Ecstasy

The Panasonic Princess

Chapter five:

Leave (Get Out)

*~*

I wanted you right here with me

But I have no choice, you gotta leave

Because my heart is breakin'

With every word I'm sayin'

Well, I gave up everything I had

For something that just wouldn't last

But I refuse to cry

No tears will fall from these eyes…

*~*

The night was chilly as Yami stalked down the streets of Domino City, clutching his coat around him. Anger and betrayal coursed through his body. Never had he felt so alone.

I can't believe him! he thought, tears prickling at the corners of his eyes, threatening to fall and announce to the world his weakness, How could he do this to me? After all I've done for him…

He knew he was overreacting. He knew there was probably a very good explanation for all of this. He knew Bakura probably didn't do anything wrong.

But all that knowing was pushed aside by reckless anger.

He shook violently as a bead of salty liquid escaped his eye. This was affecting him too much. He had to get home, go to sleep, forget…

"Yami?"

He looked up to see a silver Corvette inching beside him. He smiled weakly at the driver.

"Hey," he answered. The teen behind the wheel frowned.

"You okay?" he asked, "You look like shit. Need a ride?"

Yami nodded.

"Then get in." Yami did so, buckling in. "Where to?"

The royal spirit looked at him gravely.

"Anywhere but here."

And they sped off.

Yugi crossed his arms over his chest worriedly as he stood by the table previously occupied by his friends, watching the door he and Marik had just come out of. He saw Bakura going in there, and he wanted to make sure Yami was okay. He'd go over and check himself, but…

"I can't believe him!" Marik, beside him, was ranting, "Making a pass at you like that! Like you're some common whore he can pick up on the street! If I hadn't been there, watching the whole thing, he probably would've raped you!"

"Marik, calm down," the smaller teenager pleaded, "Yami wouldn't have done that. You know he wouldn't have. I'm worried. Bakura's been there with him for a long time. I'm afraid I hurt him!"

With a growl, Marik spun him around to look him in the face.

"Are you saying that you regret turning him down?" he asked, his grip on his lover's shoulder's painfully tight. Yugi glared at him.

"Let go of me," he growled back, the sheer venom in his voice making the yami release him and step back, "If I regretted anything, don't you think I would've gone back to him by now? You need to chill out." His voice softened suddenly, "I love you. Why would I ever want to give that up?"

Marik sighed.

"You know, I think I'm being a bad influence on you," he replied with a slight smile, "But I'm sorry. I shouldn't have doubted you."

"I don't think this is the last of our problems."

Marik blinked at him as he teen spoke. Yugi frowned as he watched Bakura come through the door alone, scanning the crowd.

"What makes you say that?"

Bakura spotted them, and began to rush over.

"Yami never gives up," Yugi said simply, "You should know that by now."

Marik nodded.

"Yami's gone," Bakura gasped when he reached them.

"What?" the smaller duelist snapped, "What do you mean, 'gone'?"

"Gone! As in I can't find him!" Bakura cried, "He ran out, and I went after him, but he got into a car, and I couldn't get to him in time."

"A car?" Yugi repeated, "What kind of car?"

"A silver one. Corvette, I think."

Yugi's eyes widened, and he gasped.

"We have to find him. Now."

He ran for the exit, leaving two bewildered yamis to rush after him.

Yami's eyes narrowed as the car stopped in front of the game shop.

"Not here," he declared, "Your place."

The emerald-eyed teen nodded, grinning.

"My place it is, then."

Yami knew it was wrong. He knew he was betraying his lover more than Bakura had betrayed him, but… he needed to get this off his mind. He needed release.

And release was just what he planned to get tonight, as the car sped off again.

Yugi flung Marik's car door open, rushing for the front door of the game shop. He ran through the house, yelling his yami's name, hoping that he'd find the crimson-eyed spirit.

"What on earth are you shouting about?" came his grandfather's voice from the stairs, "You may have the energy to go out and party all night, but old men need their rest!"

Yugi rushed to the stairwell.

"Grandpa, have you seen Yami?" he asked.

"No, but…"

"But what?" Yugi urged,

"I thought I saw a Corvette stop outside just fifteen minutes ago. They stopped for a few moments, then drove off. I think Yami was with him."

"Thanks, Grandpa."

He ran back outside, pulling along his lover and Bakura, who were just starting to come in.

"Yugi, what's going on?"

Yami moaned against the pliant lips worked against his own. His fingers were locked in obsidian hair, his body pressed against this thin, supple one. He hadn't had this in ages. He hadn't had him in ages.

He cried aloud as those lips moved to his neck and sucked on the delicate skin there, marking him. A shadow of guilt materialized in the spirit's chest as he remembered how Bakura had marked him there, but it faded quickly as a hand dipped beneath his waistband.

"Yes," he hissed, "Otogi… don't stop…"

Not many people knew that Yami and Otogi were once an item. Even Bakura was left in the dark. Yugi had known. He'd always known.

Yami wasn't a person to think about consequences when he was angry. That was how he and Otogi got together in the first place.

At first, it was just sex. That was all they got together to do. Then, it slowly became… more. Yugi remembered the day well. Yami got home from Otogi's giddy and happy. Otogi had finally asked him out.

But it was hopeless for them. Yami wasn't in love with him. They broke up soon before Yami got together with Bakura. Otogi was crushed.

Then it got creepy.

The phone calls from the Otogi residence became numerous. Yugi would usually be the one to pick up. Otogi was always on the other end of the line, promising that he would do anything to get Yami back.

Tonight was a coincidence, but it was the opportunity the black-haired teen needed.

Yami was upset and hurt. He would seek comfort. Even if that comfort came in the arms of an old lover… and at the cost of his relationship with the person he really loved.

Yugi needed to do anything he could to stop that from happening.

Marik floored it as this information was related to him (via a mindlink created by the Millennium Rod, as not to alarm Bakura).

It would all be in vain if they were too late.

Yami panted heavily underneath the pale, lean body of his ex, crying out as he was pounded into hard and fast.

(hot)

His fingernails dug into Otogi's back as the thrusts got even harder, and it was all he could do not to scream aloud.

(overwhelming)

"God, so tight…" he was hissing in the spirit's ear, gripping his hips almost painfully, trying to get even closer.

"Harder… fuck me hard…"

(hard deep fast)

Then it was over.

The guilt sunk in as Otogi lay half-asleep beside him.

Oh, Bakura… what have I done?

They were in front of Otogi's apartment in minutes, and Yugi once again flung the car door open, running for the building. This time, Bakura and Marik were right beside him. They all stopped in front of the apartment door together.

"Bakura…" Yugi muttered as his hand hesitated before the door, "Maybe you should stay in the car…" He knocked loudly.

"Why?" Bakura asked, frowning. Yugi looked at the ground sheepishly. "What aren't you telling me?"

The small teen didn't answer, even amidst a torrent of questions from the albino yami. After a few moments, the door finally opened.

"Where is he?" was all Yugi asked. Otogi glared at him.

"I don't know what you're talking about."

He made to close the door, but Marik's hand stopped him.

"We have the decency to come pay you a visit, and you won't even invite us in?" the blonde asked.

"What do you want?" the raven-haired teenager shot back, still not opening the door for them.

"Yami left with you. He got into a car with you, and you drove off," Yugi snapped, "Where is he? I know he wouldn't go home, and I know you want him back. Tell me where he is."

"Want him back?" Bakura repeated, "What-"

"Maybe you should keep a better eye on him, then," Otogi interrupted, "I dropped him off somewhere. I can't remember where."

But it was useless. Yugi pushed his way through and ran inside.

"Hey, what are you doing?!"

Yugi ignored him, calling for his yami. Said spirit poked his head out of one of the doors. He seemed to be getting dressed.

"Otogi, what on earth is-"

"Yami?"

It was Bakura who spoke, a horrified expression on his face. Yami paled.

"Bakura…"

"You slept with him, didn't you?" Bakura hissed, "You bitch 'cause I didn't tell you what I knew, and then you go out and cheat on me?"

"Bakura, I never meant for it to happen. He was just there…"

Bakura's eyes flashed dangerously.

"Well, he can be there for you from now on," he spat, "I'm gone."

"Bakura, no!"

But the pharaoh's (ex)lover just turned and walked away.

::hides from Otogi fangirls::

Sorry if it's rushed. I'm trying out a new once-a-week updating thing (note to mediaminer readers: I wrote this on yugioh_slash, a yahoo! group) which will probably backfire on me when school starts (I'm a senior! Finally!). Hope y'all will be there for me when I turn 18! I'll be legally able to write everything I've been writing since I was 15! ^.^

Next time: Eh… haven't written it yet. You'll just have to be surprised.
