and Cody are right, Tai. Gatomon did mention a realm known as Digi-Quartz.”

Gabumon asks, “Do you think that could be it?”

Agumon says, “I thought it was a myth.”
Veemon says, “Well, you guys thought I was a legend and I’m here.”

Gatomon says, “I’ve got to admit that Veemon has a good point.”

Tai asks Izzy, “Anyway, can you get us there Izzy?”

Izzy says, “Well, it is possible…”

Tentomon says, “Izzy has been working on the problem all day and into today, Tai.”

Izzy winches and Mimi says, with a sigh, “Not again, Izzy.”

Matt tells Izzy, “Izzy, finding Davis and Kari are damn well important, but pushing yourself like that isn’t healthy! Geez, dude!”

Izzy says, with a sigh, “I know, but I couldn’t help looking over the data and couldn’t help about a prodigious new world that’s in-between the Digital World and Real Worlds that could be somewhere in cyberspace itself.”

Tai says, with a smile, “Same old, Izzy.”

Sora asks Izzy, “Is there any way to get there?”

Izzy says, “Like Tentomon said, I have been working on the problem all night and I think that I might have adapted the gateway that we use to teleport Digimon back to the Digital World without the use of the Digi-Port.” Everyone then looks towards a huge glass cylinder within the right side of the room and Izzy says, “However, there are risks since this realm might be similar to the Digital World, but different.”

Ken says, “We could always sent a probe and use that to see if the portal is stable.”

Izzy says, “That’s a good idea, Ken.”

Tai says, “Okay, get started.”

Sora asks Tai, “But what about the commander?”

Tai says, “Right now, he has enough on his plate. He has to deal with our ministry added to the fact that we are becoming a ‘military arm’ for another, Sora. We, originally, took care of things our way and took care of things on our own.”

Yolei tells Tai, “Well, this isn’t the good old days, Tai.”

Mimi says, with a nod, “Yolei is right.”

Matt says, with a nod, “While that’s true, we aren’t drones or anything. We have to do things on our own.”

Tai tells Izzy, “I’ll take the blame if there is any, Izzy. With Davis currently trapped in another world, I’m in command now.”

Izzy says, with a sigh, “All right.” Izzy then pushes some buttons and a high tech tracked robot like SWORDS comes out into the room through this one doesn’t have a weapon mounted on it.

Gatomon says, “It looks like you were already ready, Izzy.”

Izzy says, “I think that everyone should leave the room.”

Tai yells out, “You heard him, everyone! Temporary evacuate the command center!” Not wanting to argue with Tai, everyone minus the Odiaba Digidestined and their Digimon leave the room and Tai tells Izzy, “Go for it, Izzy.”

Izzy says, with a nod, “Right.” Personally, he wanted his friends to leave the room, but with their level of comradeship, he knows that’s not happening. Izzy then uses the computers to activate a stream of energy within the massive glass cylinder and creates a gateway, but then the gateway shimmers and such in which a sucking vortex is formed causing everything and everyone into the room to getting pulled to the portal.

Joe yells out, “That’s not good! What’s going on?!”

Izzy responds, “I don’t know! It didn’t do this yesterday!”

Matt shouts out, “It doesn’t matter, Izzy! Stop it now!”

Izzy types furiously at the controls that he was using and he yells out, “I can’t! Something has caused the portal to become unstable!” As Izzy was doing this, the probe that they prepared was sucked into the portal along with various papers, wires, and other various ‘things’ that weren’t nailed down, but the computers were starting to get ripped off from the floor.

The door opens and Commander Sampson, with Kudomon on his shoulders, shouts out, “What’s going on here?”

Sora yells out, “Commander, don’t come into the room!” However, before Sora or anyone else can say or do anything, the vortex stops and everything seems to go quiet.

Joe asks, “What just happened?”

Tai says, with a smile, “Way to go, Izzy!”

As Kazuto, Asuna, Rika, Keiko, Sakura, Jun, Renamon, and Lopmon enter the room, Izzy says, confused, “I didn’t do a thing, Tai.” Just then the gateway gives a bright glow of light that start to engulf the room.

Gabumon says, “That’s not good.”

Matt says, “No kidding, Gabumon!”

Commander Sampson shouts out, “Evacuate the room immediately!”

Sakura yells out, grabbing Commander Sampson, “No joke, commander!” Sakura then throws Commander Sampson out of the room, but before anyone else can leave, the portal unleashes a bright flash of light and everyone in the room yelps out as they are engulfed by the light while those outside of the commander center cover their eyes from the bright light coming from the door, not knowing that someone else had run into the room and the light. When the bright light vanishes, everyone looks to see that no one is inside of the commander center.

Kudomon yells out, “They’re gone!”

Commander Sampson shouts out, “Secure the commander center and make sure that can’t happen again! Then find out where they have gone!”

Kena says, with a nod, “Right, commander!” Immediately, Data Squad personal flow into the room and start to secure the room in which Commander Sampson growls knowing that this is going to be a long day.

(Elsewhere; Later on)

Right now, Jun, Sakura, Kazuto, and Asuna are all assembled together in a garden of sunflowers and they are looking around.

Jun asks, confused, “Okay, what’s going on here?”

Just then a female voice like Sakura’s voice booms, “You aren’t getting away this time, black swordsman!” Everyone then looks towards the source of the voice and everyone gasps to see Sailor Sun, wearing a fuku similar to Sailor Moon’s first fuku, but with the sun sigil on her tiara, two sets of three small golden feathers on each side of the forward portion of her scalp, the color of her sailor collar is golden along with her skirt, and there are sun sigil jewels on the top portion of her high-heeled boots, in which she is welding both of her Blazefire Gunblade style swords in her hands. Facing her is someone that looks like Kazuto when he was Kirito, the Black Swordsman of SAO including his Elucidator and Dark Repulser swords strapped to his back.

Asuna asks, looking at Kazuto and his counterpart, “K-Kirito-kun?”

Kazuto responds, “I have no idea, Asuna.”

Sailor Sun tells the ‘Kazuto look-a-like’, “You have some nerve sneaking into my kingdom, black swordsman.”

Kazuto’s counterpart responds, “Wait! Your majesty, I’m not here to start trouble.”

Sailor Sun responds, “You just found it.”

Kazuto’s counterpart says, “I’m not a criminal!”

Sailor Sun retorts, “Did I say that you were a criminal, black swordsman? No! However, you are a rogue swordsman!”

Kazuto’s counterpart retorts, “Who has been taking care of the worst villains in the universe? And isn’t that your job as a Sailor Soldier?”

Sailor Sun yells out, annoyed, “Hey, pal, I don’t need some vigilantly telling me how to my fucking job!”

Kazuto’s counterpart asks, curiously, “Is that how royalty is supposed to act?”

Sailor Sun says, annoyed, “Okay, jerk! That does it!” Sailor Sun immediately attacks ‘Kirito’ and he whips out his swords to block in which Sailor Sun looks at his Dark Repulser causing her to ask, “Where did you get just such a sword?”

The two of them break away and ‘Kirito’ responds, “Why should answer you?”

Sailor Sun yells out, “There is only one person that I know that can make a sword of such quality with the right materials and if you won’t answer me, rogue, I will get the answer from you this way!” Sailor Sun then clashes with ‘Kirito’ again and the two of them fight an intense sword battle with both of them using two swords at once. They continue on with intense speeds and fast actions.

A good time later on, ‘Kirito’ says, with a smile, “Your reputation precedes you, Sailor Sun. Wow! I never faced a person who can fight like I can!”

Sailor Sun says, with a smirk, “Not bad yourself, black swordsman! I’m surprised to find anyone that has mastered a two sword fighting style like I have, but there is one critical difference.”

‘Kirito’ asks, “And what would that be?”

Sailor Sun responds, strongly, “You may have mastered it, but I’m the girl that practically invented it!” Sailor Sun then unleashes a series of attacks that sends ‘Kirito’ flying through the air and land on the ground with a nasty ‘thud’.

‘Kirito’ grunts and he says, as he gets to a sitting position, “I believe it.”

Just then a familiar female voice shouts out, “Kirito! My lady! Wait!” Everyone then looks to see someone that looks like Asuna, in her SAO uniform as part of the Knight of the Blood, but instead of crosses on her outfit, she has golden-red sun sigils on them.

Asuna asks, surprised, “Is that… me?”

‘Kirito’ yells out, “Asuna!”

Sailor Sun’s eyes widen in which she looks at the ‘other Asuna’ and Kirito and Sailor Sun then says, glaring at the ‘other Asuna’, “Asuna…”

The ‘other Asuna’ says, “My lady…”

Sailor Sun says, with an intense glare, “We are going to have a ‘talk’ about letting rogue swordsman into my home later on.”

‘Kirito’ yells out, “Leave her out of this!” When everyone looks at ‘Kirito’, he says, plainly, “She has nothing to do with this. I snuck into your kingdom on my own. Yes, it was to see her, but I did on my own. And if you want to settle this, let’s keep going.”

The ‘other Asuna’ yells out, “Kirito, please don’t!”

Sailor Sun says, with a nod, “Fine. You win, I drop everything. I win, the ‘fate’ of the two of you is in my hands.”

‘Kirito’ gains an intense glare and he says, “I won’t lose.”

Sailor Sun responds, with a glare of her own, “We’ll see.” The two swords that ‘Kirito’ have glow and he charges in which such speed that Sailor Sun is surprised and barely able to block his next set of assault, but she regains her footing and Sailor Sun counterattacks as her swords glow. The two of them match each other move and move in which ‘Kirito’ graces Sailor Sun’s arm while Sailor Sun gives ‘Kirito’ a slight cut to the face.

The ‘other Asuna’ looks on and she says, with a solemn tone, “Kirito, you idiot…” The two of them then come in with a massive attack that when their swords clash that cause a massive shockwave that creates a crater among the two of them causing their eyes to widen.

Sailor Sun asks, stunned, “What the heck?!”

‘Kirito’ asks, “W-What’s going on?!”

The ‘other Asuna’ shouts out, shocked, “Kirito! Princess!” Just then there is an explosion of light as Kazuto, Asuna, Jun, and Sakura scream out as the light engulfs them. Shortly thereafter, there is a groan as Legendium Sailor Sun wakes up and looks at Renamon in front of her.

Renamon asks, concerned, “Are you okay, Sakura?”

Sailor Sun asks, “Renamon?” Sailor Sun looks over herself and she asks, “When did I transform?”

Renamon responds, “I’m not sure. This is how I found you.”

Sailor Sun asks, “Where is everyone else?”

Jun’s voice booms, “We’re here, sis.” When Renamon and Sailor Sun look to the source of Jun’s voice, they gasp to see yet another new Sailor Scout in front of them.

This brand new Sailor Scout has Jun’s magenta hair in long flowing style exactly like Sailor Mars’ raven hair, there is a rainbow crown on her scalp with a jewel shaped like the Milky Way galaxy in the center, she has a silver sigil shaped like the Milky Way galaxy with a golden-red sun in the center on her forehead, deep, plump, and gorgeous shimming pink lips, a golden metal choker with a silver Milky Way shaped jewel in the center of the choker, she has silver armored fuku designed like Sailor Galaxia’s fuku, there is a crystal blue colored heart-shaped broach with a silver Milky Way sigil jewel attached to it with a dragon like Rainbow Dragon surrounding it, magenta colored armored shoulder pads, silver armored elbow pads, black fingerless gloves with silver version of Sailor Galaxia’s bracelets with prism-like diamonds in the center of those bracelets, she had armored pouches attached to both sides of her skirt, she has silver armored kneepads on her knees, and pink knee-high high-heeled boots with five inch stiletto heels. She also had eight crystal-blue huge and fluffy feathered wings coming out of her back and a large dragon sword in her hands.

Sailor Sun asks, “Jun?”

The new Sailor Scout responds in Jun’s voice, “That’s Legendium Sailor Milky Way to you, sis.”

Sailor Sun says, “I guess that you ‘woke up’, huh? It’s about time.”

Lopmon comes over and she says, “Jun, everyone else is okay!” The others look around to find the other Digidestined, their Digimon partners, Kazuto, Asuna, Keiko, and Rika around, but Kazuto is dressed exactly as he was as Kirito, the Black Swordsman of SAO, Asuna, on her feet and she is dressed exactly as she was in SAO with her Knight of the Blood outfit, Keiko is dressed exactly as she was as Silica, the Beast Tamer, with Pina with her, and Keiko is dressed as she was as Lisbeth the mace user blacksmith of SAO with her hair and eyes exactly what they were in SAO.

Keiko asks, amazed, “Pina?” The little feathered dragon gives a ‘coo’ in reply and Keiko responds, hugging the little dragon, “It’s you! I’m so glad to see you again!”

Rika asks, “What’s going on? Are we back in SAO?”

The Digidestined, dressed in similar ‘fashion’ with Mimi looking a lot like Rika in which her dress is green instead red and her boots are high-heeled knee-high boots with four inch heels for example, are also confused and Matt, dressed a lot like Kazuto, but his clothing is dark blue in color, asks, “What’s going on here?”

Tai, dressed in samurai style armor with the Crest of Courage on the armor, says, “We look like we did as SAO.”

Izzy, wearing a dark green military style dress outfit with cavalry style sword attached to left side, says, “I think that’s because we are in the virtual world that Davis and Kari have been sent into.”

Everyone looks at Izzy and Gatomon asks, “Are you sure?”

Izzy says, “I believe so.”

Matt says, plainly, “I think Izzy may have a point, but I think that Rika-san might also have a point.” Matt then points up and everyone looks to up see a familiar egg-shaped castle-like structure floating in the sky.

Yolei, wearing a violet version of what Rika is wearing right now with a whip attached to her right side, yells out, stunned, “Is that… Aincard?!”

Ken, wearing a dark armor knight outfit, says, “I believe so, Yolei.”

Tai says, “I’ve got a feeling that we, Davis, and Kari aren’t the first ones from the ‘real world’ in this place.” Just then they see Megadramon and Gigadramon flying by.

Hawkmon says, amazed, “My words, Yolei! Those are Megadramon and Gigadramon!”

Yolei asks, confused, “Are we sure that we aren’t in the Digital World?”

But then Meteor Dragon (1800/2000) and Sky Scout (1800/600) appear in the sky and Matt says, “Those are Duel Monsters!”

Just then a female voice asks, “Big brother?” Everyone then looks to see someone exactly like Leafa flying over to them.

Kazuto asks, “Sugu?”

Leafa asks Kazuto, “Big brother, where are we? And why do I look like Leafa, my avatar in ALO?”

Rika asks, “Wow, that’s your sister’s avatar?”

Keiko says, “She’s… beautiful.”

Sailor Sun asks, “Okay, what the heck is going on around here?” Before anyone could give an answer, they hear something and a young teen girl in her late teens with short, dandelion hair, blue-green eyes, and wears a blue coat emerges from the trees and bushes in which she runs into Kazuto causing him to be knocked back into Rika and Asuna in which they keep all three of themselves up while the young teen girl is knocked to the ground and rolling. But the girl leaps to her feet, takes out a dagger that’s jagged on one side and straight on the other side, and charges at Kazuto.
Asuna yells out, seeing this, “Watch out, Kirito-kun!” However, Sailor Sun intercepts her and blocks her dagger with her sword.

The young girl asks, her eyes widen, “Who… are you?”

Sailor Sun shouts out, “That’s my question!” Sailor Sun throws her backwards, but there is a massive ‘explosion’ of dirt, dust, and smoke in which everyone looks to see a creature that looks exactly like Dark Ifirt from Final Fantasy X/X HD Remaster.

Yolei asks, nervously, “What is that?”

Tai says, “That looks like Ifirt from Final Fantasy Ten!” Plenty of people look at Tai and he asks, “What? I’m a gamer too, you know?”

Matt says, “So am I and I know that’s the ‘bad version’ of it! Get your weapons ready! We’re fighting!”

Everyone starts to draw their weapons and Joe, wearing a silver armored knight’s outfit, responds, nervously, “Really?”

Tai yells out, “Agumon!”

Matt says, “Gabumon!” As the Digidestined’s Digimon partner to digivolve and fight, this ‘Dark Ifirt’ roars out in pain as Davis, still wearing his flame designed Madara Uchiha-like armor, but with the Crests of Miracles and Life on the shoulder pads and kneepads along with a golden dragon on the back side of the armor, appears and impales in the back with one of his swords!

Davis shouts out, “Gotcha!”

The others are shocked and Ken and Veemon yell out in unison, “Davis!”

Davis looks at the others and he yells out, surprised, “What are you…?!” The monster that Davis impaled roars out and he yells out, annoyed, “Hey, I’m talking here, you overgrown hound dog!” Davis then freezes the legs of ‘Dark Ifirt’ and he yells out, “Kari, now!” Kari then appears in a flash of pink light and with her sword glowing, she cuts off the head of ‘Dark Ifirt’ in which Davis leaps off its back, taking his sword with him, and the monster collapses to the ground before it slowly fades away into what looks like a series firefly-like lights before vanishing completely.

Tai shouts out, excitedly, “Kari!” Tai rushes over to his sister and she looks at Tai in surprise.

Kari asks, stunned, “Tai?”

Davis asks, “What kept you guys?”

Yolei says, “What are you talking about? It only has been one day!”

Kari and Davis give looks of surprise and look at each other in which Kari says, “I guess that Black Rabbit is right. Time moves faster here than back home.”

Davis tells the others, “Kari and I have been here for months.”

There are gasps and Joe asks, “Wait! While only one day passed for us, you experienced months here?”

Matt says, “I believe that’s exactly what they are saying, Joe.”

Izzy says, “Remember, it was like that for the Digi-World before it was restored back after our battle with Apocalymon.”

The young teen girl asks, curiously, “Davis, you and Kari know these people?”

Kari responds, with a kind smile, “These are friends of ours, Philia.”

Yolei asks, pointing to the young teen girl, “You know her?”

Davis says, motioning to the blue coated girl, “That’s right. Her name is Philia, but her real name is Kotone.”

Matt asks, “Wait! Did you say her real name is Kotone?”

Mimi asks, “The name of the SAO player that mysterious disappeared after everyone, minus the people that Sugou trapped in ALO, woke up?”

This caught the attention of the SAO survivors in the group and Rika asks, “Wait! MISSING SAO survivor?”

Yolei says, “I didn’t hear about that.”

Sailor Sun responds, rolling her eyes, “The people above Commander Sampson ordered us not to open our big traps even to Kari, Ken, Cody, or you, Yolei. They didn’t want to cause a panic over one SAO player when around three hundred didn’t wake up for some reason while over five thousand others ‘came back to life’ so to speak, Yolei.”

Kazuto says, with a plain tone, “It would have mattered to me.”

Asuna says, “We fought to free everyone from that nightmare.”

The young teen girl asks, surprised, “Wait! You were in SAO too?”

Ken says, “A good number of us were, Philia-san.”

Kari says, pointing to Ken, Cody, and Yolei, “These are Yolei, Cody, and Ken. Like you and me, we were trapped in SAO for two years before Davis and Kirito beat Kayaba and beat the game.”

Philia nods her head and Izzy asks her, “Hello, Philia-san. I’m Izzy. I’m with Data Squad. Can you explain what happened after the game was beaten?”

Philia shakes her head and she responds, “No, I don’t. I was engulfed in light and in which I saw the roof of the hospital, but then I found myself here. I’ve been here for a long time.”

Mimi says, “It must have been awful.”

Cody says, “Really awful since only over two months only passed back home. Here, it must have been years and years.”

Philia says, with a nod, “Yes. And I haven’t changed too much.”

Davis says, “A friend of ours said that it was probably due that her body was linked to the passage of time back in the ‘real world’.”

Tai asks, “A friend?”

Davis says, “We’ve been here for a while, Tai. We made a few friends.” Soon after, Veemon and Gatomon leap into the arms of their partners.

Kari says, with a warm smile, “It’s good to see you, Gatomon.”

Gatomon says, “I’m just glad that you are okay, Kari.”

Veemon says, “I knew that you would be all right, Davis. You are tough.”

Davis says, with a grin, “Better believe it, buddy.”

Matt says, pointing to the floating castle, “You got to know what that is, Davis.”

Davis expression becomes deadly serious and he says, “Yeah, I do. That’s Neo Aincard.”

There are gasps and Rika asks, stunned, “Neo Aincard?”

Kazuto says, with a serious expression, “So we aren’t the first from the ‘outside’ to come here.”

Davis says, with a nod, “Nope. This place is a world known as Rainbow Gardens and it is a Digi-Quartz world, but it is more than just a creation of the Digital World and people’s dreams.”

Kari says, “This world was made by powerful forces including magical forces.”

Kazuto says, with a nod, “I thought so since Davis used some kind of ice magic against that monster.”

Davis says, “Yep! This world has a lot of bases on MMO style games in which two certain games gave it a major boost and I think that we know they are since they are VRMMO games.”

Kazuto says, “Sword Art Online and ALfheim Online.”

Davis says, with a nod, “Bingo, Kazuto. However, it is SAO that caused quite some problems in here.”

Joe asks, “How is that Davis?”

Davis responds, “When SAO began and became a ‘death game’, the negative emotions of the players found its way into her and threw its balance out of whack in which a dangerous breed of ‘virtual monster’ is created.”

Matt says, “Which that monster that we just saw you and Kari take out one of them.”

Kari says, with a nod, “Yeah.”

Tai says, pointing to Neo Aincard, “And I’m willing to bet that the person that cause all the pain and misery for the SAO players is up there.”

Davis says, with a nod, “Yep. Akihiko Kayaba is here.”

There are gasps and Kazuto asks, “What does he want?”

Davis says, with a sigh, “That’s a good question. From what I know, this place has been here a long while, but no information came out of it until just before Kari and I got here.”
Kari says, “There are rumors of a ‘grand treasure’ for the people that manage to make it to the top floor of Neo Aincard and defeat the ‘overlord’ of that place.”

Sora asks, “Grand treasure?”

Kazuto says, “I have a feeling that it has to do with when Kayaba managed to get into your virtual mainframe.”

Ken asks, “You mean the Corona Aurora data?”

Sailor Sun says, with a serious tone, “That’s not good. A heartless ass like that with the knowledge of the universe at his fingertips.”

Tai says, with a serious tone, “You’re right, Sakura. That’s seriously not good.”

Cody says, “Something tells me that it isn’t that easy or Davis and Kari could have gone up there by now.”

Davis says, taking out a sphere-like device, “That’s right.” Davis pushes a button on it and a map displaying Neo Aincard above what looks like a land mass that’s like an eight layer cake with each upper layer smaller than the one below it in which he says, “This is the layout of Rainbow Gardens and there are eight levels to it. The access gate to Neo Aincard is at the top level and we are here at the eighth and bottom level.”

Kari says, “It isn’t exactly easy with the legions of monsters that you have to fight like in MMO and similar games, but there are Duel Monsters that you have fight in the form of their ‘Deck Master’ duels.”

Ken asks, “Deck Master?”

Davis says, “We’ll explain that along with the ‘Gift Games’.”

Tai asks, “Gift Games?”

Kari says, “Plenty of these people that live here have special powers known as ‘Gifts’ and they use them in these ‘Gift Games’.”

Davis says, “Through not all of these ‘people’ are human.”

Matt asks, “Not human? Wait! This is a ‘digital world’. Are you saying that there are…?”

Kari says, “Human beings being born and raised here. And they ARE NOT NPC like in a game. They are living breathing human beings born and made with digital information.”

There are multiple gasps, but then everyone notices that Kazuto and Sailor Sun are looking in a direction in which Asuna asks, “Kirito-kun?”

Kazuto responds, “We are being watched Asuna.”

There are surprised looks and Sailor Sun says, “Our ‘black swordsman’ is right on the money and this person has a huge chakra levels in which I don’t have to be a sensor for me to know who.” Sailor Sun yells out, “Okay, princess, get your Meatball Head ass down here!”

Just then a familiar female voice says, “Geez, are you sure that we are related?” Soon enough, from the trees, a figure comes down and everyone looks to see that it is none other than Sailor Moon, but she is radically different from before!

Sailor Moon still retains the crown from her previous forms, but now, she has black and pink cat ears coming out of the top of her scalp with her human ears are missing, she has long and seductive eyelashes with her blue eyes having animal-slits instead of regular human pupils, her lips are a deep, plump, and gorgeous shimming pink color, she has a black and pink furry choker around her neck, her fuku looks a lot like her fuku of her Eternal Sailor Moon form, but her Legendium broach is in the chest area, on her hands are a pair of black ‘furry gloves that are fingerless which goes up to end of her wrists, she has silver colored fingernails that are pointed like claws, she has a long black feline tail coming out of her tailbone area with a large pink bow attached to end of her tail with a golden bell in the center of the bow, and instead of boots, she has black feline-like paw feet with the black fur going up to end of her ankles.

There are plenty of surprised looks and Davis asks, “Huh?”

Rika responds, surprised and confused, “That’s a good question, Davis.”

Leafa asks, “She looks like a Cat Sith from ALO.”

Sailor Moon responds, “I’m not a Cat Sith. This is my ‘Feline Frenzy’.”

Sora asks, “Feline Frenzy?”

Sailor Moon says, “I’m looking for someone here and he has on a protection that prevents sensory abilities like ‘scout skills’ or chakra sensing abilities to sense him.” Sailor Moon sniffs the air and she gives a smirk in which she says, “Cover your ears.” Sailor Moon then takes a deep breath and she gives out a massive lioness-like roar that shakes the area in front of her causing bushes and trees to be ripped out by their roots and flung into the air causing many of the others to cover their ears.

When she is done, Mimi asks, “Was that a lion’s roar?”

Ken says, “I think that would be a LIONESS roar, Mimi.” Within the cleared area, there is a man dressed like a bandit in the clearing and he yelps as he tries to escape, but like a predator that cornered their prey and made that prey defenseless, Sailor Moon tackles the bandit into a tree that she didn’t knock down with her powerful roar.

Sailor Moon says, with a sly smile, “Okay, pal, you know why I’m here and if you don’t want to get turned into a scratching post…” Sailor Moon’s fingernails on her left hand turn into foot long claws and she aims them at his face, she yells out, “You will return THAT to those poor people!!!”

The bandit says, nervously, “You see, I…” Sailor Moon gives a feline-like roar at him and he yells out, fearfully, “Okay! Okay! I’ll give it back!”

Sailor Moon responds, “Hold it! Where do you have it?!” The bandit lifts his hand, creates a pop-up menu, and after a few buttons, a rare-looking statue of Blue-Eyes White Dragon made of gold and jewels comes out in which Sailor Moon grabs it causing her to back away from the bandit while still glaring at him. The bandit then starts to sneak as Sailor Moon looks at the statue, but she then gives a Cheshire Cat grin and she then slashes at him with her claws causing his pants to get shredded and exposing his boxers that had cartoon teddy bear heads on them causing him to scream like a girl cartoon style, cover himself up, and run away.
Plenty of the others had their hands to cover their eyes with Rika closing her eyes while covering Keiko’s eyes and Sailor Milky Way says, “Seriously didn’t need to see that.”

Sailor Moon puts the statue away in a sub-space pocket and Sailor Sun asks, “What are you doing here, Sailor Moon?”

Sailor Moon responds, with a plain tone, “Just here to explore that’s all.” Just then a pop-up message appears in front of her and Kazuto, even though it is backwards from his point of view, manages to read it. Sailor Moon then pushes a button on the ‘holographic’ pop-up window and she puts her right hand to her head. Sailor Moon says, “Hey, Hinata-chan! I can hear you fine! It’s working just great!”

Yolei asks, “Is she talking to herself?”

Cody says, “I don’t think so.”

Izzy says, with his laptop out, “She isn’t. She is getting electronic ‘phone line’ in which the receiver is… her brain!”

There are shocked looks and Sora asks, “Did you say her brain?”

Izzy responds, surprised, “Yes, I did. I’m shocked too, but the receiver for this ‘call’ is linked to auditory area of her brain.”

Sailor Moon says over the ‘electronic line’, “You got that Full Drive gateway set up?”

This perks up the interest of our SAO survivor and Data Squad group and Hinata’s voice says in Sailor Moon’s mind, “It is up and ready to go, Serena-onee-chan.”

Sailor Moon says, with a nod, “Good, Hina-chan. Now, we don’t need to go through a ‘virtualization gate’ to get here, we can use the Full Dive and create avatars to come here.” The group becomes more interested and Sailor Moon says, “Anyway, I’ve got the Data Squad here with me.”

Hinata asks, “Do you need me and Naruto-kun to help?”

Sailor Moon says, with a smile, “I’m okay, sis. I’ll be fine. Anyway, can’t wait to get back to dad and tell him that Necro Linker is a great success! This is so cool! However, I think that we need to tell him to come up with the improvements in which ‘calls’ will only be in your mind and you don’t have to speak out loud like using a phone.”

Hinata says in reply, “I know, onee-chan. However, it doesn’t make this technology any less incredible. We basically have computers in our heads, but it means that we need to watch out for virus and stuff.”

Sailor Moon says, “No joke, Hinata-chan. Anyway, hopefully, this will repair at least some of the damage caused by that ass, Kayaba. Catch you later!” Just then a pop-up ‘holographic’ menu box appears in front of Sailor Moon and she pushes a button causing it to vanish. Sailor Moon tells Izzy, “Peeping on someone’s call is rude you know?”

Sailor Sun responds, “What’s this about a ‘Full Dive’ gate?”

Sailor Moon replies, “Sorry to be rude, but none of your business.”

Sailor Sun tells Sailor Moon, with a glare, “You are really starting to tick me off, Meatball Head.”

Sailor Moon says, “Not surprising since you seem to hit at Naruto for just being himself.”

Sailor Sun’s right eye twitches and she says, “That’s a low blow, Sailor Moon.”

Just then Kazuto then steps forward and Asuna asks, “Kirito-kun?” Kazuto looks at Asuna, smiles, and continues to go forward towards Sailor Moon in which he then draws his swords.

Sailor Moon says, “I don’t want to fight.”

Kazuto responds, “Neither do I and I think that you are usually a sensible person, Sailor Moon.” Kazuto gives an intense glare and he says, “However, in my book, you aren’t being ‘sensible’ and even if I don’t want to, I know for a fact that your boyfriend wouldn’t want this.”

Sailor Moon glares and she says, “Don’t act as if you know my Darien-kun!”

Kazuto replies, “You’re right, I don’t. However, based on what I know from your friends, I know that he wouldn’t want you to do this and right now, you aren’t yourself and by the looks, the usual way of reasoning with you want work.”

Rika yells out, “Whoa! Hey, Kirito!”

Sailor Moon creates a pop-up menu and she says, with a sigh, “I don’t think that you are just going to let me go. I really don’t like this…” Sailor Moon eyes then narrows in a dangerous glare that’s completely unlike her and she says, “… but I’m not going to whine anymore.”

“Moon Shining Mirror Change, Make-Up: SAO Black Swordsman!”

Soon enough, Sailor Moon was engulfed in a bright glow and when the glow stops, Sailor Moon was now in her ‘black swordsman’ form and Kazuto leaps over to her right side in which she turns towards him.

Sailor Moon then says, “Aincard! Duel Equip! Educator and Dark Repulser!” Said swords appear on her back and Sailor Moon charges straight at Kazuto in which she draws the swords and Kazuto and Sailor Moon immediately clash blades as the start of the rematch between the Glided Hero and the Twilight Princess starts.

And that’s the chapter, everyone! Anyway, like I said, Sword Art Online is going to be a major part of this and this takes place after the events of SAO and ALO, timeline wise that is, but I’ve only started reading the light novels, manga, and watched the anime recently, so, forgive me for any ‘inaccuracies’ for that anime/manga. Anyway, I will also point that this story is going to contain major Davis/Kari AKA Daikari romance since as you know from my fanfiction profile, I am a major fan of the Goggleheads and them getting the girls that are closest to their hearts.
