Kyo watched as Mitsune walked up to the man who had claimed to be her brother.

"so what are you doing here? Come to brag about all your accomplishments again? Or is mother missing her dear old punching bag?" Mitsune spat, her hair back to its original scarlet color. The man smiled sadly at her.

"I just came to bring you back to France. Our parents what to see you. They want to know how you've been doing." he said.

"Antonio, you know very well that our parents would rather jump off a building than talk to me." antonio sighed, running a hand through his hair.

"okay, I came to tell you they're dead. They got shot while on a trip to Iraq." Mitsune's face was emotionless as she looked at him.

'And I need to know why?" she asked coldly, her voice just as emotoionless.

"The family wants you to come home. Liona too. We all miss you, and we're willing to over look the fact your the fox as long as you give up your habit of stealing-" he was cut off as Mitsune grabbed him by the neck, her eyes filled with hate and malice. She growled as black energy crackled around her.

"I am no theif! You haven't even known me long enough to even suggest that! Do you have any idea what you bastards have put me through you filthy little rat?! And you think you have the right to judge me for what I am?!" she spat, poison dripping from her words as her hold on his neck increased. Kyo grabbed Mitsune and pryed her off of the man.

The door flew open and the others ran in. Shigure's eyes widened as he saw the young man on the floor, holding his neck and trying to catch his breath, then Kyo holding back Mitsune with much dificulty as she hissed and spat much like an angry cat.

"what's going on?" Liona asked, running over to Antonio and helping him stand up. Kyo glared at the man, for some reason hating the fact that he had insulted Mitsune.

"He called her a theif because she's a fox." he said. Antonio looked over at Mitsune, who was beginning to calm down, but still kept her glare.

"It's true no doubt. Its the fox's fault we have this curse and-" he was cut off as Liona's hands suddenly glowed and he was slammed into a wall by some unseen force. Mitsune shook her head, smiling.

"And you say I need to learn control." she said mockingly, calming completely as her hair turned back to silver. For some odd reason she didn't feel like moving from Kyo's warm arms just yet. The cat felt the same as she did, and his grip tightened on her waist slightly. Liona and Shigure noticed this, and grinned.

"It seems the cat and the fox are enjoying each others company!" Liona said as she walked out. Shigure began to push everyone else out of the room.

"We'll leave you two alone then!" he said happily. The two blinked, then jumped quickly away from each other. Unfortanetly, Mitsune wasn't paying attention in her haste and tripped on a inconviently placed shoe and fell into the closet.

"i meant to do that! owww....." she sat up and rubbed her head, which she had hit on the edge of the door. Realization suddenly dawned on Kyo.

"Wait a sec, we didn't transform!" he shouted. Mitsune rubbed her ears.

"Not so loud please. The reason we didn't transform was because of a spell I put on this bracelet." she held up her right hand, and showed him a bracelet that looked similar to his own, except that the beads were black and red.

"It makes it so that if i'm hugged, I won't transform. I'm guessing the spell was strong enough to keep you from transforming." she explained.

"Think you could do one of those spells for me?" he asked hopefully. Mitsune smirked, and shook her head.

"I ain't wastin' my energy on some cat." she said, grinning and walking out.
