~*~*~*Story Start*~*~*~
After we had descended the stairs, we stopped multiple times to make sure Kurama was doing all right. But he always reassured us that he would be fine, however we didn't want to take a chance on that so we continued to do that for the next hour. But soon we were about all the way up the tower. It may have not looked like it would be that tall so it would take an hour to climb, but it was. And now I was cursing this place to the fiery pits of hell because I was very tired. So once we stopped for the hundredth time, I took my place on a window sill. The window sill was huge to say the least, and it was all mine =3. Hiei was away from the group as usual, Kurama was sitting across from me, still holding his stomach, Yusuke was next to me, but not on my window, and Kuwabara was next to Kurama.
I smiled slightly as I watched the gray clouds get dark, almost making the sky look completely black. The thunder was getting louder than it was before, and the lightning was striking the ground just outside the castle. Soon the rain would fall, and I couldn't wait til I could hear the rain pelting the castles roof. I started to look down at the ground, but I quickly remembered that I was now on the second to last level of the castle. Which meant I was very high up, I don't know why I'm still on my window sill, but I claimed it so :{P (Ha, he has a mustache).
"Kurama, how terrible is that wound?" Yusuke asked, breaking the silence around us as he looked at Kurama. I turned my head towards Kurama, wanting to see what he said. I hope he still wasn't trying to convince us he was fine.
"Fine, as long as I can walk." Kurama glanced at his wound, giving us a reassuring smile, mostly to me who shot him a worried glance.
Hiei rolled his eyes at our caring, scoffing slightly. "He'll survive, but he's in no shape to fight, that only means we have 4 fighters left and one of them is worthless." He said, glancing at Kuwabara and that made me laugh.
"Hey, don't be so hard on yourself Short Stuff" Kuwabara said, apparently not getting the hint.
I sweat dropped at him. *Why does he say things?* I thought shaking my head as I put it in my hand. I can't believe he can be this stupid. But it's Kuwabara I'm talking about here, so this shouldn't be a surprise, but it is.
{Because he's a baka.} Hiei said.
*Good point. Wait. Get the fuck out of my head Hiei!*
{Hn.}
"Maybe I'm going out on a limb here, but I think he meant you." Yusuke said, staring at Kuwabara with an annoyed look. Apparently he was thinking the same thing at me.
Kuwabara smirked confidently, and I inwardly groaned, here we go. Is that so? Then maybe I should show you something. What in the world do you think I was doing for the last 6 months while you were off training with Genkai? Letting you get better than me? Nuh-uh!" Kuwabara shouted glaring at Yusuke, I could already see these guys weren't what you would call 'best friends', but who am I to say that? I've never really had friends so, these guys would be my first.
"Well Kuwabara." I glanced at him. "Why don't you show us what you were doing for 6 months?" I asked, hey, I was bored and curious.
"All right." Kuwabara smirked, liking that I was showing an interest. Right... But I watched anyway as he held out his right hand in front of him. A soft blue glow formed around it, and I looked closer. Seeing a small orb of yellow energy start to form in his palm. It started to get brighter and Kuwabara grabbed his right wrist and shouted. "SPIRIT SWORD!"
I sweat dropped, seeing the orange sword made out of energy. It was good to see he could control his spirit energy, but the dramatic scene he did to show the sword made it less...cool I guess would be the right word to use here. "Kuwabara, that was way overly dramatic." I said with a -__-;; expression appearing on my face.
But Kuwabara ignored my comment and turned to Yusuke. The cocky smirk of his was still there as he swiped his sword at Yusuke. "Hey! Watch it!" Yusuke shouted, backing away from the idiotic Ningen.
"You see what I've learned Urameshi!? I don't need to use the chip off that wooden sword anymore. It's just my pure energy, and I be it can kick the crap out of your Spirit Gun." Kuwabara said over confidently.
Yusuke glared at Kuwabara, an irk mark clearly on his head. "That depends on what finger I use." Yusuke said through clenched teeth, flipping him off.
I smirked, this is going to be an awesome team. I could just tell. "Well, as it turns out, he's only partially worthless." Hiei spoke up with a smirk.
"Don't count your chickens before they hatch Hiei, Kuwabara could do something completely stupid and go back to being worthless." I said leaning back onto the stone wall, smirking slightly as I put my hands behind my head as a pillow. But stopped when I noticed Hiei side-glaring at me.
*Geez, what the hell is his problem? First he agrees with me on something, then he goes back to being Mr.Asshole!* I thought, glaring back at him.
"Ok! Do you two wanna die?!" Kuwabara shouted, waving the sword in our faces, bringing me back to reality.
I glared down a the sword, seeing it close to my face. I looked at Kuwabara, revealing a cold glare in my red eyes. "I would advise on getting that toothpick out of my face." I growled.
"Hm, I dare you." Hiei said looking at Kuwabara, that caused Kuwabara to glare at us even more and take a step forward.
"Hey!" Yusuke shouted, blocking Kuwabara's path.
Kuwabara stopped, and glared at Yusuke. "Yeah, yeah, let 'em live, I bet they'll be saying sorry after they see what else I can do." Kuwabara said slightly annoyed, and he held out his hand again. "SPIRIT SWORD GET LONG!" And the sword did as he said, it did get longer, although it just hit the ceiling above us.
Everyone looked at the sword, and a few seconds of silence passed. I broke it by laughing hysterically, causing everyone to stare at me with sweat drops. "I'm so scared." I managed to say through my giggles.
"Wow, it even comes with a spear attachment." Yusuke said sarcastically, staring at sword with no interest what-so-ever.
"Hahaha, I can make it any size I want it to be, I know when Genbu showed up, I was-what's the word? Freaked! But that's not gonna happen from now on my friends, cause Kuwabara's got the good stuff!" Kuwabara said point at himself with a smirk. But that didn't last long, he suddenly got a somewhat glassy look in his eyes before he fell to the ground with a thud. Yusuke ran over to him, making sure he was all right.
"Haha, don't worry guys, it's just the sword that makes me a little dizzy." Kuwabara apologized, his words slightly slurred from almost being knocked out.
"You're not making us look good." Yusuke said annoyed, helping Kuwabara get back on his feet. I sighed, he is still weak.
But I jumped slightly when the ringing of the Communication Mirror went off in Yusuke's pocket. Yusuke grabbed it, and flipped it open, revealing Botan's face. She looked completely terrified of something, and her voice made that very clear. "Yusuke! You got to hurry!"
At that I sat up and got off the window. That did not sound very good, so I looked at the mirror with Yusuke. "What's the matter, Botan?" Yusuke asked worriedly.
"Listen Yusuke, I think the Four Saint Beast have launched another wave of insects. I found a whole batch by an elementary school." Botan said, she looked like she was running from something. But what?
Yusuke narrowed his eyes in confusion and anger. "They're taking over little kids now?" He asked angrily. I did as well, the Four Saint Beast are so dead. Why would they take over children? And what did Ningenkai ever do to them? Well nothing, but that still didn't give them any right to take over their world. Ningens were all right with me, and I hate to see innocent people getting hurt.
"That's right." Botan nodded, bringing me back.
"But I thought you told me that these insects like to take over the minds of depressed people?" Yusuke asked again, now very confused.
"That's because depressed people are more easily influenced. The same is also true for children, but if the bugs get into them, I'm afraid-." Botan stopped short before gasping at something off screen. She jumped back with a scream, and my eyes narrowed along with Yusuke's.
"Ok! I get it, now finish your sentence!" Yusuke shouted annoyed, and I stared at him like he was an idiot.
"I'm sorry Yusuke! But I'm being chased now!" Botan shouted looking into the communicator. Sometimes looking over her shoulder at the unknown person behind her.
"You're being chased?! By who?!" Yusuke and I shouted, worried expressions clearly on our faces. That got the attention of the other boys as well.
Botan looked back for a few seconds before answering. "By another guy under the control of the Makai Insects. And this one looks especially unfriendly!" She shouted before we heard the man growl off screen.
"Just keep running!" Yusuke shouted, and I gulped, shit I hope she's gonna be OK.
"I've knocked out the other victims by sneaking up on them-." Botan said running into a building before we heard something get punched. She screamed as she backed away from what looked like a door, holding up the metal rod thing.
"Can't you call for help?!" Yusuke shouted again.
"Or run away?!" Kuwabara randomly added, appearing next to me. I would've jumped and smacked him over the head if I wasn't to busy worrying about Botan's safety.
Suddenly, in the background the door burst open, revealing the possessed man. He ran, or wobbled over, to Botan, grabbing her by the shoulders. But she wrenched herself from his grip, grabbing what looked like Makai Insect Repellent. She sprayed the man in the face, making him hold it, shouting in pain. But that only stopped the man for a second, he dropped his hands from his face and went after Botan once again. She quickly grabbed the rod again, and swung at the man. But just as she did that, the screen on the communicator went fuzzy.
"Botan!" Yusuke and I shouted.
But we breathed out a sigh of relieve when she appeared back on the screen. She was kneeling down next to the man who was attacking her, but he was now knocked out.
"Oh wow! You got him!" I shouted happily, feeling better than she wasn't going to be killed.
Botan smiled at me slightly. "Of course, I'm not making a career out of this, you go and destroy that whistle before I have to fight this entire city!" Botan shouted with a smile, and we nodded.
Yusuke smiled back. "Right."
I silently sighed in relief, and I hopped back on my window. I brought my legs to my chest as I looked out the window. My eyes narrowed slightly, I wonder who our next opponent will be? And if Kuwabara will really fight it, sure Kuwabara's got a sword -and I admit it's pretty cool- but he's still a ningen, not the best thing to send out against a youkai. And something tells me that our next opponent will be stronger than Genbu and won't go down that easily, just great. Just was we need right now, we got Makai Insects invading Ningenkai, Kurama's already hurt, Kuwabara's going to fight the next opponent and I'm tired T.T Today just plain sucks ass!
Suddenly, the whole castle began to shake as a loud roar echoed through the corridors. I gasped, feeling myself starting to lose my balance on the window sill. My eyes widened as I tipped to my side, heading out the window, and I swear everything started to go in slow motion. I felt no solid ground under me anymore, and my 'heart' beat quickened as I desperately reached out my hand to grab the window's ledge. My fingers brushed against the cool rough stone, but when I closed my hand, I felt nothing but air. Fucking hell! I let a scream erupt from my mouth, and I closed my eyes tightly. I will no look down, and see how close I am to dieing, I will not! I already had to go through that once when I was out on my own, I will not do it again! Well I didn't die, but I could have, talk about lucky, but it did scar me for life. Stupid fucking heights!
A few seconds past, and I noticed that I didn't feel rushing wind slapping against my face. I reluctantly opened my eyes, seeing that I was suspended in mid air, several thousand feet in the air, above the dark malnourished ground. My eyes shrunk, and I felt dizzy. But when I realized that something was holding onto my hand. I quickly looked up, being met with the cold glare from my 'best friend in the whole world', Hiei. I blinked out of surprise, why would Hiei want to help me?! Ever since I met the little prick, I've done nothing but insult him, which is very fun, and he's done the same. He must be after something, it's the only logical excuse! But I let that slide as I let a small nervous smile form on my lips as I looked at him.
Hiei's glare grew colder, if that was even possible, before he pulled me up. "Baka Onna." He mumbled, walking past me and over to his brooding corner.
"I was going to thank you, but since you're being a jackass, I don't think I should." I glared at him, crossing my arms over my chest. I was actually WILLING to thank him, and this is what I get?! Asshole!
{I don't want a thank you, Onna, I just didn't want to be yelled at by that toddler of a prince back at Reikai.} Hiei answered, great, he's inside my head.
We both stood there, glaring at each other, while the rest of the group had watched the little scene. Sweat drops rolled down their heads, already seeing the electricity sparking dangerously between us as we kept our glares steady on each other. And they all knew, this wasn't going to be an easy and quiet trip with me and Hiei. Uh uh, no way in hell. I can vouch for that too, because I already knew -despite not knowing him for too long- I hated Hiei. So much that once I get off the hook for my crime, I'm going to kill him. And I don't really care if I get put in Hell! (Aw, isn't that cute? :3)
"Hey, um, guys?" Kuwabara asked, making all eye contact go to him. " "I don't know what kind of monster makes that sound, but I have a hunch that it's our next enemy." He said, while I rolled my eyes at him.
*I wonder what gave you that idea, O smart one.* I thought sarcastically.
"Yusuke!" Botan's voice suddenly shouted from the Communication Mirror, and Yusuke looked down at it.
"Sorry, I'll have to call you back." He said before closing it.
"Wait-!" Botan's voice cut off as the small click of the Communication Mirror closed. I sweat dropped, staring at Yusuke, well that was a little rude. What if Botan had something useful to say? Oh, guys and their non-thinking, how I hate it so. Wait... I don't think, so never mind :P.
Soon everything grew quiet as we all looked down the hallway where the roar came from. But Kurama suddenly gasped, his eyes widening in realization, well that can't be good. "That's Byakko, and he doesn't sound very pleased."
I gulped, instinctively grabbing the hilt of my Katana. I focused on Byakko's spirit energy, feeling how immensely powerful it was compared to Genbu's. And Kuwabara wants to fight this guy?! He'll be killed! I'd be a better fighter, and I don't know how to fight! Wait... Shit, I keep saying how terrible I am, I have very bad self-esteem for some reason. But I shrugged it off, going back to the main point of this paragraph. And here it is, and it is so important that you'll be in suspense while you read this very long sentence. And this next one as well as I am about to get to the very last line that will blow your fucking mind! We're fucking screwed!
See? Wasn't that mind blowing?!
But I was snapped back to reality when Yusuke turned to us. "Let's go." He ordered, while we all nodded, and took off after him.
But as we did, the whole castle shook again. Only this time, it was different. Debris feel from the ceiling, and behind a loud crashing sound made us all turn around, but we still ran. The ceiling was falling apart, and if we didn't run like a bat out of hell, then we'll be either seriously injured, or dead. And I did not want to experience either of those! Apparently the boys didn't either because we all simultaneously picked up the speed, and dashed down the long hallway.
"This is fucking stupid! Why the hell did this hallway decide to fall?!" I shouted angrily with an irk mark. "The fricking god damned universe it out to get us, I swear!"
"Onna, refrain from saying your idiotic comments out loud." Hiei growled annoyed, while I stuck my tongue out at him.
"Screw you!" I shot back, causing him to glare, and I returned it.
Soon a few seconds of silence followed and I was quickly growing very bored. I trailed my eyes over the hallways that was crumbling, and my gaze stopped on something. It was Kuwabara, and I let a sinister smile form on my lips as I got behind him. I quickly prepared myself and jumped on to the tall giant boy, crawling onto his shoulders. *Ha, this is fun!* I thought happily as I sat on his shoulders, crossing my legs tightly around his neck.
"Hey! What are you doing?!" Kuwabara shouted as he looked up at me, a blush on his cheeks.
I shot him an annoyed look, answering. "I was bored, now mush!" I smacked him in the head, hoping that he would go faster, because if he got us both crushed by falling ceiling, I was going to kick his pasty white ass in Reikai. And you all know damn well that I will.
Yusuke and Kurama had looked at us, seeing me smack Kuwabara over the head. Yusuke was holding in laughter, seeing someone as small as me smacking Kuwabara is obviously very funny. Kurama, he was biting his thumb to keep from smiling, but he did have a amused smile on his lips. Hiei, he just rolled his eyes at us, but I could tell that he was hiding a smirk. I know Hiei hates Kuwabara as much as me, well I don't hate him, but he annoys me to a very high extent, and that's not very good.
"This is dangerous!" Kuwabara whined, looking up at me.
That earned him another smack from me. "No shit, Kuwabara!" I shouted back with an irk mark, this kid is so stupid sometimes!
I looked up from smacking Kuwabara, seeing us heading towards an opening that would hopefully shelter us from the falling ceiling. But when we drew closer to it, I noticed the me being on Kuwabara's shoulders wasn't the best idea. With my extra, but not much, height we weren't going to make it through. And before I could jump off, Kuwabara ran through the opening, making me smack into the wall above it. I groaned as I fell back, holding my face as it burned in pain. But I opened my eyes seeing the ceiling collapsing closer to me, so I quickly got on my knees and crawled through. Just in time too, since the debris crashed down on where I was just a few seconds ago, and I was wide eyed and my 'heart beat' was running wild. But I stopped when I saw Kuwabara giving me a nervous look, and my eyes narrowed into a dangerous glare.
"What the fuck!? You couldn't warn me?! I could have died, and let me tell you, I would've come back to haunt you!" I screamed angrily, chasing a screaming Kuwabara with my Katana.
"I'm sorry!" Kuwabara shouted, fear in his eyes.
"No you're not! Not yet!" I shouted again, tackling Kuwabara to the ground. I brought back my fist once I made Kuwabara stop moving, about to punch the ever loving shit out of his face. But there was a set back, I forgot about the other boys. Yusuke had taken the liberty to save the baka's life by grabbing me, and lifting me off the ground. I flailed my arms wildly, I don't like being picked up when I'm about to hurt someone. But after a second of struggling, I just hung there in the air. "Damn me and my smallness." I whined, turning to Yusuke with anime tears coursing down my cheeks.
"Calm down, you need to save your energy for the Saint Beasts." Yusuke said chuckling.
I reluctantly nodded with a pout, and Yusuke let me down. "I feel like a child." I mumbled, an annoyed look crossing over my face. My arms were crossed over my chest, and I looked like a miffed cat.
"Well, you're acting like one." Yusuke smirked, seeing me stick my tongue out at him with a playful glare.
But we all got back to business, and I stared up at the stairwell in front of us. I knew that Byakko was just up those stairs, his spiritual energy is stronger up there, and that's saying something. I narrowed my eyes in a serious gaze, ignoring Kuwabara as he got up and stood far away from me. But I didn't have time for him, the Saint Beast is already on my mind, and I'm afraid to see what he looks like. Genbu was shocking enough, I'm not sure if I could take another rock monster, or whatever the hell might be next. Because that was just too weird, and I already have Kuwabara to deal with, so I think I'm good.
"All right, let's go." I said taking off up the stairs, and the boys were right behind me.
A few minutes later we came to a double door. And by how small the stairwell was, I could guess we were in a tower. So if there was a door here, we would be going outside. We stood their for a second before Yusuke worked up the guts to open the door and step out. I was next, followed by Kurama, Hiei and Kuwabara. And we found ourselves on a huge platform outside, just like I had said. And across from us, on the other side of the platform was a huge tall figure. Lightning flashed brightly, illuminating the figure so we could see it clearly. And I wish it didn't, because what we saw was completely horrible. It was a overly muscular fucking blue tiger! I grimaced, backing up slightly, that is so gross!
"Tiger." Hiei growled, narrowing his eyes at the new Saint Beast.
I couldn't hold it in anymore, this needed to be said, and I was going to be the one to say it. "Ew! He's too overly muscular!" I whined, waving my arms around with a disgusted look on my face. While the boy sweat dropped and sighed at my childishness, while I made gagging noises.
Byakko was glaring down at us from his little piece of tower. His eyes were wide and bloodshot with madness. His white pointy teeth were bared, and I could practically feel the blood lust from over here. And that is not a very fun feeling to... well feel. It made a shiver go up my spine, and I stopped what I was doing. I looked back at the huge blue tiger. My hand gripped the hilt of my Katana, I could never be to cautious, because this guy won't be easy to take down, that's for sure. But that all seemed to vanish when Byakko's tail suddenly smacked against the ground, making a huge hole. Huh, that's just what Genbu did when we first met him.
*What is with them and smacking the ground with their tails? Is it like a code or something? I mean come on!* I thought with a -__-*** face, I swear if the next one does that, I'm going to be pissed. But I suddenly remembered something and glanced at Hiei, he was giving me a 'what the fuck?' kind of look. Ha, I like confusing people, it's fun. ^__^
Suddenly we all turned back to Byakko, as he spoke. "Intruders will pay for coming this far into my territory!" Byakko gave off a huge growl, like the one that had almost made me fall out the window.
"He's huge!" Kuwabara shouted frightened.
"Its a pity they don't have him in a Zoo." Yusuke said sarcastically, glaring at the tiger. I had to bite back my snickers, that was a good one. But what the hell is a 'Zoo'?
"Hn, I'll take him." Hiei said with a confident smirk, making me turn to him. I rose an eyebrow, how could he be so calm? I mean this guy seems immensely strong! Well I haven't seen Hiei fight before, but that doesn't mean that he could still die! I want to kill him, not this fucking huge overly muscular cat!
"Back off! Didn't I say, I would take the next one!?" Kuwabara shouted at Hiei with a glare. Apparently he didn't like that idea, and Kuwabara got a glare too.
I don't usually like yelling, and Kuwabara was being especially loud, so I got an irk mark, punching him on top of the head, shouting. "You don't need to fucking yell!" Yeah, I don't really listen to what I say, but if anyone tries to hit me, ooh they will be dead.
"Sorry." Kuwabara mumbled rubbing his head as he gave me an apologetic smile. But I just ignored him, and watched as Kuwabara weirdly marched over to Byakko.
Byakko didn't like the confident...march Kuwabara was doing, and growled. "Do not think you're dominant just because you tore apart Genbu! He was weak! He could talk to the demons in the city, by prowling through the castle wall. That's why we didn't kill him ourselves! But I'm a real beast, I have been caged in this place for too long. Without prey, without bones, without blood! Until now, ningens! I will rip you apart and eat you myself!" Byakko shouted at us angrily.
I glared at him dangerously, no one fucking threatens my friends. Well Hiei isn't my friend, and Kuwabara's an acquaintance, but whatever. *Fucking bastard, I'll shove my Katana down his throat!* I hissed in my mind, I couldn't believe that Kuwabara wanted to fight this guy! He's going to fucking die out there! I gripped my Katana tighter, almost turning my hand all white.
"Gee, how nice!" Yusuke shouted sarcastically, glaring like I was. He got into a fighting stance, his fist clenched tightly.
"Hiei! Kurama! Akira!" Byakko shouted, and if it was possible, my glare intensified. I hated it when people called me by my full name, especially when it's an enemy. "I'll feed your bodies to the youkai!" Byakko shouted with a roar.
I rose an eyebrow at him, and a cocky smirk came on my lips. *Geez, this guy is full of himself? If he think he can kill me and my friends, he's fucking stupid.* I thought, so what if I was being full of myself and my teammates? We're the good guys, so sh!
Suddenly the ground started to fall apart as Byakko continued to roar. And Kuwabara shouted as the ground gave out from under him, but he quickly stood on solid ground, which was a skinny walkway that lead towards the platform. But before I could breathe a sigh of relief, the ground underneath me shook violently. I almost lost my footing, but I couldn't afford to do that, since it was about to give out from under me like the ground underneath Kuwabara. I quickly jumped back, putting my back against the tower. My hand was clutching my nonexistent heart, and my eyes were wide.
*Man! I already almost died once today, I don't want to make it twice!* I shouted in my mind with an anime crazy face.
"Apparently this guy likes to break things with the sound of his own voice." Yusuke said glaring at Byakko, his fist clenching even tighter at the thought of Kuwabara going to fight this guy.
Kurama narrowed his eyes as he kicked off a rock, sending it flying over the edge. I watched it go down, but when I did I started to get a little dizzy, so I just decided to close my eyes and breath. "It's a long way to the ground. I will send you all there with my roar unless you all come and fight me. Although your weak bodies will be broken either way." Byakko said with a creepy smile, making me open my eyes as I gulped, sliding down the tower wall.
Yusuke noticed the sudden movement and turned to me with a concerned expression. "You OK, Kira?" He asked.
I gave him a nervous smile, and laughed a little as I rubbed the back of my head. "Yeah, I'm find, don't worry about it." I said, but he only gave me a disbelieving look.
"Pathetic." Hiei scoffed, making me turn my gaze to him, which was now a full glare.
I reached down, feeling the cold and rough surface of a pretty good sized rock. I clenched it in my hand, pulled back my hand and let it fly at Hiei. Or so I thought, unfortunately my aim was off and the rock hit something else. And that something was Kuwabara, too bad he had to be behind Hiei or he wouldn't have gotten hit. But he did, and he was now holding his head in pain, leaning forward, letting out a shout of pain. "Ow!" He shouted, while I started to laugh hysterically, holding my sides.
"S-s-sor-sorry! Kuw-Kuwabara!" I managed to shout in between laughter. Yusuke, Kurama and Hiei sweat dropped, but couldn't help but laugh/snicker at Kuwabara's pain. Ha, we're so nice.
"I will send you all down there with my roar unless you all come and fight me!" Byakko shouted, drawing our attention back to him again. I glared at the huge tiger, and Kuwabara was doing the same, and he turned back to Byakko.
"Monster, he thinks he's so tough." Kuwabara said angrily, and went to run over to Byakko, but Yusuke held him back.
"Cool it, Kuwabara!" Yusuke said, trying to hold the huge gorilla from going to his death.
Kuwabara pushed Yusuke away, glaring at him as well. "Step off!" He shouted.
I got up, glaring at Kuwabara and that was for two reasons. 1) I don't like yelling and 2) He can't go in a fight acting like a dumb ass, and I'll be damned if he loses and gets us all killed! "Kuwabara! If you don't fucking calm down, I'm going to hit you with another rock, and I will make sure you fall!" I growled.
But Kuwabara ignored me, and turned to Hiei as he spoke. "You really think you can beat him?" Hiei asked raising an eyebrow at him.
Kuwabara sent him a side-ways glare. "Well of course, Half-Pint! In fact, I'm not scared at all." Kuwabara said cockily, I rolled my eyes. Right.
Yusuke put on a smirk, and pointed to Kuwabara's shaking legs. "So I guess your legs are shaking out of eagerness?" Yusuke asked sarcastically, and I snickered when I saw he was right. Kuwabara's legs were shaking visibly, and pretty fast too.
"Leave me alone, Urameshi! I'm just scared of heights!" Kuwabara shouted embarrassed before walking towards Byakko.
"This isn't the time to pretend your tough!" Yusuke shouted through gritted teeth.
"No! We have something in common!" I shouted falling to my knees dramatically. I can't believe me and the baka share the same fear! Why do you do this to me God?! What did I ever do to deserve this?! ...I hate my life T.T
"Your afraid of heights?" Kurama asked looking down at me, while I nodded with anime tears coursing down my cheeks.
But I looked up when I heard Kuwabara's voice shout to Yusuke. "I said leave me alone!" And I watched as Kuwabara turned away from Yusuke, and walked down the skinny path that led to the platform, where the fight would begin.
I frowned, standing up as I saw Kuwabara stop a few yards in front of Byakko. I bit my lip out of nervousness, and I thought with a sigh. *I hope we win this one, I don't really feel like being eaten by youkai.* Cause I sure as hell don't want to be eaten by those youkai we faced at the beginning of this mission. That would be very degrading. Oh yeah, Kuwabara might die, got to focus on that. ...Yay.
Ending it here!

{Hn.}
