Yugi: Dead Or Alive Volleyball Player?!

(Author's Notes: Ah, well it seems some people are finally getting into it! I am glad, for reviews in any story of mine is very precious to me! Also, on a lighter note, there will be some very naughtiness on the girls part to try and win the affections and heart of a certain tri-colored haired man.

Yugi: (Blushes deeply, until he's as red as a strawberry)

Darien: (Chuckles) Way to go, lover boy!

Chapter 5

The next morning around 7:00 a.m., Yugi woke up from his slumber. He moaned a bit as he turned slightly, then a small smile graced his face. He remembered last night's events; him staring at the stars, Kasumi entering the scene looking like a lovely goddess, the other goddesses (Tina, Lisa, Hitomi, and Lei Fang) coming in later on, and then dancing the night away! He had slowed dance with Kasumi, Hitomi, and also Helena! He then showed off some slick and tight moves when he fast danced with Tina, Lisa, and even Ayane! "Man, someone up there must like me or something. Only in dreams can this happen to me!", he told himself. He got up, and decided to take a small walk on the Front Deck. He changed into his regular clothes (a black t-shirt with dark blue jean shorts) and went outside. Once the sea air hit him, he inhaled deeply. The sea air was very refreshing for him, as he strolled out and walked about. When he reached the Front Deck, he saw a sight that hypnotized him. He saw Helena, Tina, and Lei Fang, dressed out in their fighting outfits and doing warm-up exercises. Helena was an expert at the Pi Qua Quan style of martial arts, which meant that she could counter moves effectively and smoothly. Lei Fang was an advanced student of T'ai Chi Quan, her moves fluid and graceful. Tina was a user of Roman-style wrestling, her moves powerful and strong. Helena was practicing her special moves, her arms and legs moving gracefully like a ballet dancer. Lei Fang was doing moving in nearly the exact same manner, but more stern and direct. Tina was doing push-ups, going on about fifty or so.

Yugi sat down on a nearby deck chair, careful not to disturb the ladies warm-ups. He watched them move and flow beautifully, entranced and hypnotized by their graceful moves and also by their discipline. He did not observe just their beautiful looks and bodies, he looked beyond that. 'These ladies are very dedicated and wonderful to their martial arts.', he thought. He then wondered, 'I wonder if they would be willing to teach me a few moves?'. A gentle, sweet voice spoke out, "Yugi? Yugi, are you okay?". He snapped out of his trance to find himself looking into the concerned face of Kasumi. He smiled and said quietly, "Um? Oh, yes Kasumi. I am fine. Just… thinking, that's all.". Kasumi smiled, then sat down next to the young man. She was wearing her blue ninja-fighting outfit, which made Yugi's face bright red. "You like to watch them, right?", she asked. He smiled a little and answered, "Yes, I do. They're fighting styles are very beautiful, yet very strong. Just like themselves.". Kasumi was mildly surprised by this answer, because she thought that Yugi was watching them just to see their physical beauty. 'Heh, what a considerate guy he is.', she thought. "I was just thinking if they would teach me some of their skills.", he told her. "Why don't you ask then?", a voice called out. Yugi and Kasumi turned to see that the three ladies stopped what they were doing and were looking at them. Helena repeated, "Why don't you ask us, Yugi? We could teach you some martial arts skills.". Yugi's eyes widened considerably. He stammered, "Y-You really mean it?!". Lei Fang grinned at the surprised man and answered, "Of course. It'll be our pleasure.".

Kasumi asked them, "Did you hear our conversation?". Tina grinned and replied, "Yep! That boy really is sweet, to say something like that about us.". Lei Fang smirked at Kasumi's surprised face and inquired, "You thought that he was staring at us just because of our looks, right?". The light embarrassed flush on her face answered that. Helena stated, "Yugi, you are really a rare man if you see beyond our physical appearance.". It was now Yugi's turn to blush bright red at the compliment. "Thank you.", he replied timidly. Just then, Hitomi appeared. She was dressed in a light gray shirt with a blue skirt. It was a school uniform for her. "Everyone! Come and see this!", she exclaimed joyfully. She quickly went up, took Yugi's hand, and yanked him up from his seat. "Hey!", Lei Fang and Kasumi exclaimed at the same time. The ladies gave chase to the two teenagers, running to the very front of the ship. When Hitomi reached where she wanted to go, she did not release her grip on Yugi. He panted a bit, out of breath from the run. He looked u at Hitomi, giving her a skeptical look. "N-Next time, a little warning would be good.", he panted out while giving off a nervous smile. Hitomi sweat dropped while giving off a nervous smile as well. "Sorry about that.", she replied. Then she pointed straight out and said, "Look over there!". Yugi looked on ahead, and he could see why Hitomi was excited. The ladies soon caught up with them, panting a bit from the run. "Hitomi! Why did you…?", Lei Fang was shouting when she saw what Yugi and Hitomi were looking at. They all looked out, and saw what they were heading for. "Is that it?", Yugi asked. He saw an island, about 30 miles in front of them. It was small, but distinct. "That's it.", another voice answered. The girls turned to their rights to see Lisa with Ayane. "That is it, ladies and gentleman. That is Zack Island.", Lisa said.

Three hours later, the boat docked at the Yacht Harbor. It was indicated on a map given to the passengers by a slender, hot-looking woman. "Please exit off the boat in an orderly manner. Thank you for riding on our ship, and we'll see you in two weeks.", a male voice over the loudspeaker announced. As the passengers, including Yugi, showed their invitations to a large male bouncer, they went ashore. After the last passenger left, the boat undocked and set sail back out onto the sea. Yugi was amazed on how big the island was. It was slightly smaller then the largest island in Hawaii, but it was cool. As they all walked on the wooden plank towards the beach, Yugi decided to go over the map. There was Niki Beach (named after Zack's girlfriend), Radio Station, Bass Island (probably named after Tina's father), Hotel, Zack Statue, Accessory Shop, Private Beach (Zack's own private beach), Zack of All Trades, Sports Shop, Poolside, and the Jungle. Yugi looked up to see that the island's center was mostly jungle. Lush plant life was everywhere; beautiful flowers of ever color bloomed in their full radiance, the trees in a deep emerald color, and vines hanging off the limbs beautifully. A volcano was situated in the very center of the island, but it seemed inactive. The temperature was warm and pleasant, the sand on the beaches white as ever, and the sea clear as glass. The island truly seem like a tropical paradise. "This is a weird place to hold the DOA tournament.", Lisa commented. Tina added, "Sure is. I wonder why Zack would want to host it here?". Kasumi looked around, swinging her head from side to side. "Strange. I don't see any of the other DOA participants here.", she said. Yugi asked, "What do you mean?". She answered, "I mean, none of the male participants are here.". Tina exclaimed, "That's can't be?! I mean, Zack must have invited all of the DOA fighters, right!?". Ayane glared mildly at the large golden Zack statue in front of the large hotel and muttered, "I'm starting to question on wither or not Zack is even throwing a tournament here.". Yugi heard her, and seemed to agree with her.

Soon, everyone was at the hotel. They were waiting near the entrance, on request of a worker. The girls and Yugi started to admire the scenery. A beautiful garden was set up near the hotel, which itself was gigantic! It was about 90 stories high, which meant that it could hold about 200,000 guests! On top was a sign that said, Zack's Palace. The hotel's color was a regular orange, with some gold lining on the window sills and also white marble pillars too. "This place is too fantastic!", Yugi exclaimed as he saw the paradise he was in. Kasumi smiled slightly and replied, "I agree with you. This place has a beauty unmatched by anything I have ever seen.". Ayane went towards the two, Yugi now sandwiched between two half-sisters who loathed one another. She stated, "Perhaps. But, I'm still wondering on why Zack would want to hold the tournament here.". Lei Fang and Hitomi went to them and Lei Fang inquired, "Matter of fact, where is Zack anyway?". As if she was answered, a car horn honked behind them. They all turned around to see that a white Cadillac was rolling their way. They parted to let it through. On the wheel was a male chauffeur, a bit round and probably into his mid-30's. He was wearing the usual chauffeur uniform. In the back seat was a black man, wearing a burned white tuxedo with no sleeves. 'It looks like he had an accident with a rocket, or something.', Yugi thought. His skin was light black, bordering on gray. He had dark white short hair, rippling muscles, and also a six-pack. He was about 6'2", give or take an inch. He wore dark sunglasses, which obscured his eyes completely. The car parked to a stop a foot away from the entrance to the hotel, and the passenger leapt out of his seat. He exclaimed, "Hey, ladies! Welcome to my island!". It was clear that man was Zack!

Zack went over to the group and said, "Welcome, lovely ladies to my island paradise!". He didn't see Yugi, who was behind Tina and Kasumi. "Zack, why did you choose this place as the spot for the DOA tournament?", Tina asked. Everyone wanted to know the same thing. Zack started to chuckle, then started to laugh hard. "What's so funny?!", Lei Fang demanded. Zack tried to stop laughing for a moment and replied, "Because girls… there is no tournament being held here!". That got everyone's attention good. Christie walked straight up to Zack and demanded, "What do you mean, Zack?!". Zack calmed down some and explained everything; how the island came to be his, how he got here (which is pretty funny. You have to play the game to find out.), and also his trick. "There was never a tournament to began with! I just made it up, so you girls could come here! I invited only you ladies here, not the other losers!", he finished up. It was now clear; Zack only wanted the ladies for himself! He had this planned the whole time! The ladies were clearly upset, knowing that the boat would not return in two weeks. They all soon glared death upon Zack, who did not seem intimidated it the least. "Well, you girls can still have a good time here. I arranged some volleyball courts on the beaches and in the jungle, and prize money to the winners. You can buy stuff here on the island; swimsuits, bikinis, accessories, anything!", he said. This softened them up a little, but not by much. "This is a pretty low and sneaky plan for you, Zack!", a voice called out. Zack looked at the group, and was wondering on who owned the voice. "Who's there?! Show yourself!", he declared. Out from behind Tina and Kasumi emerged Yugi! "Who the heck are you, kid?!", Zack demanded.

Yugi said, "My name is Yugi, and I have got to say Zack… this was a pretty shallow and low plan.". Zack was amazed that this kid had the guts to say that to him. He glared at Yugi and stated, "Hey, kid! I got rules here on this island, and that is that no one is supposed to be here without an invitation! So…". He walked towards Yugi, ready to haul him off the island. 'No way this kid is going to ruin my chances with these beautiful babes here!', he thought. He was only ten feet away from Yugi, when his friends protected him. They were Kasumi, Tina, Lisa, Lei Fang, Hitomi, Helena, and even Ayane! "Stay away from him, Zack!", Kasumi stated boldly. She wrapped her arms around Yugi, and brought him into a powerful hug. He was now smothered in her chest, and he could have died happy there. Zack was surprised that these girls would protect this boy here. "Stand aside, Kasumi! Yugi-boy here doesn't have an invitation, so he gots to go!", the black fighter stated. Helena held up her hand to him and said, "It so happens this handsome, young gentleman here happens to have an invitation.". Yugi reached into his left jean pocket and pulled out the invitation. "Tsunami Sakura gave me hers, and she's Kasumi's cousin.", the young man explained. Zack growled slightly in aggravation. Now that Yugi showed his invitation, that meant he was allowed on the island. He straightened up, and smoothed out his clothes and hair. "Okay, little man. You can stay here, but don't try anything funny!", the fighter stated coldly. He then turned around and walked to the hotel. Yugi thanked his friends for the help, because he knew he wouldn't last a minute against Zack. "No problem, cutie.", Hitomi said. Yugi blushed slightly at that. He then stated, "Come on, everyone. Let's take our stuff inside and make ourselves at home.". Picking up his luggage, Yugi lead everyone into the gigantic building that was going to be their new place for two weeks.

Yugi and Co. found out that they were going to be staying at the very top of the building, in the super-deluxe suites. They had their very own rooms, of course. When Yugi entered his room, he found out that it was far more larger then his own living room! In fact, the room seemed to be fit for royalty! And it was all his! "Wow! I'll say this about Zack. He sure has good taste in luxury.", he said to himself. He laid his suitcase on the bed, and started to unpack. 'Good thing I packed a lot of swim trunks here.', he thought. Twenty-five minutes later, he was set. He was sitting on the bed, watching the ceiling fan turn and hit him with some cool air, when a knock sounded off. "Hmm. Wonder who it is?", he asked himself. He got up, walked over, and opened the door. "Hello…", he started to say, when the sight he saw took his breath away. In front of him were Kasumi and Lei Fang. Kasumi was wearing a hot pink two-piece bikini, which made her look luscious and beautiful. Her hair was let down full, not in a ponytail. Lei Fang was wearing an orange two-piece bikini, showing a lot of cleavage and skin. She was just so hot and sexy, that it was nearly too much to handle! Her hair was now in a long ponytail, not in her usual two braids. Yugi was blushing so red, and steam came out from his collar when he pulled at it. The two giggled at this and Lei Fang asked, "We were going to the Poolside to cool off for awhile. You want to come?". Yugi said nothing; he closed the door, got dressed quickly in some blue swim trunks, and came right back out. The amazing thing was that he had gotten unchanged and into his swim trunks in less then ten seconds! "Yeah! I would love too!", he exclaimed excitedly. The two girls smiled, and gave Yugi a kiss on the cheek. Lei Fang hooked her arm on Yugi's right side, and Kasumi on his left. Both walked towards the elevator, Yugi feeling like the luckiest man in the world.

High in the Presidential suite, Zack was just fuming mad. Heck, he would make a terrible bull in a Spanish fight seem tame! "This is just not fair!! I planned all of this so I could be alone with them, and that Yugi kid shows up!!", he exclaimed angrily. Slowly, he calmed down some. Quickly, a plan came to mind. "Hmm. Yes. Yes, that should work out nicely.", he said to himself evilly. He said, "Yugi would want to leave here, if he had some… unfortunate accidents.". He then started to chuckle, which soon scaled to a full, evil laugh that echoed throughout his room. What was the trickster planning? Who knew.

~Back in Domino~

Yami and the others were at the Arcade, trying so hard to come up with a plan to bring Yugi back to Domino. "What if we just call this Zack guy, and ask him to bring Yugi back?", Tristen suggested. Yami glared slightly at the young teenager and stated, "I already tried that. That Zack uses a private phone line, and I can't access it. Seto might have some luck, but he refuses to help us out.". Tea suggested, "Why don't you just teleport yourself and us to that island?". Yami looked at her and inquired, "And if we're caught, how can we explain on how we got there with no boat? Not to mention having no invitation?". Tea's idea was quickly dropped. Joey exclaimed, "I got it!". The group (Yami, Duke, Mai, Serenity, Tea, and Tristen) looked at the blonde. "We go into Seto's file, look for that island, and then when we do, we rent a boat of some kind and go over there.", he told them in a quiet voice. It was so no one would hear them, and make them suspect that something was up. Duke, who had been informed of the situation said, "Leave the first part to me. I can access Seto's business files easily, so the first part is already considered done!". He gave off his confident smirk, which showed he could do the job. Mai smirked as well and said, "This could actually work.". Joey gave off a goofy grin and exclaimed, "Of course it will work!".

The group then started to plan out on how they were going to pull it off. It would cost a lot of money, so they decided to pitch in and gather enough of it as they could. Duke stated that they would take one of his private boats to go to Zack's Island. Yami was very pleased on how the plan was coming together. 'Soon, you little brat! You will come back to Domino, and be punished severely for pulling this stunt here!', he thought evilly. Little did they know, but someone was spying on them. It was a young woman, sitting at a nearby table. She was dressed as a common kid, but there was something more to her. Her sunglasses were actually video recorders, which sent live feed to wherever it had the hookups. A microphone was attached to her ear, which allowed her to hear it all. The feed was going directly to Seto and Mokuba Kaiba, who were watching the whole scene unfold! In his office, Seto was disgusted that Yami was willing to pull off such a plan just to get Yugi back. "Mokuba, let's play around with them for awhile.", he suggested to his little brother. Mokuba knew on where Seto was going with this, and both gave each other a playful, evil grin. The little executive started to plan out on what they were going to do. "Sorry, Yami. But I can't allow you to ruin this little vacation of Yugi's.", he stated coolly. It looks like things will heat up from here on in!
