Ch.5 Training and The Groups Meet




(With Yoko and Kagome)

So Kagome, how do you feel? asked Yoko.

I feel ok I guess. I'm just not use to being a demon yet. Hey Yoko do you think that you could train me? asked Kagome.

Sure I could. We'll start tomorrow at dawn. But remember I won't go easy on you it will be a hard few training sessions, stated Yoko.

Yes! I get to train. Hey maybe after we train we can go find my friends to see if they want to help us look for jewel shards, stated Kagome.

I don't see why they couldn't come with us. Does that mean you want the Inuyasha character to come too? asked Yoko.

No Yoko I don't want Inuyasha to come help with the jewel hunting, stated Kagome


After the agreement they started to set up camp. Yoko went out to hunt and Kagome started to cook food. Kagome had a very sturdy fire going when Yoko came back with two rabbits in hand.


Next Day

This day started early. Yoko had Kagome up before sunrise training her how to control plants, her demon abilities, and her miko power. By the time Kagome was done she could move so Yoko carried her back to camp. To Kagome this schedule seemed to last for ever. But it only lasted six weeks.


Six Weeks Later


Today Yoko and Kagome sparred. Kagome faired very well but Yoko ended up pinning her to a tree so she lost the spar. After their spar Kagome went t o bathe in the hot springs. Kagome was soaking in the hot springs when she felt an energy of two shikon shards coming her way a very quickly. Kagome relaxed a little, but she still got dressed quickly. When she was done Koga came into the clearing.

Kagome I want you to come with me to my den. I want to make you my mate! exclaimed Koga.

I'm sorry Koga, but I don't love you. Plus I already told you that I don't love you. stated Kagome in a very clam voice.

No Kagome I want you to be my mate

Koga was going to grab Kagome, but before that could happen Yoko sprang out of the trees right on front of Kagome.

What are you doing here, Wolf? sneered Yoko.

I came to collect my women. You baka Fox! sneered Koga.

Kagome had had enough. She was so angry she sent out a blast of purification energy just strong enough to push them back.

Koga give me the shards in your legs and go away before I really get angry! sneered Kagome.

Koga was so scared he reached to his legs pull out the shards tossed them to Kagome and took off before another word could be said.

Kagome who was that? asked Yoko.

He was a friend that kept trying to claim me as his mate like property,' stated Kagome.

Kagome and Yoko traveled to the south in search of more jewel shards. But on the way there they meet up with an old friend.

"Hey Yoko, you know how I told you that I had a good friend ship with Shesso well you are about to meet him. Now don't do anything stupid and he won't get mad. I think he might be surprised that I'm a Kitsune though," stated Kagome as Shesso came closer.

Then Shesso came walking out of the woods with his green toad Jaken.


"Hi Shesso. What have you been doing for the past couple of weeks?" asked Kagome.

"Not much Kagome. I see that you have gotten yourself changed into a Kitsune. Who did it?" asked Shesso

"Oh I'll give you one good guess. It was Naraku. Oh Shesso this is the Silver Kitsune Yoko. Yoko this is Shessomaru Demon Lord of the Western Lands and my adoptive big brother," stated Kagome as she gave out the proper introductions.

Yoko walked forward and bowed. "I am pleased to meet you Lord of the Western Lands," stated Yoko as he greeted Shesso.

"Pleasure to meet you Kitsune Yoko. Kagome I have something to tell you. I have heard rumor that your group of friends has been traveling to the South and searching for you all the while," stated Shesso.

"Really? Great! That will make finding them a whole lot easier if they are looking for me. I bet that Sango is about ready to kill Miroku and his wandering hands," Kagome grinned at this comment.

"Kagome I have to go now and scout my lands. I will see you later. Of that I am certain," with that Shesso walk out of the clearing and into the forest.

"Hey Yoko I have some good news. One we will be able to see my friends soon because I can smell them and second you will get to meet my adopted son," said Kagome as she got really happy." Lets go Yoko!"

(With Sango and Group)


Shippo.Sango, and Miroku froze as they felt two demons drawing near at near impossible speed.

"Sango get ready I think these demon are very powerful. They seem to be Kitsune judging by their aura's, stated Miroku as he held up his staff

Just then a demon launched it self out of the woods with a cry of "Sango!"
Sango was so shocked that she lost her balance and fell over.

"Sango I missed you so much! I swear I will never leave you guys alone again!" screeched Kagome.

"Kagome? Is that you Kagome? When did you become a fox demon?"
Asked Sango as she hugged Kagome with all her strength.

"It's a long story. First I would like you to meet the Kitsune Yoko. Yoko this is Sango the demon slayer, Miroku the perverted monk, and finally Shippo my adopted son,"

Kagome hugged her son with all her might. When she was done she told them how she had meet Yoko. Their battle with Naraku. She even told them about their meeting Shesso.

Mistress: I finally finished! I'm sorry it took so long but I had to get back from vacation and do all thirty or so pieces of homework. I plan to write a lot over Spring break because I have nothing better to do. So I will hopefully have a new chapter up in a good three-day or so. Later! :)
