----------------------------------------------------------------- -------------Jounouchi Katsuya is tapping his foot on the floor waiting impatiently for the bell to ring he could not wait to get out of this class and school, he had been waiting for this opportunity all his life to get out of boring old high school, and enjoy his life and make something out of himself.
Mrs. Moresby looked at jou through his moon shaped spectacles, in annoyance.
“Mr. Katsuya” he said in a calm tone
Silence.
“Mr. katsuya listen to me!”
Silence, and more tapping.
“Jounouchi John Katsuya!! Stop that inane tapping!” Mr. Moresby yelled, causing jou to look at piercing red orbs.
“Huh? What were you saying...?” he seemed so lost
The teacher slapped his forehead, in annoyance and glared at Jou, while the class was roaring with laughter.
“Mr. Katsuya, I don't care if it's the last day of school, I will give you detention if you don't pay attention”
Jou nodded his head in apology and trained his two-tracked mind to the teacher.

The gang met at a huge cherry blossom tree, it rather became “their” spot. They decided to meet right after their last classes.
They each spread out their yearbooks, and decided that every one should sign it first before any other person.
Jou opened the double doors to the cafeteria and the place was so crowded, it was full of people signing other people's yearbooks and hugging good-bye and crying.
Jou got many more signatures in and decided to rest for a while, before he went yearbook signing hunting again.
----------------------------------------------------------------- --------------
When he sat down, he had a moment of nostalgia, from when he met Yugi until the end of this school year, but shook his head and decided not to think about this sort of stuff, not right now.
----------------------------------------------------------------- --------------
Seto Kaiba was not a happy person when his limo driver did not come on time, so here he sat on one of the filthy benches in the schoolyard waiting for James, his driver.
Many people tried their absolute hardest to get him to sign their yearbook, but Kaiba being the most egotistic and snobby person he is apparently shoved them away. He thought it was useless signing yearbooks: the only thing you do is get people to sign your yearbook, keep it until it gets musty and dirty in an old bookshelf, at least that is Kaiba's theory...
He was apparently shocked to the core when one person he thought would not ever notice him came up to him, and asked him to sign his yearbook, and he happily complied.
----------------------------------------------------------------- --------------
Jou's POV
I was totally daring myself to do this shit, I didn't know what got into me...I guess I just did it, because I needed one more signature in my Guinness world book of signing, considering the whole school signed it...I just needed one more, rare signature to make my collection complete, and got what I want.
----------------------------------------------------------------- --------------
Jou tapped Tristan on the shoulder, when he was talking to a blonde bimbo.
“Hey man do you think I should ask Kaiba to sign my yearbook?”
Tristan wasn't listening “look man, I am working my mojo on this wet pussy, do whatever the fuck you want just leave me the fuck alone, I'm kinda busy...”
Jou sighed and just walked outside to get fresh air.
----------------------------------------------------------------- --------------
He leaned on the school gate, and puffed out a smoke, from his mouth. He crushed the butt of the cigarette on the ground, and lit another.
“You know that's bad for your lungs?..you might get lung cancer”
“Buzz off, Kaiba”
“Whatever wheeler, I tried to make conversation...but you're not co-operating, now let's get this truce over with”
Jou turned his head towards Kaiba, cigarette hanging from his lips confused “Truce?”
Kaiba looked at him, as if Jou had finally lost what little brain cell he had
“Yeah, mutt I don't have time for this Yugi told me that you said that we should have a truce”
“When did I say that?!” Jou looked at the side of the cafeteria and saw Yugi waving his hands, and supposedly giving him thumbs up.
Jou sighed loudly, and sat down Indian style, head bowed, his messy blond hair about...
He thought about this for a few good minutes.
He rose up his head, and saw Kaiba glaring at him impatiently.
“Fine”
They shook on it, and Jou smiled at Kaiba, surprisingly he smiled back.
“You look good when you smile” jou complimented
Kaiba turned away in embarrassment.
“This doesn't mean were friends or anything we just promise not to call each other names anymore” Kaiba stated voice cold and emotionless
Jou's smile dropped “fine, but can you do one more thing before you go...can you sign my yearbook?”
Kaiba took his pen and scribbled his name on the white front cover, because there was no space at the back
He waved a little and left Jou standing there, his hair swaying in the wind, jaw dropped in shock.
