CHAPTER 9

 

 

 

Okay people I'm getting annoyed now. I only have so many reviews, so I think I'm going to horrify the ending. (screw it up) but this isn't the last chapter. So be prepared.

 

 

 

 

~ A couple of days later~

 

 

 

 

 

Hiei hadn't left the room in which Brooke was inside of since the day she was . She had slept since then; Hiei watched as she slept. He watched her toss and turn in the bed. Hiei had his facing is chest, so it looked as if he were sleeping.

 

Brooke suddenly opened her eyes. It was dark, and it felt as if she had been sleeping for ages. She sat up and looked around the room. She saw her window was slightly opened. She turned to a corner, and saw Hiei sleeping there. (That's what she thinks)

 

 

 

 

Brooke got up, and crept towards the bathroom in her bedroom. Hiei was right by the door. So when she dot over there, he shot out and arm and grabbed her ankle. She squealed when he did that. She looked down at him; he was looking up at her, as if he was telling her “No”. she shrugged her shoulders. She knelt down besides him.

 

 

“I need to take a shower” she said

 

 

Hiei looked at her and nodded. He let go of her ankle, and she walked into the bathroom.

 

 

Brooke was holding her side. She shut the door behind her, but left it slightly opened. She turned on the bath water. She took off her clothes revealing he bruises and scars, and some cuts. She rapped herself up in a white robe. She watched as the water began to fill up the tub. She knew that Hiei was outside of the door waiting on her, but she didn't care.

 

 

 

When the water had filled the tub up completely she turned off the water, and removed the robe and dropped it on the floor. She then stepped into the tub.

 

Hiei was sitting outside the door. He was thinking about what had happened. He wanted to kill Naraku, but right now he needed to be with Brooke.

 

Brooke began to slouch in the tub. The water was right under her nose. She took a deep breath, and stuck her head under the water.

 

Hiei heard her go under the water, but he didn't hear her come up. Hiei opened the door, and went running into the bathroom. He saw one of her knees up in the water, and another leg was sitting over the tub. He couldn't see her face under the water. Suddenly her presence in the room disappeared. He ran into the water, and picked her up out of the water. He took off his black robe like thingy, and rapped her around in it. He pulled her out f the water; she wasn't breathing. He placed her on the floor, and began CPR.

 

Brooke woke up coughing up water, she stared at him. She looked up, and sat up.

 

“What happened?” she asked. Hiei stared at her. She doesn't know.

 

Brooke sat up , and Hiei pulled her close to his chest. She huffed when he did; she stared into his eyes. She then leaned up to is face, and she pushed into his lips. Hiei put his arms around her head, and her whole body. She rapped her arms around him. she felt her wet skin up against her chest.

 

Hiei picked her up, and carried her to her bed. She was wet; the clothing she was in was soaked. He placed her in her bed. She pushed the blanket away and sat up in the bed. Hiei climbed into the bed. He was laying right above her. she had her hands on his face. She was holding him near her. she didn't know what was going to happen, but at this moment she didn't have a care in the world.

 

Hiei placed his arms on her sides, he gripped her thighs. Brooke pushed herself under the blanket pulling Hiei under with her.

 

~ Next morning ~

 

Brooke woke up, and she was staring at the wall. She felt an arm around her. She turned over, and saw Hiei. He was sleeping. This was the first time he hadn't left her. He looked so peaceful, and she thought she would never see him like that. She turned back over, and backed into him so that her back was touching his chest. She felt his grip around her tighten. She knew he had woken up.

 

She felt him kiss the back of her neck. She giggled, and turned over. She looked up into his dark brown eyes. She didn't remember much of what had happened last night. He smiled at her.

 

She went back to the bed and laid down. She looked out the window, and saw the sun was shining. She turned over and watched Hiei get up, and walk down the stairs. She went down about and hour later after she had taken a shower. She noticed that the marks on her body were gone. She still had some scars, but the cuts had disappeared. She felt stronger too. She walked down the stairs, and heard Kuwabara talking to Yuske; she stopped and sat at the top of the stairs and listened to them.

 

“Yuske, do you ever think your sister might be gay?” Kuwabara asked. Yuske punched him in the back of his neck. Brooke gasped, but quickly covered her mouth. Hiei, and Kurama looked up. They both didn't say anything.

 

“Why?” Yuske asked.

“Well she hasn't had a guy” he said

“That you know of” Hiei murmured.

Is this all because she isn't attracted to you? Yuske asked.

Brooke came running down the stairs. Yuske, and Kuwabara turned around to face her. Hiei, and Kurama looked up at her.

 

“Hey your feeling better” Kuwabara said.

“That only means I can yell at you now” Yuske said.

 

“Shut up” she said. She walked over to Kuwabara, and stared down at him. “Do you want me dance for you, or flash you? Whatever pleases you? She said. Kuwabara smiled. And then she punched him in the face as hard as she could. She knocked him off of the couch.

 

“I'M NOT GAY” She shouted in his face. She kicked him in the side, and bardged out of the door.
