Ryou: What's gonna happen to me?
RM: umm…. Something bad? Or good? I need y'all to tell me if you want a happy ending or a sad ending. I can work with both.

Chapter 9
Malik reached the house with optimistic beliefs. If they found what was causing this maybe they could find a way to stop it. Malik walked into Marik's room where him and Bakura were hunched over one abnormally large book. "What's going on," he said curiously.
"Well both Marik and I felt a great deal of Magic when I was with Kaiba, and we both know he barely understands what magic is. The only experience he's ever had were his Priest days but that was 5,000 years ago." Bakura explained.
"So, you can hardly remember your tomb robber days but it's not like you've forgotten how to do it," Malik countered.
"Touché,"
"Well, what's your point? You think Kaiba raped Ryou to get the magic of his ring?"
"Not exactly, but…"
"We think we know what's causing this," finished Marik, not even bothering to look up "Come look at this,"
Marik walked over and looked at the page the two Yami's were. It was a very large page that had very small print yet he managed to read it.
On the dawn of the 5th day of the 5th year of the 5,000th anniversary of their departure two mystical beings will rise from the tombs of Egypt and bring havoc unto the world. The opposite forces, good and evil, will join together to find the ultimate good and destroy it. This good will bring down it's opposite force and form a portal. From the portal all creatures, good and bad, will be sacrificed to make the ultimate evil immortal. The two magical beings will bring the evil to there side and use it to bring others with them.
Only one thing can stop this ritual. If the ultimate good and the ultimate evil join together then they will have the power to destroy the evil being. However, this will only happen if the good being sacrifices her mind, body and soul, to give the two forces the power to destroy and resurrect. Then, and only then, will the ritual be cancelled and good and bad will both succeed.
All three of them stared at these words with wide eyes, "This… makes… no… sense," Marik said, speaking all of there minds. "You're either good or you're bad you can't be both."
Malik and Bakura sat down not saying a word. There was the possibility that this page had nothing to do with Ryou's rape but something was telling them all that they had to keep looking and read between the lines. Marik flipped through the pages looking for things that had to do with sacrificing the innocent. In silence they all thought about the page they just read when Bakura suddenly remembered something.
"The chick!" he yelled.
"The what," both Marik and Malik said at the same time.
"In Ryou's room there was this picture of this chick but I had never seen it before so I was like 'so what' but then she disappeared. I thought my mind was playing tricks on me so I ignored it but here's the weird thing. I felt the same thing in the room that I did yesterday. It felt oddly cold, like it dropped 10 degrees or something. " Bakura got up an knock Marik from his place in front of the book. He flipped through the pages as if he knew what he was doing.
When he found what he was looking for he took a step back to show the guys what he had found.
Two magical beings will one day free themselves from their eternal grave and find their male counterparts. The evil spirit will sacrifice the good counterpart. She will take the form of the beings worst fear or memory. When the being is sacrificed she will sacrifice her counterpart to form a dark portal where evil forces will be freed and the world as the modern day knows it will be destroyed.
"The good counterpart is Ryou and I'm guessing the evil counterpart will most likely be me," Bakura stated.
"How do stop this?" Malik asked innocently.
"Well in the other passage it says the we have to gain the trust of the good being so our powers can destroy the evil part,"
"Something doesn't seem right though," said Marik.
"What?"
"Well, it says that Ryou must be sacrificed. Sure he was stabbed a few times but something must've stopped her. Ryou's still alive." Marik explained.
Like shot out of a fun a horrible thought hit all of them at the same time. "Oh my Ra!" they all yelled as they all ran out of the room.
They all jumped into Bakura's car and in record time they were at Ryou's hospital room. But they were too late. When they looked in Richard was being added by one of the hospital doctors and Ryou was gone.

The doctor that was treating Ryou turned and looked at them. "I'm sorry. Ryou isn't here,"
"Well, where is he," Bakura said getting angry at the way the doctor was acting.
"Come, I will take you to him." He walked down the corridor and turned the corner with the rest of them following. He opened the door and allowed the three to go in. "I hope you get to see him, because this will be the last time."
As if by magic the room materialized into a black abyss. "What's going on here!"? Bakura yelled!
The doctor giggled. He had turned into a female, who was considerably younger and lighter. She looked at them and Bakura recognized her as the girl in the poster. "Who are you?"
She giggled once more but this time she changed again. Her hair changed into a dark shade of blue and her skin seemed as if she had a bad tan. Anybody who was anybody would recognize her. "I'm the Dark Elf"
