A/N: I have yet to understand where I am going with anything so bare with me. Things are coming to me slowly and it will take a little time. Thank you for your comments and reviews.

Rei walked into the large school and took a look around. To her, it was a normal school, but she was starting not to feel right about what she was doing. She felt odd about being in this place, or was it the vibes she was getting. Either way, she wanted to get registered in school and fast. Not only that, but she had to get a place to stay for the night. Yet for the oddest reason, she had the feeling she shouldn't be where she was. It was something and she had to figure it out. Shaking her head, she completed the paper work she would need in order to attend school. She grimaced when she saw the uniform she would need to ware. :: Why me, sometimes I have to wonder if this power of mine is a gift, or a curse. :: she thought as she walked around to find an apartment complex. She took a different root this time, and her mood took a sudden change. Her walking took her to another large looking sky scraper, with glass windows and near the roof, in large block letters were the letters K. C. She went in and smiled as she approached the woman at the front desk. "I am sorry, but there are no job openings at this time." The woman stated not looking up from her work.

"Oh No, I am not looking for a job, I just need a map, this is my first time in town and I am looking for an apartment." Rei commented.

"If you look to your right, there is a pay phone and the most recent phone book look there for the answers." The woman stated still not looking Rei in the eye.

"that's nothing new," Rei muttered as she did as instructed copying down some addresses and names of places before leaving not even thinking she would see that place again, but little did she know how much she would see it or how close she would become to the owner of the place. Quickly she began her search as the lights over head came on.

Rei had no idea how late she had been out and she was dead tired. She walked into the first one on the list, and didn't bother to take a look. Lucky for her, she found a bed and a nightstand in the closet that the people that must have had the place before must have left behind. After making her bed, she crashed. It did not take to long for sleep to claim her however because in seconds she was out like a light. Instantly her mind became clouded with visions. Pictures came to her like a fast moving slide show. Nothing made since yet, and Pluto watched from a distance her orb flashing a little bit reflecting off the full moon. ::sorry mars to have to do this to you, but you must know more for your journey, and this the only way I can give it:: she thought before she vanished reappearing in front of the place where the lost moon princess was sleeping. "things are moving rather fast" she whispered before reappearing once more on top of the roof and peering down through the sky light at the sleeping girl.

The next day had not changed except for the brief gusts of cool wind through the trees and the makings of a light rain shower. Rei yawned, getting out of her bed before quickly changing into the uniform. She hated to return to that part of town the vibes starting to scare her. Never the less, she did not want to earn a rep for being the late one in school and on her first day. She ran quickly down the sidewalk wondering how her friend Serena could run so fast. Then again Serena wasn't one to be on time. She had her eyes closed as she ran so therefore, she did not see the person walking right around the corner trying to enter the school yard from a different angle. The next thing Rei knew, she was on her rear and the papers she needed to turn in to the office as well as her book list went flying. The other person also dropped some things and their book bags had become mixed up. Laughter soon fallowed as a male voice spoke up. "just where you belong." It teased looking down at the blonde mop of hair. "down on the ground like the dog you are." The male added.

"Says you kaiba!" the boy on the ground growled before muttering an appoligy to rei and jumping to his feet. In seconds he was up in Kaiba's face.

The boy known as Kaiba snorted once before giving his smug reply. "save it, you've got to get to class." With that said, he turned his back to the group of people piling up outside the school and entered removing his shoes and replacing them with bedroom slippers before heading to his class not once even acting like he had seen Rei not looking to pleased about the events in hand.

Joey, the boy with the messy mop of blonde hair returned to the mess and helped Rei clean up. "sorry about that, I wasn't thinking." He told her as he read through the mess of papers in his hand.

"So who is this guy you call Kaiba?" Rei asked doing the same" thing and trading with Joey paper work that did not belong to her before they both stood.

"Only the biggest jerk in the whole school. His name is Seto Kaiba, he is rich and owns a lot of the gaming tech we have around here. Because of that, he thinks he is such a big shot." Joey told her as they entered the school. He then showed rei where she could find the bedroom slippers that she would need to change into.

"Well for such a jerk he does look kind of cute." She said as she spotted a glimps of him turning a corner.

"Kaiba cute?! That's a laugh." A tall boy about the same hight as Joey but with brown hair instead of blonde interrupted over hearing the conversation at hand.

"Knock it off Tristan, don't you know its rude to listen in on other people's conversations?" Joey retorted.

Since when have you fallowed the rules of not being rude?" Tristan shot back at his best friend.

Rei rooled her eyes at the sound of the fight that was now starting to take place. ::those two are just like Serena and I:: she thought as she watched them fight. This was nothing new for her, and she needed it in a since to remind her of the real reason why she was there in the first place. Shortly after Joey and Tristan had gotten into it, the first bell had rung and the fight ended and both friends acted as if nothing had happened splitting up and leaving Rei to stand alone in the large empty hall way. With a heavy sigh, she headed for the only room she knew, knowing she would need to return there to get her things she would need for school and return the completed paper work she had taken with her the night before to finish working on. ::maybe this place won't be to bad, Joey is funy, Seto, even though he is known as a real Jerk, is real cute, so there is a plus I guess.:: she told her mind as she took a seat in the outer office.

Meanwhile that same morning in the game shop, Yugi had gotten up early knowing he had school that morning. He dreaded school sometimes, but who likes it. Yami was still asleep and so was Jen. Yugi went through his normal retuine not wishing to wake either of them. Yami was dead tired from watching over Jen, and Jen of chores didn't sleep well, and this was the first good night sleep she had since she had arrived. Yugi felt kinda worried about her, seeing as how she was when found. Yami and he had cleaned her up, but he could see the pain and fear in her eyes, and he knew yami did too. With Yami watching over her however, Yugi knew that the girl was in good hands.

With that thought in mind, he headed off to school not aware that his worset nightmare was right behind him ready to drag him to school by the neck yet again. "Yugi wait up!" a shirl high pitched female voice shouted not even five feet from her target.

"NO need to shout Tea, please." Yugi called back hands over his ears trying to control the ringing in them from her call.

"I just wanted to walk you to school like I do everyday, how come you didn't wait up for me?" she asked her voice a few notches lower now.

"maybe its because I want nothing to do with you Tea, I have bigger problems and there is nothing you can do about it. I can't stand how jellous you are sometimes and if you knew, things would be much worse so get lost." Yugi snapped which for him was not normal. When dealing with tea, he normally ignored her and went along with what ever she wanted, but since that day Jen had first showed up at the game shop in Yami's arms, his whole outlook changed and he felt strong enough to stand up to her.

Tea stood in the middle of the sidewalk, her face drained of all color, and a pure look of shock in it. "what has gotten into you Yugi?" she asked. "its not like you to yell at me or anyone for that matter." She stated, which was a fact. Yugi never yelled or snapped, in an event where that would happen, yami normally took over and then Yugi didn't remember anything after that fact.

"Look I am sorry I snapped Tea, but maybe its best if you let me alone for a while." Yugi told her before walking away not wanting to hear her answer.

"I will see you in school I guess, talk you then." She whispered to thin air before turning around and taking a different rout to school then she normally did.

Yugi ran the entire way to school not sure what had come over him. ::maybe it was time I told her off;:: he told himself as he reached the school before Tea had, both of them being late, but still he had made it first. He quickly changed his shoes out, and then ran for his first class hoping that he wouldn't be missed to much. He slid into his seat spotting his friends nearby, Tristan staring wide eyed at the new student being introduced in the front of the room. "hello students, we have a new student here with us today, please welcome Jenna Hino." The teacher said, and there in front of the class stood Rei. When she had redigistered she had taken on another name to protect her and to keep people guessing.

"Its nice to meet all of you." Rei stated.

"Now, please take your seat.. Seto Kaiba please raises your hand. Now Jenna, take the seat beside him." The teacher instructed.

Seto did as asked one hand in the air the other holding a black book in front of his face. Rei stepped down and headed to the assigned seat before pulling out a note book and a fresh pencil preparing to take notes as the teacher spoke. Seto seemed to have the same idea as he closed his book and turned his blue eyes to the front of the room.

Yugi did so as well trying to keep up appearances, but he wasn't having much luck. He had a hard time keeping his eyes open, and things kept flashing through his mind. Rei must have felt it too, because she sat up and turned her glace to Yugi whom was trying his best to concentrate. Joey also noticed his friend's obvious behavior but unlike Rei decied to voice his concern. "Earth to Yugi!" He whispered in his friend's direction getting nothing not even a glance. "Yugi!" he called louder causing the person in question to jump and the teacher to stop his lecture to scold Joey for speaking out of turn.

Rei turned and did look for a moment. She then closed her eyes as a vision came to her. In it she saw Yugi and Yami, but at this time she didn't know recognize who Yami was. In the vision, he was not dressed like she had seen him before, but more like Yugi. She did not understand it for anything, but never the less, this wasn't anything new either. ::What could these visions mean. Why now?:: she thought coming out of her trance. "come on wake up. Time to go." Joey said waving a hand in front of her face to try and snap her out of it. "look I am sorry for how I treated you today, running off and leaving you like that." He added rather sheepishly scraching the back of his head with one hand a neverous look on his face.

"Don't worry about it." She replied before gathering her things. "its nothing." She added yawning pretending she just had fallen asleep in class trying to keep up appearances.

"ok I'll see you around then. Jenna is it?" Joey stated smiling before turning to catch up with his friends and hopefully find out what was wrong with Yugi to cause him to act so strange.

Tea later stormed into the school soaking wet having taken a wrong turn and getting herself cought in a thunderstorm that had come up. She growled when she spotted Yugi in the hall. "what happened to you…?" Tristan asked cracking up laughing fallowed in a close second by Joey.

Shut the hell up !!!" Tea spat out in a loud display of anger. "Now where in gods name is that runt Yugi?! I have to teach that brat a leason he will never forget!!" she shirked louder then when she had seen him that morning. This was just enough to attract some much unwanted attention, but before action can be taken, she managed to grab the young unsuspecting boy around the neck. She then ran down the hall and out of sight.

"Tea stop please your hurting me." Yugi cried tears weling up in his eyes. Rei sinced the danger and ran to his aid, transforing into sailor mars in a nearby bathroom. The next Yugi saw before he closed his eyes afraid of what was going to happen to him.

"Mars firebird strike!" a female shouted hidden in the shadows all that could be seen was a large bird in the form of a flame hitting tea right in the rear Joey and Tristan ran to their fallen friend, holding back their laughter at the condition Tea was in When they looked for the person who had saved their friend not a trace could be found leaving them to wonder who had saved their friend..
