One week had finally passed since I was sent to the hospital; Melissa was at the temple while Kurama and the others went to retrieve me. She was thinking about what little information the nurse had given them while she was down there before.

“Voices…”

She whispered and bit down slightly on her lip, then Melissa heard the door open and turned to see the boys surrounding me in a circle. I had an angry scowl plastered over my face, her eyes flicked down to see my wrists were still bandaged from the slices.

“Hey guys”

“We brought her back; the nurse told us she would be just fine”

Kurama explained, I kept my gaze down so my bangs shielded my eyes.

“Move”

I growled and pushed through them, I rushed to my room and slammed the door shut, and I glanced around the room.

`They came in here you know they did….see I told you they cannot be trusted'

`Keep quiet! They are our friends they would never come into our room without permission!'

`Hn. You little bitch of course they would!'

I scurried over to my bed side table and opened the drawer, my eyes widened, my knives weren't in it. I went over to my clothing dresser and searched frantically through it, I still couldn't find any of my blades, anywhere. By the end my room was completely trashed, the mattress on my bed had been thrown off, clothes lie askew all over the floor, I screamed in frustration.

“Uh oh”

Kuwabara said and they rushed up stairs, I was sitting on my window sill glaring at the ground.

“YOU ALL CAME INTO MY ROOM!?!?!?!?!?!?!?”

I yelled at them, acid dripping from every word.

“We had to…we had to take out all of your knives we didn't want you to hurt yourself again Sarah”

Yusuke told me.

`Traitors, what did I tell you?!'

`Maybe so, but just listen to what they have to say, trust me it's because they care about her, about us'

`They don't know anything about US!!!!!!!!!!'

“Would you just shut up you two!!!!”

I growled, Yusuke and the others were taken aback.

“Jeeze sorry that we're your friends and that we care if you get hurt”

“Oh that is such a lie!!!!”

Then a thought crossed my mind, I looked up to the fan on my ceiling, then stepped onto my bed. I fingered around on the blades of the fan and felt something, a knife they had missed that I had taped to the top. I ripped it off and jumped back down to the floor, then traced my fingers over the edge of the blade.

“Dammit!”

Hiei snapped, Melissa's eyes widened.

“Sparky put the knife down!”

I rolled my eyes and threw it over my shoulder, a creepy smirk played across my lips.

“Not like it would matter anyway, if I sliced myself again you all would just rush me back to that same god forsaken hospital!!!!!”

“Sarah…”

“Shut up! And get out of my room….”

`There you go girl'

`No!!!! Look what you've done you have poisoned her mind!'

I rolled my eyes again, listening to them bicker about idiotic things, there was a ling silence.

“What did I just tell you? GET OUT!!!”

Millie shook her head and was the first to leave, only to be followed by the others soon after, I fell back onto the window sill and stared at the wall. Down the hall they all sat together, trying to think of what they were going to do about me and my problem.

“I am going to call the hospital”

Melissa said and walked over to get the phone.

“Are you sure you should do that Melissa, I mean Sarah got really pissed when she found out we were talking about her before”

Kuwabara said, his eyes shifting from side to side.

“I know but I still want to get to the bottom of this, she's our friend and there is something wrong”

She dialed the number and asked for the nurse they had spoken to before, silence and discomfort swept over the room.

“Hello I just called to ask you some more questions, I was there with the patient you just let out…Sarah….and you told us that she was there before?”

She was quiet for a moment and nodded.

“Could you tell me more? Why was she there?”

“Well the reason she was here was because when she was younger she came here and claimed that she was hearing voices, two people, one she called Arien and the other Kaline, she said nothing more, so we placed her into the psych ward and she would constantly scream in pain, they caused her a lot of pain”

“Oh…well how long was she in there for?”

“She was 8 when she came in, she only lasted a year before leaving, she escaped one night….we hadn't seen her since you brought her in”

“Oh…well thank you”

“Of course good bye”

“Bye”

She slowly hung up and turned to the others; Kurama stood and walked over to her.

“What did she say?”

“She said she was in for hearing voices, two of them causing her a lot of pain…she was 8 when they put her in the psych ward, she said she called one voice Arien and the other Kaline”

Hiei grunted with an emotionless expression.

“Why doesn't any of that surprise me?”

She shot an evil glare at him, but he was unfazed.

“Oh surprise surprise….you all decided to call the nurse to get a little info about me huh?”

They saw me standing in the entrance way, Melissa rolled her eyes and leaned against the counter.

“Why am I not surprised?”

`Like I said before, all they want to do is butt in'

“Oh well now you know about my little visit when I was 8, big deal”

“Why didn't you tell us before Sarah?”

“Because it's none of your business”

Melissa didn't want to have to deal with this so she went into the other room; I could sense pain welling within her and eyed the hallway that she exited through.

“I will go find her”

“No…let me”

I stopped Kurama and walked after her, she was sitting in her room, I went and sat beside her on her bed.

“What do you want?”

“You left awfully fast….something wrong?”

She gave me a `what-do-you-think-dumbass' look.

“What do you think Sarah, we have been friends for a long time and I have shared just about all of my secrets with you and you hid this big thing from me!!!!!”

“I have my reasons…but it doesn't mean I don't want to be your friend or anything”

“What ever”

`She's hiding something from you….I can feel it'

`Just back off Arien'

I glanced at her with a twisted smirk.

“What other secrets do you have eh?”

Her eyes slightly widened and she looked over at me, her skin went as pale as a white sheet.

“I don't have anymore secrets Sarah, I told you everything about me, yet you have told me nothing about you!”

“Hn. That's not what she said”

I told her while looking away, she trembled slightly, she wondered who this `she' was.

“Get back to me when you decided to let us know”

I stood and left the room, she stared after me, and she regained her calm composure.

“Us…”

Melissa whispered.
