Dawn Lawson is a depressed, angry teenage girl with a lot on her mind, things become even more complex when Twyla Magerie, a witch, moves into her home town. The two become fast friends. and meet a girl named Charlotte, who seems ditzy but is a lot more, especially to Dawn. Strange things begin to happen when corpses are found all over the town. It's up to Dawn, Twyla and Charlotte to find out whats wrong and get things back to the way they were before, before the government gets involved. With no help from Sam, a jock that Twyla accidentally turned in to a frog.
