What was once considered a simple card game will change the fate of four teens.

Deep in a cavern, a dark figure chants a spell long sense forgotten. Stone columns surround a stone circle in the very center of the cavern. A black vortex of energy appears in the center of the circle and the dark figure points a staff at it. The black crystal at the tip of the staff fires black thunder into the vortex and the vortex begins to spin. The vortex explodes and four people are left in the center of the circle. Obviously dazed and confused, the dark figure backs into the surrounding shadows and allows them to get their bearings.

Changed into the forms of the favorite cards, they must travel in a world, that only a few days ago was a game.

"You're the Dark Sage!"

The sage bowed, "Yes I am. My name is Simon! I have summoned you here to help save this world from a terrible evil."

Matt steps up to Simon, "I thought that you were part of a card game."

Simon down cross-legged, but floated a foot above the ground, "In your world, our world is a simple card game, but here, it is very real. The monster you have seen in the cards, all exist here."

Unfortunately for them, another was summoned to stop them.

Far from the cavern were the four of them were called, a single person stands in a similar circle while a guy in white robes tells him what he needs to know. He hands him three cards, "Take these spell cards! They will help you on your journey." The guy in the white robes steps back, "I have given you everything you'll need. The rest is up to you. Find them and make sure they don't have a chance to complete their plans. Your are The Dark Duelist! Never forget that!"

The four must journey across the strange new world and encounter new faces and old ones.

"The Dark Magician!"

The man chuckled, "Actually I am the Dark Magician #2, but my name is Arkana!"

There only hope is to find the pharaoh and defeat the evil one before they are captured and destroyed.

A dark robed figure stood on the dirt path that they had been walking. The robes followed in the wind. Zane aimed his rod at him, "Your The Dark Duelist!" The figure nodded.

Rick drew both of his katana and rushed him, "Lets see what you got!" He swung both blades, "Double Strike!" Both blades hit the ground. The Dark Duelist had sidestepped the attack. Rick jumped back; he hadn't seen him move, "What the hell?"

Angela stepped forward and stood in front of Rick, "Why are you hunting us? We haven't done anything to you."

A soft chuckle sounded from beneath the dark hood, "It is my destiny!"
