"Ahhhh......"said Kagome stretching as she just woke up. She indolently got out of bed, and started for the kitchen to make breakfast, and there, already awake was Kurama and Hiei. "Ohayo Kagome."he said. "Good morning."she replied back."Ohayo Hiei."she said."Hn."he replied. "Hey, Hiei how come you have to be so emotionless all the time?"she asker. "Cause I want to."he plainly responded ."Whatever, It's not worth fighting for with you..."she sighed very sadly. Hiei disappeared out to go to his favorite tree after the brief arguement.
"So...Kurama what are you making?" asked Kagome."Oh, I'm making ramen, heh...unfortunately that's all I know how to make..."he smiled. When she heard ramen, Kagome stiffened, bitting her lower lip trying to hold the tears back. It was the thought of Inu Yasha and how he used to love ramen so much.
"K-Kagome....Why are you.." he got cut off when Kagome buried her head to his chest and started to sob softly.
"..Kagome...." he whispered stroking her hair. He pulled her closer for an embrace. "Gomen ne."Kagome murmered, and pulled away from him. She stared down at the floor away from his eyes. "K..kagome."he called again. "Kurama I'm..very sorry that i cried on your shirt...."she said while wiping a tear away. "It's alright..."he smiled. She smiled back at him. "Fine risk-takers, In this course I'm going to give you, is a very hard task. You all must have to go through this forest while protecting Kagome, beware of what lurks in the woods. Then you must retrieve a golden arrow somewhere in the green, and that is when you have completed the mission, understand?" Genkai strictly stared at the young group.wont be hard for the Great Kuzuma Kuwabara!"Kuwabara laughed out loud making everyone sweatdropped. Kagome was very irrated of his constant egotistic behavior. 'Argh....I'm sick and tired of his cocksure, will he just shut up about himself for one minute?..' The trip was tiring even for our spirit detectives, so they decided to sit down near a stream. Hiei was up in a tree, and Kagome and Kurama were talking to each other.
"Kurama let's sit down..."Kagome gestured a spot next to her. Soon after Kurama and Kagome was having a conversation."Kagome I'm just asking, but why do you have that huge bag with you all the time?"asked Kurama.
"Well, I guess I'm just used to it, you know, all that traveling while I was searching for shards, heh...it's where I put all of the food, personal stuff, and clothes..."she replied. "Oh, I see..."said Kurama smiling. Yusuke's and Kuwbara's ears twitched and they zoomed quickly to Kagome.
"Hey Kagome make us something! We haven't eat'n yet! I'm starving to death!!!"Yusuke plead. "Yeah you did....this morning I saw you ate ramen..."said Kagome who dulled her eyes.
"B-but that's not enough!!" he begged some more. "Argh...what will you do without me?....alright! I'll make curry..."Kaogm finally agreed."YEAH!"they shouted.

45 minutes passed and they still accomplised nothing."Hey guys, I think that we're going around in circles...."said Kagome.
"Er, no I don't think so, Genkai said it takes 2 or three days to complete this mission."said Kurama."Whew, It's getting dark.."said Kagome
"I think we should make camp now..."suggested Yusuke. With the help of Hiei, camp was instantly set up, everyone was ready to go to sleep. Except for Hiei, he was sleeping in a tree as he usually does, which was right above Kagome. Kagome was next to Kurama in a sleeping bag, and Yusuke and Kuwabara were already sleeping next to each other with body parts scattered everywhere.(they are not gay!).
"Goodnight Kagome, Hiei."Kurama smiled. Only Kagome replied with a ''you too.''^^.
