Ch.6 Bloody Massacre

(With Naraku)

"Kagura I have a mission for you. I want you to guard the castle while I'm away!" ordered Naraku.

"Yes, Lord Naraku," replied Kagura.

After Naraku left Kagura left in a rush to get to Kagome and warn her about her family.

(With Kagome and Group)

" Guys I think Kagura is coming!" as soon as the words were finished Kagura landed in front of Kagome.

"Kagome, you need to get to your time. Naraku is going to try and kill them. He's already on the way there!" screeched Kagura.

"Ok. Thanks Kagura. Get back to the castle before Naraku figures out that you left. Sango I want you and Miroku to watch Shippo for me. Youko you and I are going to my time!" ordered Kagome as she and Youko took off as fast as they could to the bone eater's well.

"Youko I'm glad that you're coming with me. I have a bad feeling about this. Something is going to go very wrong. I don't know what yet but I don't think I want to know either," stated Kagome as she and Youko got to the well. When they jumped in the blue light surrounded them. Kagome and Youko jumped out of the well and onto the dusted wood floor. They walked to the door and pushed open the door. The first thing that happened was their noses were assaulted by the sent of blood. Kagome bolted to the door of her house, but before she could get with in ten feet the door burst open and Naraku walked out of the house with his claws dripping with blood.

"Naraku what have you done to my family!" screeched Kagome as her eyes started to shine red.

"Nothing much miko. I only killed them. Witch is about the thing that I'm going to do to you. Or maybe I could control you and make you murder your comrades. Then let you live all your life with the single thought that you killed them with your own hands!" sneered Naraku.

"Naraku! I will kill you with my own hands!" sneered Kagome as her eyes turned completely red. Kagome lunged at Naraku only to have him dodge and lashed out with a hidden sword. Kagome was about to hit in the abdomen when Youko used his rose whip to wrap around his sword and yank it from his grip.

"So you're the infamous Naraku. I've heard a lot about you. All bad news. I can't allow you to harm Kagome in any way. She is my friend and I won't allow her to become hurt in ANY way!" sneered Youko as he charged Naraku. Naraku evaded Youko's attack but didn't see Kagome's attack coming. Kagome landed a pretty solid hit on him and his arm had a gash from his shoulder to the tip of his middle finger. Naraku screamed in pain as the black tinted blood seeped from his wound. Naraku unleashed a field of miasma and escaped into the well. When the miasma cleared Kagome took off the head of the puppet.

"Kagome are you alright?" asked Youko as he walked up to Kagome.

"Yeah. I'm alright," she responded as her turned back to normal.

"Hey Kagome, let go check on your family and see if they're all right,"stated Youko as he walked to the house.

Kagome followed Youko into the house and almost screamed. Her mother was pinned to a wall with a knife through her throat and had her guts hanging from her stomach. Her arm looked like it had been disconnected from its socket. She had a scratch on left cheek and a bruise on right cheek. Her grandpa was the worse. His liver and innards were hanging out of him and his head had been severed from his body. His blood pooled around his form on the ground. Kagome wasn't sure that she wanted to find Souta but she had to. Souta was upstairs in his room. Souta had both arms broken and had scratches up and down on his legs. He had a hole in stomach and shoulder. He had the blood pooled out around him. Kagome walked up to Souta and started to cry. Youko came up to her and held her in his arms. She cried on his shoulder for a good ten minutes before she stopped.

"Kagome maybe we should burry them under the God tree," suggested Youko.

Kagome merle nodded her head and started to heal their wounds. When all their wounds were healed Youko and Kagome used their powers to dig their graves. Kagome made small sunflowers grow as their grave markers. Kagome walked over to the god tree and leapt to the tallest branch and sat on it. Youko looked up at her and jumped up next to her and sat down next to her. (A.N.: this is a really wide branch ) Youko laid an arm around her shoulder. Youko was really surprised when she leaned her head on his shoulder and fell asleep.

` Why do I have feelings for this girl?' Youko asked himself.

[Because you like her that's why.]

`Who are you and what do you want' thought Youko.

[I am your conscience. You know that thing people never seem to listen to and end up regretting it]

` Why should I listen to you?' asked Youko

[Because if you don't this girl will end up alone and sad. I am not a fool. I know you care for her deeply and I am here to make sure you do something about it.]

`Ok. So you have a point. I like Kagome like I never have anyone else before. I just don't know if she feels the same way about me.'

[Well why don't you give it a little time and tell her how you feel later. I have a GOOD feeling that you won't end up lonely and trying to lock me up somewhere.]

`Your probably right. I won't let anything happen to you Kagome. I love you' thought Youko to himself.

Mistress: Well that's the end of the chapter. Not so bad if I do say so my self. Well I'm going to bed considering that its 1:16 in the morning. Let me know what you think. Also I have an idea for a sequel but I want to know if you (the reviewers) would like a squeal.
