Say You Love Me Chapter 6
Confession
*Yami POV*
I held Yugi's sleeping form for a while enjoying the feeling of him in my arms. I laid him back on the bed. I would have to phone a taxi for transport home. I walk out into the lobby to use a payphone only to find a nurse blocking my way.
"Ummm is there a problem nurse?" I asked looking at the nurse.
"Oh no sir," she said looking a bit flustered."I simply wished to tell you that Mr Kaiba arranged transport for you. I came to fetch you. The limo is outside waiting for you,"she said before rushing off.
I simply rolled my eyes. It didn't suprise me that Seto was ready and had willing provided transport. Since he and Joey got together he has been more open and friendly. I re-entered the room and lifted my sleeping hikari. I walked out of the hospitial carrying Yugi. Outside a huge limo awaited us. I smiled as the driver opened the door and closed it again after I slid in with Yugi. I pondered over the whole suicide prediciment on the way home.
I felt very guilty. It's true we all were ignoreing Yugi. I because of that bitch Tea and the other's were all getting used to me. In the process of everything my light had been shunned and left alone. I know I was a big part of my light's depression. It seemed from Yugi's outburst in the hospitial he felt the same way I do now, but Yugi had to watch me and Tea kiss and act like he was happy for us.
I hug my light close to me nuzzling into the crook of his neck. I feel the limo stop and look out the window. We have reached the Turtle Game shop. The driver opened the door and stepped out.
"Would you like assitance in bringing the boy into your home?" the driver inquired.
"No I'm sure I can manage just fine. You return to Kaiba Corp's." The driver nodded and left.
I opened the door and took Yugi to his room. I smiled. He looked so peaceful and cute when he slept. I decided to be here when Yugi awoke. I pulled a chair over beside Yugi's bed I grabbed a book. I became so absobed in my story that I did not notice a figure beside me waking up.
"Yami?" I heard a voice beside me whisper.
I turned to see my light look at me. He sits up and hang's his head.
"Goman for what happened at the hospitial Yami-kun. I-I know you and Tea are a couple but I cannot deny my feelings for you. I understand if you hate me now. Thank you for allowing me to beleive you felt the same even if it was only for a befief period of time."
I felt my heart wrench. Yugi thought I said I loved him out of pity. My poor hikari. How can I make him beleive I was being sincere? I let a small smile grace my lip's. I know sometime's action's are stronger than words.
"Yugi," I say lifting his head with my hand's cupping his face. "If I truely didn't mean what I said would I do this?"
I leaned down and capture Yugi's lip's with my own. I feel him stiffen from shock for a second but he soon relaxes into the kiss. Oh Ra he tastes so good. I gently flicked my tongue over his lips making him open his mouth to allow me entrance. Yugi complies opening his mouth. I search every inch of my hikari's mouth. Yugi moan's in his throat. I release him from the kiss seeing him panting for breath.
"Yami. Oh Yami. Thank you,"says Yugi looking me.
I now know what was missing from my hikari's eye's. Love for another.
"Ai-Shiteru Yami," say's Yugi leaning into my embrace.
"Ai-Shiteru, my light."
