Hey guys,did you miss me?Well I haven't been up to much,except that I'm hiding out here in the office from everybody,cuz they think I'm on the computer way to much,even though I'm technically not online....I'm writing a story for Go's sake!Can't they understand that!!??I feel...so misunderstood....Well I'm in a dark room with my lil old computer and my eyes are starting to hurt but I really don't care because nobody here really cares either.Grandpa's in his room,mom and Chris have gone to bed...the only thing I have to worry about is that I'm a loud typer and that if Chris goes by this room on one of his 'midnight feeding' excursions he might hear me and I'll be grounded off the computer for a week....Oh well.I can find other ways to occupy myself for a whole week....not!!!I'd die without my computer and my Hiei fanfics!!AHHHHHHH!

Hiei:There There....

Rain:And why are YOU being so nice?

Hiei:Because I want to make out with you again.

Rain: 0.o Is that all you want me for!!??

Hiei:No,I think you're beautiful too.

Chapter 6:An Unplanned Slumber Party!

A week of going to school with Hiei went by,and Yumiko couldn't have been happier.It was now Friday and the final bell had rung.Yumiko ran out to her locker,glad that her whole,''my uniform still hasn't come in yet,''ruse was working.She picked up her bag and put her books inside.She then adjusted Hiei's cloak,it was bunching up a little in front.She grinned.Hiei hadn't made her give it back yet.Speaking of Hiei...she turned around to look straight into his crimson eyes.Yumiko yelled.''AHH!"Hiei gave a cocky little smirk.''Hn.''Yumiko almost slapped him,her hand twitching in an effort not to.''I thought I told you not to do that....''

Hiei smirked and stepped forward.''You did,I just chose not to listen.''Yumiko turned and shut her locker.

''Yeah Yeah,whatever.''Hiei tapped her on the shoulder.''So....can I walk you home today?''Yumiko turned around,quite suprised.Hiei had a bemused look on his face.''What?''he asked.Yumiko smiled.''Sure,why not?But can we take the shortcut through the park?I wanna get some Ice Cream at this little stand they have there....''Hiei nodded,but....Ice Cream?What was this ''ICE CREAM" she spoke of...?Hiei shrugged his shoulders and they began walking down the hall.

Yumiko grinned.Hiei.....walking.... her..... home!This was almost too good to be true!She pulled out her wallet and looked inside.Hey,she had a ten,that was enough for a couple of double dip cones.She licked her lips at the thought.Hiei pointed to the ten dollar bill(sorry people but I don't know Japanese money!).''What is that?''Yumiko held it up.''Its a ten dollar bill.It's what humans use to pay for things.There are one dollar bills,fives,tens,twentys,fiftys,.....and so on and so forth.Then there are the coins,but I'll tell you later.Say,how have you been getting lunch without money?''Hiei thought for a minute.''Kurama told me to enter a number that he gave me into a little pad they have up at the register...''Yumiko did a classic crash.''It seems our dear Kurama is paying for your lunch.Oh well,that was sweet of him.You should thank him.''

Hiei and Yumiko took a left as they left Sariyashki Junior High.Yumiko took his hand and led him to the other side of the road,where they passed through an arch leading into the park.''Come on Hiei,just a little farther.''And low and behold,glory of all glories!The ICE CREAM STAND!!!!!!(*Bows down*Worship the food of the gods!!)Yumiko handed the man at the stand her ten dollar bill.''Two double dip cones,one with chocolate chip cookie dough and one with...oh Hiei what kind do you want?''Hiei looked as Yumiko was handed her cone.He knew this treat!Sweet snow!He'd only tried one flavor before so he decided he'd have that.It was called...''Uhh...vanilllllla.''Yumiko raised an eyebrow.''Okay.''She took the cone from the man and handed it to Hiei.

Hiei licked at the delicious sweet snow and sighed.This had to be a bit of heaven...not that he was going there or anything.Yumiko smiled and led him down a secluded road that led to a patch of bushes.She looked back and saw that Hiei had already finished off his ice cream.She handed him hers.''Here,I don't think I can eat anymore.''And in about five seconds,he'd finished it too.AWW how kawaii!Yumiko squeezed through some of the bushes.''Come on Hiei,this is the quickest way to my house.''Hiei followed through the bushes.''I thought I was WALKING you home.''Yumiko looked back at him.''Quit complaining!Yeesh!I bought you ice cream!''

Hiei lost sight of her as she climbed out of the bushes.''Yumiko?''He stood up,and saw her leaning on a small rusted gate that led out into the street.''This was here before they reconstructed the park.Me and Yusuke always used to hide in those bushes,and found it a long time ago.''She pushed open the creaky old gate and pointed across the street.''THAT is my house.''Hiei looked up at the two story house.Nooot bad,for a ningen home.Yumiko took his hand.''Come on!"She dragged him to the house.She took out a key from her pocket,stuck it in the lock and pushed open the door.''After you,Hiei.''Hiei walked in and looked around.It was actually very homey.Yumiko ran into the kitchen.''Moooom I'm home!''She looked around.''Huh,usually she's here by now....''She looked on the refrigerator and saw a note.Yumiko unhooked it from the magnet clamp.''WHAT!!!!!????"she screamed.

Hiei ran into the kitchen,sword drawn.''What,what is it!?You okay!?''Yumiko sweatdropped.''You brought that to school?''Hiei put it behind his back.''Uh,of course not!"Yumiko shook her head and pointed to the note.''My mom went on a buisness trip and won't be back for two weeks.Dammit!Now I won't have anyone to argue with!I'm going to go insane in this huge house!"She turned to Hiei.''Unless.....OH Hiei! Please! Can you stay here with me!?I hate being alone for a long time!"She gave him her puppy dog eyes.Hiei stammered.''Y-you want me to--.''Yumiko whimpered like an injured pup.''I-uh.........hn.Fine.''

Yumiko gave a whoop of joy and led Hiei up to the guest room.''This is where you'll sleep!The bathroom is over there,you've seen the kitchen,but to the left of that is the living room and from there you'll go into the study...''Hiei lost track.''I'm afriad I might get lost in your house and never find my way out.''Yumikos eye gleamed.She checked her watch.''Hey!Its almost time for Inuyasha to come on!''She dragged Hiei downstairs to the couch.''OHH!Today's the two hour marathon!"

It seems Hiei liked Inuysha as much as Yumiko did.Yumiko smiled and brought out her katana.''Tetsaiga!!"she yelled.She then swooped it around like a madman and landed on the couch.She pointed it at Hiei.''Prepare to die,Naraku!''Hiei grabbed his own sword.''I think not,Inuyasha!Are you thinking of Kikyo even now?''Yumiko smirked.''You'll pay for that Naraku!"Then they had an all out sword battle,lasting for an hour.Yumiko slowed down to catch her breath,jumping on the coffee table,and Hiei came up from behind her,grabbed her waist,and pulled her close.He put his sword to her throat.''Haha,looks like evil wins....''Yumiko smirked.'Yeah,I guess so.''Hiei put the sword down and Yumiko turned to face him.Their eyes met for several moments,and unknowingly,their faces inched closer and closer together.Hiei's warm breath tickled Yumiko's face,and Yumiko's intoxicating scent heightened Hiei's senses,they were closing in for the kill....nearly there.....

BAM!The door slammed open and Hiei and Yumiko jumped off of the table with their swords drawn.Yusuke waltzed in carrying sacks of popcorn and soda.Kuwabara followed after with sleeping bags,and even Kurama showed up,carrying the bags of clothes.They put everything down on the floor.Yusuke grinned at Yumiko.''Hey Yumi,just thought we'd have a little sleepova-----WHOA!What the hell is HE doing here!?''Yusuke pointed an accusing finger at Hiei.Hiei smirked.''I was invited,detective.''Yusuke's jaw dropped.''But it was a no invite party!''Yumiko's eye twitched.''Yeah I know,and you three weren't supposed to come.''Kuwabara started laughing.''Hey I know what you two were going to do!Hahah,don't you get it Urameshi,they were gonna---''Yumiko started chasing after Kuwabara with her sword drawn.''AAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

Kurama smiled at Hiei.''I see, we shouldn't have come then,Hiei?''Hiei looked away from Kurama.''She asked me to stay with her while her mother was gone,Kurama, there were no plans other than that.''

Yusuke grabbed the bags of popcorn and headed for the kitchen.''Well I brought popcorn and soda so we could watch movies.''Yumiko quit chasing Kuwabara for one minute.''All we have is horror.''She resumed chasing him.Yusuke laughed.''Great more monsters,like we don't have enough of those already!"

Okay,let's just say that they all had a good time,and Hiei stayed with Yumiko for two weeks but nuttin happened.(Well they can't do anything THAT soon!)

Anyways,school just let out and Yumikos got straight A's again!Hiei did well too,he got A's cuz he read the teachers mind.....bad Hiei! >.< Well anyways its summer time!And now in the next chapter they'll meet Hiei's sister!
