Yu-Gi-Oh! Fan Fiction ❯ No One Cares ❯ Chapter 2 ( Chapter 2 )
No One Cares
Well here is chapter 2. I don't know how long I will make this, but probably short. I mean I have a bunch more chapters to rewrite. Oh and by the end of next week I think I'll have mostly caught up in Trial By Cards. Well I don't own Yu-Gi-Oh so you no sue.
Chapter 2: I Want Out of Here!
I wake up and there sits the dumb Tomb Raider. I really don't want to deal with him at the moment so I roll over and bury my head in the pillow.
" You know you really scared him," says Bakura jabbing his finger toward my hikari.
" He doesn't need me," I say and Bakura shakes his head.
" Your wrong," says Bakura and narrows his eyes. " Very wrong," says Bakura and walks over to his sleeping hikari. " I guess I better take Ryou home," says Bakura and picks him up in his arms.
" What's going to stop me from trying to kill myself again?" I ask him. He smirks and points to the door where Marik stands his arms crossed with his hikari Malik at his side.
" I am," says Marik and takes up guard duty at my side. I don't know what posses him to do some of the things he does, but I really wish I had that Rod at the moment.
I hear a snicker from behind them and there stands Keo Ice her two-toned eyes scanning the room. She scares me that girl does. I mean one black eye and one white and not to add she can read minds. Well some minds, but I think her favorite is mind. She has a yami, a wicked yami I might add. Other then me she likes to torture poor Keora Kaiba. I mean their names are so close it's annoying when the two are in the same room.
" So coveting Marik's Rod again are we?" asks Keo. The girls like an evil curse or something and I don't know how the others can stand her. Well some of the others can, but I know of a few that detest her.
" So," I say glaring at the 15-year-old. She just glares back her pale red hair intensifying the idea in my head that she was a demon. Her hair is another thing that freaks me out about her. Also, she always dresses in either blood red or light purple colored clothes.
" Keo your going to make him try and commit suicide," says Marik in disgust and uses his Rod to try and make her leave the room, but the snake like item she has just glimmers and he can't. She calls it the Millennium Serpent, but I have another more colorful name for it, but I won't say it.
Finally I hear quiet, but still quick footsteps outside the door and I smile. It's Keora, it's always Keora it seems with those footsteps. She opens the door and Keo falls on her butt, because she had been leaning against the door. Keora looks at the other girl and grabs her hair and pulls her out the door and then slips back into the room.
" Hiya," says Keora as she smiles her brown Ryou like hair falling over her shoulders in a messy ponytail. This girl always seems to have the effect of cheering people up, but today she looks a bit depressed.
" Hey Keora what's wrong?" I ask. She looks up at me and a thin smile plays on her lips.
" Never thought you'd try suicide," says Keora her eyes holding mine. It's true, I don't seem like the suicidal type, but then again neither does Keora. She try to smash her head in with a book, but to no avail her yami and her sister's yami stopped her.
" Neither did I," I say to her, but I know that's untrue. I also know that Keora can read minds to some extent so I know I'm sunk.
" Just, because your hikari's not hanging out with you and spending more times with his friends doesn't mean he doesn't care for you," says Keora. I look at her and I blink in surprise. She never calls my hikari, " hikari." Then I notice her eyes have gone black and I smirk.
" Yama give control back to her," I say and Yama obliges and gives control back to Keora.
" Grief, I hate when she does that," says Keora. I blink and wonder if I have fallen into some world between the worlds.
If Bakura, Marik, Shaddi, Isis, or any other yami had tried to do what I had done Keora would be scolding them, but for some reason she wasn't.
" Keora why are you being so nice?" I ask. She blinks and lets out a long yawn and her eyes twinkle. There's something she's not telling me, but what.
" I learned a long time ago that scolding someone doesn't get you anywhere," says Keora. OK what is she implying that I did this to get attention.
" I didn't do this to get attention," I say. She's laughing. I don't believe this Keora's laughing at me.
" That's exactly what you got though," says Keora. She sits down on a chair at the end of my bed and sits in it facing me.
" It may be unwanted attention, but you got it so maybe you should be thankful for it," says Keora. I blink and look at her wondering what she means.
" He's not just going to come back and jump into your arms you know," says Keora quietly and looks at me. " Just like if Yama tried to do that to get attention from me I wouldn't give her attention," says Keora. I wonder what she means and suddenly it hits me. She saying that if Yama tried to kill herself that she wouldn't run back into her arms, because that would be rewarding her.
" I've learned something from being around little kids," says Keora and smirks. " And until you grow up and face facts I'm treating you as such," says Keora and walks out. Marik and Malik are just standing there by the door jaws agape and I can just imagine how I look.
" Out staged by a girl," says Marik when he regains the ability to speak. Malik just raises his eyebrows and I hear music playing outside my door.
" She's still here," says Malik. He goes to investigate and there stands Keora tuning out her enraged yami.
" Hey Keora what about her?" asks Marik. Keora just smirks and waves a hand in front of her face. That means Yama may be yelling at her, but she doesn't are.
" So what are we going to do?" I ask.
" You're staying in bed," says Marik. I wonder if he likes seeing me so helpless, Keora made him be nice, or he is truly being nice. I hear a laugh from outside and I know that Keora heard that thought.
" But I don't want to," I whine. I hear another laugh from outside, but this one sound a bit well more evil.
" Hey it's not nice to whine," says Bakura. I thought he left I guess not and I blink when he pops a cd into the cd player. I blink when the music of Jump 5 filter out. This is going to be a long day.
So how did you like that chapter.
