"Yea..." Yusuke looked at her. "Thanks....Kagome..."

Kagome tucked both Nefertiri and Susa into their beds. Yusuke was a common visitor in her house. So Nefertiri and Susa had their own beds. The said father watched as Kagome slip enchanted bracelets around his children's wrist. These bracelets would hide his children even from Koenma's sensors and subdue their demon blood.
"That should do it," Kagome said as she stood.
"Thanks again," Yusuke said as he looked at her.
"No problem, but now it is your turn." She said pulling him into her old bedroom she had when she was shard hunting. Yusuke allowed her to push him down onto the edge of the bed. He allowed her to push the yukata off his shoulders. "I'm going to run a warm bath, I want you to remove your bandages. Then get into the bath..."
"Alright," Yusuke said as he watched Kagome leave. He waited a few minutes before getting up and walking into the bathroom. The tubs was full and had rose petals here and there. Yusuke opened a cabinet and grabbed a swiss army knife. Pulling out the blade, he let the yukata robe fall to the bathroom floor. He then proceeded to cut all of his bandages off except the one over his eye. He put the knife down and walked to the tub.
Yusuke slipped into the warm water and closed his eye. A few minutes later, Yusuke felt movement behind him. He opened his eye and saw Kagome craning over his head. She was sitting on the rim of the tub behind him in a tanktop and shorts.
"Hey..." Yusuke murmured sitting up more.
"Stay still," She whispered. She put her legs over his shoulder and smiled.
"Why does this remind me of the American movie the Odyssey?" Yusuke asked.
"Because of the way we are situated. Now shut up, I have to heal that wound." Kagome said. She leaned back and picked up the bowl that was filled with a recent salve she just made. Yusuke leaned against her as she spread some of the salve on his wounds with two fingers. Once she got the top half of his body, she had to lean down farther to get his thighs. The salve was water resistant so Kagome didn't have to worry about it breaking apart in the water.
"So..." Yusuke breathed. "How's Sesshomaru?"
"Pissed that I sleep with you..." Kagome chuckled. She kissed his ear. "I do suppose you are not in the mood for tonight."
"Sorry," Yusuke said kissing the inside of her thigh. "Not tonight." Kagome smiled and nodded.
"I'm done with the salve. You can soak if you like..." She said.
"No, I'll get out now." Yusuke said standing up. Kagome got off the edge of the tub and grabbed a towel. She passed to him and smiled.
"So, the usual Mr. Urameshi?" Kagome asked as Yusuke stepped out of the tub. He nodded. Kagome grabbed his hand and pulled him into her new room, which was her mother's old one. It had a king size bed in it, in which Kagome pushed Yusuke onto. She smiled and threw Yusuke his pajamas pants. He smiled and undid the towel and got into his pajama pants. He then laid back against the pillows as Kagome crawled onto the bed over him.
She leaned her head down and began to dry off Yusuke by licking off the water droplets. Yusuke moaned silently as she started from his waist up. Once at his chest she took special care of each nipple. She reached his neck and sucks on it for a while leaving hickies behind. Grinning at her work she leaned up and began to suck on the area behind Yusuke's ear. He gasped and grabbed her arms.
"Okay, that's enough...my wound won't be able to stand against our activities if we continue." Yusuke said.
"Alright...but you owe me." Kagome promised. Yusuke nodded and slowly, but painfully got under the covers. Kagome got in after him and curled up against his chest. "Night Yusuke..."
"Night Kagome..." They both evened out their breathes before falling asleep.

Kagome yawned as she made some coffee the next morning. It was eleven in the morning and she had left Yusuke up in bed. Though he acted fine he wasn't. She could see it in his eyes. She looked at the other enchanted bracelet, she had a feeling she was going to need it. She looked up when a knock came from her kitchen window.
"Yo Kag! Open up ya?" A jade eyed woman said smiling. Beside her was a red haired woman with sapphire eyes.
"Try the sliding down you ditzy blonde." Kagome smiled. The jade eyed woman blinked then went to the nearby door and slid it open.
"Oh..."
"Angel you idiot..." The red head said. "What's up Kagome?"
"Nothing Jaxxia, want some coffee?" She turned to the machine to see Angel already pouring cups. "Thanks?"
"Welcome," Angel said handing out the coffee as they sat at the table. "How are things?"
"Crazy..." Kagome sipped the hot liquid. "How about you guys?" Angel smiled.
"Hagiri proposed to me...." She sighed happily and held out her hand. There was a white gold ring with a jade flower on it surrounded by topaz jewels.
"That's beautiful..." Kagome gasped.
"I know, she's been flaunting it since he gave it to her." Jaxxia said. Angel blushed as Kagome laughed. A cough caught their attention as a drowsy Yusuke stumbled into the kitchen. He had a shirt over his chest, covering his stomach wound but not high enough to hide the hickies all over his neck.
"Late night last night?" Angel inquired smirking. Kagome immediately blushed and continued with the coffee. Yusuke ignored her and got some orange juice from the fridge.
"It would seem so..." Jaxxia said. "Hey Kagome, those look like the same hickies you left when you sucked on his neck at the ice rink last winter."
"Yea, but more intense sucking?" Angel giggled. Yusuke turned and looked at the two.
"Well Ms. Red and Ms. Jerk-to-be," He said as he stared at them. "Do I need to comment on the hickies I saw at the beach this summer? Or perhaps, the make out session in Sesshomaru's office building?" Both girls immediately shut up. "Good."
"So what now? I heard from Sesshomaru that Yusuke killed Marutsuma." Jaxxia said. Yusuke looked at Kagome, who shrugged.
"Had to tell him, he was with me when you called." Kagome said around her mug. Yusuke rolled his eyes and ran a hand through his hair.
"I'm thinking of disappearing for a while. I can't endanger the kid again. If they run into trouble like that without being prepared again, I don't think I'll be able to walk away." He answered truthfully.
"The children were there?" Angel asked. "Their upstairs aren't they?"
"You should know..." Yusuke said as he finished off his drink. "You can go wake them up..." Angel squealed and raced silently upstairs. The three in the kitchen watched with smiles.
"So...how are you going to disappear?" Jaxxia asked turning back to them.
"I made enchanted bracelets to conceal their spirit energy. Which reminds me..." Kagome tossed the bracelet at Yusuke. "There...this is for you." Yusuke looked down and nodded. He slipped it one and sighed.
"I am going to need a place to stay other than here. My scent is all over this place, if the Reikai Tantei are called in Kurama and Hiei will smell it." Yusuke thought out loud. There was a slide of the glass down and three things happened at once. Yusuke's quick reflexes had a kitchen knife at the intruders throat and Kagome holding the arm from behind Yusuke. The intruder simply stared down at the knife then pushed it aside.
"If you really are intending to kill Yusuke, do it on the first strike." He said. Yusuke glared as Kagome took the knife from him.
"Get off my back Sesshomaru," The youth snorted.
"I'm not on it detective..." The Inu Taiyoukai replied smoothly. He had brown eyes and platinum blonde hair. His demon markings were not there either. This was his human illusion for the ningen-kai world. Sesshomaru or Sho Nishimori. "I came here because I wanted to talk to you."
"About what?" Yusuke asked as he rubbed the back of his neck. Sesshomaru eyes glanced at Kagome when he saw the hickies. The young woman blushed slightly before turning back to Jaxxia and sitting beside the red head. Jax just stared with a bored expression.
"Let us go outside, it must be spoke to you alone." Sesshomaru said going back outside. Yusuke buttoned up his shirt as he followed the youkai in disguise. They stopped in front the Goshinboku Tree.
"What is it Sesshomaru?" Yusuke asked looked at him. Sesshomaru stared up at the Goshinboku Tree and sighed.
"Yusuke, Koenma has sent the Spirit Detectives to find Marutsuma murderer. He wants the man back in Reikai to stand trial." The inu informed. Yusuke blinked.
"What do you mean?"
"Yusuke, Reikai wants Marutsuma's murderer in jail." Sesshomaru clarified turning to the toushin. "Marutsuma was the son of the King of Hell, Hades. Enma-sama, Koenma's father, owed Hades' a favor. Hades is calling in the marker."
"But the death was justified. Marutsuma tried to kill my kids!" Yusuke said. He was enraged, no beyond enraged...he was down right pissed. Sesshomaru watched as Yusuke's demon markings appeared over his face and most likely his body in his anger.
"Hades was told that a man came into their territory and killed Marutsuma out of pure insanity. They didn't see it was you, but they know it was someone powerful." Sesshomaru walked to Yusuke and put a hand on his shoulder. The young man tensed up, but didn't look up. "You are safe, for now..."
"I don't know what do...I don't want to put my kids or Kagome at risk. I have no where to go without the Reikai Tantei looking." Yusuke whispered. Sesshomaru stood straight and crossed his arms.
"You will come with me to my mansion and bring the children. Kagome will be able to visit and stay as long as she pleases. Your children will be trained to take care of themselves so you can rest at ease." Sesshomaru stated in his cold voice. Yusuke looked up at the youkai and nodded.
"Thank you Sesshomaru," The younger of the two replied. He bowed to the older man.
"Are you guys done out there?" Kagome called from the door. Angel and Nefertiri were peering through the glass door as Susa stayed with Jaxxia at the table. "I made food, hurry up before Angel eats it all."
"Hey!" Angel huffed.
"Coming Kagome!" Sesshomaru said as he started back. Yusuke smiled and looked at the Goshinboku. 'Please let this go smoothly...' He prayed before limping toward the house.

A few days later, Susa and Nefertiri were moved into the mansion. Sesshomaru was training them every and they were getting stronger everyday. Yusuke's eye still wasn't healed so he continued to were a bandage over it, but everywhere else was getting there. Kagome was happy to help them get to somewhere that won't be too new or too secure for them. The kids were allowed out and such, but not to go near certain places, such as the Arcade, Yusuke's old High School, or even back to Genkai's. Yusuke made certain that Koenma wouldn't be able to track his family down to their new temporary home.
Today though was different. Kagome was walking up the shrine stairs with a bag of groceries. She stopped though as she sensed something amiss. Yusuke was there packing and-or hiding their things. But...there were other auras there. Her miko senses flared as she sensed two demons and a human. 'The Reikai Tantei!' Her mind screamed. She dropped her bag and ran up the stairs as she remember Yusuke's words.
'The Reikai Tantei consists of my closest teammates. Two demons and a human. One demon is extremely short tempered and silent. The other is clever and will try to trick you into revealing your secrets don't fall for it....The human is stupid yet his sense are sharp. Try not to scare or confuse him...'
Kagome reached the top of the stairs to see the team in front of the Goshinboku tree. She cautiously walked up to them, but tried to play it off as if she did this all the time. Both demons were looking at the well house and the tree. The human on the other hand was looking at her with a smile.
"Hello?" She asked with false hesitance. "May I help you?"
"Hi! I'm Kazuma Kuwabara!" He said. 'Kuwabara is a idiot that will try to flirt with any girl he sees. He's the human among them so be nice.' Kagome smiled as she remembered his pep talk.
"Yes, I am Shuiichi Minamino," The red-haired one said. Yusuke words played in her head. 'Shuiichi Minamino, goes by the name Kurama. Use this to throw them off balance.' "Beside me is Hiei Jaganshi..." 'Hiei will try to pry into your mind if you make him suspicious or once he sees you. Don't let him. Use the mental barriers Sesshomaru and Miroku taught you. Make it appear as though you know nothing other than you are a miko.'
"Nice to meet you, I am the miko of the Shrine." She bowed, but kept her eyes on them. "Kagome Higurashi..."
Kurama and Hiei watched as she bowed, but kept her eyes on them. They then knew that this miko was in more than a few fights. Her aura showed strength as well as wisedom of age. Her eyes stayed more focus on them, than Kuwabara.
'She knows who might be more of a threat...' Kurama thought.
'She's frightened.' Hiei said in Kurama's mind.
'She's cautious...' Kurama replied. /Perhaps she's hiding something/ Youko interjected. /Would be interesting to see what a fine ningen like her would be hiding/.
"How may I help you?" Kagome asked smiling.
"We would like to know if you, a miko, could sense what is coming from your home." Kurama asked. Kagome blinked. His senses were sharp. He could sense the after effects of Susa's and Nefertiri's energy. She had to think though, how was he able to sense it through her miko barrier? Her thoughts led her to believe that he was a kitsune....perhaps a grey, or a white. Silver Kitsunes are so rare, that people thought they were extinct.
"I sense nothing, you must be mistaken good sir." Kagome replied. Hiei narrowed his eyes. This miko was too sweet. Perhaps she wasn't a real miko. He had heard from Genkai that there was only one that could survive. This miko was supposedly the one who fought the great hanyou Naraku along side the Taiyoukai of the West. But that was over 500 years ago when they were nothing but children and teenagers. Hiei wanted to find out if she was a miko, he intended to get answered.
Opening his Jagan eye under the headband, Hiei pressed into her mind to find the truth. To his irritation and Kagome's surprise, he was blocked by multiple barriers. He growled at her causing her to look at him in slight surprise.
"How can a mere human have mental barriers?" He asked. Kagome smiled.
"I told you I was a miko."
"But not even miko's of today's world has barriers such as these." Hiei said. Kurama narrowed his eyes. 'I will save you if you shout...but after that, you will have to get my stuff to Sesshomaru's pronto.' Yusuke's words said.
"Who are you?" Kurama asked as he brought out his rose. Kagome stepped back.
"I told you!" She glared at them. Kuwabara sensed the hostility and asked what was going on.
"This miko is more than she appears." Kurama answered. Kuwabara being the closest one, nodded and grabbed Kagome's arms. The young woman took this time to scream loud enough for Yusuke to hear whereever he was on the grounds.
A spirit energy signature pulsed from the well house. Kagome blinked as they all looked at the small shack. Kurama and Hiei nodded to each other and began to move toward the small shack. The door suddenly opened a blur past by them. Kuwabara was thrown from Kagome as a cloaked man stood in front of her looking down.
Kagome smiled up at the cloak man. He looked down at her with one brown eye. His hair covered his bandage as he grinned at her. He was wearing a black cloak that looked vaguely like a trench coat with a hood. He had fingerless gloves on and black nikes. They began to mouth words to each other so the demons wouldn't hear.
'You so owe me...' Yusuke said.
'You owe me a night in bed, let's call this our even.' Kagome smiled slightly. Yusuke shook his head.
'If I get caught you owe me a night in bed.' He reasoned with her as the Reikai Tantei began to advance. 'Sorry for this,' He pulled her into a kiss. As the Reikai Tantei got closer, Yusuke broke the kiss then threw Kagome down on the ground before running off in a blur.
"Hiei!" Kurama shouted as he ran toward the stairs. "Kuwabara take care of the girl and report to Koenma." Hiei had gotten his sword out and was already going after the figure. Kuwabara looked at Kagome, who just sat on the ground with her arms crossed.
"Er...."
"Are you going to help me up or what?"

Yea short chapter, but I got alot of stuff to do. Finals are coming up soon, and I owe 10 assignments for Creative Writing. Hehe. Well I better get working. Ja.

"You will come with me to my mansion and bring the children. Kagome will be able to visit and stay as long as she pleases. Your children will be trained to take care of themselves so you can rest at ease." Sesshomaru stated in his cold voice. Yusuke looked up at the youkai and nodded.
"Thank you Sesshomaru," The younger of the two replied. He bowed to the older man.
"Are you guys done out there?" Kagome called from the door. Angel and Nefertiri were peering through the glass door as Susa stayed with Jaxxia at the table. "I made food, hurry up before Angel eats it all."
"Hey!" Angel huffed.
"Coming Kagome!" Sesshomaru said as he started back. Yusuke smiled and looked at the Goshinboku. 'Please let this go smoothly...' He prayed before limping toward the house.

A few days later, Susa and Nefertiri were moved into the mansion. Sesshomaru was training them every and they were getting stronger everyday. Yusuke's eye still wasn't healed so he continued to were a bandage over it, but everywhere else was getting there. Kagome was happy to help them get to somewhere that won't be too new or too secure for them. The kids were allowed out and such, but not to go near certain places, such as the Arcade, Yusuke's old High School, or even back to Genkai's. Yusuke made certain that Koenma wouldn't be able to track his family down to their new temporary home.
Today though was different. Kagome was walking up the shrine stairs with a bag of groceries. She stopped though as she sensed something amiss. Yusuke was there packing and-or hiding their things. But...there were other auras there. Her miko senses flared as she sensed two demons and a human. 'The Reikai Tantei!' Her mind screamed. She dropped her bag and ran up the stairs as she remember Yusuke's words.
'The Reikai Tantei consists of my closest teammates. Two demons and a human. One demon is extremely short tempered and silent. The other is clever and will try to trick you into revealing your secrets don't fall for it....The human is stupid yet his sense are sharp. Try not to scare or confuse him...'
Kagome reached the top of the stairs to see the team in front of the Goshinboku tree. She cautiously walked up to them, but tried to play it off as if she did this all the time. Both demons were looking at the well house and the tree. The human on the other hand was looking at her with a smile.
"Hello?" She asked with false hesitance. "May I help you?"
"Hi! I'm Kazuma Kuwabara!" He said. 'Kuwabara is a idiot that will try to flirt with any girl he sees. He's the human among them so be nice.' Kagome smiled as she remembered his pep talk.
"Yes, I am Shuiichi Minamino," The red-haired one said. Yusuke words played in her head. 'Shuiichi Minamino, goes by the name Kurama. Use this to throw them off balance.' "Beside me is Hiei Jaganshi..." 'Hiei will try to pry into your mind if you make him suspicious or once he sees you. Don't let him. Use the mental barriers Sesshomaru and Miroku taught you. Make it appear as though you know nothing other than you are a miko.'
"Nice to meet you, I am the miko of the Shrine." She bowed, but kept her eyes on them. "Kagome Higurashi..."
Kurama and Hiei watched as she bowed, but kept her eyes on them. They then knew that this miko was in more than a few fights. Her aura showed strength as well as wisedom of age. Her eyes stayed more focus on them, than Kuwabara.
'She knows who might be more of a threat...' Kurama thought.
'She's frightened.' Hiei said in Kurama's mind.
'She's cautious...' Kurama replied. /Perhaps she's hiding something/ Youko interjected. /Would be interesting to see what a fine ningen like her would be hiding/.
"How may I help you?" Kagome asked smiling.
"We would like to know if you, a miko, could sense what is coming from your home." Kurama asked. Kagome blinked. His senses were sharp. He could sense the after effects of Susa's and Nefertiri's energy. She had to think though, how was he able to sense it through her miko barrier? Her thoughts led her to believe that he was a kitsune....perhaps a grey, or a white. Silver Kitsunes are so rare, that people thought they were extinct.
"I sense nothing, you must be mistaken good sir." Kagome replied. Hiei narrowed his eyes. This miko was too sweet. Perhaps she wasn't a real miko. He had heard from Genkai that there was only one that could survive. This miko was supposedly the one who fought the great hanyou Naraku along side the Taiyoukai of the West. But that was over 500 years ago when they were nothing but children and teenagers. Hiei wanted to find out if she was a miko, he intended to get answered.
Opening his Jagan eye under the headband, Hiei pressed into her mind to find the truth. To his irritation and Kagome's surprise, he was blocked by multiple barriers. He growled at her causing her to look at him in slight surprise.
"How can a mere human have mental barriers?" He asked. Kagome smiled.
"I told you I was a miko."
"But not even miko's of today's world has barriers such as these." Hiei said. Kurama narrowed his eyes. 'I will save you if you shout...but after that, you will have to get my stuff to Sesshomaru's pronto.' Yusuke's words said.
"Who are you?" Kurama asked as he brought out his rose. Kagome stepped back.
"I told you!" She glared at them. Kuwabara sensed the hostility and asked what was going on.
"This miko is more than she appears." Kurama answered. Kuwabara being the closest one, nodded and grabbed Kagome's arms. The young woman took this time to scream loud enough for Yusuke to hear whereever he was on the grounds.
A spirit energy signature pulsed from the well house. Kagome blinked as they all looked at the small shack. Kurama and Hiei nodded to each other and began to move toward the small shack. The door suddenly opened a blur past by them. Kuwabara was thrown from Kagome as a cloaked man stood in front of her looking down.
Kagome smiled up at the cloak man. He looked down at her with one brown eye. His hair covered his bandage as he grinned at her. He was wearing a black cloak that looked vaguely like a trench coat with a hood. He had fingerless gloves on and black nikes. They began to mouth words to each other so the demons wouldn't hear.
'You so owe me...' Yusuke said.
'You owe me a night in bed, let's call this our even.' Kagome smiled slightly. Yusuke shook his head.
'If I get caught you owe me a night in bed.' He reasoned with her as the Reikai Tantei began to advance. 'Sorry for this,' He pulled her into a kiss. As the Reikai Tantei got closer, Yusuke broke the kiss then threw Kagome down on the ground before running off in a blur.
"Hiei!" Kurama shouted as he ran toward the stairs. "Kuwabara take care of the girl and report to Koenma." Hiei had gotten his sword out and was already going after the figure. Kuwabara looked at Kagome, who just sat on the ground with her arms crossed.
"Er...."
"Are you going to help me up or what?"

Yea short chapter, but I got alot of stuff to do. Finals are coming up soon, and I owe 10 assignments for Creative Writing. Hehe. Well I better get working. Ja.
