Unfortunately, his daughter's Dibison was out of commission as well. "Not to mention all that raw power. That Zoid doesn't have ANY vulnerabilities!"

His daughter, Leena, sighed. "Oh, Dad…" the situation was hopeless, and yet…

What Bit didn't yet know was that Harry had been dating Leena for the past 4 years, since before he even came back. He was thinking about it when Harry hit the brakes, to avoid one of several cars involved in a major collision, and a red Gustav. The authorities and medical services were on the scene as well. Bit, of course, recognized the Zoid immediately. He ran out of the car immediately, leaving Harry and Mike wondering what happened.

"What happened here?

Bit Cloud, I'm with the Blitz Team. Now could you tell me what happened?

Accident: the Gustav was crossing the intersection, and the black Murano collided with it. The red Murano in turn hit the black one, and the Gustav got rear-ended by the DeLorean and the Hummer. The green FireBird braked, and slammed it sideways.

Any injuries?

The occupants of the cars were slightly scratched, one dislocated shoulder, but mostly, they were really shook up.

And the Gustav?

Well, the guy was okay, hit his head, but he'll be up in a while. His ankle's busted, though. As for the girl, she's got both legs and one arm broken, her other wrist is sprained, and a major concussion on the head. They're both unconscious right now.

How long until they come to?" asked Harry, who'd exited the car, leaving Mike to guard it.

He should be coming 'round in the next few hours, Mr. Champ. As for her, I'd say about a day or two. She's in a coma, you know.

The problem is, the hospital here in Tempstown is small, and we're full. The nearest vacancy is Romeo City, and…
