been a long absence, but I'm back!!! I got better on my wiriting and I think people will be pleasentely surprised at the results!! Here's chapter 5!! MikeyB23 out!!!!..............

everyone, now is the time to bring MX to life!" Dr. Eggman roared, bringing a sinister grin on the faces of Herring and Shingleman. Dr. Eggman took three containers containing various internal parts and inserted them into the MX's body. Slowly, the tube containing the MX glowed green and a low humming sound resounded throughout the large room.
parts are at 100% integrity, initiating transplant of internal organs." Shingleman pushed some buttons and watched eagerly as the organs slowly made their way inside the MX's body. 'The day of retribution and payback is finally here. Soon Michael and those accursed pricks shall feel the true power of my brian and my knowledge!' Shingleman grinned as the green light started glowing faster and the sound pulsating louder.

Knuckles had just entered Motople. Exhausted from his long flight, he stopped to catch his breath when he saw a familiar hue of blue out of the corner of his eye. 'Sonic!' Knuckles gazed at the speedster now in his sight, amazed at Sonic's resiliancy. 'Boy, Sonic sure does seem to know how to make it out alive. I can't believe that he actually made it back.' Knuckles grinned widely as he started to make his way over to Sonic's location.
I can't believe that they're gone!" Amy thronged at Sonic, her tears still on overflow afetr hearing the news of Tails' and Sonies' demise. "How could they die? How is it possible?" Amy asked Sonic, not even consciously aware of what she was asking or even saying to the blue blur holding her by the waist.

The shock of losing your best friend and one of your sons was really extreme on Sonic; he had just reunited with his first son only to have his other be taken away from him. Sonic looked around to the direction of the voice but saw a red object running towards him at fast speeds. 'Buddy, you picked the wrong time to mess with me!' Sonic muttered to himself as he clinched his fists in a fighting position. "Hiyah!!" Sonic lunged at the red object, than the sudden image of Knuckles's face appeared in Sonic's mind and, using quick timing, avoided contact with the crimson Guardien, landing face-first on the concrete.
