If you are checking the update, all I did was change the spacing to make it easier to read, all of the updates are just spacing changes, and the storyline did not change at all. I did just put op a new chapter though, that ones new!!!

 

Hey, I'm sorry for the long wait. I went on vacation but I did not have access to a computer. Well I hope you enjoy this and the wait was worth it. The Death of Naraku

 

***In the Alley***

 

Kikyo stood tall with her arrow pointed directly at InuYasha. InuYasha had a look of terror and sadness as he looked back at Kikyo. Kanna's mirror began to glow a little and Kagura fan was put in a fighting position. The next battle was about to begin.

 

Yusuke fired the first shot; it was aimed right at Kanna because she was the one who could suck their souls out. Yusuke only had 2 spirit guns left.

 

Kanna as always put up a shield and then began to make her mirror glow towered Yusuke.

 

Kagura then decided to act; she sent a dance of the dragons down at the group of fighters who were still stuck in the alley. They dodged the attack but had a hard time doing it because they were still in the alley with not too much space to move.

 

“Lets get out of this alley on to the street!” Kagome yelled.

 

Everyone did, they ran while dodging Kagura's attacks.

 

Once outside the alleyway with more room to fight they looked back and saw Yusuke still stuck in the alley. Yusuke was clenching his fists with a look of pain on his face, then he fell to the ground; Kanna was sucking his soul out.

 

Surprisingly InuYasha replied to this situation. He jumped up really high to where Kanna, Kagura, and Kikyo were on their feather and fired a wind scar at Kanna.

 

Kanna was actually blown of the feather and fell down to the ground.

 

She fell fast and hard and landed on her back. Her fall broke the concrete and she was unconscious…possibly dead. No one wanted to find out right now but the important thing is that she was down for the fight.

 

Kagura didn't like that, so in anger she sent a dance of the blades towered InuYasha and made a solid hit.

 

Sango then ran out while InuYasha was being attacked and grabbed Yusuke and brought him back to the rest of the group.

 

Yusuke then woke up to the relief of everyone, and then he got really angry. “Kuwabara you idiot!!! Why did you let the mutt save me?”

 

Everyone rolled their eyes then were quickly pulled back into the fight when InuYasha was thrown into them, “Hello, am I the only one fighting here?” The dog demon yelled.

Kurama then whipped his rose whip towered Kagura but the feather just went higher, out of reach.

 

Kikyo hadn't done much fighting at all, she just always had one arrow ready to fire but no one knew who she wanted to hit more, it traveled between all of the fighters but she never fired once. They didn't have too much time to think about that so they just continued to fight.

 

Kagura was sending dancing blade after dancing blade and no one could fire back because she was too high. InuYasha even had trouble hitting her with a wind scar because she could easily dodge so high up.

 

Yusuke went to fire a spirit gun but Kurama stopped him, “There is no guarantee that it will hit and even if it does it might not kill her. Save your big weapons until we fight Naraku.” Yusuke agreed but he hated being stuck on the ground while she was up so high.

 

Kagome was shooting arrows and some were just barely missing Kagura but they were still missing.

 

Sango threw up her boomerang and to everyone's shock it hit Kagura. At the same time Kagome's arrow hit Kagura in the arm.

 

Kagura screamed in pain but it wasn't her fighting arm so she did a dance of dragons towered Kagome.

 

Kagome couldn't dodge so it was coming right towered her; no one could move her in time…except the fastest one there.

 

Hiei ran out with exceptional speed and moved Kagome right when the attack hit the ground.

 

“Thank you Hiei.” Kagome said while taking deep breaths.

 

“Hn,” Hiei nodded and turned around to go face Kagura again.

 

Miroku couldn't do much because of the Shamiosho but he kept on trying to block Kagura's attacks with his staff.

 

Suddenly Kagura did a huge dance of the dragons down on them. Everyone was attacked and no one dodged in time. The huge blast took down a huge metal building and the building also fell on top of the fighters.

 

No fighters could be seen beneath the fallen building.

 

The battleground was silent except for the laughter coming from Kagura. “Its about time I killed you, you pathetic half demon.”

 

Rubble and parts of the huge building covered the battleground and the fighters. It was a barren wasteland with no one in sight except Kikyo and Kagura.

 

A few seconds went by when there was no sound. Kagura then stopped laughing, she didn't really expect to kill all of them.

 

Then there was a small rumble of rock's and metal and Kurama climbed out of the pile of debris. He was injured, his rose whip arm wasn't moving right; it was either sprained or broken.

 

Kurama looked around in Panic. Where was everyone else? He then noticed a small piece of black hair sticking out. He moved over to that spot and began to dig. Kagura saw him and sent a dance of blades at him. He barely dodged it because of his injured state but he kept on digging.

 

Yusuke took a deep breath as his teammate pulled him out. “Hurry, we have to get the others.” Kurama said. Yusuke understood as he looked to see who still needed help.

 

Suddenly some of the ground began to get sucked up and Miroku was sucking it up into his wind tunnel. Miroku got out of the whole and looked around, “Where is everyone?”

 

“There buried, help us get them out.” Yusuke said while digging up a barely conscious Kuwabara.

 

Miroku saw the Tetsusaiga lying out on top of a mound of debris; he knew it had to be InuYasha. When he went over to dig him up an arrow came flying down just missing him. He looked up to see Kikyo with another arrow loaded and ready to fire. Then he realized something, Kikyo was crying???? Wait that's not possible. She's a clay pot. She can't cry.

 

But nonetheless he started trying to dig up InuYasha (The Shamiosho showed back up so he couldn't just suck the debris up.) but every time he did an arrow flew towered him, almost hitting him. One hit him in the leg when he dodged. It would be a pain to move.

 

While Miroku was digging up InuYasha, Kurama dug up a very little fox demon. “Are you okay little one?” Shippo opened his little eyes and nodded softly. “I'm okay, where's mommy?”

 

Kurama looked down at him. “I don't know where Kagome is.” Shippo got up and said, I can find mommy with my nose. I can smell her.” And the little kit began to smell the air.

 

“I found her.” Shippo said when he pointed to a mound of metal. Kurama began to dig extremely fast. He finally saw her face, she was unconscious. Kurama pulled her out and set her down, he felt her pulse…she was still alive.

 

“Shippo, watch over Kagome. I'm going to find the others.” But right when Kurama moved a dance of the blades went right strait towered Kagome and Shippo. He moved them in time but got cut on the shoulder and the leg.

 

Kagura was having a great deal of fun sending her blades at everyone scurrying on the ground. The best part was that they were too busy helping each other they wouldn't fight back.

 

Kurama grimaced with pain but continued to look for others. He then saw some black hair sticking out from some rubble. He began to dig and saw his favorite fire demon.

 

“Are you alright Hiei?” Kurama asked when he got Hiei out.

 

“Hn, I'm fine.” Hiei said as he pulled himself more out of the rubble. Hiei looked around and closed his eyes, his jagon eye glowed.

 

Hiei then tried to run to a spot but found a metal poll stuck in his leg. Hiei ripped it out then limped over to a spot of wreckage.

 

He began to dig as fast as he could. Eventually, quite deep under he found Sango. Sango was unconscious, Hiei pulled her out and felt her pulse…she didn't have a pulse.

 

Hiei panicked a little. He closed his eyes and gave her some of the little energy he had left. It acted like a jump starter and she started breathing again. Hiei openly had a sigh of relief.

 

Sango looked at Hiei, she then tried to get up but when she was halfway up she fell. Hiei caught her but instead of putting her back down he pulled her up to her feet.

 

“Thanks.” She muttered, and then he said very quietly, “Hn.” Then they both went to see if all their teammates were okay.

 

Yusuke had pulled out both Kohoku and Kirara and InuYasha had finally made it out. All three were alive but Kohoku was still unconscious.

 

Everyone was pretty beat up and everyone was hurt.

 

Sango then got on Kirara, Kirara was having some trouble transforming because of her injuries but managed too. They both then flew up to kill Kagura, they go close and were about to knock her off her feather when Kikyo's arrow came and hit Kirara. Kirara fell, fast.

 

Sango jumped of Kirara right when the arrow hit her and jumped on the feather.

 

Sango punched Kagura and they began to fight.

 

Kikyo then aimed her arrow towered Sango and Kagura. She let go. Sango didn't have time to move but the arrow flew at Kagura instead. The arrow made a solid hit and Kagura went flying off of her feather towered the ground and to her death.

 

Sango stared at Kikyo, “Why did you?” But then the feather turned into a regular small feather and both Sango and Kikyo fell hundreds of feet towered the ground.

 

Hiei wanted to help Sango but because of his injury was too slow, instead Yusuke was closest and caught Sango. InuYasha caught Kikyo; both were thrown to the ground.

 

Sango thanked Yusuke but then ran over to Kirara who was lying on the ground unconscious.

 

“Kirara, Kirara, do something, Kirara.” But it wasn't working, Kirara was out cold.

Sango wiped away angry tears, `Kirara you'll be okay, and I'll get her back for that.'

 

When Sango went to get Kikyo she found that Kikyo too was already unconscious.

 

InuYasha was holding her with nothing but pure shock on his face.

 

“InuYasha what's wrong? Is Kikyo okay?” asked Miroku.

 

“She's alive.” InuYasha breathed.

 

“Well that's good, she wasn't broken in half or anything.” Miroku said.

 

“No,” InuYasha replied, “I mean…she's alive, she's not made out of clay.”

 

Miroku stopped in his tracks and looked at Kikyo. “You mean, she's flesh and blood?”

 

InuYasha just nodded, still to shocked to respond.

 

Kurama looked around, Kagome, Kohoku, Kuwabara, and Kirara were all unconscious. Everyone else was in pretty rough shape but they had defeated Kagura and Kanna. Kikyo seemed to help them at the end; either that or her aim was really off.

 

InuYasha reluctantly set Kikyo near Kagome. Yusuke put Kuwabara then Kohoku their too. Then Sango picked up Kirara (she turned into a kitten when she fell unconscious) and set her down near the other ones that were knocked out.

 

InuYasha was just staring at Kikyo; everyone else was wondering what was going to happen next.

 

Then slowly Kagome stirred. Her eyes fluttered open then Kurama moved towered her.

 

She tried to sit up but Kurama stopped her; “Kagome, please don't try and get up.

 

You're too injured.” Kagome half listened, she sat up but didn't try to stand.

 

Kagome looked over to Kikyo who was next to her she felt a different aura around Kikyo, so she reached out to touch her and when she did, she felt warmth. Kikyo was warm.

 

Kagome was in shock and looked up at everyone, “What happened to Kikyo?” She asked, “Why is she human?”

 

“We don't know Kagome.” InuYasha said, “But were going to find out.”

 

“Um guys, Now's not the time for conversations.” Yusuke said in a panicked voice.

 

They all looked to see what he was talking about and saw Naraku coming out of the shadows. “Ha, All that work and pain just to die a horrible death.” Naraku said as he looked at the beat up group.

 

“Don't worry, I'll end you quickly.” Naraku then launched his tentacles at them.

 

InuYasha cut off one of the tentacles and poisonous miasma came out.

 

They knew then that it had to be the real Naraku.

 

Another tentacle flew towered Kagome; Kurama cut it off with his rose whip.

 

Hiei was halving trouble, the poll that got jammed into his leg really made it harder for him to walk. He could only cut off the tentacles that flew towered him.

 

Yusuke made the biggest spirit gun he could, He fired it at Naraku.

 

The blast hit Naraku and broke him into hundreds of pieces. A strong miasma filled the air, but it looked like it was done, he was dead. Kagome then got up and ran over to one of the pieces, she began to dig and she got out a jewel shard.

 

Yusuke was stunned, “You mean I did it? That was too easy.”

 

Right when Yusuke said that all Naraku's pieces flew back together. One of them hit Kagome in the face and she went flying into Kurama who caught her.

 

“Nice try, now it's my turn.” Naraku said as he sent a tentacle at Yusuke. Yusuke got hit in the chest and flew into a building. Yusuke tried to get back up but three tentacles picked him up, crushed him and threw him into another building. He was out cold.

 

InuYasha sent a backlash wave right at Naraku.

 

Naraku dodged it and sent a tentacle into InuYasha.

 

“You can't defeat me half breed.” Naraku laughed.

 

Kurama took out his rose whip and began to tear into Naraku; he sliced off limb after limb after limb. Although the pain in his arm was unbearable he still tried to kill Naraku.

 

Naraku was putting himself back together just as quickly as he was being torn apart. The bad part was that every time he was cut, Naraku let out a powerful miasma. The air was getting hard to breath. Kurama cut out two jewel shards and put it in his pocket.

 

Kurama began to choke because he was in the middle of the poison. Naraku took this chance to send a tentacle all the way through Kurama's stomach.

 

He then threw Kurama down, Kurama didn't move as a pool of his own blood surrounded him.

 

Hiei got up and in anger started cutting off limbs too. But the miasma was so strong he decided that making more miasma was not a good idea.

 

Shippo ran over to Kurama. “Kurama, are you okay?” Shippo began to cry. “Please be okay.” Kurama opened his eyes and got up, he could barely walk but by some miracle he was alive. Kurama picked up Shippo and moved out of the danger and the miasma.

 

“Listen little one, what ever happens, I want you to stay here. Is that clear.” Kurama then cringed in pain but never broke his stare with Shippo.

 

“Okay, I will.” Shippo said with tears falling down his face.

 

“Good.” Kurama then turned around and took out his rose whip ready to fight again.

 

Hiei got fed up with Naraku; he ripped of the bandages on his arm, “DRAGON OF THE DARKNESS FLAME” Hiei yelled.

 

The dragon's came up, it was so powerful that everyone stared at it, everyone on the on the InuYasha side had never seen such a powerful move, nor did they know Hiei could do it.

 

The dragon's crashed into Naraku. It completely wiped out all of Naraku, he was completely incinerated.

 

Hiei smiled evilly at the devastation caused by the dragon. Most of the buildings around them were destroyed.

 

But one piece of Naraku happened to have the jewel shards in it and not be destroyed. It started to regenerate and re-grow. From that small piece of Naraku emerged the whole Naraku, he was back and looked uninjured.

 

Hiei stared in anger and disbelieve. Then he got tired, the effects of using the dragon came over him and he went into hibernation.

 

Naraku then stabbed Hiei with two tentacles, and he could not defend himself because he was unconscious.

 

In anger Sango ran into Naraku, she dodged his tentacles and just started slicing into him. Unfortunately, she was a human and a human can't take poisonous miasma for too long She was getting faint and having trouble breathing but she wouldn't stop fighting, “This is for my father.” She cut his chest open. “This is for my village.” She cut a huge gash in his head. “This is for my brother.” She sliced off one of his arms. “And this is for me” She cut him in half. She saw five jewel shards lying on his flesh. She grabbed them quickly. Then a tactical picked her up and through her all the way through a building onto the other side, she was out of sight and out cold.

 

Naraku was having a lot of trouble putting himself back together. The jewel shards are what make it possible for him to regenerate and he only had a few left thanks to that slayer and miko.

 

Kagome picked up her arrow, “Naraku, this is the end.” She sent the arrow flying, it hit Naraku in the head and it knocked out a jewel shard, which Kagome grabbed.

 

Naraku put his head back together, but it took more time and by time he did InuYasha had made a backlash wave.

 

The backlash wave tour apart Naraku. Kagome saw the last jewel shard and grabbed it.

Although Naraku had no more jewel shards he was bringing himself back together for the last time with their old power that used to be in him.

 

Miroku then took his revenge. “Here Naraku, face the curse which you set upon my family!!! With that Miroku opened his wind tunnel and began to suck up the pieces of Naraku.

 

The Shamiosho were being sucked in too. Miroku didn't care, if this was what needed to happen to bring down Naraku then so be it.

 

Miroku barely stood up long enough to suck up the last piece of Naraku, and then he fainted from the Shamiosho poisoning.

 

“Miroku!!!” Kagome yelled as she ran over to Miroku.

 

“Don't die Miroku!!!” She said as she tried to help her friend.

 

Kurama looked around again. He took in the damage; `Sango has been blasted through a building, who knows how she is. Kuwabara, Kohoku, Kirara, Kikyo, Yusuke, and Hiei are all unconscious. Miroku is seriously hurt and may not be able to walk. InuYasha, and Shippo are the only ones fit to help carry people. I'm afraid I will have trouble carrying myself, let alone another person. But at least I think, Naraku is dead.'

 

Kagome looked at InuYasha, Shippo and Kurama, they were the only ones still conscious.

 

“What are we going to do, they need a hospital.” She said looking at her friends.

 

“No, I can help them.” Said Kurama. “This miasma is doing most of the damage but I think I can find an antidote for it.”

 

Kagome nodded then looked at InuYasha. “InuYasha, Miroku needs help, without the antidote he will die.” She opened her bottle of jewel shards and gave him one. “Take him back to Kaede's for an antidote then come back here and help us get everyone to my home, it's the closest place to rest.”

 

Kurama corrected her; “Kagome, I know a place that is much closer and there is a healer there. Its Genkai's Temple, Genkai is the woman who taught Yusuke. She would be more then willing to help us I'm sure. She lives not to far from here, anyway its closer then your house. Also this healer could probably help Miroku, she is very powerful.”

Kagome nodded, that sounded much better.

 

“Kurama, can you make it to this Genkai persons house on your own?” Kagome asked.

“Yes I can but I can't bring anyone else.” Kurama said as he cringed and a fresh wave of pain came over him.

 

“Okay you take yourself and I'll bring whoever I can.” She looked at Shippo who was crying.

 

“Don't cry Shippo, everything will be okay.” She said.

 

“I know mommy. Its just everyone is hurt and I didn't help at all.” Shippo cried harder.

“Well Shippo you can help right now. We need to get everyone to safety. Naraku's gone but you never know what could come after us next. I want you to transform yourself into something that can carry a lot of people.”

 

Shippo smiled a little, he was glad he could help.

 

Shippo then turned into his pink ball self just flat. It was flat but hovered so Kagome could put people on it without them falling off.

 

Kagome went over to the nearest unconscious person, who was Kikyo, she tried to pick her up to put her on Shippo but she was too heavy. Kurama came over and helped her put Kikyo on Shippo.

 

“I can't carry someone but I can help you lift them up.” Kurama said.

 

They went around and got up all their unconscious teammates, except Sango who was the furthest away.

 

“InuYasha, we don't know where Sango is. Could you go look for her and bring her back, we think she is on the other side of that building.” Kagome said to InuYasha.

 

After a few minuets InuYasha brought back an extremely hurt and unconscious Sango.

Then Shippo carrying everyone went with Kagome and Kurama to Genkai's house. InuYasha carried Sango.

 

 

***Spirit World***

 

Koenma had just watched the whole battle.

 

“My father is going to KILL ME!!!” He sucked on his pacifier harder. “All the damage and devastation. Lucky no humans were killed. I don't know how that was avoided but they were all out at school and work.”

 

George walked in carrying a big plate of squid.

 

“Its about time George!” Koenma said as he ate the squid.

 

“Mister Koenma sir. Is everyone okay?” George asked.

 

“Well George, no. Everyone is very injured. That's why I'm sending Yukina and Botan to go and help heal everyone up.”

 

“Where are they going now sir?” Asked George.

 

“They are going to Genkai's, oh all the paperwork.” He said staring at a mound of fresh paperwork.

 

“George did you know we are not allowed to have people from the past in the future, according to the rules I should sent InuYasha and the others back but I just can't do that to them, they need help and Yukina is the best healer around.” Koenma said as he finished the squid.

 

“Well that's good sir. That is very kind of you.”

 

“Yeah that and I don't have time to kick them out because of all this paperwork!”

 

George sweat dropped.

 

“George, we need to get those bodies of Kanna and Kagura and all the dead demons out of the streets. Call a clean up crew and all the mind-wiping people. No one can know what happened, tons of building's are destroyed.” Koenma thought for a second. “Never mind, just get the demon carcasses out of there, I'll make a tornado.”

 

“A tornado sir?” Asked George. “Won't that make even more devastation?”

 

“Who cares, then we wont have to worry about cleaning everything up.” Koenma said happily.

 

George looked at him in shock, “Your horrible sir.”

 

“I know George now get me another squid.”

 

 

***Outside the Huge Steps to Genkai's Temple. ***

 

Kagome looked up the tall steps that seemed to go up for a mile. She was considering going all the way back to her house just so she didn't have to climb them. InuYasha seemed to be on the same lines.

 

“There is no way in the world you will get me to climb those steps.” InuYasha said with a grunt.

 

Kurama looked at him, “I thought that you were supposed to be tough InuYasha, oh well, you can defeat Naraku but you can't climb some stairs?”

 

Kurama's taunting worked; before they knew it InuYasha was climbing up all the stairs with Sango on his back.

 

Shippo was hovering so it didn't matter to him. Except at one point when he was going up the hill Kuwabara rolled off of him and fell all the way to the bottom of the steps, he was still unconscious after the fall.

 

Shippo went back to get him.

 

Kurama however was having a little bit of trouble going up the stairs because of all his injuries. After all he did get a tentacle right through his stomach.

 

Kagome went over and put his arm around her shoulder to help him walk. “Thank you Kagome but I can't be a burden to you.” Kurama said as he tried to walk alone. He took one step then fell to the ground.

 

“I don't care what you say, you can't walk alone Kurama.” Kagome then picked him up and helped him up the rest of the stairs.

 

“Thank you Kagome.” She smiled at him, and he smiled back.

 

They finally finished climbing all the stairs, InuYasha was quite glad it was over.

 

Kagome looked over at Shippo, “How are you doing Shippo?”

 

Shippo looked very tired, “I can't keep the transformation much longer.” Just as he said that he de-transformed back into little Shippo. The people fell to the ground; luckily they were only a foot off the ground. Well all except Kuwabara who somehow rolled off again and was down some of the steps.

 

Kagome went to get him but Kurama stopped her, “Don't worry Kagome, I can get him from here, you help the others.”

 

Kagome nodded then she and InuYasha began to help move their friends into more comfortable position's.

 

Well InuYasha picked up Yusuke and tossed him aside carelessly. If someone had seen this it would of looked like a violent toss. Also it just so happened that someone did see it.

 

An old woman emerged out of a temple and began to walk towered them. She watched Yusuke get thrown aside, obviously injured. She didn't know whom this dog demon was, but she wasn't going to let him invade her temple.

 

Genkai jumped up into the air and by time InuYasha looked up she punched him in the face and he went flying down all the stairs. “I HATE YOU, YOU OLD WENCH” InuYasha yelled as he went flying to the bottom.

 

The miko then seemed to think she was a threat because then a sacred arrow came flying at her almost hitting her, it scrapped her shoulder.

 

Genkai responded by charging towered Kagome, to her utter shock a little creature jumped onto her face and began to scratch her. “You won't hurt my Mommy.” The creature identified as a fox demon yelled at her, then he jumped off and landed in front of the miko.

 

Right when they were about to attack again a voice yelled out, “No wait, she's not an enemy Genkai!!!” Kurama was climbing up the stairs dragging an unconscious Kuwabara.

 

Kagome looked at Genkai, “This is the one who could help us?” Asked Kagome.

 

“Yes now please, lower your weapon.” Kurama said as Kagome brought down her arrow.

 

Genkai looked at Kurama, the huge pile of unconscious bodies, some she recognized, some she didn't. The dog demon that was walking up the stairs angrily with his sword drawn and the little fox demon standing in front of the miko, she could still feel his little nails.

 

“What happened Kurama?” Genkai said looking at the really beat up Kuwabara.

 

“He fell down the stairs.” Said Shippo angrily, he was still mad that this lady attacked his mommy.

 

Genkai studied the little fox; she had to admit the little kit had guts. (That's not what most would say about him…namely InuYasha.)

 

Kurama stepped in, “I'm sorry Genkai but there really isn't the time. This is a team of fighters we have been fighting with, they are our allies. We have just taken down a huge foe but unfortunately as you can see it has left us most vulnerable. We knew it would be safe here and we knew we could trust you. I will go into the details later but for now can we please help them.”

 

Genkai looked at them one more time. “Yeah, I'll help. Yukina and Botan just showed up they were about to tell me what was going on when I saw this moron throw the dimwit.”

 

She pointed at InuYasha who went to yell back but tripped over someone's leg right onto his face.

 

Genkai chuckled but then went back to being serious. “Who is the most injured?”

Kurama looked around, “The monk,” He pointed to Miroku, “And the demon slayer.” He looked around again, “and probably Yusuke. Although everyone is quite injured.”

 

Genkai looked at him. “What about you? You have a hole through your stomach.” She looked somewhat impressed that he was still alive and walking.

 

“Well yes, I need medical attention too but…” He was cut off when Genkai yelled, “Yukina, Botan, get out here, we need help.” Two girls came out from the temple.

 

Yukina looked at them all and a tear came to her eyes. “We can fit them all in the recovery room, follow me.” She picked up Kirara and began to walk towered a room in the temple.

 

Everyone moved the injured into that room. Then Genkai, Yukina, and Botan began to fix everyone up, including Kurama who they felt needed more care and couldn't really help fix other people in the state he was in.

 

By the end of the night everyone was in bed all patched up, everyone had a cot. Kagome stayed up telling Genkai, Yukina, and Botan everything about the well and their travels and Naraku and the Battle. They looked quite impressed.

 

“Well what do you have to do now?” Asked Botan.

 

“We have to find all the jewel shards, we have more then half but are still missing some.”

 

Kagome thought for a second, “We have to find out what's going to happen to the finished jewel shard. And we have to face all the demons that will want to try and destroy the ones who destroyed Naraku. Now that Naraku's gone all the other demons that were afraid of him have nothing to fear so they will come out and torment villages. We have to stop them from hurting the people. Our jobs not done yet.”

 

“Wow, you are all very brave.” Said Yukina.

 

“The only thing I don't understand is why this Kikyo person is now human.” Said Genkai who had closely followed every detail of Kagome's story.

 

Just as Genkai said that there came a stirring from one of the beds, Kikyo sat up and looked around, then she looked down and felt her hand. “It worked.” She said with a smile that sent shivers down Kagome's back.

 

 

 

THIS IS NOT THE END!!! This is only the death of Naraku. They have many more adventures ahead of them so please keep checking. I hope you liked this a lot.
