"Yo, Duke! `bout time you showed up!" Malik said.

'Amy looked up at the five lounging around Duke's deck. She rolled her eyes when she spotted Bakura glaring at her.

'"What are they doing here?" Angie Tysick asked Malik. Malik snickered.

'"More like: What are YOU doing here?" Amy reversed as she cast a glare in the pretty blonde's direction.

'"No one told me that they were going to be coming." Angie continued as if Amy had never spoken.

'"Duke IS our best friend you ditzy dye bottle!" Amy growled.

'"Alright! Enough you two." Yami sighed before Angie could hurtle an insult at Amy. "These two practically live over here so get used to seeing them if you wanna be here, Angie."

'Angie huffed and stuck her nose up in the air and looped her arms around Malik's arm. "Whatever. Let's go swimming."

'Amy dropped her bag near the deck railing and glanced at Rei. She had a sort of disturbed look on her face and Amy wondered is coming here while Angie was draped over Malik was such a good idea. She bad for her best friend. Rei had been in love with Malik for as long as she could remember! And by the looks up it her feelings were getting stronger.

'She leaned in close to her friend and whispered in her ear. "Would you rather get out of here?"

'Rei shook her head no and smiled weakly. Amy gave her small smile before peeling off her clothes and stepping onto the pool deck.

'Duke disappeared into his house and came back out a few minutes' later in swimming trunks as music poured through the speakers that sat up on the lounging deck.

'Amy walked around the pool until she came to the deep end. "Hey Dukie! Bring out the pool toys!"

'Duke nodded and disappeared into the house again. Bakura peeled off his clothing and walked around to the deep end as well. Amy didn't notice him stop behind her as she watched Malik strip off his clothing.

'That boy had a body. She would admit that much. So did the white-haired brat but like hell she was going to admit that out loud! She shook her head slightly and adjusted her red bikini. She looked back at Malik to find him smirking at her. Only he wasn't quit looking at her. He was looking behind her. Before she had a chance to turn and find out what was happening behind her she felt a hand on the small of her back as someone pushed her!

'Amy yelped as she fell face first into the pool with a big splash! "BAKURA!!" She screeched after sputtering when resurfacing. "YOU ASSHOLE!"

'She wiped the water from her eyes and glared angrily up at his laughing face. He smirked down at her before diving over her into the pool.

'Ooh she hated that arrogant asshole! How dare he do that! He was going to pay for that! Amy swam in his direction and pounced on him when he surfaced in the shallow end of the pool. "IF I COULD KILL YOU I WOULD!!"

Bakura, surprised, flopped over into the water again with Amy still on his back. He struggled out of her choking hold under the water and grabbed her arm, swinging her around in front of him before pushing himself back out of the water. He managed to drag in a breath before Amy shot up out of the water and wrapped her hands around his neck and dragging him under again. He growled and pried her hands from around his neck just as she was pulled away.

'"Hey! What's going on?!" Amy growled when she was resurfaced.

'"I don't think drowning him is the answer to your problems." Yami said.

'"Yes it is!" Amy smirked as she looked at an angry Bakura. He was breathing deeply glaring daggers at her. She laughed when she saw red handprints around his neck and a couple of scratch marks on his arms.

'"Dude, you're lucky she didn't rip out your piercings!" Joey exclaimed from the side of the pool.

'Amy looked confused for a second before noticing that Bakura had his nipples pierced. She smirked and looked at Joey. "Thanks Wheeler! I'll remember that for next time!"

'Bakura growled low in his throat before folding his arms over his chest. "Good going Wheeler! Now she'll go straight for that!"

'"Sorry man! I thought she knew." Joey laughed.

'"It doesn't matter she can't get at me if I tie her to a tree and leave her there." Bakura smirked before swimming away.

'"Why you-"

'"Relax little one!" Yami chuckled. "Are you sure you're a natural red head?"

'"Humph!" Was Amy's reply. "Are you gonna let me go anytime soon?"

'"Well, the depends…are you going to behave?" Yami whispered in her ear as his arms tightened around her, holding her firmly to his solid body.

'Amy stifled a gasp as her eyes widened slightly. Good lord, was Yami hitting on her? She looked towards Joey and found him smirking at them.

'"Don't tell me you're hitting on her?" Bakura asked in disgust as he swam back to the shallow end.

'"Shut up, Bakura. You even said so yourself that she's cute." Yami chuckled.

'Bakura glared angrily as Amy nearly choked, gaping at Bakura in shock. "Are you serious?!"

'"Yep." Yami shrugged slightly.

'Amy smirked widely at Bakura. "You know, I really like your friends, Bakura! They seemed to be giving me information to use against you!"

'"Why the hell did we bring these two along?" Bakura growled to Malik. Malik just laughed and shook his head.

'"Maybe you should close your mouth around them and stop playing show and tell." Malik smirked.

'Rei watched with a wide grin from the lounging deck before peeling off her clothing to reveal a black bikini underneath. She couldn't believe the information that was just revealed about Bakura. Amy was going to have a field day with him now!

'She shook her head and walked down to the pool deck. She glanced over at Malik who was chuckling at his best friend's angry face. Angie stood there with a scowl on her face. She obviously wasn't impressed with the fact that the guys were paying attention to Amy and not her. Rei rolled her eyes. How could anyone want to hang around someone like her?

'"Why are you so quiet?" Duke asked from next to her.

'"No reason. Why are you?" Rei replied.

'Duke shrugged as he turned his gaze back onto his friends. "Just watching the scene play out. I really thought Amy was going to drown Bakura for a minute there."

'Rei chuckled. "She probably would have if Yami didn't pull her away."

'Duke laughed and nodded. "Ready to go in?" A wide smirk spread across his face.

'Rei looked suspiciously at him before yelping as he quickly picked her up and tossed her into the pool!

'"OH IT'S ON!" Amy cried as she pulled away from Yami and jumped out of the pool.

'Rei laughed as she watched her best friend chase Duke around the pool until she caught his arm and tried to throw him in. But he was too strong for her and tossed her in instead! What Duke didn't notice was the fact that Amy still had a hold on his arm and dragged him in with her!

'Just then a finger slid slowly halfway up her spine! A shudder raked over her as she whipped around and came face to face with a smirking Malik.

'"You know…you never answered my question earlier." He said as he leaned in close to her.

'Rei could feel her heart beginning to pound out of her chest the closer he got. She quickly looked around, noting that everyone was distracted and Angie was nowhere in sight.

'"Where's your `friend'?" She asked, avoiding his statement.

'"What friend?" Malik asked.

'"Angie."

'"Oh, her." Malik shrugged and glanced over his shoulder before looking back at her. "She's gone inside for a minute."

'He then leaned in closer. Their bodies were only an inch apart. She could feel his body heat floating off of him. She took a step back as her purple-pink gaze locked with his lavendar ones. She could feel heat beginning to spiral within her.

'Malik's smirk left his face as he filled the gap between them, which also brought her back against the side of the pool, trapping her between him and the side.

'"What are you doing?" She questioned in an almost shy, quiet voice.

'Malik shrugged and a lopsided smile formed on his lips. Rei's gazed wondered down to his sexy mouth before traveling back up to his eyes again, noticing that his smile turned into a knowing smirk.

'"Want me to kiss you?" He whispered as he leaned his head down slightly, running his eyes to her mouth and back.

Rei's mouth ran dry and her lips automatically parted invitingly. This didn't go unnoticed and Malik lowered his head further until there lips were a cm apart. His breath mingled with her own and Rei felt her eyes getting heavy as she tilted her head up slightly.

'"You didn't answer my question." Malik whispered as he cocked his head slightly to the side.

'"I…" Rei trailed almost dreamily. Her mind was going blank from his closeness and all she could feel at the moment was the biggest desire to press her mouth to his.

'"Well..?"

'Without answering Rei tilted her head the rest of the way and pressed her mouth to his.

'"WHAT ARE YOU TWO DOING?!" Someone exclaimed.

Malik and Rei jumped apart in surprise at the suddenly loud voice next to them. Rei looked to see who it was and found Angie standing at the side of the pool with her hands on her hips and a heavy glare on her face.

'"Do I really need to repeat myself?!" The blond snapped.

'"What did it look like?" Malik said in an almost exasperated voice.

'Angie glared then pouted. She turned on her heal and stomped onto the lounging deck and threw her clothing back on.

'"Where are you going?" Yami asked.

'"I want to go home!" Angie snapped.

'Rei heard a chuckle a few feet away and turned her attention on Joey who was smirking over the whole situation.

'"I'm not driving anywhere. You wanna leave? You're gonna have to walk." Joey stated.

'Angie glared at him and blushed slightly. She then glared furiously at Malik who sighed in annoyance and climbed out of the pool.

'"Yo, Joey. Lend me your car."

'"What? Make her walk? She wanted to come." Joey replied with a stubborn tilt of his chin.

'"Just give me the damn keys." Malik nearly snapped.

'"Whatever. They're on the table."

'Rei watched as a slow nasty smile formed on Angie's face as she cast a glance in her direction.

'What was that hyper bitch up to now? Whatever it was Rei didn't have a good feeling.
