Hey everybody, what's up? I am here to right another chapter for all of you. Here it goes…

Chapter 7: The truth

He woke in the morning, stiff and depressed. `Why the hell did I fall for someone I could not have?'

Kurama sat up and looked at Kagome's bed. She was already gone.

He rolled slowly out of bed and then made it. He was wearing only a pair of smiley face boxers when he went out into the kitchen.

"Nice shorts."

Kagome smiled at him and he sort of blushed.

"Sit down Kurama, and we can eat. Then we must train Kagome."

"Ok I'm ready when you are."

She was already wearing a pair of blue shorts and a white tank top, with… no bra.

Kurama couldn't help but look. That's not all he cared about but…

"I will be waiting outside."

Kagome stood up and walked out of the dinning room.

"Kurama do not forget about what we talked about."

"I won't."

Genkai followed shortly after Kagome, then Kurama went and got changed so that he to could go outside.

Kagome had a three-foot sword made of energy in her hands almost identical to the one Kuwabara used.

"Ok Kagome attack me."

She did as she was told but was thrown back by Genkai's powerful counter attack.

"Again!" she screamed.

Kagome rushed at the powerful old woman again only to be slammed into a tree by another counter.

"Damn it!" Kagome had minor cuts and scraps all over her body now.

"Again!"

She slowly swayed to her feet, holding the sword steady she tried again, this time her sword faded leaving her unprotected as Genkai's spirit sword came down on her shoulder.

A shrill scream of pain shattered the semi-silence.

"Damn it!" she screamed. Tears poured down her face as blood spilled from the wound.

Genkai looked at the wounded shoulder, the cut was deep.

"Kurama come here and hold this rag on the wound, I have to go get some something."

Kurama did as he was told and held the rag on the gash.

"Kagome I want to tell you something, I know this is not the best time but I may not get another chance."

"Kurama I have to talk to you too but not now, we will find a way to talk don't worry."

Tears still spilled over her eyes cheeks but she kissed his cheek anyway.

"Here it is, c'mon we have to get her inside before…"

Kagome passed out.

She woke the next morning to Genkai changing the bandages of her wound.

"Kagome I have to talk to you about something very important. I want to know if you like Kurama."

"He is very sweet and I am attracted to him. Whenever I see him my heart skips a beat." She blushed.

"Yes I thought so, well there is something I have to tell you about him. He has a boyfriend. Do you remember who Hiei is?"

"Yes I remember him."

"That is his boyfriend. They have been going together for quiet some time."

"I see. I thought he was…"

"You should probably stay away from him so you don't get your feelings hurt anymore."

"Ok, thank you for telling me."

`He's gay.'
