*~*~*~*~*~*~

Dartz walked into his royal chambers dressed in his crisp white gown and sparkling jewelry. He walked with an elegant grace as he approached his thrown before slowly setting down in it. He snapped his fingers and quickly three slaves appeared, each taking their rightful place at his side.

The tall, slender slave with platinum blonde hair dressed in a translucent skirt with a white mini underneath it, sat obediently at Dartz's left side with his eyes cast down at the floor. The pale white haired slave dressed in a light blue skirt with golden bracelets decorating his ankles and wrists kneeled with his long hair obscuring his face on Dartz's right. The smallest slave lay at Dartz's feet dressed only in a purple skirt with a golden chocker around his neck symbolizing he belonged to the pale slave.

The slaves slowly kissed Dartz's hands and feet as they had been taught to do when he became emperor. The tan slaved kissed Dartz's left hand while the pale kissed his right and the smallest one kissed his feet. Then they began to massage the appendages making sure their master was well served.

Yugi, necesito su magia.” Dartz looked down at the slave who was gentle massaging his right calf. The other two slaves pretended not to hear as they continued with their duties. Yugi nodded fearfully as he waited for his master to continue. Not looking up from his task he listened carefully. “Su magia es muy importante, Yugi. La necesito asegurar mi victoria sobre los egipcios. Quisiera que usted se cerciorara de que el más joven de los hermanos reales vea visiones horribles de su pasado y de algunas memorias falsas también. Utilice su mente que altera energías contra él.” (1)

Sí, Mi Amo. Seguiré sus comandos.” Yugi replied bowing his head to Dartz's feet slowly before returning to his duties. (2)

Dartz turned his attention to the pale slave massaging his right arm and hand slightly making sure to relieve all the strain from the muscles. “Ryou..” He hummed under his breath causing the slave to turn his head slightly causing his long white hair to fall from behind his ear leaving only his strands in his face. Ryou began to message harder believeing his wasn't pleasing his master enough. “Malik...” He said to the tanned slave on his neck causing him to do that same.

Tengo un trabajo importante para los dos de usted. Le necesito dos trampear al príncipe joven en confiarle en y permitirle en Egipto y después machacarlos con sus monstruos. ¿Comprenda?” Dartz asked not looking at either slave but listening to their weak and submisive responces. (3)

Sí, Mi Amo. Seguiré sus comandos.” They echoed each other and Dartz's pet their heads.

“Good. I'll have Mai send you out then. Yugi manipulate the younger brother so that he'll find the three of you in the desert. I will miss you my pets.” He said silently as he stood again just as Akiefa and Namu walked into the room dressed in Atlantian clothes baring the Seal of Orichalcos on their chests.
“You called for us, Emperor. What did your holiness need?” Akeifa asked as he and Namu bowed at the waist.

“Take my slaves down to see Mai. She needs to send them to meet the Pharaohs and his party in the desert.”

“Yes sir.” Akeifa said as he took Yugi and Ryou by the hand and lead them away as Namu took Malik.

Six horses ran across the open desert plain underneath the golden sun. At the lead was a white horse decorated in gold head dress and leather saddle. Beside that horse to either side were two matching brown horses each with a white star on their forehead and a large white spot on the other's opposite side. A little off to the right of those three horses rode the second group of three, two jet black horses with crimson eyes and black hoofs and between them a smaller white horse with gold trim and a leather saddle.

The horses thundered down the sand hills and up the next hurrying along the Nile River. The two groups seemed to remain close but equally far away from each other as they road. The horses had just begun to gain some speed when Yami fell off his horse loosing consciousness in the afternoon heat.

“Shit!” Kurah and Marik yelled causing the other three horse men to look back.

Marik raced after Atemu's horse trying to stop it from dragging Yami any farther in the dirt. When he reached it he grabbed the rains and balanced its head in his chest allowing it to calm down while Kurah managed to cut Yami from the saddle. Yami didn't respond when Kurah took him into his arms.

“What a place for a vision.” Kurah said under his breath as Atemu jumped down from his horse and took his brother from Kurah's arms. Yami's body shock as he cried from his vision.

“What is he seeing?” Atemu asked his cousins angrily as his brother showed signs of being in pain. Seto and Seth looked at each other for a moment before leaning down by their cousin and placing a pouch of water to his lips. Slowly they opened Yami's mouth and set his head back to swallow and poured a bet of the cool liquid down his throat. Yami began to fight with them and whimper begging for them to stop. Seto and Seth rose eye brows at their cousin's behavior.

“¡Baje! ¡Por favor! ¡Mama! ¡Papá! ¡Noah! ¡Por favor!” Yami screamed as he fought against his brother. “¡El hermano, no me deja solo! ¡Vuelto! ¡No sé donde están! ¡Déjeme por favor ir! ¡Ningún dolor! ¡Por favor ningún dolor! Yami screamed at the top of his lungs. Kurah and Marik had to restrain him so he didn't hit Atemu in his face. (4)

Yami began to shake fiercely kicking and screaming fighting against Kurah and Marik's hold, crying out in that strange language. Slowly Yami began to calm down until he shut his eyes and blinked a few times slowly and looked around into that concerned faces around him. He slowly picked himself up out of the sand and shook it away. He looked around again before getting to his feet.

“We need to go to the east.” He said getting back onto his horse. “Hurry! I get the feeling something horrible has happened in that direction.” He kicked his horse and took off in that direction.

“You didn't feel that did you?” Kurah asked looking behind him slowly getting the feeling someone was watching him.

Malik turned back and looked at the empty desert before shrugging and taking off after Yami. The twins and Atemu looked at him before taking off. Kurah shook his head and kicked his horse lightly in the sides racing to catch up with Yami and Marik.

Marik and Kurah turned over the dune first stopping their horses in an instant and signaling for the others to stop. They looked down the dune as they slowly backed their horses out of it.

“Gods,” Kurah said turning away from the sight. It was a village set ablaze in the middle of the desert. Something about the flames smoldering over the dead bodies caused him to shake uncontrollably. He lover and saw Marik had the same ghostly look. “Marik, this isn't then. Don't panic.” He said silently as they watched the last few bandits heading over the opposite dune.

“Let's go see if anyone is alive.” Atemu said being his usual caring self.

“Not you, your highness must stay out of danger. You and Yami…” Seto started before he heard Marik and Kurah's horses give distressed neighs.

“I don't think Yami wants to hear your speech. He's already gone.” Kurah said with a slight chuckle. “We'll get him.” He said as he slowly nudged his horse forward towards the burning village after the galloping white horse. “Come on, Marik. Don't tell me you and Night Stalker is scared.”

“No we're not. Come on Night Stalker.” He said and his horse moved slowly down the dune after Kurah.

Once at the bottom of the dune and inside the city they began looking around the village noticing Yami had left his horse unattended tied to the remains of a home. Kurah stayed very close to Marik as they wondered on foot through the village hoping to find Yami. They heard what sounded like crying and then screaming. They ran in that direction.

Behind the remains of a small home sat three boys huddled together wearing nothing but rags covered in dirt, two of them in dried blood. They cowered together the two larger ones covering the smaller one with their bodies from Yami. They were afraid of him. Afraid he would hurt them probably.

No nos mate por favor. Por favor." The pale one said as he covered he smaller one more with his body ready to take a hard blow. (5)

“Por favor.” The tanned one cried covering the pale one slightly. All three hair their faces covered in tears as they cowered before him.

Yami said nothing he only looked at them. He stared more intently at the one they covered the smallest one.

“Get up!” He shouted and they slowly stood still making an effort to cover each other. “Kurah, Marik. Go get Seto. Tell him we need a healer.”

Marik took off quickly towards his horse and road to the top of the dune signaling for them to come down.

When they got to the bottom of the hill they found Kurah and Yami comforting the three survivors of the fire and savage slaughtering of the village people. All there had passed out after having their injuries healed. The group decided to camp out just outside of the village for the night.
