Kurama: 0. O I thought that… oh well… Sammy does not own anything, except Hans.

Hans: AND ANOTHER THING, I'M A REAL PERSON! SHE DOESN'T OWN ME! I'M REAL!!

Kurama: Denial…

You turned around to see a short woman, who had pink hair that sort of faded, must have been from old age. ((Like you don't know who this `mysterious' woman is!"))

"Err… who exactly are you to call me a dimwit you old hag?!" no one called you a dimwit and gets away with it! But if you knew who she was, you wouldn't have said that…

"I'm Genkai, I own this temple, so you best watch your tongue." You fell from the couch among hearing what she said, so she was the famous Genkai, and now she could kick you out for calling her a old hag, way to go!

"Oh… well… I'm sorry, I didn't know! He, he, he!" you rubbed your head, and laughed nervously, she just looked at you like you were an idiot.

"Shut up girl, now I want you to rest, in exactly 1 hour, you will come down to start your training, Kurama and I will train you, got it?" she said, you nodded your head in agreement, "Good." She turned around and left, this was going to be interesting…

After you had gotten dressed for training, you went outside, it was now exactly one hour since Genkai told you to come outside, scratch that, it was an hour and thirty minutes since she told you to come outside, so you overslept… big whoop.

"You're late... not a very good thing." You turned around to see Genkai and Kurama there, you chuckled nervously, "I kind of overslept… sorry." Genkai rolled her eyes and walked up to you.

"First… I'm going to teach you how to use your spirit energy." "Spirit energy?" you interrupted, which earned you a very hard slap from Genkai, "No interrupting!" ok, that wasn't necessary, but hey, you couldn't really argue with her.

"Ok, Ok, jeez!" she rolled her eyes at you, "Now then, spirit energy comes from inside you, now I want you to close your eyes and imagine a weapon, any weapon, it doesn't matter, and then I want you too imagine it in your hands."

You closed your eyes, and nothing happened, that's right, you have to imagine a weapon, you always wanted a scythe, ((I like scythe's, so you get a scythe, MUAHAHA- OW!)) you concentrated real hard, but nothing happened.

"_____, you have to concentrate harder." Kurama said; you concentrated as hard as you could, until you felt a weapon on your hands, with eyes wide, you flung the blue scythe around.

"It's not a plaything girl! Now stop swinging it around!" Genkai said while staring at you acting like an idiot, "It's not everyday that I get a weapon of mass destruction just magically appear in my hands!" you flung the blue scythe around even more, and it almost hit Kurama, but you didn't care, this was way too much fun! That is until… you felt someone slap you.

"Now that I got your attention, I want you to try and Hit Kurama with it." Genkai pointed a finger at him, was she crazy? You could kill him with this thing, and she expects you to try and hit him with it? You shook your head; you didn't want to hurt him.

There was only one way to make you do it, "Oh come on _____, it's not like you could even catch me anyways, you're too slow, no, way too slow." Kurama said with a smirk, that was it, that was the motivation you needed, he knew it wasn't like you to turn down a challenge, "Oh… is that so?"

You swung the scythe at Kurama's direction, but he easily blocked it, "You're going to have to do better than that!" he swung his rope whip at you, but you actually managed to get out of the way. ((Just training, he's not trying to hurt you.))

"You seem to have no problem dodging, but never let your guard down; I'm going to watch you and Kurama battle for a while."

Genkai sat down and observed the two of you, she was somewhat amazed by you, you didn't have any problems at all, and you even gave Kurama a couple of punches here and there, you didn't really need any training, now all that's left are your ice powers.

"Ok, now I'm going too…" Genkai stopped and looked around, the both of you were gone, the two of you must have gone into the forest without realizing, she shrugged and went back inside, the two of you will show up later.

"I beat you, I beat you, I beat you!" a few hours have passed by, and the both of you grew tired, but to hell with that, you beat Kurama!

"Fine, fine, you did beat me, but you know, for a first timer you handled your scythe very well." Kurama said as he wiped the blood off his lips, the weird thing was, you never did use a scythe before, and now you had all this extra strength, very weird.

"Well… it just came naturally; I guess it's my demon side, but anyways… I BEAT YOU, I BEAT YOU!" you did another victory dance, and there was no way that you would shut up now.

"But ____, you can't always depend on your spirit powers you know." Whoa, major glitch. "Eh… what?" well this was a disappointment, a weapon of mass destruction, gone.

"Relax, you could still use your scythe, just don't always depend on it, you still have to worry about your ice powers also, and your speed and strength." Kurama said, you stared at him with a dumbfounded face, "Damn, fine, ice powers are cool I guess… hey… I just made a funny!" you laughed and laughed, but that was really confusing Kurama.

"Don't you get it? Ice powers are cool, but they are cool, like cold, and their also cool, like nice… eh you don't get it don't you?"

Tears ran down your face, you bit your attacker's hand, "KURAMA NOOOO!!" you screamed at the top of your lungs, but your attacker, which is now identified as a wolf demon, slapped you, "Shut the hell up… gag him." He first said to you, then at his friend.

Kurama was about to get up, but the other wolf demon gagged him with some sort of tonic, causing him to black out, more tears came, the thought of Kurama dieing because of you was unbearable.

"Is she the one the boss was talking about?" One wolf demon said to the other, the one that was holding you sniffed you, you tried to squirm away, but he had your arms pinned above your head, and he was holding your legs so you wouldn't try anything, what were you supposed to do now?

"Hai, lets take her to the boss." All of a sudden, a wave of anger filled your body, a cold chill fill the air; the wolf demons must have sensed this, because now a new emotion filled their eyes… fear.

Pain ran through your body, as a stream of memories flashed through your head, one particular one… was when the wolf demons betrayed Siyaki, you're once __ (color) __ eyes were now completely icy blue, but the rest of you stayed the same.

"W-What's happening?" a frightened demon asked, the other one was too stunned for words, he was too busy fearing what the angry ice maiden before him was going to do.

"Not… again." You said in a more colder, deeper voice, but at the same time, it sounded a bit younger, and warmer, it was the both of you at the same time, Siyaki and ______.

Before the wolf demons ran away, you shot a couple of icicles at them, huge icicles, it plunged through their hearts, and they died instantly, but that wasn't enough, just to make sure they were dead, you shot some more, you massacred them.

Now that they were disposed of, your blue eyes turned back into your __ (color) __ eyes, and your cold voice returned to normal, you looked at the work that lay before you, and was absolutely terrified.

"Oh… did I… do that?" you asked no one in particular, but some answered you anyways… ((^= you talking, >= Siyaki talking))

You looked at Kurama, he was bleeding from his shoulder, if you didn't take him in soon, the wound would probably get infected or something… you checked for a pulse, you knew he wasn't dead, but just to make sure, he had a strong one, good.

"Come on Kurama, wake up, we have to get back to the temple, and your pretty heavy, and I need your help." You slapped him a couple of times, but he was still unconscious, "Shit." You cursed; this was going to be hard.

"_____....." you heard Kurama say, "Kurama?! Thank Kami-sama your alright! I'm so sorry." A few tears ran down your face, he was able to look at you, and smile, "No… it's not your fault… you didn't do this to me…" he looked past you, and saw the life-less corpses of the demons, and then he looked at you.

"Did… you do this?" you stayed silent when he asked this, you didn't mean to kill them, maybe send them home with a broken limb, but not kill them like this…

"Come on Kurama, we have to get the wound treated, or else it could become infected." Subject changing was in call here, you made Kurama wrap one arm around your head, and you picked him up.

"Well it's about time you got here! What, were you making… out…?" Yusuke stopped when he saw an injured Kurama, and he sort of smirked, "What did you do to him ____?" he asked, you shot him a glare, "I didn't do anything, we were attacked, now help me get him inside baka."

Yusuke shut up immediately and helped you get Kurama inside, upon entering, there was a big fuss.

"What happened girl?" Genkai asked you, "We were attacked by two wolf demons, Kurama was trying to help me, but he got stabbed, then he got gagged by a tonic thing, so he couldn't help me." "Then how did you escape?"

There was a silence for a minute, but then you spoke up, "I… killed them…" you said, everyone was staring at you, even Kurama, "How did you kill them?" Genkai asked you, "I don't know… all of a sudden, icicles shot out of my body, it wasn't even hard to summon…"

"Congratulations, you learned how to summon your ice powers." She said, "I did?" you asked yourself, well… that was some what easy… "Yukina…please tend to Kurama's wounds… ____.... you can relax now." Genkai said, and there was only one place to think besides your room, and since it was a beautiful day outside, you decided to go someplace else.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Outside~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~

"DAMN IT!! THIS ALWAYS HAPPENS!" the once beautiful day was now gray with some rain clouds, you lied down on the soft grass to think, if it rained, it rained, there was nothing you could do about it.

"Like how there's nothing I could about me being a demon…" you had just killed your first demon, but the feeling that came in you when you did was not a good one, you just weren't the one to kill, even if you had to.

"What's wrong?" you heard a voice say, you jerked your eyes open and jumped right up, it was only Kurama, "Damn Kurama, did you have to scare me like that?!?" he gave another one of those innocent smiles, "Sorry… you looked so deep in thought, I had to ask."

You rolled your eyes at the Kitsune, though you smiled at his innocence, "I was only thinking, was it right to kill them?" you asked him, he smiled again, "If you must, you must, if they threaten your life, or someone close to you, you might have to." He said.

"But it doesn't feel right taking the life of another; it would have been easier to just send them back with something broken." You said ((I sense the personality of Vash from Trigun ^_^))

He smiled again, and pulled you up from the ground, "Come on ____, there's something I want to show you, it'll make you feel better." You ran beside him, where the hell was he taking you? "Kurama, you should be resting! You can't just run around like this you dork!"

He only smirked ((*faint*)) "Don't worry, I'm fine, now come on lets go!" He pulled you more, and even if you were a bit worried, you ran beside him, you trusted him, and you followed him until you got to God knows where.
