Chapter two: Take me away

Seto sighed and snuggled deeper into his bed. He couldn't remember sleeping so well for years and the dreams had been so hot that they caused him to blush even now. As the azure-eyed CEO became more conscious, Seto felt a pair of arms holding him tightly. Maybe they hadn't been just dreams after all. Not daring to open his eyes for fear that his sense of comfort would disappear, Seto drew the person closer to him and breathed in the sent of sandalwood. Feeling himself grow hard, Seto began planting kisses along the neck of the one in his arms and was rewarded with small, sleepy moans. Finally, Seto's lips met with another soft pair. He flicked his tongue out to caress what turned out to be a slightly full bottom lip. A loud breathy moan filled the room and the body next to Seto stretched out to its full length. Seto swiftly rolled on top of the other person, rested his weight on his elbows, and dominated the others mouth ruthlessly. The taste was an intoxicating mixture of cinnamon and vanilla. Seto ground his erection onto the others hips and felt...an erection?! Seto's eyes snapped open to clash with a honey gaze.

"AHHH!!" Both teens screamed leaping apart, which ended with Jou sprawled on the floor and Seto clutching at his ribs in agony.

"Shit Kaiba, what the fuck are you playin' at?"

"What did you do to me mutt?!" Came the snapped reply.

"Me? Do to you? Oh, I didn't do anything other than save your ass. I warned you not to wander around with a hand as busted as yours. Yet you ignored me and got your butt kicked by two guys. Who came to your rescue? Me, that's who. Got a sprained ankle and a black eye for my trouble too. Then, I wake up this morning to find myself being molested by you." Jou tried to stand up but let out a pained yelp as he put weight on his sore ankle. Slowly, the blonde hopped over to the bed. Looking down, Jou saw that Kaiba's eyes were shut and the brunette was sweating and obviously shaking.

"Aww crap. Come on Kaiba, lie down and I'll getcha a drink of water." Slowly Jou helped the pained teen lie down and hobbled to the door but was stopped.

"If you tell anyone about this mutt, I'll hunt you down and kill you in the most inventive way I can think of. And we both know I've got a great imagination."

"Typical Kaiba, you're in insane amounts of pain yet you still feel up to giving out threats." With that Jou left the room.

I cannot find a way to describe it
It's there inside; all I do is hide

Limping out of the room, Jou almost literally ran into Mokuba.

"Hey Jou, you leaving for your house now?"

"In a minute kid, I'm gonna get your bro a drink of water first. He jolted himself this morning and is in a bit of pain. He shouldn't go to school today."

"Ok Jou, but if Seto really wants to go to school, nothing I do will stop him." Mokuba grinned up at the blonde boy.

"Who knows, maybe the pain will." Jou grinned back at the smaller boy and began the painful journey along the hall, groaning at the thought of all of those stairs.

"Jou, what's wrong?"

"Ah, I think that I've just sprained my ankle slightly and you've got all them stairs."

"We can use the elevator if you want." Jou blinked, Kaiba had a freakin' elevator in his house.

"Just to ask, how come we didn't use it last night when I arrived with your bro?"

"Oh yeah, urm.. well I kind of panicked. Sorry."

"S'ok kid. Yeah lets use the elevator then." Mokuba turned and went to the opposite end of the hall from the stairs. Jumping up Mokuba tapped the left corner of a dull picture of fruit. The picture slipped back into the wall and down letting a metallic panel with buttons on it came forward. Hitting the central button made two parts of the wall slide apart to reveal an elevator. Stepping in, with Jounouchi following stiffly, Mokuba called out.

"Hey Techlo."

"Hello Mokuba, I detect an unfamiliar presence."

"Oh, this is Katsuya Jounouchi."

"Ah, `puppy dog'." As Mokuba collapsed laughing, Jou sweat dropped and yelled.

"Even the lift does the dog jokes!"

"I'm sorry Katsuya, that is what Mr. Kaiba calls you when he speaks of you. I thought it was a general thing."

"S'ok, and it's Jou `cause I hate being called by my first name." Jou tried not to dwell on the fact that Kaiba had called him a puppy, which seemed sweet, unlike `mutt.'

"Techlo, can we go to the kitchen please?"

"Of course Mokuba." Soon they were in the kitchen and Jou looked around confused.

"Urm… `Kuba where do you keep your cups?"

"Third cupboard from the door on the left. Oh, and if you're giving him water use the Mountain Dew. Listen Jou, I think you ought to stay here today. There's so many steps at school, you'd never manage. Keep your feet up; I'll ring your father and tell him."

"Cheers for the offer Mokuba, but I really should to go to school. Also, no offense or anything, but if I stayed in the same place as your brother for a day, I'd kill him."

"But Seto's the reason I want you to stay. I'm afraid that if he stays on his own he'll do something and hurt himself." Mokuba put on the puppy dog eyes.

"But Mokuba…" <Don't look into the eyes!> "You know it's not a good idea." < Don't look at the eyes, don't look at the eyes!> "Seriously!" <Don't look at the…damn, looked at the eyes.> Jou found himself pulled in by the sad blue-gray eyes. "Ok, ok. I'll stay."

"Thank you so much!" Mokuba bounced up. "I'm going to go ring your father then I better be off to school." Jou groaned and hit his head on the fridge door. <What have I done?>

All the pain I thought I knew
All my thoughts lead back to you

Not wanting to dwell on it too much, Jou quickly finished getting the water. He briefly considered asking Mokuba for some heavy sleeping pills to knock the arrogant CEO out for the day. Slowly, he entered the elevator again.

"Hey Techlo, could you take me up to the floor where Kaiba's room is?"

"Of course Jou."

"Cheers." When he reached the designated stop, Jou said "See ya later." He left cautiously hobbling up to the room, which he'd been in earlier. He peered into the room to see Kaiba exactly as he'd left him. Softly, he padded over to the bed and saw the thin chest rising and falling in an even pattern. Jou carefully set the glass of water down on the bedside table. Leaning over the CEO, Jou moved a lock a chestnut hair that had fallen over Kaiba's forehead. It was surprising silky and soft to touch; not at all brittle which was how Jou had imagined it, just like the mans personality. Not that he ever thought of Kaiba. Looking at the other teen, Jou saw that Kaiba looked sweeter asleep. Especially thanks to the loss of that cold sneer. Gazing at this particular boy, you'd say he'd be a great person to be friends with.

"Who made you this way?" Jou asked softly with a small frown on his face.

I feel like I am all alone

Velvetina: Well not much action in this chapter but I'm still pleased with it, although I've ended up with someone falling asleep again. Bad habit must stop it. Anyways onto reviewer replies

I always use it lol. *Hears another cheer for being different and takes a bow* thank you thank you so much…ok I'll stop being an ego maniac. Jou's accent is so hard to get but your right I've seen so many people crash and burn when writing it because they make it illegible. As always thank you so much for your review it means a lot to me.

Maths defiantly sucks, although I could actually do algebra, anyways I managed a B as well not sure how but I'm not complaining. :-) Lol yeah I know you were surprised and I'm glad you understood later, even if I did help you along lol. I guess this means I wont get an early review again? *hopeful grin* Here's and update *throws chappie and hides behind cat* anyways I know I'm slow updating but at least you'll always be the first person to get the new chappie. So Seto's reaction hmm, I bet you didn't expect him to react the way he did…at first anyways after that typical Kaiba.
