Author’s Notes: This chapter is a bit too big to upload in one piece so we’re splitting it up into two parts! Please forgive us, but you’ll love this chapter and it’ll be worth it being in two parts.

Chapter 8: Reinforcements of Time

(Returning to the Slifer Red dorm; Sometime after ‘White Amy’s’ defeat by Raye)

Inside of the redesigned dorm room within the Slifer Red dorm, we find the unconscious Amy Mizuno lying down on the couch with the rest of our heroes and heroines around her.

Yukina asks, curiously, “Shall I?”

Raye says, with a nod, “Please do.”

Yukina says, with a nod, “Yes.” Immediately, Yukina goes over to Amy, puts her hands gently on her body, and sends her healing energy into Amy’s body. Yukina’s healing powers restore Amy’s energy while also healing her wounds. When she is done, she takes a step back as light moans comes from Amy’s mouth.

Amy goes into a sitting position with her eyes still closed, holds her right hand to her head, and she says, warily, “Ouch! My head!”

Raye says, with a sly tone, “Well, it is about time, Amy!”

Amy looks towards our heroes and heroines, opens her eyes, and she asks, perplexed by their ‘dark looks’, “Raye? Darien? What happened to all of you? Why are you in black?”

Kari points to Amy’s clothes and she says, with a kind smile, “You might want to take a look at yourself.”

When Amy looks at herself, she yelps out in shock, and she calls out, stunned, “What in the world? Why am I in these ridiculous white clothes?”

Tyson says, with a sly smile, “It is a long story.”

Darien says, with a slight nervous smile, “There are going to be a lot of details to fill you of, Amy.”

Zephyr says, with a warm smile, “We’re just glad that you are okay.”

When Amy looks at the three Good Generals, she thinks, “It is those guys that look like there of the Negaverse Generals. And that one that’s smiling at me, why do I get a warm feeling in my heart when I look at him?”

(Within the ‘White Dorm’; the following morning)

In the main foyer of the ‘White Dorm’, we find our ‘darkened’ heroes’ and heroines’ ‘former’ friends, family, and loved ones assembled together in the main foyer of the ‘White Dorm’ and discussing the attack on their dorm last night.

Hotaru asks Lita, with a curious tone, “How are you feeling, Lita-chan?”

Lita says, with a cold plain tone, “Fine, Hotaru-chan. Those nonbelievers will need to do harder than that to take me down.”

Sakura 2 says, with a stunned tone, “I can’t believe that they put one over us!”

Hinata says, with a cold serious tone, “They figured out our traps like they were nothing.”

Amara says, with a cold annoyed tone, “And I can’t believe that we fell for the oldest trick in the book!”

Serena says, with a cold serious tone, “It is not your fault, Amara. With the way that they were attacking, it seems like another full-scale attack.”

Kagome asks, with a curious tone, “What next?”

Lita yells out, with a cold serious tone, “We need to find Amy-chan, that’s what!”

Hilary tells Lita, with a solemn tone, “Lita, Amy didn’t come back, so, it can only mean that we lost . . . her.”

Just then a familiar male voice calls out, “I’m afraid that’s the case, my friend.” Everyone looks to see Sartorius walk down towards them.

All of the SOL members bow and Alexis asks, with a cold serious tone, “Sir? Are you sure?”

Sartorius says, with a nod, “Yes. I believe that Amy Mizuno lost to the nonbelievers and is trapped in the darkness with them.”

Mina says, horrified, “Oh no.”

Sakura yells out, stunned, “I don’t get it! How can this dark power be controlling them so fully? Can’t they see what they are doing?”

Sartorius says, with a serious tone, “The Darkness of Destruction’s power rivals that of the Light of Truth and the more rage, anger, and darkness that it gets from the nonbelievers, the more powerful it becomes.”

Trista says, with a cold logical tone, “And the greater the hold on the nonbelievers.”

Sartorius says, with a nod, “Exactly.”

Bastion asks Sartorius, curiously, “What do you think that we should do, sir?”

Sartorius tells Bastion, with a serious tone, “With the loss of Keiko Yukimura and Amy Mizuno to the nonbelievers, our strategies need to focus on the wisdom of you and Miss Meiou, Mister Misawa.”

Trista says, with a cold plain tone, “We won’t fail you, sir.”

Sartorius says, with a smile, “I know that you won’t.”

Madison asks, curiously, “What should we do now?”

Bastion says, with a cold logical tone, “For now, all we can do is put in more defenses and I’ve got the schematics for new sensor grids that Amy was planning before she was taken into the darkness. Meiou-sensei can assist me in constructing them.”

Trista says, with a cold serious tone, “And Miss Haruno and Miss Hyuga should get to work on rebuilding and improving the traps that they set up to stop the nonbelievers.”

Sakura and Hinata say in unison, “Right!”

Bastion says, with a cold logical tone, “Plus, we should avoid contact until we’ve completed some of the ninja training.”

Sartorius says, with a sly smile, “Excellent ideas, Mister Misawa. I shall leave you to your work.”

Bastion says, with a cold smile, “Thank you, Master Sartorius.” Soon after, Sartorius leaves the SOL members as they continue to discuss and get ready to get to work on their plans.

(Within Duel Academy’s harbor; around this same time)

During the same morning hours, we find ourselves in Duel Academy’s harbor where we find Amy Mizuno, in a female Obelisk Blue uniform and not Obelisk White uniform, standing by the lighthouse and looking solemnly into the morning skies. Amy has been told about what happened and the information that she needs to know about after she was brainwashed by our brainwashed Moon Princess including her role in the Society of Light, which is why she is out here now.

Amy thinks in her mind, sadly, “How could I? How could I have let it go so far? I swore to use my knowledge to aid mankind and I used to brainwash innocent people! I used it to lead some of our friends into trap in order to get them brainwashed by this fiend in human clothing!” Amy sits down, puts her knees to her head, and she thinks, with tears flowing in her eyes, “I helped that fiend hurt so many people! I coldheartedly helped him in all of his plans to brainwash the world and possibly help end the universe! How can I call myself a Sailor Scout after this? How can my friends forgive me?” Amy starts to gently cry and she was so lost in her thought that she didn’t notice footstep coming towards her.

Just then a pair of hand put them on her shoulders and a familiar male voice calls out, “Want to talk about it?” Amy turns to see Zephyr looking at her with a warm smile.

Amy asks, curiously, “What are you doing here?”

Zephyr replies, “We noticed that you were missing and based on what happened with Kari, Keiko, and TK, I figured that this was the most logical place that you would be.” Zephyr sits down by Amy and he asks, warmly, “Do you want to talk about it? I know that it must feel strange to you talking to a ‘former enemy’ who you found out was a copy of me. So, if you want me to leave . . .?”

Amy says, shaking her head, “No! No!” Amy tells Zephyr, with a sigh, “It is a bit strange. Shocking actually. To think that the person that you thought you was fighting was actually a fake.”

Zephyr says, with a smile, “Clones, actually. But really, I don’t think that they are perfect.” Zephyr rubs his stomach and he says, with a sly smile, “I think that my clone has too much down here or my clone is actually a flat-chest girl version of me.” Amy quirks an eyebrow, but she couldn’t help to giggle at Zephyr’s attempt at humor.

Amy says, with a sigh, “I don’t get why Luna didn’t tell us.”

Zephyr states, with a smile, “Hey, Luna and Artemis didn’t know that they were copies of the real me, Nathan, and Knave. They thought they were us under some kind of really powerful evil spell and beyond saving. How were they to know that they were clones of us?”

Amy says, with a nod, “You have a point, Zephyr. But still . . .”

Zephyr says, with a smile, “I know. But you have to remember that Luna’s and Artemis’ memories are incomplete.” Zephyr puts his right hand on Amy’s left arm causing her to blush. Zephyr tells Amy, with a slight blush, “Sorry. I didn’t . . .”

Amy says, with a shake of her head, “No! No! I know that you didn’t mean anything by it.”

Zephyr says, with a sly smile, “Well, maybe I did.”

Amy tells Zephyr, nervously, “Zephyr, I know that you remember that you and I were . . . you know, back in the Silver Millennium. But it is kind of hard for me since I fought with the others against your clone and this is a lot of information for me to process.”

Zephyr tells Amy, with a kind smile, “I understand. I’m sorry if I was pushing.” Zephyr tells Amy, with a blush on his cheeks, “But it is just that . . . I couldn’t help to stare when you were looking at us at the Duel Academy Entrance Exams for us transfers. I never been interested in many girls, but you really caught my eye.”

Amy asks, with a blush, “I did?”

Zephyr says, with a blush, “Yeah. With your blue and matching blue eyes, I couldn’t help to stare at you. I thought that you were . . . beautiful.”

Amy says, with a wide blush, “R-Really? I mean . . . t-thank you . . . I . . .” Soon after, the two of them look each other directly in the eyes and they couldn’t stop staring at each other as they move their heads closer on instinct until their lips connect with each other in a kiss causing ‘sparks’ to fly within them. Just then the two of them get the same vision of Zephyr as the real Zoicite and Amy as Princess Mercury wearing a blue and golden version of Princess Serenity’s royal gown. The two of them were on a balcony and staring towards the Earth as Zoicite describes his planet. Soon after, the two of them share a passionate kiss. When they snap back to reality, the two of them immediately knew what they were doing and break off the kiss immediately.

Amy and Zephyr say in unison, “S-Sorry!”

Just then a thought comes into Amy’s mind and she says, “Amelia . . .”

Zephyr asks Amy, curiously, “Huh?”

Amy replies, with a serious tone, “My name when I was the Princess of Mercury. I was Princess Amelia of Mercury.”

Zephyr says, with a nod, “Yes, I remember now.” Just then footsteps come towards them and the two of them look to see Darien, Raye, Nathan, Knave, Daniel, Thalia, Davis, Kari, TK, Yusuke, Keiko, Hikari, Kira, Coronamon, Veemon, Gatomon, Patamon, Gaomon, Kudamon, Lalamon, and BlackGatomon walking towards them. The other two Good Generals have sly smiles on their lips.

Raye says, with a kind smile, “Hi, Amy-chan. Are you okay? We were worried when you were gone.”

Amy asks, curiously, “You were worried about me.”

Kari tells Amy, with a kind smile, “Of course, we were.”

Darien tells Amy, with a kind smile, “How can we blame you for what happened when you were under the control of that rotten fiend that’s using Sere’ as his little puppet? He was controlling your emotions and mind to serve his own selfish and evil ends.”

Keiko says, with a smile, “We are just glad that you are safe and back with us, Amy.”

TK says, with a kind tone, “All of us are.”

Yusuke says, with a sly smile, “Yeah! So, we need you! Come on! Don’t let what that jerk made you do get you down! Your friends and that princess of yours are counting on you!”

Amy wipes the tears from her eyes and she says, with a kind smile, “Thank you, everyone.”

Raye asks, with a sly smile, “What are friends for?” Zephyr gets back up and he helps Amy back on her feet.

Amy says, with a blush, “Thank you.”

Zephyr says, with a smile, “You’re welcome.”

Amy asks Raye, with a curious tone, “Raye-chan, can I use the dark powers that you have? I know the risks and I don’t are. Serena and the others are still under that fiend’s control and I want to do anything that I can to help them. Please?”

Darien says, with a kind smile, “We knew that you would ask that, Amy.”

Davis asks, with a sly smile, “Who are we to say no to that?”

Kira says, with a smile, “Follow us. And we will get you set up, Amy.”

Amy says, with a bow, “Thank you.”

TK says, with a kind smile, “No problem, Amy.” Soon after, our heroes and heroines being to head off back to the Slifer Red dorm to give Amy the dark powers within the Black Crystal.

Zephyr asks Amy, with a smile, “I know that this is really soon. But I would like for us to get to know to each other. Would you go out with me sometime when we are battling those dorks or Beryl?”

Amy replies, with a kind smile, “Sure, Zephyr.”

On the meanwhile, Daniel and Thalia are grinning and Daniel tells Thalia, telepathically, “Well, this is a good sign. Amy and her beloved are starting to get back together.”

Thalia replies, with a nod, “Yep! It is good news indeed. However, we still have a long way to go. Maybe longer since our ‘new friends’ will reveal themselves as soon as we get back.”

Daniel asks Thalia, curiously, “Why do you think that sis?”

Thalia says, with a sly tone, “Call it intuition, bro.”

(Back in front of the Slifer Red dorms; A short time soon after)

Returning to the Slifer Red dorm, we find all of our heroes and heroines assembled together in front of the Slifer Red dorm as they prepare to infuse the powers of the Darkness of Salvation while Rini and her friends are in the tops of the trees are watching them unseen or so they thought.

Rein asks Rini, curiously, “What’s happening sis?”

Rini says, with a serious tone, “They are about to infuse Amy with the Darkness of Salvation.”

Alex says, seriously, “Let me and sis see.”

Rini says, seriously, “Quiet. And calm down. We don’t want them to see us just yet.”

Hiei whispers to Neji, “Hey, did you notice anything strange on the treetops?”

Neji activates his Byakugan and he says, as low as possible, “I do now. Multiple chakra energy signatures.”

As the others were talking, Sasuke asks Neji, “What’s wrong, Neji?”

On the meanwhile, Rein looks at Neji and he yelps out, as quietly as possible, “Oh, boy. Sis! We’ve been spotted.”

Neji says, with a serious tone, “We’re being watched from right there!” Immediately, Neji through a kunai knife into the tree tops and multiple yelps are heard causing our heroes and heroines to look as Rini, Rein, and their friends fall down to the ground in a heap.

Shikamaru says, with a serious tone, “I thought that I heard whispering in the trees. However, they were so silent that I barely managed to get a listen on them.”

Eve says, with a major winch, “Ouch! That really hurt!”

Alex yells out, annoyed, “Hey! Did you really have to do that?!”

Rini quickly gets to her feet and she says, rubbing her head, “Ow! That’s going to leave a mark!”

Darien, Raye, and Amy gasp in shock and they yell out in unison, “Rini?!”

Tyson asks, perplexed, “Someone you know?”

Kai replies, with a plain tone, “She is the future daughter of Serena and Darien that Raye mentioned.”

Many of our heroes and heroines gasp in shock and Yusuke yells out, stunned, “That’s Sailor Moon’s future kid!”

TK says, looking at Rini, “Wow. I can see why. Other than the pink hair and red eyes, she looks exactly like Serena!”

Rini says, with an annoyed tone, “No way! I don’t look like her at all!”

Raye says, with a nod, “That’s Rini all right.”

Darien asks Rini, perplexed, “Rini, how are you here?”

Amy says, with a nod, “Since Serena is under Sartorius’ control, the future that Rini comes from is gone and I thought that Rini would be gone from existence too.”

Rini says, with a nervous smile, “Well, it is actually kind of complicated of how I’m still here.”

Molly asks, curiously, “First of all, can we have the full story on Rini? I was shocked to learn that Sailor Mini-Moon was actually Serena’s future daughter. So, what is the story behind her?”

Thalia says, with a serious tone, “We were informed by Queen Gaia and Queen Serenity so we, the Elemental Senshi, know the full story.”

Daniel says, with a serious tone, “Princess Rini is our future niece, Darien’s and Serena’s future daughter in what you would call the thirtieth century. She came to the past to get the Silver Crystal of this time when her ‘Silver Crystal’ vanished or unknowing absorbed into Rini’s body. An evil force known as the Black Moon attacked and without the Silver Crystal, Neo-Queen Serenity, Serena’s future self, was put into a deep slumber along with all of her kingdom except for the Inner Sailor Scouts’ future selves and King Endymon, Darien’s future self, who kept his real location secret while putting a holographic projection up. Rini went back in this time to save her time and after various battles with Black Moon sisters, Rubeus, Emerald, Prince Diamond, the Sailor Scouts of this time with our brother going to the future, Rini’s brainwashing by Wiseman AKA the Doom Phantom into Wicked Lady, and the final battle with Doom Phantom by Rini, purified of the evil influence on her, and Neo-Queen Serenity, who ‘took over’ her present-day self, to get her daughter back and defeat Doom Phantom.”

Darien says, with a serious tone, “Rini came back later as Sailor Mini-Moon to train as to become a Sailor Scout and was part of the team until before our battles with Sailor Galaxia in which she returned to the future, which was the last that we saw of Rini.”

Matt says, with a serious tone, “Until now for the moment.”

Thalia says, with a serious tone, “A bit more into our future niece. From what we were told, sometime from now, the whole Earth will be put into a deep slumber and freeze until around the thirtieth century until supposedly Neo-Queen Serenity used the Silver Crystal to unfreeze the Earth and awaken its people. With our brother as her husband, they take the thrones of Earth and rule in the rebuild city of Tokyo, which has become their capital known as Crystal Tokyo.”

Hikari says, seriously, “Hold up! You said ‘supposedly’?”

Chiron says, seriously, “That was what Darien, Serena, and the Inner Sailor Scouts were told in order for them to complete their battle with the Black Moon, but it is only partially true. Neo-Queen Serenity did awaken the Earth and its people after many years of slumber, but she didn’t do it alone. It took the powers of the ‘Council of Four’ to awaken the Earth.”

Amy asks, perplexed, “You mean that Serena’s brothers and sister helped her?”

Daniel says, with a nod, “That’s right. If Serena tried to do this feat on her own, it would have drained her energy and killed her. It took the combined energies of the ‘Council of Four’ to revive the Earth and its people, but not all of them were revived at once. There is a lot more to the ‘future story’ that you need to know in due time.”

Thalia says, with a serious tone, “However, what we can reveal that without the ‘Council of Four’ the future won’t happen. Because not only do Princess Serenity’s brothers and sister help revive the Earth, they become rulers of three great kingdoms that will be vital to the peace and tranquility of the universe in the time of our future niece. They are known as the Twilight Moon Kingdom, Golden Cairo, and Prism Atlantis.”

Izzy asks, perplexed, “Atlantis?”

Daniel says, with a plain tone, “That’s a story for another day.”

Jun asks, with a sigh, “So, unless we don’t find these long lost princes and princess, we don’t have much of future, huh?”

Nico says, with a nod, “Yep!”

Davis says, drolly, “No pressure.”

TK tells Davis, with a nod, “Took the words right out of my mouth, Davis.”

Molly asks, curiously, “Um, didn’t you say that since Serena is in that cult, Rini shouldn’t be here right now?”

Raye says, with a serious tone, “That’s right. When one of Rini’s parents AKA Serena or Darien have been put under the control of evil forces or killed, Rini’s existence is erased until that parent is revived or brought back.”

Izzy says, with a logical tone, “Well, it make sense since the future has been altered from the timeline that Rini came from with her parents together and giving birth to her and all, but I won’t go into details.”

Darien asks Rini, curiously, “So, how are you here, Rini?”

Rini says, with a solemn tone, “It is thanks to my Aunts and Uncles that I’m still here especially Auntie Juniper.”

Rein says, with a solemn tone, “Aunt Juniper managed to use her powers on all of us to keep us temporary protected from any changes from the timeline.”

Amy asks, perplexed, “How did she do that? Not even Sailor Pluto did that before. How can she?”

Rini says, with a weak smile, “My Auntie Juniper is the ruler of the Twilight Moon Kingdom and she has learned a lot over her rule. Plus, the universe gave her some very special powers.”

Darien asks, perplexed, “Twilight Moon Kingdom?”

Rini tells Darien, with a kind tone, “I can’t tell you much daddy, but I can tell you that not everyone liked rule under you and mommy when the Earth was revived since many have been under democratic or republic rules before the start of Crystal Tokyo. However, my Aunt Juniper went back home and revived the Moon Kingdom. My Aunt Juniper created a democratic monarchy back in the revived Moon Kingdom. Those people that accepted purification by the Silver Crystal, but didn’t want to remain on Earth, they could come up to Aunt Juniper’s kingdom and save say in how the kingdom is ruled. That prevented any kind of ‘world civil war’ because millions that were disillusion accepted gratefully, they were purified, and went up to the moon where my aunt, Neo-Queen Juniper, ruled the Twilight Moon Kingdom with this system of government with grantee rights. Raye says, amazed, “A new kingdom on the moon?”

Rini says, with a nod, “Yep! And even some of the millions that came to Aunt Juniper’s kingdom were reincarnated Lunarians since they felt more at home at moon. Plus, the mystical energies of the old Moon Kingdom transformed the people of Earth that came to live on the moon into ‘new Lunarians’ and they referred themselves as Lunarians since they decided that they, their children, their grandchildren, and all of their future descendants would remain. The people of the Twilight Moon Kingdom refer to my Aunt Juniper as the ‘Sovereign of Freedom’ since she tries her best to keep the freedoms that people has today in elected governments and works together with elected bodies of government that she made to build a better kingdom. They’ve already made her position a life-term with only succession to choose the new ruler, but if there is no heir, Aunt Juniper and the elected bodies of her government made sure for a ‘fail safe’ system that the kingdom wouldn’t fall into chaos.”

Jun says, amazed, “Wow. They must really like this aunt of yours.”

Rini says, with a sigh, “Yeah. I wish that she was here now.”

Kai says, seriously, “It sounds like something bad happened to her.”

Rini says, with a shedding a few tears from her eyes, “Yes . . . My mommy . . . my auntie . . . my uncles . . . they were struck down . . . by . . . by . . by the Light of Destruction!”

Many of our heroes and heroines gasp in shock and Eri yells out, stunned, “Whoa! That alien power exists in your time!”

Rein says, with a nod, “Yeah.”

Matt yells out, stunned, “No way! But how?”

Alex says, with a serious and logical tone, “It is a long story and that’s why we are here. We’re here to help you defeat the Light of Destruction before it can cause chaos in our time. But first, you need to understand what originally happened.”

Yusuke asks, perplexed, “What originally happened?”

Kurama asks, curiously, “You mean that what was going to happen in the near future in this time that lead to the horrible events of the future?”

Rein says, seriously, “That’s right. This took place after the whole Black Moon thing. You see, during the early days of the GX tournament, Sartorius is going to get his hands on a piece of dangerous technology that could spread the evil influence of the Light of Ruin all over the planet. You were unable to take the risk of him unleashing this technology, so, you mounted an all-out assault on the ‘White Dorm’ to get that technology and stop Sartorius once and for all. By this time, you had greatly weakened the white freaks by getting plenty of your friends and loved ones back. However, Serena wasn’t one of them. When she steps forward to stop you, the Moon Princes and Princess Juniper were revealed and together, they brought down their own sister. Before Sartorius knew what hit him . . . BAM! You were on him and had him sealed away in a powerful spell!”

Naruto yells out, excitedly, “All right, we won!”

Sasuke says, with a plain tone, “Or should you would think fool? Or did you forget that they said that the Light of Destruction is in their time?”

Rini says, with a nervous tone, “Not to mention that the evil power that Sartorius possessed was stronger than you thought and it was very hard to beat. It was a fierce battle and you could only seal him away and not remove the power within him.”

Tyson says, with a winch, “Ouch! That’s discouraging.”

TK says, with a dark serious tone, “We shouldn’t be surprised. We were told that this ‘Light of Ruin’ has existed from the dawn of time, so, you don’t think that it would be a pushover.”

Molly asks, curiously, “But how did it get to your time?”

Rini says, with a sigh, “In the aftermath, you freed mommy from the Light of Destruction’s evil spell along with everyone else and sealed Sartorius away deep within a catacomb filled with mystical and spiritual energies to contain him. Mommy felt real bad for what she did under Sartorius’ control, but daddy and her brothers and sister brought her out of it. However, after the battles with the Black Moon, the seal on him was weakened and he finally broke free! Sartorius started up the Society of Light, again, and unleashed a terrible fury on my home and the whole Solar System.” Rini quivered with tears starting to flow from her eyes and she says, weakly, “That . . . That monster destroyed much of my home . . . hurt and killed millions . . . and he . . . struck down my mommy right before my eyes!” Our heroes and heroines gasp in shock and Rini says, with tears flowing down her eyes, “My daddy took Rein and me to his secret room and brought us to a teleporter where our friends that you see with us were waiting. He told us that the two of us were vital to the future and that we had to go back to change what happened so this would never happen. Sartorius and his mind-controlled army broke in and we teleported away, but not before my daddy was badly injured before my eyes. We were brought to my Aunt Juniper’s kingdom where my Uncles were also there after creating defense barriers to protect their kingdoms in Neo-Atlantis and Golden Cairo with the friends and allies including the Digidestined, their Digimon partners, and more.”

Sora asks, perplexed, “Wait! We are part of the future?”

Eve says, with a nod, “Of course. By this time, the Digital World is a vital part of Earth’s survival and the Digidestined are kind of a ‘breed apart’ the rest of humanity and Lunarians. At this time, Digidestined, humans with Digimon partners, number in the millions.”

Our Digidestined gasp in shock and Kari yells out, stunned, “Amazing!”

Rein says, with a solemn tone, “But even they weren’t enough, Sartorius attacked the Twilight Moon Kingdom and the combined forces send against them were only enough to temporary contain Sartorius and the Light of Destruction.”

Rini says, with a solemn tone, “And I lost my Auntie and Uncles in that fight. They put into a deep slumber in order for that fiend to be contained!”

Thalia says, seriously, “The Light of Destruction and Sartorius sound even stronger in the future than in this time!”

Daniel says, with a serious tone, “He had millennia or so to gain strength even through he was sealed.”

Rini says, with a slight dark angered snarl, “That monster . . . he took my mommy . . . my family and hurt . . . so many people . . .” Just then Rini’s body is covered in a slight dark violet aura.

Eve yells out, horrified, “Oh no! Rini, stop! Contain yourself!”

Kira asks, perplexed, “What’s wrong with her?”

Alex says, with a worried tone, “Unfortunately, the exposure to the Light of Destruction and the horrible ‘fates’ of her family and all of the innocent people unleashed Rini’s inner darkness. She had tried to use the Black Crystal and the Darkness of Salvation of the future to stop Sartorius, but the negative emotion that he built inside of her caused her to turn into Wicked Lady, again!”

Darien, Amy, and Raye yell out in shock, “What?!”

Eve says, with a nod, “Yeah! It took everything to calm Rini down and contains Wicked Lady within her, but if Rini gets really angry . . . well, you get the idea.”

Rein embraces Rini and he tells her, reassuringly, “Rini! Please sis, you have got to calm down! Don’t worry, he will pay for what he did to mommy and daddy. We’re here and we’ll make sure that this time, the Light of Destruction and Sartorius will pay for their crimes. I promise. We will save our family and our home!” Soon after, Rini’s dark violet aura fades away as she calms down.

Amy asks, perplexed, “Sis?”

Rein says, nervously, “Oops.”

Rini says, pointing to Rein, “Well, this is Prince Rein Serenity Endymon. He is my brother.”

Darien, Raye, and Amy yell out in unison, “Brother?”
Rein says, nervously, “Hi, dad.”

Raye yells out, stunned, “Darien and Serena are going to also have a son?!”

Rini says, nervously, “Guess I forgot to mention him to you. I was so worried for mom during the whole Black Moon family incident that I forgot about him.”

Rein says, with a slight annoyed tone, “And it wasn’t nice to be sealed in a crystal coffin like mommy, sis.”
Raye says, with a sly smile, “Well, looks like you and Serena are going to be real close as husband and wife.”

Darien yells out, with a blush of embarrassment, “Raye! Not in front of my daughter!” Darien says, with a slight nervous tone, “And my son.”

Davis asks, curiously, “And who are these kids with you?”

Rini says, with a nervous smile, “Well, they are my and Rein’s guardians. The girls are my guardians and the boys are my brother’s guardians. They are the sons and daughters of the Inner Sailor Scouts.”

Amy and Raye yells out, shocked, “Our sons and daughters?!”

Rini says, with nervous smile, “Yeah.” Rini points to the blue haired children and she says, “This is Amanda and Alex, the daughter and son of Amy, also known as Sailor Crystal Mercury and Solar Crystal Mercury.” Rini motions to the blond haired kids and she says, with a smile, “And these Maxine and Kyle, Sailor Crystal Venus and Solar Crystal Venus, the daughter and son of Mina.” Rini then points to the brunette kids and she says, with a smile, “And these are Jennifer and Jeffery, Sailor and Solar Crystal Jupiter, the children of Lita.”

Jeffery says, with a kind smile, “Nice to meet you.”

Jennifer tells them, “Some of you are real cute. You remind of the boyfriend that my mother had and my first boyfriend.”

Raye says, with a sigh, “That’s Lita’s daughter all right.”

Rini motions to the raven haired girl and silver haired boy, both of whom have violet eyes like Raye’s eyes, and says, “And these are Rachael and Ryan, Sailor and Solar Crystal Mars, and they are your children, Raye.”

Rachael says, with her arms crossed, “Why don’t you tell them everything, Cotton Candy Head?”

Rini yells out, annoyed, “Ooh, I told you to stop calling me that Rachael!”

Rachael glares at Rini and yells out, with a sly smile, “Why don’t you make me Mini-Meatball Brain?” The two of them glare at each other angrily and stick out their tongues out at each other.

Darien, Raye, Amy, and Molly sweatdrop at this and Molly says, with a sigh, “Well, this is looking familiar.”

Luna and Artemis 2 sweatdrop as well and Luna says, with a sigh, “Yes. They are just like their parents.”

Ryan tells Raye, with a sly smile, “You might want to make sure that you train her real hard as a miko when she is old enough.”

Rachael stops her ‘tongue war’ with Rini and yells out, annoyed, “Hey, bro, mom’s training is hard enough!”

Davis asks, curiously, “Hey, since they know the future, maybe we should . . .”

Hikari says, with a sigh, “No, Davis. We are not going to ask them for lottery numbers.”

Keiko says, with a serious tone, “And that goes double for you, Yusuke.”

Yusuke says, with a sly smile, “Can’t blame a guy for trying.”

Daniel says, with a serious tone, “Well, I think that whatever knowledge that Rini, her brother, and their guardians know should be kept to them as much as possible so we don’t go changing the future too much.”

Amy says, with a nod, “Good idea.”

Kurama says, with a serious tone, “Well, what we do know is that we can’t do what we did from the timeline that Princess Rini, her brother, and their guardians told us about. We need to defeat Sartorius and the Society of Light totally and completely.”

Joe asks, curiously, “Question: If it took a lot of what we had to seal him away in that timeline, do you think that we have a chance to totally defeat him now?”

Yuka says, with a nod, “That’s a good point.”

Davis says, with a sly smile, “Ha! Let’s just play things by ear! Personally, I don’t believe in destiny and if I hear more about the future, it makes me feel like our paths are already written. I say let’s do things our way and this time, we do them right!”

Kari says, with a smile, “That’s right!”

TK says, with a nod, “Good point, Davis. We shouldn’t let that information control our actions. We should forge our paths and follow our hearts.” TK tells Davis, gently slapping him in the back, “See? You are a good leader, Davis. You might make a good king someday.”

Davis says, with a nervous smile, “Thanks . . . I think.”

“But there is more that you should know. There is a sixth kingdom,” said Eve, “The kingdom where I come from.”

“Who are you anyway,” asked Raye.

“Well,” said Rini, “The blond haired girl is my cousin Eve.”

Darien asks, curiously, “Cousin?”

“That’s right,” said Eve, “Now let me tell you how we got here.”

“Just a minute,” said Daniel, “How do we know you are the real deal?”

“What do you mean?” asked Darien with a perplexed tone.

“We could have fakes,” said Thalia, “After all time travel is a tricky business.”

“Let’s see if you’re a fake,” said Daniel drawing a sword, “Petal Dance!”

‘Dad said that to block the Petal Dance, you have to block the fear,’ thought Eve, ‘Petal Dance is about speed, and how you put fear into your opponent. Think about something happy,’

“Petal Reversal!” said Eve drawing her own sword.

Just as Daniel disappeared, it seemed like there were more then one of him, but Eve disappeared and blocked every slash.

“So,” said Daniel reappearing, “You are the real deal. Only Sephira, my child, and my student if I ever choose one, and I could ever learn the Petal reversal. Which mean, since your Rini’s cousin, you’re either mine or Thalia’s child, correct? So you were saying.”

“Well,” said Eve, “As I was saying, I’m Daniel’s and Bianca’s daughter.”

“Told you,” said Daniel.

“There are two more kingdoms,” said Eve, “Element Elysion, and Celestial Olympus. I come from Element Elysion.”

“The seven kingdoms,” said Rini, “Are the central of all the magic in the world. They’re the center place of the bridge to other worlds.”

“Daddy knew what struck Crystal Tokyo,” said Eve, “When Rini, Rein, and Alex came to Twilight Moon Kingdom, he knew that we had to be sent to the past. Unlike the others, he told me about the battle. He knew time would repeat itself and plus, the magic put on all of us wouldn’t last long. So, just in case that magic that allow us to exist while the timeline is still in flux, we have these.”

“And here they are,” said Rein, as he, Rini, Eve, and Alex showed silver bracelets with a rainbow eight-point crystal embedded on each.

“Holy Zeus,” said Daniel in shock, “Are those the Existence Bracelets?”

“Is that what they’re called?” asked Rini, “They seem like ordinary bracelets.”

“The Existence Bracelets allow you to exist anywhere,” said Daniel, “Despite anything that happens in time and space.”

“So that’s how we still exist,” said Rein.

“But how did we get here?” asked Alex, “Your future self said that the Time Gates were closed.”

“The Existence Bracelets have vast powers,” said Daniel, “One of them is to transcend time, space, and dimension.”

“And how do you know this,” asked Darien.

“I’m the son of Zeus,” said Daniel, “Information is easy to get.”

“Plus he is obsessed with knowing anything about artifacts,” said Bianca.

“Well maybe I saw something about it when I was traveling around the world with Artemis,” said Daniel, “But that’s a story for another day.”

“Oh and I forgot,” said Eve holding out some charms, “When Daddy sent us here, he said to give these charms to you.”

“These can’t be,” said Daniel, “Can they?”

“What are you talking about?” asked Rini.

“Eight elements converge together,” said Daniel holding out a scroll charm as a seal with an eight point star, with an angel in the middle, and the eight elements on each point of the star appeared on his feat, “Release the grand seal of the Angels, and show us your grand power!”

Then the charm grew to a real scroll with a wax seal, and the seal broke leaving us with a scroll opening. The scroll then opened, and it created a charm which expanded into a white fan, with a crystal with wings in the center. Daniel then grabbed the fan and turned around.

“Here guys catch!” said Daniel throwing the other charms to the rest of the Elemental Senshi.

“What so special about that fan?” asked Naruto.

“This is the Fan of the Angels,” said Daniel, “Legend has it that long ago, at the dawn of time, there were three kingdoms, The Kingdom of Angels, The Devils’ Kingdom, and The Crystal Lands. They were ruled by five rulers. Two for the Angels, two for the Devils, and one for the Crystalmancers, masters of crystal. They say that the Light of Destruction attack them. Legend has it that the King of Angels used this fan to seal away the Light of Destruction.”

“So what does that have to do with us?” asked Sasuke.

“If we have to,” said Daniel, “We can seal something away. The Nine Tailed Fox for example.”

“But I thought it was already sealed?” asked Raye.

“But if it gets out,” said Daniel returning the fan to its charm form and putting it on his necklace, “We can also seal away our presence.”

“Speaking of scrolls,” said Artemis, “Apollo just talked to me. He said to open the prophecy right now.”

“Alright,” said Thalia opening the scroll Artemis gave Daniel.

Daniel says, with a serious tone, “Well, before we do that, there is something that Thalia and I have something to tell you.”

Darien asks Daniel, with a curious and serious tone, “What is it?”

“What ever prophecy Apollo made will come true,” said Daniel, “Destiny exists, but you have to pick the path that unfolds. It’s like those books where you have a choice.”

“Got it,” said Davis, “So the White Freak is just bending the meaning of destiny.”

“Right,” said Thalia, “So let’s see just what this prophecy is.”

Then as they looked at the scroll Daniel and Thalia went into a trance.

“What happened?” asked Rini.

“Apollo has an Oracle,” explained Artemis, “I’m guessing that the scroll acts as a bridge for the Oracle to communicate the prophecy, which my annoying brother said he made long ago.”

Then Daniel and Thalia speak in a misty and airy voice, “The Weapon of the Angels shall be revealed. After its master has learned how to control it, he shall teach another. The Soldiers shall return, and new ones will awaken. The four shall awaken, and will soon call the original five. Everyone shall fight, and destroy the light forever!”

Then Daniel and Thalia snap out of the trance.

“That,” said Davis, with a ‘freaked out’ look “was creepy.”

“Uh huh,” said Percy, “Well, you should try listening to that through visions, in front of a mummy with a green breath like aura, and every time you have to do a quest.”

“Yea,” said Davis nervously, “I feel so sorry for you guys.”

“But what does it mean?” asked Eve.

“Well,” said Daniel looking at the scroll, “Now the prophecy’s on the scroll so let’s see the first line: The Weapon of the Angels shall be revealed.”

“Well,” said Thalia, “It has to be the Fan of the Angels. It was used by the King of Angels, and it’s a weapon.”

“So,” said Daniel, “One line already done. Next is: After its master has learned how to control it, he shall teach another.”

“Well,” said Bianca, “You claimed it, so you’re its master. And when you learn how to master it, you’ll teach another.”

“Kay,” said Daniel, “The next line is: The Soldiers shall return, and new ones will awaken.”

“Soldiers,” said Raye, “That has to be the rest of our team of Sailor Senshi, after all they were brainwashed, and now they’re returning to our side!”

“But what about: and new ones will awaken,” asked Darien.

“That means,” said Nico, “That other Sailor and Solar Senshi shall awaken. Forgotten ones, ones that are right under our noses.”

Bianca says, with a serious tone, “For example: You should remember Keiko. She was just revealed to be Sailor Scout known as Sailor Vortex.”

Matt says, with a serious tone, “So far, the prophecy is right on track!”

“So,” said Daniel, “Next is: The four shall awaken, and will soon call the original five.”

“The four has to be The Council of Four, the children of Queen Serenity, Princess Serenity from the control of that freak and her long lost sister and brothers,” said Percy, “but what about: will soon call the Original Five?”

“That means the first five,” said Daniel, “The King and Queen of Angels, The Queen and King of Devils, and the Queen of Crystals. They were the first ones to fight the Light of Destruction. The King of Angels was Landon, the Queen was Ashley, the King of Devils is Aaron, and the Queen was Laura. The King of Angels, and the Queen of Devils were brother and sister. The Queen of Angels, and the King of Devils were brother and sister too. The Queen of Crystals was Crystala. They joined their powers into the Fan of Angels, and sealed the Light of Destruction away, sacrificing themselves. I bet that they were reincarnated, and when The Council of Four awakens, their power will awaken the Original Five.”

“That means a huge ally on our side,” said Thalia.

“And the last line just means that we’ll win,” said Daniel, “But the last line is always the one where anything can happen.”

Thalia says, with a serious tone, “Remember, they are two ‘Lights’ in the universe. The evil Light of Destruction and the other one, the ‘good light’, it is known as the Light of Hope.”

Izzy says, with a serious tone, “So, it either means that we destroy the Light of Destruction or the Light of Destruction will use everyone to destroy the Light of Hope by destroying the darkness in the universe.”

Chiron says, with a nod, “That’s right. Like the Neo-Spacians told Jaden and Queen Serenity told Davis, light needs darkness and darkness needs light to survive. Without one, the other would fade away and all life will perish.”

Suddenly our heroes hear a blow horn out on the distance.

“You think that’s our visitors?” asked Daniel to Thalia.

“What visitors?” asked Chazz snobbishly.

“Remember that we own Duel Academy now,” said Daniel, “And you’ll see. Now let’s go, before the White Dorks get to them first!”

“Let’s go!” said Raye, and all our heroes and heroines nodded their heads, and went to the dock as fast as they can.

(Within Duel Academy’s harbor; A short time soon after)

Inside of Duel Academy’s harbor, we find a luxury liner parked in the harbor with a gangway down onto the concrete harbor and coming down the gangway is none other than Yugi Muto, age 27, Tea Gardner, age 27, Joey Wheeler, age 27, Tristan Taylor, age 27, Serenity Wheeler, age 25, Mai Valentine, age 30, Marik Ishtar, age 27, Ishizu Ishtar, age 30, Odion, age 30, and Rebecca Hawkins, age 19.

Joey says, excitedly, “We are finally here!”

Serenity Wheeler says, amazed, “Wow! This is incredible!”

Tea says, with a nod, “Yep! Kaiba really knows how to build his school with style. It is very good!”

Mai tells Tea, with a serious tone, “Well, we aren’t here to see the sights honey.”

Yugi says, with a serious tone, “Mai’s right, everyone. We were invited here by the new owners of Duel Academy that have the controlling stock and Kaiba to investigate what’s going on here before the start of the GX tournament.”

Rebecca says, with a nod, “This Society of Light sounds like bad news. Its leader is a guy named Sartorius. It is said that he believes that destiny is pre-determined and we don’t control our lives.”

Ishizu says, with a plain tone, “I used to believe that too because of my training as a Tomb Keeper and my Millennium Necklace. However, my duel with Kaiba and Yugi’s final duel with the Pharaoh, Atem, showed that destiny is never written in stone especially about the future. Even Fate can be influenced by outside forces including the power of one’s own will.”

Marik says, with a serious tone, “However, I fear that this is starting to look like another ancient prophecy that we have guarded for many years.”

Tea asks, curiously, “You told us about it. You called the ‘Prophecy of Twilight’, wasn’t it?”

Odion says, with a nod, “Indeed, Miss Gardner. It tells of a time when an evil light known as the ‘Light of Ruin’ shall descend on the Earth and blind people in its evil veil making lies to be truth and truth to be lies. Only a group of people known as ‘Chosen Duelists’, the ones beyond the control of Destiny, can stop this evil light.”

Joey asks, perplexed, “Light of Ruin? Isn’t light supposed to be good?”

Marik says, with a shake of his head, “Not exactly, Joey. Light and darkness are forces in the universe that need to be in check to maintain balance. Remember, the Millennium Items were created from darkness and Yugi and the Pharaoh used them to defend mankind. Darkness seems to be evil and light to be good because evil uses darkness a lot and good uses light a lot. However, light is good and darkness is evil are common myths. A power is only good or evil when the person or thing uses it for a good or bad purpose. And the Light of Ruin is just that an evil light that came from the stars.”

Ishizu says, with a serious tone, “Yes. It has visited our world many times before and it was the cause of many of the terrible natural disasters and wars throughout history. Every single person that tried to take over the world can attribute their successes to the influencing power of this evil light.”

Rebecca says, with a serious tone, “It sounds pretty dangerous.”

Odion says, with a serious tone, “Yes. It also known by another name ‘The Light of Destruction’.”

Joey says, with a droll tone, “Figures. Something tells me that we got to help stop this. I thought that we were done saving the world after ten long years.”

Mai says, with a serious tone, “Oh, stop gripping, Joey! You’ve done this before! What’s ten years after all? So, stop your blubbing and help out!”

Joey says, with a serious tone, “Yes, dear!” FYI: Joey and Mai were married after Joey graduate high-school, which was shortly after Atem returned to the Spirit World.

Yugi says, with a sigh, “I wish that Atem was here. We could sure use his help somehow.”

Tea says, with a low solemn tone, “I wish so, too, Yugi.”

Just then Tristan looks in one direction and he says, seriously pointing in that direction, “Don’t look now guys, but we have got company.” Everyone looks to where Tristan is pointing and they find the SOL members coming towards them.

Serenity asks, curiously, “Are they those Society of Light members?”

Joey moves in front of Serenity and Mai and he says, with a serious tone, “From their weird uniforms, I would say ‘yes’.”

When the SOL members get close, Mina says, amazed, “Wow! I can’t believe it! He is here!”

Lita tells Mina, with a cold serious tone, “Mina, cool it!”

Hilary whispers to Kagome, curiously, “What is Yugi-sempai doing here with his friends?”

Kagome replies, with a shrug, “I wish that I knew, Hilary.”

Serena tells Yugi, with a cold plain tone, “Welcome to Duel Academy, Yugi-sempai. I’m Serena Tsukino, Co-second in command of the Society of Light with Alexis Rhodes.”

Just then familiar male voice yells out, darkly, “Don’t you mean Society of Losers, dork?” Yugi and his group with the SOL members look to see our heroes and heroines assembling before them.

Thalia says, with a dark sly tone, “Well, you are making trouble for our ‘guests’, huh? You really don’t know when to give up.”

Kira says, with a dark nasty tone and dark sly smile, “They need to have brains to know anything, which I think that their ‘Light’ burned out.”

Alexis yells out, with a cold annoyed tone, “You are starting to piss me off, Urameshi!”

Naruto says, with a dark snarl, “Yeah, so why don’t you make like a tree and leaf out of here Billiardbrow!”

Ino says, with a dark giggle, “Nice one, Naruto!”

Hinata thinks in her mind, stunned, “What has gotten into them?”

Hilary yells out, with a cold annoyed tone, “Hey, you can’t tell us what to do!”

Daniel says, with a dark serious tone, “Did you forget that we own Duel Academy or did your ‘Light’ really take out your memory? It is time for you take your leave!”

Tai says, with a cold serious tone, “We’re not leaving!”
TK says, with a dark sly tone, “Oh, yes, you are!” Just then the Digimon partners come out and prepare for battle.

Tea asks, perplexed, “What are they?”

Keiko asks, with a dark sly smile, “Do you want to try anything else, dweebs?”

Bastion whispers to Alexis and Serena, with a cold logical tone, “We can’t fight here! We are just recovering from their last nasty sneak attack and they might attack us again if we instigate them. Our defenses are not ready yet.”

Trista whispers, with a cold plain tone, “Mister Misawa is right. Currently, the nonbelievers out power us for the moment and we have been barely able to recover from their sneak attack that took Ami-chan into the darkness.”

Kagome says, with a cold serious tone, “Not to mention that they own the school, again.”

Syrus says, with a cold plain tone, “No joke.”

Alexis says, with a cold serious tone, “Fine! But this isn’t over!”

Jaden says, with a dark serious tone, “No kidding, wench! This isn’t over until all of you are crushed and your ‘Master’ is out of commission permanently!”

Amara yells out, with a cold serious tone, “We’ll see!” Soon after, the SOL members slowly turn off and walk away.

Tyranno says, with a dark sly smile, “That’s right! Get lost losers!”

Chazz says, with a dark sly smile, “Really lost, dorks!” Many of the SOL members glare at our heroes and heroines coldly, but they scoff it off and the SOL members leave immediately.

Jaden then steps forward and yells out, excitedly, “Hey, Yugi-sempai!”

Yugi asks Jaden, surprised, “Jaden?”

Joey asks Yugi, curiously, “Hey, Yug’. Is that the Jaden kid that you told us about?”

Yugi says, with a serious tone, “Yeah, but he didn’t have black hair and ‘Goth’.”

Jaden says, with a sly smile, “I’ve been in a darker mood, Yugi-semapi.”

Chazz asks, with a serious tone, “Hey, Slacker, how do you know the King of Games?”

Jaden says, holding up his Winged Kuriboh (300/200) monster card, “How did you think I got my Winged Kuriboh? I ran into Yugi when I raced into the Duel Academy entrance exams and he gave me this card. He said that it belonged with me.”

Tyranno yells out, amazed, “Wow, Sarge!”

Raye says, with an amazed tone, “I’ll say!”

Hikari says, with a sly smile, “You were always full of surprises, Jay!”

Yusuke says, with a sly smile, “Yeah! I can say that I’m the childhood bud of someone that knows the King of Games personally!”

Jun says, with a sly grin, “Well, I’ve got something better!” Jun tells Yugi, with a kind tone, “Yugi-sempai, don’t you remember me? The girl with the Crystal Beast deck.”

Yugi and many in his group gasp in shock and Mai asks, amazed, “Aren’t you Jun Motomiya? The girl that dueled Joey with those Crystal Beasts of yours?”

Davis yells out, perplexed, “Huh? Jun, you dueled against Yugi-sempai’s best friend?!”

Jun says, with a sly smile, “And his wife. It was sometime after I got my Crystal Beast deck and I went to Domino one day and guess what? I found Yugi Moto and his friends right in front of me. I really wanted to try out my skills and even through I didn’t have my Rainbow Dragon at the time, I dueled Mai first. It was an intense duel and I barely won that duel by a mirage of one hundred life-points left on my score. Joey proved to be just as tough especially with that Red-Eyes Black Dragon that he upgraded sometime ago. He was about to wipe me out when I used a Final Fusion trap card to bring both of our life-points to zero.”

Joey says, with a sly grin, “Yeah! I remember that duel! Other than Mai, you were the toughest female duelist that I ever met!”

TK asks Jun, “Why didn’t you tell Davis or one of us?”

Jun says, slyly, “You never asked.”

Davis says, drolly, “Ha. Ha. Funny.”

Jun says, displaying her Rainbow Dragon (4000/0) monster card, “But now that I have my Rainbow Dragon card, I can’t wait to unleash its full power on you, Joey-sempai.”

Joey says, with a sly grin, “Interesting card. Now, I’m really hyped up to duel now!”

Marik says, with a serious tone, “I think that we should wait for that Joey.”

Joey asks Marik, curiously, “Why is that?”

Ishizu says, motioning to our heroes and heroines, “I believe that we are here because of them.”

Thalia says, with a bow, “Yes. I am glad that you could come. I am Thalia Rose.” Thalia points to her brother and she says, “And this is my brother, Daniel Rose.”

Tea asks, stunned, “Rose? As in the heirs to Rose Enterprises, which is the number one big multi-million dollar cooperation?”

Daniel says, with a sly smile, “Yes. We are also the Raikages of the Hidden Cloud Village in the lands of the Shinobi.”

Rebecca yells out, stunned, “Whoa! You’re ninja, too?”

Thalia says, with a nod, “Yes, we shall explain soon enough. However, if you are kind enough to follow us, we shall lead you to a place where we can talk.”

Yugi and his friends look at each other and Tea says, with a kind smile, “They seem to be very nice people.”

Yugi says, with a serious tone, “And since they are the current owners of Duel Academy, they must have wanted us here for a reason.”

Joey says, with a serious tone, “Okay, we’re following, but no funny stuff.”

Jun tells Joey, with a kind bow, “Don’t worry, Joey-sempai. They won’t try anything.”

Jaden says, with a sly grin, “They’re good friends of ours.”

Yugi says, with a nod and kind smile, “If you are that sure, I’m sure that we can trust them too.” Soon enough, our heroes and heroines led Yugi and his friends to the Slifer Red dorm to talk with them.

Raye asks Daniel and Thalia, “Why did you bring them here?”

Nico says, seriously, “For something very important, we are going to need more help.”

Molly asks, curiously, “More help?”

Rini says, with a smile, “You will see.”

(Sometime later; within the ‘White Dorm’)

Inside of Sartorius’ private room within the ‘White Dorm’, we find the SOL members assembled together behind Sartorius, who is sitting in front of his white marble table with his Tarot card, and he listens to the whole encounter at the dock earlier.

Sartorius says, with a serious tone, “I see. Destiny did show me important people were coming to Duel Academy, but even I didn’t see the King of Games and his closest allies coming to Duel Academy.”

Michelle says, with a cold plain tone, “Forgive us for not bringing them into the Light, sir.”

Sartorius says, shaking his head, “No need for forgiveness, my dear. You were outnumbered and Mister Misawa’s statement was very accurate. With the violent tendencies of the nonbelievers have now, they would have attacked and we would not be ready for them.”

Hilary asks, curiously, “What do we do now?”

Sartorius says, with a serious tone, “I believe that they are planning to use the information of the adventures that Yugi Moto and his friends have to get more control of the dark powers of the Millennium Items and more information into the Shadow Games. If that happens, the darkness that controls them will get stronger and their dark powers will become far more dangerous.”
The SOL members gasp in shock and Hotaru asks, worriedly, “Sartorius-sama, what do we do?”

Sartorius tells them, “We need to plan a strike before they can take advantage of the ‘dangerous wisdom’ that the King of Games and the others have about the Shadow Games and other dark powers that they have come into contact with.”

Kagome asks, with a cold serious tone, “Who shall face the nonbelievers sir?”

Sartorius tells them, getting to his feet and turning to face them, “I believe that the best choice is Miss Tomoe.”

Hotaru asks, stunned, “Me, sir? I am a strong Sailor Scout, but I . . .”

Sartorius’ eyes glow and he says, with an evil sly smile, “It is all right, my dear. You have believed in the Light before and it brought you victory. As long as you do so, you shall always win.” Hotaru’s eyes become dull and lifeless and she gains an evil sly smile on her lips.

Hotaru tells Sartorius, with a gentle bow, “Yes, Master! Forgive me for my doubt.”

Sartorius tells Hotaru, with an evil sly smile, “I know that would help you, Miss Tomoe. Now, we must work on a plan to bring the nonbelievers into the Light. I believe Mister Darien Shields is the best choice currently since he is the Co-Chancellor.”

Hotaru tells Sartorius, with an evil sly smile, “Do not worry, Master Sartorius. When I am done with those dorks, they shall see the Light.”

Sartorius tells Hotaru, with an evil sly grin, “Excellent. It is such spirit that I am looking for. Now, it is time for us to plan.”

The SOL member say in unison, “Yes, sir!” However, Serena, Amara, Michelle, and Trista have concerned looks for a moment, but they are replaced by cold emotionless ones after a second.

(Returning to our heroes and heroines; around the same time at the Slifer Red dorm)

Within the Slifer Red dorm, we find our heroes and heroines assembled together with Yugi and his friends as they explain the whole situation to them and leaving nothing out. On the meanwhile, we also find Amy with a brand new ‘dark look’.

Amy’s hair is pitch black with dark violet highlights, she has dark blue colored lips, black star earrings, her female Obelisk Blue uniform is a black and blue uniform with all of it that was white is now pitch black, her fingernails are black with blue symbols of Mercury on each fingernail, she has pitch black silk stockings covering all of her legs, and her high-heeled boots are pitch black as well.

Raye asks Amy, “How do you feel Amy?”

Amy says, with a nod, “I’m okay. But I don’t know about this ‘Goth’ look. It isn’t me.”

Zephyr says, with a kind smile, “Well, I think that you look beautiful in it.”

Amy says, with a wide hue on her cheeks, “Thank you, Zephyr.”

Serenity says, amazed, “This is amazing! Two of the famous Sailor Scouts in front of us along with Tuxedo Mask!”

Rebecca says, looking over the Digimon, “And those strange creatures known as Digimon from the Odaiba incidents years ago. This is so incredible. Living creatures made of Digimon information.”

TK says, with a smile, “Believe us, we were just amazed when we met Digimon our first time.”

Kari says, with a nod, “Yeah.”

Davis says, with a sly smile, “Ditto.” On the meanwhile, Yugi is amazed as he looks at Jaden displays the Millennium Puzzle, Davis the Millennium Eye attached to his choker, Darien with the Millennium Rod, Raye with the Millennium Necklace, Kai with the Millennium Scales, Daniel with the Millennium Key, and Thalia with the Millennium Ring.

Yugi says, with a serious tone, “I never thought that I see these again.”

Kurama says, seriously, “It was necessary. The dark powers of the Millennium Items are needed again to stop this new threat.”

Joey asks, nervously while pointing to the Millennium Ring, “Are you sure that’s safe?”

Thalia says, with a smile, “It is safe, Joey-sempai. With Zorc long since gone, the Millennium Ring no longer has that part of its evil spirit in it.”

Tristan says, plainly, “Well, I’m not going to take any chance, so, if you don’t mind, I’ll keep my distance.”

Joey says, nervously, “Same here.”

Mai says, with a snort, “You are just big babies sometimes.”

Tea says, amazed, “Plus, I can’t believe that Atem also gave you the Egyptian God Cards and Legendary Dragons.”

Naruto says, with a sly smile while displaying the Claw of Hermos, “Yeah, but I haven’t got a chance to use it yet! But when I do . . . watch out! Believe it!”

Tyson asks, curiously, “So, why did you bring them here?”

Daniel says, with a smile, “We said that we are going to bring help. Well, the help that we need is in the Spirit World. We have finally found the way to revive Atem.”

Many within the group gasp in shock and Yugi yells out, stunned, “Atem?! Revived?!”

Chiron says, with a nod, “Yes. We will need him, his wisdom, and his strength for the battles ahead. However, we need you, his friends, in order to revive him. He needs those in the living world that bonded with his soul through love and friendship in order for the revival to be a success.”

Nico says, with a serious tone, “Normally, we don’t go around bringing people back from the dead. However, there circumstance and this is one of them. Plus, since Atem’s heroic efforts ranging from his first battle with Zorc millennia in the past, his battles with the Orichalcos, and his second battle with Zorc when he went back to ancient Egypt, those ‘up high’ in the Spirit World have decided that they shall allow him a second life and a second chance when this is all over.”

Daniel says, with a smile, “In short, we need to revive to fight our enemies, but if we succeed, he shall be allowed to stay here for a second life.”

Joey yells out, excitedly, “Well, what are we waiting for?! Let’s go already!”

Tea says, with a serious tone, “Calm down, Joey. We don’t know what this will involve.” Tea thinks in her mind, with her hands near her heart, “Even through I want him back badly too.”

Artemis says, with a serious tone, “You should follow us. We shall lead you to where we will perform the ritual.” Needless to say that no other words were needed and our heroes and heroines head off to perform the ritual to revive Atem back to life.

Yugi thinks in his mind, with a smile, “Atem . . . back with us. I’ve missed him so much. We shouldn’t force him back, but he deserves a second chance at life. Plus, I know that Tea truly loves him a lot. This could be the chance that she needs to finally open her heart to him.”

(Inside the Abandoned dorm; Sometime later)

Within the abandoned dorm, we find all of our heroes and heroines assembled together in front of the Millennium Stone as Daniel, Thalia, Raye, Darien, Davis, Jaden, and Kai returned the seven Millennium Items into the Millennium Stone. As Chiron, Artemis, and Nico explain about the ritual that will revive Atem back to life.

Chiron says, with a serious tone, “It is a very little known ritual that only people like us and those from the Silver Millennium would know and only those from the Silver Alliance and Prince Endymon’s kingdom would know it.”

TK asks, perplexed, “Why is that?”

Nico then displays the Millennium Tomb and he says, with a sly grin, “Because it comes from this. This is the Millennium Tomb, the Spellbook that had the ritual that created the seven Millennium Items in the first place.”

Many of our heroes and heroines gasp in shock and Kurama says, seriously, “Interesting. I heard that after Zorc’s destruction of Atem’s kingdom. Prince Endymon’s kingdom and the Silver Alliance took the Millennium Spellbook away to ensure that the tragedy of King Atem’s kingdom would never happen again. It is said that only part of text, the part that held the ritual that created the Millennium Items, was ever translated by the Egyptian royal court.”

Chiron says, with a serious tone, “Yes, but for people like us and those of the Silver Millennium, especially the beautiful and wise Queen Serenity, translating texts like this is a piece of cake, as you would say in this day.”

Daniel says, with a plain tone, “This text might contain a lot of dark magic, but it doesn’t mean that the magic is negative. There is a ritual that involves the revival of those long dead and even those without a body. However, it involves the strength of the bonds of this spirit in the mortal.”

Izzy says, with a logical tone, “The strength of the feelings for Atem by his friends that he made when he was in the Millennium Puzzle.”

Thalia says, with a nod, “Right!”

Soon after, Daniel uses an Earth-style ninjutsu to create a stone podium where Nico puts the Millennium Spellbook on it and he says, with a serious tone, “Okay. Yugi, Tea, Joey, and Tristan. It has to be the four of you. You have the closest bonds with Pharaoh Atem and you have to be the ones to bring him back.”

Tea asks, curiously, “What do we do?” Just then four glowing symbols appear around the four corners of the Millennium Stone, north, south, west, and east.

Chiron says, plainly, “You need to stand on those four spaces. Tea, you take the one on the north. Joey takes the one on the west. Tristan takes on the east. And Yugi Moto will take the one on the south.”

Yugi says, with a nod, “Okay.”

Tristan says, nervously, “I’m not sure about this guys.”

Joey says, with a plain tone, “Well, we’ve been through weird before.”

Tea says, with a serious tone, “Yeah. Let’s do it.” Soon after, the four friends assemble around the Millennium Stone as instructed and Thalia goes over to the Millennium Spellbook and turns some pages.

Thalia says, with a serious tone, “Okay, it is time. Now, you need to wish with all of your hearts for Atem’s return. Close your eyes and focus on that need.” Soon after, the four of them close their eyes as Thalia closes her eyes and her body gives off a bright dark violet and golden glow.

Marik asks, curiously, “Is this . . .?”
Eriol interrupts and he says, with a nod, “Yes. And it is powerful spell indeed.”

Syaoran says, with a nod, “Yeah. I sense a lot of mystical energy coming from it.” Just then Thalia starts to chant off the spell in an ancient Egyptian language and the seven Millennium Items start to glow one by one.

Darien asks, perplexed, “What is that?”

Ishizu says, seriously, “It is an ancient Egyptian language.”

Amy says, with a logical tone, “The spell must need to be spoken in ancient Egyptian in order to work.”

Eriol says, with a serious tone, “Clow Reed, my past life, had great knowledge of magic in the world and plenty of mystical spells and rituals usually need to be spoken in the language of the part of the world that it comes from to work.” As the ritual goes on, the four glowing circles surrounding Tea, Joey, Tristan, and Yugi being to fiercely glow and energy lines connect the four of them together.

Joey thinks in his mind, strongly, “Come on, Atem!”

Yugi thinks in his mind, in a strong pleading tone, “Atem, I hope that you can hear me! We need you to come out!”

Tea thinks in her mind, in a pleading tone, “Atem, I miss you so much! I . . . I want you . . . I need you back! Please Atem, I love you!” Just then a faint golden glow comes from Tea’s heart and a faint golden sideways infinity symbol glows on her forehead for a moment before it fades away as quickly as it appeared.

Luna senses something from Tea and she thinks, “That aura! I felt it in Sora Takenouchi before! Could she also be . . .?”

Just then Atem’s voice booms in Yugi’s, Tea’s, Joey’s, and Tristan’s minds saying, “I hear your calls my friends and it is time! I have missed you so much, but now, it is time for my return!” Just then the Millennium Items and Millennium Stone give off a beam of light towards the wall creating the doors to the afterlife found in the original tomb of the Millennium Stone where Yugi and Atem had their Ceremonial Duel. The Millennium Eye on the Wall of the doors give off a blazing golden light that forces everyone to cover their eyes.

Chazz yells out, perplexed and annoyed, “What’s with the light show? Haven’t we had enough of these?”

Jasmine asks, perplexed, “What’s happening?!” After a few minutes, the light dies down and everyone looks to see the doors to the Spirit World are wide open with a figure standing in front of them. Just then the doors close and vanish revealing the figure to be none other than Atem wearing the same clothes and having the same Battle City duel disk with a duel deck inside that he used against his duel with Yugi.

Raye asks, perplexed and amazed, “Whoa! Is that him?”

Luna says, with a nod, “Yes. The Great Pharaoh Atem, slayer of Zorc, and the one that saved the Earth from that evil demon and the Shadow Games.”

Davis says, amazed, “He can be Yugi’s twin!” Soon after, the Millennium Items, the glowing circles, and Thalia stop glowing with the completion of the ritual.

Daniel tells Atem, “Pharaoh Atem, welcome back to the world of the living.”

Atem tells Daniel, with a smile, “Thank you, Prince Lyserg. I would have preferred to stay at rest, but there is too much at stake for me to stay in my eternal slumber. Plus, part of me wished for this.”

Tea, Yugi, Joey, and Tristan yell out in unison, “Atem!” Soon enough, the four friends embrace a friend that they haven’t seen in ten years.

Tristan says, with a sly smile, “Welcome back to the land of the living Atem!”

Atem says, with a smile, “Thank you, Tristan! I have missed you all very much.”

Yugi says, with a warm smile, “We missed you, too, Atem.”

Tea says, with tears in her eyes, “Yes. I’m so glad that you’re back.”

Atem tells Tea, with a warm smile, “I’m glad to be back.” Atem then says, with a serious tone, “However, the time for warm pleasantries will have to wait! We have important work to do. Even from the Spirit World, I could sense the balance of Light and Darkness being thrown off and before I was revived, I could feel it getting worse. And from what I heard from the Spirit World, the future of the world and universe is greatly at stake.”

Nico says, with a nod, “You did Atem. Princess Serenity’s future daughter has come to warn that the Light of Destruction is causing chaos in her time and now, we have to alter events to ensure its defeat.”

Atem says, with a nod, “I see. So, the ‘Prophecy of Twilight’ is starting to come to pass.”

Kai asks, curiously, “Prophecy of Twilight?”

Rebecca asks, curiously, “Marik and Ishizu told us about it. It tells us about the coming of this Light of Ruin also known as the Light of Destruction.”

Chiron says, with a serious tone, “It shouldn’t be any surprise that they know about it. The Tomb Keepers are carries of many ancient secrets including those not with Egypt. Actually, Atem’s father and King Atem were close allies of the Silver Alliance back in the Silver Millennium. And his Tomb Keeper also has many secrets of the Silver Millennium as well.”

Ishizu says, with a serious tone, “Correct. However, we would not know the identities of the reincarnated Moon Princes or Princess Juniper.”

Atem says, with a serious tone, “Many of my memories have been restored, but there are still holes in my memories. However, I regain more of my memories, but not enough to help out. However, the Prophecy of Twilight might also help. It was written by ancient Egyptian seers during the early years of my father’s rein.”

Yugi asks Atem, curiously, “How can it help us?”

Atem says, perplexed, “I really do not know, but it goes like this: ‘A time of great evil shall come when lies are made to be truth and truth made to be lies. An ageless foe, the Light of Ruin, shall descend on the Earth, taking a seer as its avatar of destruction, and many shall be blinded by its evil veil. The Light of the Moon and the Warrior of Darkness and Renewal shall fall. Warrior shall unite, but they shall suffer many losses. The saving shadows shall empower them to break the evil veil and the Items of Darkness long since lost shall be revived. Secrets shall be revealed, families long separated shall be reunited, and Prince of Miracles shall awaken. The war of balance shall expand, it shall be fought on two realms, and the protective darkness shall take back those that the Warriors have lost. Hope, Light, and Miracles shall find a new power and they shall form the Sacred Trinity and become the great defenders of the hidden realm from foes lost past. The Light of Ruin shall become angered and enraged at the Warriors and send two most precious to the Warrior of Earth and Warrior of the Moon against them. A family bond shall aid them and the Warrior of Balance and the Dragon of Rainbows shall become one to form a new warrior. The Light of Ruin shall strike, two shall fall, and the lost children of the moon shall return! The Four shall be reunited and more secrets of the past shall come to the true Light. Matt says, with a slight annoyed tone, “Yeah, it makes a lot of sense.”

Kenny and Izzy type down the prophecy spoken by Atem on their computers and Kenny yells out, “Actually, it does!”

Tyson asks, perplexed, “What do you mean? Did you figure it out?”

Kenny says, with a sly smile, “Not completely Tyson.”

Izzy says, with a smile, “However, we did figure out enough of it to figure out that the prophecy makes sense.”

Mimi asks, perplexed, “I’m lost.”

Izzy says, with a dark serious tone, “Well, I think the first line is talking about our battle with the Society of Light and their leader. He makes them believe his lies are truth and the real truth about life is being made into lies.”

Kai says, with a nod, “That makes sense.”

Kenny says, with a dark serious tone, “The second line obviously talks about the Light of Destruction and Sartorius. A seer is also one to see into the future and Sartorius can do that since he is a fortune teller.”

TK says, with a serious tone, “Okay, it is starting to make sense. The next line must be taking about Serena and Hotaru when they were brainwashed by Sartorius into that cult and brought to Duel Academy.”

Darien says, with a nod, “Yes. The next line must be about when all of us, the warriors that protect our world in various ways, the Sailor Scouts and I, the Digidestined, Yusuke and his group, etc, and when we lost many of our friends to that cult.”

Raye says, with a nod and understanding tone, “And the next line must talk about us when we embrace the dark powers of the Black Crystal and gained the Millennium Items. Then secrets about the Silver Millennium have been revealed to us, Darien was reunited with his sister and brother from the Silver Millennium, and Davis was revealed to be the Digidestined of Miracles.”

Sora says, with a dark serious tone, “Yeah. It is making sense and this next line must be taking about when we started to fight back with the dark powers, fighting in the Digital World, and starting to bring back our friends and loved ones from that darn cult.”

Molly asks, perplexed, “What about the next line?”

Izzy says, seriously, “I’m not sure, but I think that it has to do with TK, Davis, and Kari.”

Kari asks, stunned, “Us?”

Izzy says, with a nod, “Yes. Matt yells out, annoyed, “Oh, great! We have to fight our old enemies all over again?!”

TK says, with a serious tone, “It looks that way Matt and it looks like Davis, Kari, and I are the critically key to beating them.”

Syaoran asks, curiously, “What about the rest?”

Amy says, with a shake of her head, “I’m not sure either. It is pretty hard to figure out. But I think that the last line is talking about the Chosen Duelists because the universe’s ‘chosen ones’ must be those that can defy that freak’s so-called ‘Destiny’.”

Zephyr says, with a nod and dark serious tone, “Good point, Amy-chan.”

Ishizu says, with a plain tone, “When it is time for these parts of the prophecy to be revealed, it shall be come to us.”

Kira says, with a sigh, “This sounds familiar.”

Hikari says, with an annoyed tone, “Be nice, Kira! They are guests and friends of the King of Games himself!”

Kurama says, with a serious tone, “We should return to the Slifer Red dorm and think about our future plans.”

Yusuke says, with a nod, “Good idea. We don’t know what the dorks are up to and we need to be ready.”

Keiko says, with a dark loving smile, “I’m with you, Yusuke.” Soon enough, the new Millennium Items wears goes over to get their items while Thalia gives Atem the Millennium Spellbook.

Thalia tells Atem, “For now, Atem, it would be wise for you to hold onto this.”

Atem gives the Millennium Spellbook back to Thalia and he replies, with a kind smile, “No. I think it best that you and the others from the Silver Alliance and Earth kingdom shall keep it.”

Tea tells Atem, with a kind smile, “I’m really glad that you are back with us.”

Atem says, with a smile, “So am I, Tea.” Tea couldn’t help to blush from Atem’s smile and plenty with our heroes and heroines notice that.

Serenity thinks in her mind, with a smile, “I think that Tea has a ‘major crush’ on our former Egyptian King!”

(Sometime soon after; returning to the Slifer Red dorm)

Our heroes and heroines, with Atem by their side, are nearing the Slifer Red dorm when the group finds the SOL members in front of them.

Jaden asks, with a dark annoyed tone, “Didn’t we drive you dorks off already?”

Hotaru, with a duel disk that has a dueling deck inside, steps forward and she says, with a cold nasty tone, “Shove off, dork! I’m here for a duel and it isn’t with you, Yuki!”

The others notice the cold and lifeless look in Hotaru’s eyes and TK says, with a dark plain tone, “There is something different about you, dweeb!”

Hotaru says, with a cold sneer, “Get lost, Blondie! Nothing is wrong with me! Master Sartorius just helped me fully see the Light! That’s all!”

Rini looks in her ‘former’ friend’s eyes, sees their cold and lifeless look, and she thinks, horrified, “Hotaru! Oh no! What has he done to you?” Rini’s eyes then become filled with anger and rage and she thinks in her mind, with dark rage, “You monster! You took my mommy and my family away and now, you turned Hotaru-chan into one of your mindless tool! You fiend! I will never forgive for what you done!” Just then Rini’s body is covered in a dark aura as her face twists into one of great anger and rage.

Everyone of our heroes and heroines look at Hotaru, gasp in shock, and Rein asks, worriedly, “Sis, what’s wrong?” Just then a few dark violet lightning bolts come out of Rini’s body and plenty of our heroes and heroines to jump back causing the SOL members to get a good look.

Serena asks, stunned, “Rini?”

Ray asks, perplexed, “You know her?”

Michelle says, with a cold serious tone, “She is Serena’s future daughter from the thirtieth century.”

Many of the non-Sailor Scout SOL members gasp in shock and Max shouts out, stunned, “Serena’s daughter?”

Alexis says, with a cold plain tone, “Well, she looks a lot like Serena.”

Serena tries to approach Rini, but our heroes and heroines stop her and Davis yells out, darkly, “Back off, witch!”

Serena calls out, with a cold serious tone, “Get out of my way, jerk! She is my daughter and she needs help!”

Darien says, with a dark sneer, “Your help isn’t what she needs, bitch!”

Mina whispers to Lita, worriedly, “What has happened to Darien, Lita?”

Lita says, coldly glaring at Thalia and Daniel, “It is those two. I know that those two are up to something.”

Serena tells Darien, with a cold serious tone, “Darien-chan, let me through. She is our daughter!”

Darien says, with a dark annoyed tone, “She is my daughter, wench! You betrayed what she stood for when you joined that cult! So, allow me to take care of MY daughter and you back off!”

Rein goes over to Rini and he tells her, “Rini! Sis! Calm down!”

Rini says, with a dark angered tone, “Back off, Rein . . .” Rini then says, sounding more like Wicked Lady, “. . . that asshole is going to pay for what he did!”

Both sides gasp in shock and Raye yells out, stunned, “Oh, boy! That’s Wicked Lady’s voice!”

Keiko asks, nervously, “You mean Rini’s really bad dark side?”

Amy says, with a nod, “Yes.”

Rein quickly moves his hands into his sub-space pocket, takes a Silver Crystal, and yells out, with a crescent moon sigil appearing on his forehead, “Moon Crystal Healing Escalation!” Just then Rini is bathed in the Silver Crystal’s light and energy and the dark energy in her body returns deep within her body. However, during this time, Jaden, Jun, and Davis gain images of the Moon Kingdom in their minds.

Rini falls on one knee and she tells Rein, “Thanks for that, bro.”

Rein returns the Silver Crystal to his sub-space pocket and he tells her as he helps her to his feet, “No problem, sis.”

Amara asks, overhearing this, “Sis?”

Rini says, with a serious tone, “His name is Rein Endymon Serenity. He is my brother and Prince of Crystal Tokyo as well as the Moon and Earth Prince.”

The Sailor Scouts under SOL control gasp in shock and Lita yells out, stunned, “That means that he is Serena’s and Darien’s son!”

Darien says, with a dark snarl, “He is my son since he and Rini aren’t white freaks like that pathetic white Meatball Head!”

Hotaru yells out, with a cold annoyed tone, “Okay, dweeb, that’s enough! You and I are going to duel!”

Kari says, with a dark sly tone, “Don’t even bother! Darien-sensei isn’t even worth your time!”

Raye says, with a dark nasty tone, “Yeah! So, why don’t you play with your little white dolls and get lost? Little twerps like you shouldn’t be playing with the adults!”

Amara yells out, with a cold annoyed tone, “Take that back, Raye!”

Yusuke says, with a blue aura around his body, “Why don’t you make us dork?”

Molly says, with a dark sly tone, “I’ve heard about Yusuke Urameshi and even through not all of the rumors are true, I can see that you don’t want to get on his bad side. It’s a good thing that I’m on his good side.”

Davis says, with a dark confident smirk, “I’ve gotten better as well. And personally, I love to send you right into the ocean!”

Tyson asks Darien, with a dark serious tone, “Do you want us to get rid of them, Darien-sensei?”

Matt says, with a dark sly tone, “It would be our pleasure!”

Darien takes out a duel disk from a sub-space pocket and he says, with a dark serious tone, “I can take care of myself! Don’t worry, I won’t lose to this little twerp!” Darien attached the duel disk to his left wrist, puts his dueling deck inside, and steps forward to face Hotaru.

Mimi yells out, with a dark smile, “Come on, Darien-sensei! You can beat this twerp!”

Hikari says, with a dark confident tone, “Yeah! Show these dorks not to mess with us!”

Hotaru says, with a cold smile, “Ready to join us, Darien-san? It won’t hurt as much.”

Darien says, with a dark serious tone, “Just shut up and duel! I’m already bored!” The two of them activate their duel disks, their life-points counters display 4000 life-points, and they draw five cards in their decks.

“Let’s duel!” Darien and Hotaru yell out in unison as their duel begins.

Hotaru draws one card from her deck and Hotaru says, coldly, “Ladies, first!”

TK says, with a sneer, “Too bad there isn’t one around in front of us!”

Hilary yells out, with a cold annoyed tone, “How dare you?!”

Kari says, with a dark nasty sneer, “Why don’t you clam it, whore?”

Keiko says, with a dark sly smile, “Before I clam it for you!”

Hotaru puts one card in the spell/trap slots and yells out, “I play my Shinato’s Ark Ritual spell card!” Hotaru discards two White Knight Swordsman (1200/1200) monster cards to the graveyard, puts one card on her duel disk, and she yells out, “I sacrifice two White Knight Swordsman to summon Shinato, King of a Higher Plane!” Just then Shinato, King of Higher Plane (3300/3000) comes to the field in attack mode. Hotaru puts one card in the spell/trap slots and she says, with a cold sly smile, “I shall end my turn with one card face-down!”

Darien says, with a dark sly smile, “That’s a pretty powerful monster to bring out in your first turn!” Darien draws one card from his deck and he says, darkly, “But it won’t help you against this!” Just then Darien takes out the Millennium Rod and it begins to glow.

Trista says, horrified, “Oh no!”

Yolei says, stunned, “He using that Millennium Rod thing!” Just then a ring of dark flames surround the two of them.

Hotaru says, stunned, “Hey! What did you do dork?!”

TK asks, with a dark nasty tone, “And you kiss your dad with that mouth?” Soon after, two dark storm clouds appear above the two of them.

Darien says, with a dark sly smile, “It’s simple little twerp! These dark flames will keep us in and everyone else out until this duel is over! And every time that either us loses life-points, we get zapped by dark lightning from those clouds!”

Kagome yells out, horrified, “Serena-chan, has your boyfriend lost his mind?”

Serena thinks in her mind, with a cold angered tone, “It is those rotten Rose twins! They must have done something to my love! Since they are with those generals, they must be trying to build a new Negaverse or something! Well, those pathetic rotten dorks won’t get away with it!”

Darien then puts in a spell card that has a picture of Giant Soldier of Stone within a darkened cave that’s getting excavated into the spell/trap slots and calls out, darkly, “First, I play my Miracle Rupture spell card! Now, I discard one Rock monster from my deck, reshuffle, and draw one new card from my hand!” Darien takes out his deck, takes one card out, discards his Alpha the Magnet Warrior (1400/1700) monster card, reshuffles his deck, and puts it back in his duel disk. He draws one card from his deck, displays a spell card with a picture of a fusion vortex with two fossils in it, and he says, with a dark serious tone, “Now, I play Fossil Fusion!”

Syrus asks, perplexed, “Fossil what?”

Bastion says, stunned, “I never heard of such a card!”

Darien says, with a dark sly smile while putting the spell card in the spell/trap slots, “My Fossil Fusion allows me to summon a special type of Fusion monsters, but I need to remove the fusion material monsters from my graveyard and yours! So, I remove my Alpha from my graveyard and your White Knight Swordsman!” The two monsters then appear on the field, vanish, and Darien says, putting a fusion monster card from his fusion deck on his duel disk, “This allows me to summon my Fossil Warrior Skullpawn!” Just then Fossil Warrior Skullpawn (2000/500), a creature that walks on two legs, made of dark grey bones, skull-like head, and trident weapon made of bones, comes to the field in attack mode. Darien then display a spell card with a picture of a dinosaur fossil turning into a living dinosaur while the background of a city turns into a forest and Darien says, putting the card in the spell/trap slots, “Next, I play Time Stream! Thanks to this spell card, I can sacrifice one Cenozoic Fossil fusion monster like my Skullpawn and summon a Mesozoic Fossil Fusion monster! In short, dweeb, I am devolving from my Skullpawn!”

Trista asks, perplexed, “Devolving?”

Darien says, with a dark serious tone, “However, I have to pay half of my life-points to use this card!” Just then Darien is blasted by dark lightning as he loses 2000 life-points, but he doesn’t even flinch unnerving all of the SOL members.

Ray asks, stunned, “How can he stand such a shock?”

Darien says, putting a new fusion monster card on his duel disk, “Ha! Shows what you know and the life-points are worth it to summon my Fossil Warrior Skullknight!” Just then Skullpawn glows and transforms into Fossil Warrior Skullknight (2400/900), a humanoid skeleton monster with brown armored lower legs, brown armored lower arm gantlets, brown armored shoulder pads, brown armored helmet, a sword in his right shield, and brown armored shield with a black cape coming out of his back, comes to the field in attack mode. Darien puts one card in the spell/trap slots and yells out, “And I further devolve it by playing another Time Stream!” Just then Darien gets zapped by dark electric energy as he loses 1000 life-points.

Hotaru says, with a cold plain tone, “And your life-points since you have taken out three-quarters of them.

Darien takes another fusion monster card from his fusion deck, puts the card on his duel disk, and he says, darkly, “It is worth it to summon my Fossil Warrior Skullking in attack mode!” Just then Fossil Warrior Skullknight turns into Fossil Warrior Skullking (2800/1300), a humanoid golden armor designed like bones with a helmet like a dinosaur’s head, sword sheath with a huge sword inside attached to its left side, and large black cape, comes to the field in attack mode.

Hotaru says, with a cold sly smile, “My Shinato is still stronger than him.”

Darien puts one card in the spell/trap slots and says, as a hologram of a spell card with rocks in a large pot and the rocks are turning into gold, “I’m play my Rock Alchemy spell card! For every Rock monster removed from my graveyard and I get two cards from my deck! So, I remove my Skullpawn and Skullknight from play!” The two fusion monster cards come out of Darien’s graveyard slot, he puts them in his pocket, and then draws four cards from his deck. Darien puts one card in the spell/trap slots and he says, darkly, “Next, I play my Kishido Spirit! As long as this card remains on the field, my monsters can’t be destroyed when battling monsters with equal power to them!” Darien puts one card in the spell/trap slots and he says, with a dark serious tone, “Then I play my Trap Booster spell card! Now, I discard one card from my hand in order to play one trap card from my hand!” Darien discards one card from his hand, puts another card in the spell/trap slots, and Darien says, as a hologram of Reinforcements trap card appears on the field, “And I choose my Reinforcements trap card and it gives my Skullking an extra five hundred life-points!” Skullking’s stats rise from (2800/1300) to (3300/1300). Darien then yells out, with a dark strong tone, “Skullking, attack her Shinato with King Swordplay!” Skullking unsheathes its sword and slash Shinato destroying him, but since they have the same attack power, Hotaru doesn’t lose any life-points. Darien then displays a Quick-Spell card that shows a monster skeleton being restored by some kind of beam and he says, with a dark serious tone, “Then I play the spell card known as Half Life! Now, the monster that was just destroyed is revived with half of its attack power!” Just then Shinato, King of the Higher Plane (3300/3000-1650/3000) comes back to the field in attack mode.

Michelle asks, perplexed, “What is the point of that?”

Darien says, with a dark sly smile, “Simple, witch! Because my Skullking can attack twice in a turn if your little twerp has a point in play!” Darien says, with a dark serious tone, “Double King Swordplay!” Skullking attacks Shinato, again, destroys it, and Hotaru cries out in pain as she is shocked as she loses 1650 life-points.

Amara yells out, horrified, “Hotaru!”
Hotaru pushes a button on her duel disk and calls out, coldly, “I play my trap: Flat Level Four!” Hotaru’s face-down card is revealed to be the Flat Level 4 trap card and Hotaru says, with a cold plain tone, “With this card, both of us can summon one monster from our decks that are level four!” A card comes out of Hotaru’s deck, she puts it on her duel disk, and yells out, “And I choose my Silent Magician level four!” Just then Silent Magician LV4 (1000/1000) comes to the field in defense mode.

A card comes out of Darien’s deck, he puts it on his duel disk, and declares, darkly, “That little shrimp won’t help against my Giant Soldier of Stone!” Just then Giant Soldier of Stone (1300/2000) comes to the field in defense mode. Darien says, with a dark plain tone, “I end my turn!” On the meanwhile, Skullking’s stats reduce back down from (3300/1300) to (2800/1300) since Reinforcement’s effect is over.

Hotaru draws one card from her deck and yells out, coldly, “My move! I draw!” Hotaru thinks in her mind, with an evil sly grin while looking at the card, “Yes! It is exactly as I needed! I knew that Destiny was on my side! Now, I can stop this dweeb and make him see the Light!” Hotaru says, coldly while putting the card in the spell/trap slots, “I play my Level Up spell card! Now, I upgrade my level four Silent Magician to level eight!” A card comes out of Hotaru’s deck, she puts it on her duel disk, and Silent Magician LV4 vanishes to be replaced by Silent Magician LV8 (3500/1000) in attack mode. Hotaru calls out, coldly, “Silent Magician, attack his peon with Silent Burning!” Silent Magician LV8 leaps into the sky, blasts Skullking into nothingness, and Darien gets zapped as he loses 700 life-points, but he doesn’t even flinch.

Darien asks, with a dark plain tone, “Is that all?”

Hotaru puts the final card in her hand into the spell/trap slots and yells out, coldly, “My Mischief of the Time Goddess might arouse your attention dork! It skips your turn and allows my Magician to attack again! Show him!” Silent Magician LV8 attacks Giant Soldier of Stone and destroys it, but since it was in defense mode, Darien loses no life-points. Hotaru says, with a cold sly smile, “By the way, dork, my Magician can’t be affected by any of your spell card, so, you are out of luck! This duel is mine!”

Darien says, with a dark sly smile, “Don’t count on it!” Darien draws one card and calls out, with a dark strong tone, “My turn! Draw!” Darien looks at the card, gives a dark sly grin, and yells out, “I remove my Skullking and Giant Soldier of Stone from play!” The two monster vanish from the field, he puts one card on his duel disk, and the earth between Hotaru and Darien opens up with a violet eruption!

Tai asks, perplexed, “What’s going on?!”

Darien yells out, with a dark strong tone, “I summon my Earth Giant Gaia Plate!” Just then Earth Giant Gaia Plate (2800/1000), a huge golem made of brown earth, comes to the field in attack mode. Darien then displays a spell card with spirits coming out of rocks and earth and he says, darkly, “Then I play the spell card that will give me victory! My Ancient Earth Spirits Empowerment spell card! Thanks to this card, one monster on my side of the field gains five hundred attack points for every Rock and Earth monster removed from play for this turn! And that means since there are five Rock monsters removed from play right now, my Earth Giant gains twenty-five hundred attack points!” Gaia Plate’s stats rise from (2800/1000) to (5300/1000)! Darien says, with a dark serious tone, “And there’s more! When my Gaia Plate attacks a monster, it cuts that monster’s power in half! Go, Magma Mist!” Just then hot stream hits Silent Magician LV8 causing her stats to go down from (3500/1000) to (1750/1000)!

Hotaru yells out, horrified, “I’ll lose!”

Amara calls out, with a cold strong tone, “Not if I have anything to say about it!”

Thalia says, with a dark sly tone, “You don’t!”

“Wind’s Wall!”

Just then Thalia creates a huge wind barrier that stops the SOL members from getting close to the duel between Darien and Hotaru.

Hotaru yells out, stunned, “How can I lose to a dork like you? I have the power of Light and Destiny on my side!”

Chazz calls out, with a dark annoyed tone, “Bah! Bah! I’m really getting sick of you! Can someone shut her up already?”

Darien says, with a dark sly smile, “With pleasure! Gaia Plate, rock her word! End this!” Gaia Plate raises its right fist into the air and slams into Silent Magician LV8 causing it to be destroyed with such force that it causes an earthquake to shake the whole island violently.

Joey yells out, stunned, “Whoa! What power!”

Davis says, with a stunned tone, “No joke!” Just then Hotaru screams out in extreme pain and agony as she is bombarded by dark electrical energy as she loses 3600 life-points, ending the duel immediately.

With the end of the duel, Thalia takes down her wind barrier while the dark flame, storm clouds, and holograms fade away as it reveals Darien standing over an unconscious Hotaru, who is badly burned all over and on her stomach on the ground.

Michelle yells out, horrified, “Hotaru!”

“NO Hotaru!” said Amara, looking at Hotaru’s burnt body lying on the floor.

“How dare you do this to Firefly,” said Michelle.

Amara calls out, with a cold angered tone, “You will pay for this!”

Daniel says, with a dark sly sneer, “We will see about that! For now, the little twerp belongs to us now!”

Michelle says, with a cold strong tone, “Not while we have anything to say about it!” Immediately, the two SOL controlled Outer Sailor Scouts rush in to grab Hotaru.

“Uranus White Night Power!” said Amara. Soon after, Amara’s henshin wand gives off orange and sickly white light as her uniform is torn and being replaced by a sailor fuku which then causes Amara became Sailor Uranus.

“White Night World Shaking!” said Sailor Uranus, sending a sickly white-orange sphere at our heroes.

“I don’t think so,” said Daniel pulling out the Fan of the Angels, “Absorbing Winds!”

Then Daniel waved the Fan of the Angels, and a silver wind went and negated Sailor Uranus’s attack.

“What?!” said Uranus in shock.

“Surprised dork,” said Daniel, “Angelic Lightning!”

Then Daniel’s fan glowed a silver light, and a silver bolt of electricity then shot out of the fan and shocked Amara, leaving burns all over her body, and knocking her out unconscious.

“No Amara!” screamed Michelle, “You’ll pay for that!”

“Michelle NO!” screamed Lita.

“Neptune White Night Power!” said Michelle. Then Michelle got covered in an aqua-blue and sickly white light, and Michelle became Sailor Neptune.

“White Night Deep Submerge!” said Sailor Neptune, sending a sickly white and aqua-blue sphere at Daniel.

Then Daniel did a complex series of hand signs, and disappeared into rose petals.

“Where’d he go,” asked Michele.

“He’s just like Zeus,” said Chiron.

“Huh,” said Davis.

Suddenly the rose petal joined together, and passed through Sailor Neptune leaving bloody gashes all over her body.

“No!” said Serena, “Michelle, Amara! How dare you do this to them!”

Then Serena pulls out her transformation brooch, but before she could transform Daniel and Thalia put their hands into ninja hand signs and they yell out in unison, darkly, “I don’t think so!”

“Shadow Clone Jutsu!”

Just then one dozen Daniel Shadow Clones with one dozen Thalia Shadow clones appear and they bull rush Serena.

Sakura shouts out, stunned, “No way! Only Naruto and Kakashi-sensei can produce so many Shadow Clones!” Just then Daniel and his Shadow Clones ruthlessly beat Serena down to the dirt while Thalia and her Shadow clones do the same. The SOL controlled Sailor Scout have nasty cuts and bruises on their cheeks, cut lips, and her female SOL uniforms are badly torn with the exposed areas having black and blues and nasty gashes in some of them.

Hinata asks, with a cold demanding tone, “How are you able to do that?”

Thalia says, with a dark sly smile, “Well, you are talking to the twin Raikages of the Hidden Cloud Village after all.”

Sakura yells out, flabbergasted, “You’re Kages, the elite ‘Shadows’ and leaders of a ninja village!”

Sasuke says, with a dark annoyed tone, “Yeah, you banshee! You heard what they said!” Sakura winches from Sasuke’s dark nasty words.

Naruto says, with a dark sly grin, “Nice one, Sasuke!” Thalia and Daniel crack their knuckles while Darien takes Hotaru into his arms and brings them to the rest of our ‘darkened’ heroes and heroines.

Daniel says, with a dark sly smile, “Now, are you going to beat it?”

Thalia says, with a dark sly smile, “Are we going to have round two and sorry, you aren’t going to be Sailor Scouts!”

Kira says, with a dark smile, “And if any of you other dorks try anything, we’re going to make you wish that you were ever born!”

Alexis says, with a cold snarl, “Oh, yeah!”

Serena tells Alexis, with a cold serious tone, “Alexis-chan, don’t! With Hotaru-chan gone and if Sakura gets injured, we are in big trouble!”

TK says, with a dark sly tone, “Well, what is it going to be?”

Serena says, with a cold snarl, “Fine! We’re gone, but you are going to pay for it!”

Amara says, with a perplexed tone, “Kitten, what are you doing? They are going to need to pay for that!”

Serena tells Amara, with a cold serious tone, “They will! But for now, we can’t risk anything.”

Michelle says, pleading tone, “But Serena . . .!!”

Serena tells Michelle, with a cold strong tone, “Just do it, Michelle!” Michelle and Amara winch in shock and the two of them immediately rejoin the other SOL members.

Amy says, with a dark plain tone, “Wow. That white freak of Serena is more confident and commanding than the real Serena.”

Raye says, with a dark snarl, “The real Meatball Head might be quite ditz sometimes, but she is a real leader compared to that fake, Amy-chan.” As the SOL members are leaving, they are glaring coldly at our darkened heroes and heroines and they are returning those glares in kind, but doing it darkly rather than coldly.

As soon as they have left, Tea asks, perplexed, “Was that really necessary?”

Mai says, with a serious tone, “She is just a young girl.”

Atem asks, with a sigh and plain tone, “Do you think that they like it any better than we do?”

Kai says, with a plain tone, “We personally despise these tactics, but we have to do what needs to be done to stop Sartorius and his cult.”

Yugi says, with a nod, “I see. You really don’t like this, but you need to fight like this in order to win and save the universe.”

Odion says, with a plain tone, “Sometimes that hardest thing is to do what is necessary to protect all that’s good and right in the world.”

Raye says, with a low tone, “Anyway, let’s get Hotaru-chan fixed up.”

Zephyr tells Amy, with a kind tone, “I’m sure that Hotaru will be just fine now.”

Amy tells Zephyr, with a kind smile, “I know. Thank you for reassuring me.”

Zephyr says, with a kind tone, “No problem, Amy-chan.” Amy gives a slight blush when
Zephyr calls her ‘Amy-chan’. Soon after, our heroes and heroines enter the room within the Slifer Red dorm that Chazz redesigned before he was brainwashed by Sartorius.

As he enters the room, Syaoran thinks in his mind, with a strong tone, “It is hard to me just to wait like this, but I need to move when the time is right! Just hold on a bit longer, Sakura!”
