Hey people. Thank you to the people that did review for my story. I am really glad that people are reading it. I was afraid no one liked it. That would be the second time. If you have any comments like, "it's to short." Or "review sooner." I would love to hear your input. Or you could compliment me. It's your choice.

Anyway I'll get on with the story.

Oh one more thing. I have an idea for another story. If you like this enough that you want to read another story by yours truly please tell me so I can get it posted. I have already prewritten to like chapter 8 or something. It is a pretty good story. Ok here I go….

Chapter 3: getting to know you

Kagome soaked in the warm water of the bathtub. She felt better know that she had spilt her guts out. Even though it was hard to tell the story, considering all the rocky times her and the others had gone thru. It was hard to think she would never see her friends or family ever again.

`What happens now?'

Half an hour later kagome was out of the tub and back in kurama's room. She had a large towel rapped around her still damp body. After everything she was so tired, and that bed she was staring at looked so soft.

Kagome laid on the cushy mattress and sighed.

`A real bed. I hope that boy doesn't get mad at me.'

10 minutes later kagome was fast asleep.

Kurama found her lying there when he got back to his room. He had a pair of clothes in his arms, but she didn't them to sleep in obviously.

Kurama decided to leave her alone and allow her to sleep. The girl had had a rough day. He left the room, shutting the door he left. He had laid the clothes next to her, on account of hers were still covered in all the blood of that girl, `her name is…sango. I hope she is ok.'

"kurama are you here?"

"yes, I'll be down in a moment."

Yuske and hiei sat on his couch, their feet resting on the table.

"hey kurama. Were's the girl, kagome?"

"she is sleeping upstairs. She seems drained of all her energy."

"well if what she said is true I would be too. Sounds like she has been thru a lot. Ya know?"

yuske raised an eye brow at kurama, "you make a good point yuske. Now what is it that you want?"

"well we came to give you orders from jr."

"I see. And what are those orders?"

hiei stood up in front of kurama and spoke, "you are to take kagome to genkai's dojo in three days. There she will train and get stronger. She has untapped power. If they are correct in analyzing her, she will be stronger that the jerk that sent her here. what's his face…"

"Naraku. Then she can kick his ass."yuske joined in, swinging his foot into the air, motioning the kicking part.

"yes I will take her there. Anything else?"

"nope that was it. we have to go now. You getto be alone with kagome. She is really hot."

Kurama glared, "yuske you have a girlfriend!"

"so a guy can look can't he."

The two left soon after leaving kurama to be bored while kagome slept.

`let's see I could take her to see the city or I could take her to lunch. Maybe she will want to stay here and we can watch movies till she fells a little better. We'll see when she wakes up. For now I think I to will take a nap.'

Kurama slept peacefully on the couch for a good 2 hours.

kagome woke up And saw the clothes next to her. A pair of regular blue jean shorts and a pink belly shirt that only came just above her belly botton when she wore it.

kagome walked down stairs to see what kurama was doing and once she saw he was sleeping she continued to the kitchen. The only reason she had woken up was because her stomach was growling so loud.

"don't you have anything to eat?"

she whispered, rummaging in the cupboard.

"yes we do. There is food in the third cupboard."

"I'm sorry I did not mean to wke you."

Kagome was looking at him with apologizing eyes.

"no you didn't. I was up when you came down the stairs but I tried to fall back asleep. Do you want me to make you something?"

kag smiled. "I would really appreciate it."

"no problem."

Ha walked over to the table and pulled out a chair for her, "please sit down."

He then walked to the stove and prepared to cook.

He made ramen and kagome nearly started to cry as Inuyasha poped into her head.

`no kagome you can't cry. Not now.'

She took in a deep breath and relaxed.

"are you alright?"

"ya, just remembering. That's all."

"ah, I see. You miss you friends don't you?"

"ya, I do. They are always there for me."

"don't worry. We will find a way for you to get back to your own time. So you can see your friends."

"I don't want to get my hopes up."

"good idea. I will shut up."

Kurama set a steaming bowl of ramen infront of her and smiled.

"enjoy." He too sat down and started to eat.

"so kagome, what kind of books do you read?"

"oh I love to read. I mostly read fantasy, ya know like harry potter and lord of the rings. Stuff like that. What about you?"

"I like sci-fi mostly. Or anything about animals. What about music?"

"I love all most all music but my fav would have to be linkin park. They are so awesome."

"ya they are pretty cool. Did you have their new cd?"

"meteora? Ya I love that one song breaking the habit!"

"me too. I have it in my cd player upstairs in my room. You wanna listen to it later?"

"totally!!"

they talked like this for over 4 hours. Until kagome was all tuckered out and wanted to sleep.

Kurama pulled out the bed in the couch for himself and insisted that kagome take his bed. So she did, and she slept wonderfully.

in the morning she pounced on kurama's bed to wake him up.

"someone is in a happy mode. Do you want to go to the park or something today?"

"yes I really do. We can talk some more. I don't know about what but we can fing something."
