<Meanwhile, at a labratory halfway across the globe>
Three figures materialized on a platform, all of them carrying a dart containing a different color of skin; blue, black and orange. As they stepped off the platform, they were greeted by an overwhelming applause from a large assembly of thousands.
"We have successfully captured the DNA samples for Sonic, Shadow and Michael...through this, we hope to build their genetic doubles: which would be equal in strength and stamina, abiet, with some 'modifications' of our own choosing!" One of the scientists stated.
"Excellent work, Proffessor Shingleman!" One of the head chairman commented to Shingleman.
"Through this research, we hope to build clones that, although much effort and time is needed, will be superior to their true counterparts! Since we have studied many failed attempts to destroy them all, we have come up with a relatively easy solution to the problem: fight fire with fire!" Another of the scientists stated.
"Marvelous work, Proffessor Herring!!" The same head chairman spoke to Herring.
"Although much time will be needed to duplicate the gene-slicing and organic compounds to the last nanogram of detail and accuracy, we feel that we will complete the project we are code-naming, "Twin Vision 20-20! Through this project, the new dark age will emerge victorious! We will crush all resistance towards this project!!" the last scientist stated, getting a thundering ovation from the many people there.
"PERFECT!!! I want this plan to be initiated before the setting of tomorrows sun!! I expect great things from you three!! Shingleman, you are in charge of the data collection, Herring, you are in control of the procedures for the experiment, and Dr. Eggman, you will be in charge of the experiment itself!!" The head chairman stated, all three of the scientists bowing and nodding their heads in acknowledgement of the headmasters wishes.
'Just you wait, Sonic! Revenge will be MINE!' Eggman said to himself as the three scientists exited the meeting room.
'At last, revenge will finally be won when I crush that accursed Michael!! He will pay for not just ruining my smarts...but for the makeover he gave me...' Shingleman said to himself; half of his face was replaced with mechanics, some of the tissue still quite evident where they couldn't tear through.
