Ooo Yusuke Ooo

I dragged my feet along as we approached Tokyo at last. The demon lord we were sent to fight had been much more difficult than anticipated and we actually had to hide out in Makai in order to heal before going on. Unfortunately some revenge hungry youkai had found us and we were forced to fight some more before we were able to leave. Now we were looking for the girls to tell them we were all right.

 

“ So where should go first?” Kuwabara asked.

 

“ I think we should go find Keiko first. She'll be able to spread word faster than we can, and that gives us time to rest,” Kurama said wisely. I looked at my dirt smeared watch. Keiko had given it to me. She and Botan had spent weeks looking for one I would want, then making alterations that allowed it so I could fight with it on and it wouldn't be damaged.

 

“ Damn. Isn't today Monday?” I asked Kurama. The fox spirit nodded.

 

“ Alright then. Keiko would be out of school right now…where does she go on Mondays…?” I pondered. Hiei snorted.

 

“ You can't even keep track of your own woman,”

 

“ Like you have room to talk. You don't even have a woman,” I snapped back, not in the mood to deal with Hiei's dark humor. Hiei scowled deeply at me, clearly not amused at my comment.

 

“ That's right, Keiko always goes to that one diner since she doesn't need to be at home until six!” I said triumph. Kurama shook his head. I looked around the tall buildings, trying to figure out where we were at.

 

“ Hey, we're by Shizuru's salon! So that means we need to go north!” Kuwabara pointed out.

 

“ I don't think we should follow the monkey's directions. They will probably wrong,” Hiei taunted.

 

“ Shut up shorty!” Hiei just rolled his eyes. We continued on our way fairly smoothly, if you ignored the insults and constant tension that was only broken by the females.

 

“ Does anyone have any money? I'm thirsty,” Kuwabara whined.

 

“ We're all thirsty you idiot. We'll just have to wait until we get to Keiko,” I replied testily. Kurama sighed.

 

“ I have some money,” I raised my brow.

 

“ Why would you be carrying around human money to Makai Kurama?” I asked.

 

“ Human money is very valuable in Makai and amongst demons. There is a place that we know of where we can exchange this money for demon money. This was how we have been able to get food all four of us,” Hiei informed me.

 

“ That's the most you've said all day,” Kuwabara pointed out. Hiei shrugged. Kuwabara's shirt was in tatters. I only had my undershirt left. Hiei's cloak had been destroyed and half of his shirt was missing. Kurama's shirt had several tears in it. Basically, we were eye candy for the female population.

 

“ I can't wait to get home and get into some blood free clothes,” I said. The others nodded in agreement. `I'm coming Keiko. Just wait for me…'

 

Ooo Kuronue Ooo

 

Keiko, Yukina, Shizuru, and I were waiting on one last person to show up at the diner. Botan, the ferry girl. In the meantime, Shizuru and I had struck a conversation about the strangest thing. Hair.

 

“ Anyway, since I run a salon, I couldn't help but notice how nice your hair is,” Shizuru said.

 

“ Why, thank you. You know, I spend hardly any time on it. Is that why I have these annoying split ends?” I pointed out the ends of my hair. Shizuru shook her head.

 

“ You have the best hair I've ever seen. I don't know if its just because you're a demon or if you just take really good care of it. No demon has ever let me get close enough to take a look,” Shizuru told me.

 

“ Really? There are demons with better hair than mine. Take Yukina here for example. She has wonderful hair. Or Youko Kurama. His hair is so silky. The best hair I've seen in my entire two hundred thirty-eight years,” I sighed wistfully. Shizuru gave me a weird look.

 

“ You're bisexual?” I grinned.

 

“ I only pretend to be. It is Youko who swings both ways,” I replied. Keiko spat out her drink.

 

“ NANI?! Kurama is bisexual?!” Keiko nearly shouted.

 

“ I suspected as such. What kind of guy let's his hair grow that long?” Shizuru asked. I glared.

 

“ I do,”

 

“ You're a demon. Kurama is currently in a human form. From what I've heard, demon hair grows in much faster than human hair. Which means that Kurama would have spent a few years growing in all that hair. He takes good care of it too,” Shizuru said. Yukina shook her head.

 

“ Keiko-chan, you act as if its so strange. The fact is, depending on the species of youkai, it is rare to see a youkai that isn't bisexual. Foxes like Youko Kurama naturally like beautiful things or people, male or female. While in a life bond, or marriage, there usually isn't two of the same sex, it isn't uncommon. Koorimes may take a lover, but it is rare since Koorimes are a self producing race of females. Other species can't stand to have same sex relationships, even a one-night stand,” Yukina said. “ I believe that bats like Kuronue are the same way.”

 

“ Well, not necessarily all bat tribes. Bats really don't care as long as it means a strong, pure line. But I don't care for bloodlines at all,” I said.

 

“ I'm here! I heard the last of your conversation. Demon sexuality? That's a new subject,” Botan said cheerily as she appeared. I smirked.

 

“ Ah! Kuronue! You look much more happier. You were so grumpy when I met you,” I scowled.

 

“ I wasn't grumpy. I was just annoyed at the toddler's pompous attitude,” I said snootily.

 

“ Anyway, Kuronue, you've slept with someone before?” Shizuru asked. My smirk returned.

 

“ You didn't expect me to stay a virgin for over two hundred years did you?” I said. Keiko blushed, her jaw open.

 

“ I can't believe you just said that,” She said. I sighed dramatically.

 

“ Ah, so innocent,” I wrapped my arm around her shoulder.

 

“ So how many girls have you impregnanted?” Shizuru continued. I choked on my air.

 

“ Impregnanted? None! By kami woman, what did you think I did? Just run around having children with every woman I saw? No! Demon's have the ability to control the potency of their semen or fertility of their eggs, so unless you want to have children, you have no worries. Which makes sex very enjoyable,” My arm returned around Keiko's shoulder.

 

“ Which means we could all have some fun together and you wouldn't have to worry about a thing!” I said jovially. All four girls blushed.

 

“ You'll have something to worry about if you don't get your hands off my woman now,” A possesive voice said.
