Kindly cradled by the dreams of the times
Beauty carved in each feature

Locked in a secret prison
Alone with no ability to leave
Dreaming of the outside world
Touching the strands of hope

A sleepless walker in the land of the living
Hopelessly dreaming away
Death grasps at him
Gently holding his hand

This fragile dove of white
Pure perfection graced him
Shadows of doubt touched his lips
And the dove became trapped

Darkness poised at his footsteps
Forging an unforgiving promise
Toying with this unlucky soul
Who became lost and restless

He searched for his other
The one who graced the seashores of his dreams
But the luminous vision was cast aside
And his dream was lost

This painful amour
That replayed like déjà vu
So laborious in affect
The painful amour came true

From the outside came the gentle ghost
Who told him of her vision
The future is not yet decided
And one could find their lost amour

Porcelain dove dreams away
In this monochrome state
Reaching for the beaches of the seashore
And letting go of a false reverie
