Yu Yu Hakusho Fan Fiction ❯ Untitled ❯ Hiei? ( Chapter 5 )
Chapter 5: Hiei? Disclaimer: I own nothing, really.
“Shrimp! What happened? Your stupid eye thing wore off!”
“Well, I don’t have unlimited power, you know,” Hiei said, glaring at Kuwabara.
“It doesn’t matter now, I just want to be able to see!” Kurama said, trying to stop the argument before it started.
Hiei sighed and looked at Kurama sympathetically.
Kurama felt a little tingling feeling. He touched his head, and wondered if this meant he’d be able to see.
Then suddenly, his vision came back, and he blinked a few times.
“Hiei? You’re not… in front of…” he looked to the side. He had been talking to Hiei without looking at him!
Kurama felt a little embarrassed. He got up from the floor and sat on the bed next to Hiei.
“So, you can see again?” Hiei asked.
Kurama nodded.
“Good. Now let me do something so your vision will stay, because it must be very annoying not being able to see.”
Hiei’s Jagan started to glow. Kurama just then realized that his headband was off! Hiei only did that when he was going to use a lot of power!
“This may hurt,” he faintly heard Hiei say.
Then Kurama felt like someone was pounding on his head with a hammer. He stayed silent. But then there was a sharp jolt of pain in his eyes and he moaned.
He opened his eyes but immediately closed them again. It was really bright. Hiei noticed his discomfort.
“Oops… sorry. I’ll fix that,,” he said, and Kurama felt a tingling feeling in his eyes again. He carefully opened his eyes and was happy to find the light tolerable.
“Thanks, Hiei. You must be really tired now,” Kurama said.
Hiei shrugged. He then stood up and was about to open the window when the door opened and Shizuru came in.
“What are you doing in my room?” Kuwabara asked.
“I heard your conversation and I wanted you to explain to me what’s going on.”
She looked at Hiei.
“Who is he?” she asked.
“None of a human girl’s business,” Hiei snapped. He quickly opened the window and jumped out into the tree outside. The window shut by itself and they could see two small blue shiny things on the windowsill. * * *
So what do you think? I know it was the shortest chapter, and the next one will be longer, but I had all the stuff so far in one big story, so I only had this little chunk at the end. Sorry! I promise the next chapter will be longer! Also, you all know what those things on the windowsill are, right?
Review if you wish.
